현대 기업은 경영 전략의 방향 및 평가를 위하여 고객만족도를 조사한다. 특히 서비스업에서는 많은 경우 SERVQUAL 점수를 이용하여 고객만족도를 평가한다 SERVQUAL은 고객의 기대와 지각의 차이를 조사하여 고객만족도를 평가하며 22 개의 평가항목은 5가지의 품절특성 (유형성, 신뢰성, 대응성, 확신성 공감성)에 대한 SERVQUAL 접수로 산출된다. WSERVQUAL 접수는 SERVQUAL 점수에 단순평균방식과 상대적 중요도를 가중한 가중접수로 계산되는 방법으로 상대적 중요도를 파악하기 위하여 기존에서는 중요도에 대한 고객의 의견을 파악하여 적용하였으나 본 논문에서는 임성욱의 잠재적 고객만족 개선지수 (PCSI Index)를 적용하여 고객의 향후 잠재적 만족개선정도에 관한 내용을 포함한 가중치를 산정할 수 있는 방법론을 제시하였다.

In this paper, we try to find success factor to satisfy Female Customer of a Family Restaurant We survey Female Customers Requirement and make a Questionnaire based on Female Customer by interview and internet Homepage. We find Potential customer satisfying factor by using Kano Analysis and Timko's CS coefficient and Potential Customer Satisfactionv improvement Index(PCSI) which is suggested by Leem represents how much a service feature can increase the degree of customer satisfaction when the service feature is fully fulfilled. We also discuss how to use this result, we hope our result to apply customer satisfying many fields not only Family Restaurant.

This study examined the effect of waiting in a service queue on the evaluation of service quality focused on its overall process, mediators and moderators The conceptual model of this paper integrates key variables derived from previous studies of consumer waiting behavior. Data obtained from actual customers in service queue at a hospital was used to test the theoretical framework. First, results from the path analysis confirm that negative affect and acceptability of the wait function as mediators in the process that the perceived duration of the wait affects customer's evaluation of overall service quality. Second, the analysis of the data, with the use of moderate regression shows that disconfirmation of wait time expectations, transaction importance, stability of wait time and wait environment work as moderate variables for the relationship between perceived duration of wait and negative affect. For the relationship between perceived wait time and acceptability of the wait, on the other hand, only transaction import ante shows a significant effect as a moderator.

Internet community's popularity Is growing at an impressive rate. Sooner or later, most people come face to face with the decision of using the mobile internet or mobile community. This study developed and empirically tested a research model, QSL(Quality-Satisfaction-Loyalty) model. The reliability and validity of the measurement test were peformed. Based on a survey at university, this study showed that consultation system is significant on overall customer satisfaction. The possibility of human network is very important in generating overall customer satisfaction. We empirically found that the important role of customer satisfaction as partial moderating factor between service qualities and customer loyalty.

In this study, an investigation was done into service quality factors of infant education institutes, after which a positive verification was made in the rotation of cause and effect between service quality, service value and customer satisfaction. Based on this verification, strategies were presented for plans to improve the service qualify of infant education. In addition, identification was made into factors that affect customer satisfaction, re-registration intention and recommendation to others in putting forward service operational strategies for infant education institutes and making a comparative analysis on kindergartens and daycare centers.

The delivery of high service quality is an evitable strategy that has been related to a success in discount store industry. Greater competitiveness has caused discount store firms to be increasingly aware of the importance of service quality to be on a competitive edge. Also, the fact that service quality leads to customer satisfaction has driven many researchers and practitioners to focus on the issue. What we suggest is that customer's expectation change of service quality cannot be regarded as two totally unrelated processes. If quality judgments are based on expectations, it is important to understand the origins of those expectation change. Therefore, if being of effecting factors between the latest expectation and the changed expectation of service quality will prove out, service firms are possible to operate efficiency quality management for getting customer satisfaction.

Since the ending of the IMF period, the Korean health industry has experienced a number of changes in its environment such as hospital bankruptcy, enforcement of SDF(Separation of Dispensing and Prescription), opening of the medical market by WHO, evaluation of medical institutions with more than 100 sick beds, and limited approval for medical service advertisement. Furthermore, the concept of medical service has changed from a beneficent and vortical one to a hi lateral and righteous one. These changes in medical service have required medical institutions to provide customers with medical service options and adopt market principles actively, while considering customer satisfaction. Thus, this paper aims to investigate the service quality and service value of medical institutions, to understand the mutual relationship between customer satisfaction and repeat visits, and to suggest better solutions for the improvement of service quality. For future studies, It will be necessary to overcome the limitations of this research and develop proper measurement tools on service quality in the Korean medical system.

