In this paper, we have space vector PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) circuits on the FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Arry) chip designed by VHDL(Very high speed integrated circuit Hardware Description Language). This circuit parts was required at controlling the AC servo motor system and should have been designed with many discrete digital logics. In the result of this study, peripheral circuits are to be simple and the designed logic terms are robust and precise. Because of it's easy verification and implementation, we could deduced that the customize FPGA chip show better performance than that of circuit modules parts constituted of discrete IC.

Optical aligning process to archive the maximum optical coupling is crucial in many optical device manufacturing line such as laser diode module. Due to the three-dimensional nature of housing module and the aligning process for laser diode coupler, large amount of the manufacturing time, typically ranging from tens of minutes to an hour has to be devoted to the aligning process alone. In this thesis, we propose a new optical aligning process that employee a two-pass algorithm: coarse-to-fine search. Coarse search is a kind of blind search that finds the candidate region where the maximum optical coupling might mostly occur, followed by a fine searching that finds the maximum within the candidate region. The algorithm has been tested on 50 samples of cam-type laser diode modules, and the experimental results are analyzed in terms of aligning time and coupling efficiency.

본 논문에서는 인간의 생체 임피던스를 이용하여 인간의 팔 운동을 추정하고자 한다. 생체 신호를 이용하여 인간의 운동을 추정하기 위해서는 먼저 생체 신호와 인간의 운동 사이의 정량적인 관계를 구해야 하며 특히, 다자유도 운동의 추정에는 생체 신호간의 간섭등을 고려하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 일자유도 운동실험을 통해 생체 임피던스와 인간 팔 관절의 회전각 사이의 선형성을 고찰한다. 그리고, 다자유도 측정시에 발생하는 근육간의 결합성과 방향성의 문제에 대해 주파수 분할 측정법을 도입하여 팔의 다자유도 운동을 추정하였다. 마지막으로, 실제의 로봇을 제어하는데 응용하였다.

This study is regarding the autonomous navigation of the mobile robot which operates through a sensor, the Omnnidirectional Vision System which makes it possible to retrieve the real-time movements of the objects and the walls accessing the robot from all directions and to shorten the processing time. After attempting to extend the field of view by using the reflection system and then learning the point of all directions of 2
$\pi$ from the robot at the distance, robot recognizes three-dimensional world through the simple image process, the transform procedure and constant monitoring of the angle and distance from the peripheral obstacles. This study consists of 3 parts: Part 1 regards the process of designing Omnnidirectional Vision System and part 2 the image process, and part 3 estimates the implementation system through the comparative study process and three-dimensional measurements. -

This paper introduce a millimeter-wave radar system. As Fig 1 shows, This system consists of millimeter-wave radar front-end and digital signal processing parts through receive waves regarding up-coming obstacles. The system works as follow process; (1) Generate regular tripodal waves using the FMCW pulse generator (2) Transmit/Receive waves regarding up-coming obstacles (3) Analog filtering (4) FIFO memory interface (5) FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) (6) Calculation of distance / speed between cars (7) Object display and calibration. We have progress to solve the problem like as increase of traffic accidents causing damage and injuries due to the increased number of motor vehicles and long distance driving, and Need for a device to help drivers who are in trouble due to bad weather conditions. We are expect to Take the lead as a core technology in the ITS industry and to develop circuit and signal processing technologies related to millimeter-wave bandwidth.

