In electrophoresis, it is studied to get best condition of suspension media with alcoholic system for superconducting film. High-temperature superconductor films of $YBa_{2}Cu_{3}O_{7-x}$ were fabricated by electrophoretic deposition(EPD) from alcohol-based suspension. Maximum stability is observed for the suspension containing iso-alcohol as dispersion medium. However, for the formation of a dense and adherent coating of YBCO on a silver substrate by EPD. the best results were obtained in mixing PrOH and BuOH suspension. The superconducting critical current density($J_c$) was $1,200A/cm^2$ for the films deposited in 30% iso-PrOH and 70 % iso-BuOH suspension.

The $Sr_{0.8}Bi_{2.4}Ta_{2}O_{9}(SBT)$ thin films are deposited on Pt-coated electrode$(Pt/TiO_{2}/SiO_{2}/Si)$ using RF magnetron sputtering method. With increasing annealing tempera ture from $600[^{\circ}C]$ to $850[^{\circ}C]$, Bi-layered perovskite phase was crystallized above $650[^{\circ}C]$. The dielectric constant is 213 at annealing temperature of $750[^{\circ}C]$ and dielectric loss have a stable value within 0.1. Leakage current density is $1.01{\times}10^{-8} A/cm^{2}$ at annealing temperature of $750[^{\circ}C]$ The fatigue characteristics of SBT thin films did not change up to $10^{10}$ switching cycles.

The $Sr_{0.8}Bi_{2.4}Ta_2O_9(SBT)$ thin films are deposited on Pt-coated electrode($Pt/TiO_2/SiO_2/Si$) using RF magnetron sputtering method. With increasing post-annealing temperature from $600[^{\circ}C]$ to $850[^{\circ}C]$, Bi-layered perovskite phase was crystallized above $650[^{\circ}C]$. The maximum remanent polarization and the coercive electric field is 11.60[${\mu}C/cm^{2}$] 48[kV/cm] respectively. The leakage current density of SBT capacitor at post-annealing temperature of $750[^{\circ}C]$ is $1.01{\times}10^{-8}A/cm^2$ at 100[kV/cm]

The ECMO system, including umbilical cord and membrane type oxygenator was connected with extracorporeal circulation unit, was applied to the fetus growth model of goat. The maximum survival time of goat fetus was 48 hours. Average blood rate for the extracorporeal circulation was $223{\pm}15.2 ml/min.$ The survival time of fetus was deeply related to body temperature, blood circulation and water temperature, anesthetized time, and fetus weights. Extern variables that are composed of anesthetized time, fetus weights, change of hemoglobin, circuit pressure, related to the survival time for fetus corrected the problem of previous ECMO model that is controlled by roller pump. It is directly delivered to heart on load. Applying the results from new ECMO model, further research will provide to the system of ECMO for human.

For stabilization and improving power factor in the power lines, various Static Var Compensators(SVC) have been considered to be installed and partly applicated already. With all these merits of the SVC, it stil has demerits, principally evoking harmonic problems. So far, many harmonic reduction type inverters have been used in various parts. In this paper, the reactive power is controlled by amplitude of the output voltage. This paper propose that the multiple voltage source inverter have controllable power factor made by load vary at receive-stage as lagging and leakage control. The theoretical analysis on this system was confirmed through the computer simulation and the experiments.

Making the safety situation from the various work system is very important in the industrial fields. The proposed neural network technique is the real titre computation method based theory of inter-node diffusion for searching the safety distances from the sudden appearance-objests during the work driving. The main steps of the distance computation using the theory of stereo vision like the eyes of man is following steps. One is the processing for finding the corresponding points of stereo images and the other is the interpolation processing of full image data from nonlinear image data of obejects. All of them request much memory space and titre. Therefore the most reliable neural-network algorithm is drived for real time recognition of obejects, which is composed of a dynamic programming algorithm based on sequence matching techniques. And the real time reconstruction of nonlinear image information is processed through several simulations. I-D LIPN hardware has been composed, and the real time reconstruction is verified through the various experiments.

In this paper, aging characteristics of outdoor silicone rubber insulator resulting from the acid rain have been investigated with regards to nitrate ion ($NO^{-1}_{3}$ ). For this purpose, silicone rubber was aged by immersing into the nitric solutions with different level pH during 1500 hours and various tests (tracking, tan $\delta$, breakdown voltage, SEM, EDS, contact angle) were performed. It was observed that the degradation was increased to pH 2.5 slightly and at pH 1.5 highly. And thus, it could be expected that there is certain critical point between pH 1.5 and 2.5, which leads to throught degradation.

This research suggested the new algorithm controlled by micro processor which is already stored by various PWM form of output voltage by using fundamental data of the carrier and signal. The determined PWM pattern is not concerned with the signal wave form and the new algorithm can obtain the desired pulse width by synchronous of carrier. The PWM wave can be controlled with real time by using extra hardware and digital software and to speed up program processing, the control signals to switch the power semi-conductor of three phase PWM inverter, simultaneously use the output signal by microprocessor and extra hardware, and control signal by software. In the end, this method was proved by applying to Three phase voltage source inverter.

우리나라는 1968년 이후에 154kV급 송전 계통망을 비접지 방식에서 직접 접지방식으로 변경함에 따라, 전력선의 1선 지락고장시 송전선으로부터 지락전류 즉, 고장전류가 크게 되어 이 결과 송전선 주변에 있는 통신선에 유도문제가 발생하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 전력선에 의한 통신선측의 유도전압 예측계산식을 제시하고, 유도예측 계산치가 일정 기준을 초과할 경우, 통신선측과 전력선측에서 강구할 수 있는 대책방안에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

The DC dielectric breakdown of epoxy composites used for transformer was experimented and then its data were simulated by Weibull distribution equation in this study. The more hardener increased the stronger breakdown strength at low temperature because of cross-linked density by the virtue of ester radical, and the breakdown strength of specimens with filler was lower than it of non-filler specimens because it was believed that the adding filler formed interface, charges were accumulated in it, the molecular mobility was raised, the electric field was concentrated, electrons were accelerated and then electron avalanche was early accomplished. From the analysis of Wei bull distribution equation, it was confirmed that as the allowed breakdown probability was· given by 0.1[%], the value of 'applied field was needed to be under 17.20[kV/mm].