As the level of technology and the standard of living improve, product reliability plays an Increasingly significant role. This study has been performed to build a reliability model of electronic ballasts for the low wattage fluorescent lamp. Telcordia SR-332, one of the most widely used reliability specifications, was selected for the model development. We briefly reviewed the basic concepts of the electronic ballast. We then developed a reliability model for the ballast using SR-332 concepts and the reliability has been examined.

칩비드는 전자제품에서 전기적 노이즈(noise)의 기기 유입에 대해 제품의 사양에 따라 일정한 전압으로 강하해주는 보호소자로서 유무선통신기기, 컴퓨터 등 소형 전자제품에 많이 쓰이고 있다. 특히 IT제품의 소형화 추세로 수요가 계속 증가되고 있는 추세이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내에서 생산되는 칩비드의 대표적인 2종(1005, 1608 형)에 대한 신뢰성 평가를 위해 시험기준을 개발하고 수명시험을 통한 제품의 신뢰성에 대해 분석하였다. 특히 기존의 다양한 환경시험과 함께 고장률시험을 추가하여 제품의 수명을 예측하는데 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다.

HSS (high strength steel) is widely applied to reduce the weight but improve the strength in automobiles. This research has been peformed to secure a methodology to accurately predict the springback of HSS for successful tool and process designs in sheet stamping operations. We first peformed U-draw bending test to evaluate the springback characteristic. We then evaluated forming and springback processes using the 1-row model of the finite element method. Based on the peformance measure and parameters selected, extensive analyses of the factor effects on the springback have been made using experimental design concepts. We specifically selected Taguchi's orthogonal array,
$L_{18}(2^1{\times}3^7)$ , and the optimal level combination of the factors have been drawn from the analysis. -
Companies had to be more intelligent in order to survive in the rapidly changing environments. We need to make a decision to build the Information System to support their decision making. But, how can we know the new system would be better than the old system in making us intelligent? The answer is we can do it with the concept of Intelligence Density. In this study, Intelligence Density concept will be introduced, and the way how it can be applied to the information system will be presented. Resulting from a development of Korea's film industry, the number of the audience who visits a movie theater is increasing. so, interest in indoor service which is provided in the movie theater is also increasing, and there are needs for raising a movie theater's competitive power and an endeavor to offer a higher standard of service to customer. thus, this study will define service quality factor of a movie theater and provide ways of improving service quality by analyzing the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction and re-visit intention.

Many corporations will get much mote benefits if they investigate the model deciding to purchasing mobile phone in that cell phone of our country has about 20% of market share in the world market. Considering this situation to divide cell phone market between CDMA and GSM in world market, it is not easy to make cell phone to satisfy the suitable method which each country wants. Through this study, we anticipate that it will offer the measuring method about consumer purchasing decision of each country. With the rapid development of digital technology, the satellite DMB service is able to provide chance to watch on TV, movie and listen on the Radio to their subscriber with moving. From the mid 2005, Korean people can get the satellite DMB service which includes In many kinds of new telecommunication services such as watching on tv, movie, and listening the music on service charge. The objective of this study is to grasp the factors which affecting the use satellite DMB service on the consumers who pay service charge, and to make an analysis on the structure relationship between such factors with consumer satisfaction and consumer royalty.

The product placement is a new type of advertising communication means that pays the price in the movies definitely. This study is a research on the effect of the product placement on the consumption behavior and brand image.

This study attempts to investigate a general service sector model which aims to describe the extent to which customer repurchase intention is influenced by customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, switching cost. 195 consumers in service sector were used into data analysis. The data were analyzed by factor analysis and Structural Equation Model using SPSS and AMOS program. The results show that nearly all of the hypothesized relationships construct are supported. First, the direct effects of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and switching cost were com firmed. The service company not only strengthens customer loyalty, but also strategically makes the most use of switching cost to satisfy customer satisfaction and create sustainable company advantages. Second, the interactive relationships among switching cost and customer loyalty were very significant. The proper management of these mediating variables plays key roles in connecting customer satisfaction with repurchase intention. Third, the effects of customer loyalty and brand preference on repurchase intention were supported but switching cost rejected in the path analysis. Implications of the results for path analysis are discussed and future research directions are offered.