This paper presents matrix inequality conditions for H
$_2$ optimal control of linear time-invariant descriptor systems in continuous and discrete time cases, respectively. First, the necessary and sufficient condition for H$_2$ control and H$_2$ controller design method are expressed in terms of LMls(linear matrix inequalities) with no equality constraints in continuous time case. Next, the sufficient condition for H$_2$ control and H$_2$ controller design method are proposed by matrix inequality approach in discrete time case. A numerical example is given in each case. -
An automatic TCXO frequency-temperature test apparatus was firstly developed by using thermoelectric device may. The developed system swing stably the test temperature range from -40
$^{\circ}C$ to +80$^{\circ}C$ for about 1 hour The rising temperature ratio was fairly linear with time in this test temperature range. The temperature could be controlled error in error range of${\pm}$ 0.05$^{\circ}C$ in this system. The frequency-Temperature properties of TCXO or the thermoelectric properties of other electric device. -
This paper proposes the design technique of memory sparing to overcome memory hard error Memory Sparing is used to increase the reliability and availability of commercial, military and space computer such as a Data Server, Communication Server, Flight Computer in airplane and On-Board Computer in spacecraft. But the documents about this technique are rare and hard to find. This paper has some useful information about memory error correction and memory error management.

For performing Intelligent Transport System, I will implement the vehicle recognition system used image as well as Real time transmission module with TCP/IP. Generally, there are two kinds for vehicle recognition technology. Between two methods, the image-based method has a high dependency on environmental condition. Therefore, in this thesis I will propose vehicle recognition algorithm based on image using improved Gradient Method. Also I propose server-client modeling with TCP/IP, for the purpose of real time transmission of processed data and images. So I made the vehicle recognition and real time transmission system with TCP/IP for verification of proposed algorithm.

본 논문에서는 해석적인 모델에 기초한 고장 검출 기법의 하나인 fault detection filter를 적용한 고장 검출 알고리듬을 개발하고 이를 적용하여 고장검출 필터의 유효성을 보이고자 한다. Fault detection filter는 특수한 형태의 observer로써 특정한 고장의 발생시 잔차가 출력 공간에서 일정한 방향을 유지함으로써 고장 개소의 판별이 가능하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 fault detection filter에 기초한 고장 감지 시스템을 적용하기 위한 다이나믹 시스템 모델링과 고장감지 시스템의 설계과정 및 이를 적용 모의시험 결과를 수록하였다. 결과를 통하여 fault detection filter가 갖는 방향성에 대한 sensitivity 효과를 고장 감지 목적에 유효하게 적용할 수 있음을 보였다.

This paper describes a basic study for the classification of cognitive mental states as a basic research of a human-computer interface technique. To recognize the mental states, we obtained 22 subjects’brain waves in course of two types of experiments. One of the experiments is to choose an answer among yes, no or reject buttons, to underlying questions and the other is to select an icon displayed in a monitor screen. After acquiring the brain wave signals, we construct a feature set with the percent power increase for a given segment with respect to that of the reference period. The linear discriminative algorithm is used to classify the cognitive yes/no mental states.

In the rehabilitation robotic arm systems for the disabled with spinal code injury, EMG signals are used in the control of the robotic arm. EMG signals are corrupted by many kinds of noises such as ECG signal, power noise and contact noise of electrode. Noise rejection improves the performance of the EMG pattern classification. In this paper, a variable bandwidth filter (VBF) and wavelet transform are used for the noise rejection of EMG signals and the comparison of SNR is given. Also, some statistical characteristics of features are investigated.

In this paper, we study about a acupuncture point and a non-acupuncture point resistance characteristics for acupuncture research. For this study, we devised resistance variation measurement system. This system is consist of 4-channel skin resistance measuring parts, filters, 12bit A/D convertor, 8051 micro-controller, and personal computer The developed system insert a low current to skin and obtains voltages from standard resistor that is convected to measurement circuit in series. The obtained voltage is converted to 12bit digital signal. Therefore the converted signal is changed to skin resistance by calculation in the personal computer. As the results of experiment, the resistance of acupuncture point and non-acupuncture point are different from each other. The acupuncture point has very fast current flows than the other non- acupuncture point.

A segmentation is a prior processing for medical image analysis and 3D reconstruction. This Paper provides the method to segment 3D Visible Human color images. Firstly, the reference images that have a initial curve are segmented using Balloon and the results are propagated to the adjacent images. In the propagation processing, the result of the adjacent slice is modified by Edge-limited SRG Finally, the 3D Balloon improves the segmentation results of each 2D slice. the proposed method's performance was verified through the experiments to segment thigh muscles of Visible Human color images.