The electrical degradation phenomena of epoxy composites to be used as a molding material for transformers were studied. The electrets were first manufactured by applying high voltages to five kinds of specimens given a mixing rate, and then TSC(Thermally Stimulated Current) values at the temperature range of $-160\sim200[^{\circ}C]$ were measured from a series of experiments. The behaviour of carrier and its origin in epoxy composites were examined, respectively, And various effects of electrical degradation on epoxy composites were also discussed in this study.

The photoluminescence and the photo-current from p-type GaN films were investigated on both room- and low-temperatures for various Mg doping concentrations. At a low Mg doping level, there exists a photoluminescence center of the donor and the acceptor pair transition of the 3.28-eV band. This center is correlated with the defects for a shallow donor of the VGa and for an acceptor of MgGa. The acceptor level shows the binding energy of 0.2-0.25 eV, which was observed by the photon energy of the photo-current signal of 3.02-3.31 eV. At a high Mg doping level, there is a photoluminescence center of a deep donor and an acceptor pair transition of the 2.76-eV blue band. This center is attributed to the defect structures of MgGa-VN for the deep donor and MgGa for the acceptor. For low. doped samples, thermal annealing provides an additional photo-current signal for an unoccupied deep acceptor levels of 0.87-1.35 eV above valence band, indicating the p-type activation.

절연체 내부의 보이드로 인하여 부분방전이 발생하면 국부파괴와 완전절연파괴의 원인이 된다. 부분방전으로 생기는 트리잉은 절연재료를 열화 시키고 절연 수명을 단축시키는 중요한 원인이 되므로 절연파괴를 미연에 하여 절연재료 수명을 예측할 수 있는 방법에 대한 연구는 매우 중요하다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 부분방전 및 음향방출 시스템을 이용한 컴퓨터 시스템을 개발하여 각 시스템의 장점을 이용함으로써 열화진단을 실시하였다. 부분방전 시스템의 장점은 음향에 비하여 검출 신호가 양호하고, 고전압 절연 장치의 신뢰성을 평가하기에 적합하다. 또한 음향방출 시스템의 장점은 전자기의 영향을 받지 않고, 열화 과정을 실시간으로 관찰할 수 있다는 것이다. 이 두 가지의 장점을 복합적으로 이용하면 절연재료 내부에서 발생하는 트리의 위치와 부분방전을 효과적으로 할 수 있다. 열화분석 방법으로 먼저 부분방전 펄스와 음향방출 펄스를 희귀분석하여 T검정에 의한 상관계수와 결정계수를 구하여 비교해본 결과 부분방전과 음향방출 펄스는 대체적으로 비슷한 형태를 보였다. 이것은 Yoshimura와 Fujita의 연구 결과와 일치하였다.

PT of epoxy mold type have tendency to occur dielectric breakdown in high voltage system. These are using for measurement of voltage or protection of system and application voltage is 25.8kV. Therefore, for improving a lots of problems like as partial discharge, we had analyze on the destroyed Epoxy molded type PT and processing of production. As a results, we concluded that the reason of dielectric breakdown was defect of processing and degradation of insulation by electrical stress. In this work, We presented a method of solution in processing of production. which is reduction of the PO which was occurred at the insulation material. so we must many try to remove faults, these problems are mainly to winding methods of 1st coil. the other side, Reformation of 1st coil improved property of PD and we could prove it with experiments.

In this paper, the $Sr_{1-x}Ca_{x}TiO_{3}(0{\leq}x{\leq}0.2)$ 2)-based grain boundary layer ceramics were fabricated to measured dielectric properties and voltage-current properties. The sintering temperature and time were $1420\sim1520^{\circ}C$, 4hours, in $N_{2}$ gas, respectively. The structural and the dielectric properties were investigated by SEM, X-ray, HP4194A and K6517. The 2nd phase formed by thermal diffusion from the surface lead to a very high apparent dielectric constant, $\varepsilon_r$ > 50000. X-ray diffraction patterns exhibited cubic structure for all specimens. Increasing content of Ca, the peak intensity were decreased.ﱇﶖ⨀ਆᘍ܀㘱㔮㠹㬅K䍄乍

This paper place the focus the development of treadmill for rat in order to verify the effectiveness of exercise therapy. Up to now, in many medical laboratories treadmill have had to be remodeled for experiments with animal. Thus, it is necessary to develop the treadmills for animals only including rats. The treadmill has a DC motor which can make 600 revolutions per minute(600 RPM) and tension of the belt of the treadmill can be adjusted to prevent shift of the belt to any side. Velocity can be selected from 10m to 30m per minute increasing by 1m. The motor is controled by pulse width modulation(PWM) control mode using a 8bit microprocessor. In the future, the roller and motor need to be combined for improvement of stability and decrease of noise.

The function of two kind process that an elevator is driven by PLC program and the sequence control relay circuit is a mechanical relay sequence control field and it is equipment apparatus of it to get appropriately the technology of For/Rev in that mechanical operating cause of a load using the PLC program. Also the wring circuit using a plug, dissembly. the circuit and the principle of component, and PLC program with the function test can be used the implementation field to the total technology theory about FA.