In this paper, we devised volume pulse detection system which can quantitatively represent a artery elasticity for oriental clinic. Volume pulse wave detecter system consist of transducer which has IRLED-photodiode detecter, temperature sensor and filter and preprocessing circuits, data conversion and serial communication parts, and computer system. The high-pass filter are detect volume pulse wave and lowpass filter detect tissue thickness. The detected volume pulse wave are normalized by tissue thickness value with a division process. As the result of experiment, we can detect normalized volume pulse wave with effectively.

This paper presents a potable bio-signal measurement system using Bluetooth for the 24-hours continuous health state monitoring of the elderly and the disabled. The measurement system has the functions of acquisition of various bio-signals, wireless data transmission and adjustment of parameters such as gain and cut-off frequency. This measurement system is designed according to the international specifications of the recommendation of AAMI (Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation). The design targets of the developing system about volume and power consumption are 20x30x5mm
$^3$ and 8mW. -
In this paper, we designed a portable ECG Recorder which can transmit collected ECG data using wire and wireless communication network. The portable ECG recorder is characterized by the small-sized and the low-power consumption. The ECG data is transmitted to a hospital using internet or PSTN. We designed the protocol in order to transmit safely The portable ECG recording system will contribute largely to telemedicine for a cardiac patient.

For the diagnosis of arrhythmia in the heart system, the QRS complex of ECG signals is used in many cases. The rejection of the noise in ECG signals is important to acquisition of exact QRS complex. This paper presents some experimental results about instantaneous bandwidth estimation and noise rejection of ECG signals with the purpose of rejection of the 60 Hz power noise and the motion artifacts such as EMG signals and contact noise. ECG signals corrupted by noise are cleaned by using the variable bandwidth filter. For the filtering of ECG signals with noise, the instantaneous bandwidth of the signals is estimated by analysis of time-frequency representation of ECG signal.

Tactile display devices use an array of pins mounted in the form of a matrix to present three-dimensional shapes to the user by raising and lowering. With a denser matrix of mounted pins, it can be expected that shape identification will be become easier and the time required for identification will also become shorter, but that problems of difficulty in fabrication will arise. It is necessary to consider such trade-offs in the development of such devices. This study conducted experiments to study the effect of pin pitch on shape identification as Part of the fundamental investigation of this subject. The experiment used three tactile display devices with pin pitches of In, 2mm and 3mm for geometrical shape identification, with response time and rate of misidentification taken as the performance data. Surfaces, edgs and vertices of three-dimensional shapes were used as the shape primitives for displayed shapes and several of each type were selected for presentation. The results obtained revealed that performance has different relationships to pin pitch with different shape primitives.

In this paper, the electronic ballast was developed to control 250W metal halide lamp. To avoid acoustic resonance phenomenon, we calculated the acoustic resonance band and determined the driving frequence to from 70kHz to 100kHz. Due to the switching loss of MOSFET, many problems are caused in the inverter circuit during lighting the lamp, so we have reduced the loss by connecting the capacitor to reduce inrush current In this paper, main research area is to find the methods to operate the Iamp on regulated constant output. After detecting the current I and voltage V of the lamp, we changed the driving frequency by changing the DC voltage level.

In this paper, a soft switching half-bridge converter using secondary switches for output control and conduction loss reduction is proposed. The conventional half-bridge converter must be fixed on duty cycle for soft switching. The proposed converter was consisted of two added switches in series of the secondary rectifier diodes. The main switches with constant duty cycle are operated ZVS. The secondary switches are operated ZV-ZCS. Especially, the primary switches were fixed duty cycle for maximum voltage conversion ratio. Output of converter is controlled by duty cycle or phase-shifted time of secondary switches. The conduction loss of the proposed converter can be reduced by the secondary switches. The operation characteristic, analysis, simulation and experimental results of the proposed converter are presented.

The capacitive idling SEPIC(Single Ended primary Inductance Converter) is derived from the SEPIC topology. This converter is suitable for maximizing Li-Ion battery life in portable equipments. Besides, that makes it possible to increase the switching frequency without a additional circuitry This paper is presented the characteristics of the capacitive idling SEPIC and experimental waveforms of the devices in continuous current mode.

In this paper we propose an FDI(fault detection and isolation) algorithm using neural network-based multi-fault models to detect and isolate single faults in nonlinear systems. When a change in the system occurs, the errors between the system output and the neural network nominal system output cross a threshold, and once a fault in the system is detected, the fault classifier statistically isolates the fault by using the error between each neural network-based fault model output and the system output.

This paper deals with new type of active magnetic bearing (AMB) for the linear motors. We adopted optical sensing mechanism for the gap sensing. Using the laser and the PSD (Position Sensitive Device), the absolute rotor position is obtained independent of the profile of the guide rail. With this measurement, the rotor can be controller to follow the straight beam of the laser. Another advantage of optical sensing mechanism might be the elimination of the possible interference between the proximity sensor and the electro-magnet. By adopting the push-full actuating mechanism, the bearing stiffness is increased near the equilibrium position. For the simplicity, distributed control system is constructed. Eight independent PID control algorithm is used with the full order observer. Several simulation md test results are presented.

This study presents the simulation of the traction return current based on 2
${\times}$ 25kV power supply system in order to determine the impedance bond intensity of impulse type track circuit on the Kyoungbo electrification line. The results of simulation enables us to measure the precise intensity of catenary current, returning to the substation through KTX (Korean Train Express) operated by 2${\times}$ 25kV power supply system with common earth network. In the wake of establishing 2${\times}$ 25kV and common earth network used in Korea for the first time, in particular, it is possible to determine the impedance bond intensity of impulse type track circuit, which is applicable to the Kyoungbo electrification line by specifying the relations among the traction return current, earth current, and catenary current. -
In this paper, we describes a method of estimating traveling direction of a autonomous vehicle. For the development of autonomous vehicle, it is important to detect road lane and to reckon traveling direction. The object of a propose algorithm is to perform lane detection in real-time for standalone vision system. And we calculate efficent traveling direction to find steering angie for lateral control system. Therefore autonomous vehicle go forward the center of lane by adjusting the current steering angle using traveling direction.

This paper proposes a stable control rule for nonlinear unicycle-type mobile robot. The control method uses a local error coordinate system, velocity and distance constants
$\kappa$ $\_$ x/,$\kappa$ $\_$ y/, and he. Stability of control rule is proved Liapunov function. System input to the mobile robot is reference posture ($\chi$ $\_$ r/, y$\_$ r/,$\theta$ $\_$ r/)/sup/$\tau$ / and reference e velocity (ν$\_$ r/,$\omega$ $\_$ r/)$\^$ $\tau$ /. System output of the mobi-le robot is velocity of driving wheels. We introduce limit velocity for preventing high initial speed. From simulation results, we can see the proposed control rule is stable. -
This paper presents micro step driving method using VHDL(Very high speed integrated circuit Hardware Description Language) which can configure CPLD(Complex Programmable Logic Device). Using VHDL which can do abstractive programming is similar to high level language. The whole block divided into five parts with freq. divide part, saw-tooth wave generation part, sine-cosine wave generation part, comparative part, out part. In the result of this study, peripheral circuits are to be simple and using LPM(Library of Parameterized Modules) is more easily to configure circuit. It is easy to verify and implement by using VHDL. To subdivide one natural step, we confirm that using micro step driver is expected that the rotor motion is stepless very smooth.

This paper presents a design of two gimbal system. One is two axes stabilized platform that is targeted to preserve direction while vehicle that is adhered antiaircraft fire, radar or EOTS is moving. The system maintains stabilization by recovering error using the rate gyro. The other is three axes gimbal system that is intended to simulate various angle movement in space and to test three axes gyroscope. This system determines gyro condition comparing gyro output value with converted motor encoder value.

Servomotors, especially linear brushless servomotors have numerous advantages over ball screws, timing belts, rack/pinion drives and friction drives compared wi th rotary servomotors This paper proposes an linear regression method as the estimated ion of unknown parameters from the linear brushless DC motor The estimated parameters are used to tune the gain of controller. In order to agree with this purpose, Digital Signal Processor (TMS320F240), developed for implementation of the motor control, is adopted in this study. The processor playing an important role in controller has A/D converters, PWM generators, riched I/O ports internally.

Also in the paper, the algorithm and method of detecting the violation car have been presented and the microwave detection method has been explained. And then this paper has showed the operation software interface for system and presented the experiment data carried out in the field.

현재 시중에 판매되고 있는 보기 퇴치용 램프는 단순히 보기가 좋아하는 파장만 고려하여 설계된 제품들이다 이는 우리나라의 각 지역에 따라 모기가 잘 잡히는 지역이 있는가 하면 잘 잡히지 않는 지역이 있다. 왜냐하면, 각 지역에 따라 보기의 특성이 조금씩 틀리기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 이렇게 지역에 따라 조금씩 차이가 있는 모기의 특성에 따라 효과적으로 모기를 퇴치하기 위하여 4개의 샘플을 가지고, 밝기와 램프의 파장을 다르게 하여 충북, 경북, 제주도의 각 지역별로 실험을 통하여 지역의 보기특성을 분석하여 테이터화하고, 제일 효과적으로 보기를 퇴치할 수 있는 UV-A의 파장과 24646.0(count)의 발기를 가지는 램프를 가지고 모기퇴치용 램프를 설계하였다.

We studied about the lighting control system on pc using PLM(Power Line Modem). The PLM is composed of FSK IC-chip and the circuit for the power line communication. We developed the control program using visual c++ language on PC for dimming the lamps. In this paper dimming controller was made with PIC161F874 and its communication speed was 1200 boad rates.

In this paper, we has been studied self controlled mobile robot system with CCD camera. This system consists of TMS320F240 digital signal processor, step motor, RF module and CCD camera. we used wireless RF module for movable command transmitging between robot and host PC. This robot go straight until 95 percent filled screen from input image. And the robot recognizes obstacle about 95 percent filled something, so it could avoid the obstacle and conclude new path plan.

In this W the complexity of implementation is reduced by the reduction into half of the number of the multiplier in filter structure of the conventional carrier recovery loop, and as the drawback of NCO of the conventional carrier recovery loop wastes a amount of power for the structure of lookup table, We designed the structure of combinational logic without the lookup table. In the comparison with dynamic power of the proposed NCO, the power of NCO with the lookup table is 175
${\mu}$ W, NCO with the proposed of structure is 24,65${\mu}$ W. As if result, it is recognized that about one eight of loss power is reduced In the simulation of carrier recovery loop designed QPSK demodulator, it is known that the carrier phase is compensated. -
In this paper, it used a different pipeline method from conventional method which is encoding the video signal of analog with digital. It designed with pipeline structure of 4 phases as the pixel clock ratio of the whole operation of the encoder, and secured the stable operational timing of the each sub-blocks, it was visible the effect which reduces a gate possibility as designing by the ROM table or the shift and adder method which is not used a multiplication flag method of case existing of multiplication of the fixed coefficient. The designed encoder shared with the each sub-block and it designed the FPGA using MAX+PLUS2 with VHDL.

A saw-tooth waveform generator with current-controllable frequency is described. The generator utilizes operational transconductance amplifiers as switching element. It features simple and wide sweep capability. The circuit built with commercially avaliable components exhibits good linearity of current to frequency and relatively low temperature sensitivity.

This paper has been studied driving circuits in electrical valves. Also in this paper, opto-couplers of driving circuit are replaced with digital one chip of Altera company. Designs in order to realization of one chip are carried out with Altera Max Plus II. For compact size and light weight, the realization with one chip is necessary in the electrical valves. This paper has designed and presented the digital schemetic circuits, finally the driving circuits are sucessfully operated with the designed chip and showed the saving of area in the driving circuits of electric valves.

This paper proposes an error amplifier circuit using OTA(Operational Transconductance Amplifier) which is the main constituent element in pulse width modulation circuit. The proposed OTA error amplifier circuit is featured by simple circuit configuration, excellent high frequency characteristics and bias current controlled output. Through the experiment of pulse width modulation circuit, the validity of the operation of the OTA error amplifier circuit is verified.

A new configuration of acoustic echo canceler with stepsize predictor and comparator is proposed in this paper. Conventional acoustic echo cancelers using ES(Exponential Step)algorithm has fast convergence speed, but very weak in interference of environment. The proposed stepsize predictor and comparator improve conventional acoustic echo canceler's defects. The Stepsize predictor generates a stepsize value using residual power of error signal. The stepsize comparator selects the stepsize value that is better performance in a acoustic echo canceler using a stepsize decision factor. The Simulation results show superiority of the proposed acoustic echo canceler in environment interference.

We developed the portable blood analysis system, which can be measured pH of the blood. This system is composed to electronic circuit, mechanism, and system software. Electronic circuit is composed to the sensor, pre-amp part, temperature regulation part, fluid sensing part, A/D(analog to digital) conversion part, main and peripheral device processing part. And the mechanism is composed to the flow cell and the liquid flow part. The liquid flow part is consisted of blood and washing control system under the control of the 6-channel solenoid valve and syringe rump. The system software is composed to measurement program, calibration program, washing and diagnostic program. The program of each routine is designed as sequential process for an efficiency. And the portable pH analysis system used two-point calibration method using the two types of corrective liquid. As a result, we obtained the calibration curve and calculated the value of pH. For verifying the system, we confirmed the output voltage of the sensor, and estimated reappearance of system using the standard liquid.

In this paper, we propose new method of signal processing for the Pulse Oximeter for resistant motion artifact. When measure Oxygen saturation, today Pulse Oximeter is low reality because of patient moving, and it low difficult to filtering because of overlap Oxygen saturation and motion artifact. For we measure high reality Oxygen saturation, we reduces motion artifact. In this paper, we Propose and simulate method of signal processing for the Pulse Oximeter for resistant motion artifact.

The fMRI which can express the function of brain as MR image is now being studied. The study on the functional image has usually been performed with the MRI in 4 tesla class in goneral, but if gradient echo imaging method could be used, it might make the most of what it has with the MRI in 1.5 tesla class. However, the lack of adequate image post-processing software prevents it from being used as widely as it could be. For the image post-processing algorithm of the functional image, subtraction method and several statistical methods are used with continuous introduction of new method recently. This Paper presents a design of the fuzzy decision maker analyzable of output result of ECG signals. The fuzzy decision maker proposed are divided into two groups whose functions are different each other. For general laser power supply, the secondary of the power transformer is connected to the rectifier and filter capacitor. The output of a rectifier is connected to a switching element in the secondary of the transformer. So the Dower supply is complicated and the loss of switching is considerably. In addition, according to increasing pulse repetition, charged energy of energy-storage capacitor is not transferred sufficiently to flashlamp, and laser output efficiency decreases. In this raper, to improve laser efficiency, we designed and fabricated the power supply in which the SCR was turned on in zero point by the methods of ZCC(zero crossing control), PFN(pulse forming network) in result, laser output efficiency increased by hte 4% other than conventional supply, when a repetition rate was increased by the 10[pps], In 20(pps), efficiency was increased by about 8%

A pulsed Nd:YAG laser is used widely for materials processing and medical instrument. It's very important to control the laser energy density in those fields using a pulsed Nd:YAG laser. A pulse repetition rate and a pulse width are regarded as the most dominant factors to control the energy density of laser beam. In this paper, the alternating charge and discharge system was designed to adjust a pulse repetition rate. This system is controlled by microprocessor and allows to frequence an expensive condenser for high frequency to cheap one for low frequency. In addtion, The microcontroller monitors the flow of cooling water, short circuit, and miss firing and so on. We designed Nd:YAG laser firmware with smart microcontroller, and want to explain general matters about the firmware from now.

The human speech sounds are use to diagnosis in oriental medicine with ‘0-sung’theory. In general, human voice are sound waves which generated by phonation. Two major parts of phonation are vocal cords and vocal tract. The uniqueness of individual vocal sound depend on structure and usage of their vocal cords and tract. In the oriental medicine, “0-sung (5-tones)” has been used to classify constitution of human body In order to characterize the “0-sung”, their frequency characteristics are investigated, and a principal frequency component is extracted. Then, the principal component is applied to classify sounds into “0-sung.”

In this paper, we devised electrical thermal stimulator for meridian point. The system consist of has four channel applicator, power controller and computer. The applicator consist of resistance wire heater and thermal sensor. A stimulation patterns are obtained from a real moxa combustion. The developed system does not make any smog, does not need moxa anymore, only need electricity.

We, Human beings, use both powers of reason and emotion simultaneously, which surely help us to obtain flexible adaptability against the dynamic environment. We assert that this principle can be applied into the general system. That is, it would be possible to improve the adaptability by covering a digital oriented information processing system with an analog oriented emotion layer. In this paper. we proposed a vertical slicing model with an emotion layer in it. And we showed that the emotion-based control allows us to improve the adaptability of a system at least under some conditions.

In this paper, a robust controller for UPS inverter is designed using CDM (Coefficient Diagram Method) developed by S. Manabe, by which a low order controller guaranteeing the stability and robustness is easily designed. The proposed controller consists of two control loops, the inner current control loop and the outer voltage control loop. The robustness of the proposed controller is verified through the theoretic evolution and its simulation.

There are several electricity applied sterilizers such as sterilizer with high frequency, sterilizer with ozone, sterilizer with high voltage, and so on. Those sterilizers feature “because there is no chemical process, there is no secondly environmental pollution” At the power conversion part, AVS and ZCS methods have been used that it results in reduced switching loss, miniaturized size, and lightened weight. Besides, the current in the device is smaller than that of existing method. Thus, it is expected that the cost of sterilization process, when quality of the device is measured by power consumption, will be reduced.

This paper proposes a nonlinear impedance circuit composed by diodes and inductors or capacitors. This circuit needs no control circuits and switches, and the impedance value is changed by the polarity of current or voltage, This paper presents one of these applications to improve the input current of capacitor input diode rectifiers. The rectifier using the nonlinear impedance circuit id constructed with four diodes and four capacitors in addition to the conventional rectifiers, that is it has eight diodes and five capacitors, including a DC link capacitor. It makes harmonic components of the input current reduce and the power factor improve. A circuit design method is shown by experimentation and confirmed simulation. It explained that compared conventional pulse-width modulated (PWM)inverter with half pulse-width modulated (HPWM) inverter. Proposed HPWM inverter eliminated dead-time by lowering switching loss and holding over-shooting.

This paper is indicating the problems, which are the conduction loss on the high frequency transformer, the protection of rectification diode as the snubber loss and the stress of switching main devices, as be made high current and high speed in the phase-shift switching full-bridge DC-DC converter is used the power supply’s main circuit of high capacity. To improve those problems, in this paper, it is proposed that is the resonant circuit auxiliary can be reduced conduction losses and stabilized output control. And, it is constructed prototype of the power supply as the result of computer simulations.

A large number of soft switching topologies included a resonant circuit have been proposed. But these circuits increase number of switch in circuit and complicate sequence of switching operation. In this Paper, the authors propose power conversion system, DC-AC inverter of high efficiency and high power factor with soft switching mode by partial resonant method. The result is that the switching loss is very low and the efficiency of system is high. And the snubber condenser used in partial resonant circuit makes charging energy regenerated at input power source for resonant operation.