Cusum control chart is used for the purpose of controling the process mean. We consider the problem related to cusum chart for controling process variance. Previous researches have considered the same problem. The main difficulty shown in the related researches was to derive the ARL function which characterizes the properties of the chart. Sample variance, differently with sample mean, follows chi-squared type distribution, even when the quality characteristics are assumed to be normally distributed. The ARL function of cusum is described by a type of integral equation. Since the solution of the integral equation for non-normal distribution is not known well, people used simulation method instead of solving the integral equation directly, or approximation method by taking logarithm of the sample variance. Recently a new method to solve the integral equation for Erlang distribution was published. Here we consider the steps to apply the solution to the problem of controling process variance.

Data mining is a useful tool for analyzing data from different perspectives and for summarizing them into useful information. Recently, the data mining methods are applied to solving quality problems of the manufacturing processes. This paper discusses the problems of construction of a quality mining system, which is based on the various data mining methods. The quality mining system includes recipe optimization, significant difference test, finding critical processes, forecasting the yield. The contents and system of this paper are focused on the TFT-LCD manufacturing process. We also provide some illustrative field examples of the quality mining system.

현장의 품질 관리방법으로 식스시그마 DMAIC(Define-Measure-Analysis-Improve-Control) Process는 설계 분야의 Design for Six Sigma Process인 DMADV (Define-Measure-Analysis-Design-Verify), ICOV (Identify-Characterize-Optimize-Verify) Process 로 문제를 설계 단계에서 사전에 해결하는 How to do 의 방법, Process 로 확대되어 많은 기업으로 확대되고 있다. 또한 최근 신상품, 신사업 기획이 중요해지면서 What to do 에 해당하는, 블루오션 전략과 트리즈의 예측 방법과 Computer Aided Innovation Software를 포괄하는 DFSS의 확대 Process 와 그 효용에 대해서 본 논문에서 설명하고자 한다.

본 논문은 '블루프린트 혁신' 개념을 소개한다. 목표 가시화를 통해서 혁신의 성과와 몰입력을 극대화시키는 혁신방식을 정리한 것으로서 새로운 혁신개념을 정립하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 여기서는 블루프린트 혁신의 개념, 비전경영과의 차이점, BPI의 전개방식 등을 사례를 통해서 제시한다.

온라인 관계 커뮤너티로서 최근 각광을 받고 있는 것은 미니 홈피를 포함한 블로그를 들 수 있다. 장단기적으로 잠재고객 세분화와 시장기회 창출에 블로그서비스가 활용될 수 있기에 많은 인터넷 기업들이 경쟁적으로 블로그 사업에 진출하고 있다. 본 연구목적은 블로그 고유의 서비스품질을 발견하여 서비스가치, 고객만족, 충성의도 사이의 인과관계를 밝혀서 서비스가치의 매개적 역할과 효과성 그리고 블로그서비스품질 전략에 대한 시사점을 제시 하고자 하였다. 결론적으로 고객가치 관점에서 고객유지를 위해 오락성, 고객화, 신뢰성에 중점을 두어야 하고 상호작용성과 편리성은 최소요건으로써 기본적인 유지전략이 필요하다. 본 연구의 한계는 사용연령에 따른 조사대상의 한계와 블로그서비스의 역동성으로 인한 서비스품질요인의 한계로 요약될 수 있다.

The environment of the enterprise changes very quickly, and the customers' needs ate becoming to be various. Only the enterprise can be securing a competitive high position if the enterprise knows well with the customer. Therefore, the enterprise must be confronted appropriately which grasps the requirement of he customer. The Kano presents quality dualism, it complemented a different meaning problem point and the Timko presented the customer satisfaction coefficient. But the model of the Timko which committed the error as well that does not consider the indifferent quality of he Kano. Hence, with this research hat proposes the method of analyzes the client demands accurately through Modified CS-coefficient. Then, apply the method on to the multiplex theater.

An Effect of Website quality on Service Value and Customer Satisfaction in the Internet Banking Internet Banking is very popular in Korea these days. More than 25million are using Internet Banking. This study is to find Quality Factors for Internet Banking Services and relationship among Internet Banking Service Value, Customer Satisfaction and Reuse. In this study we found that Service Value is prior to Customer Satisfaction. And also, Service Value and Customer Satisfaction affect customers reuse respectively. This study also found that 7 factors compose Internet Banking Service Quality. They are Convenience Security, Informal ion Providing, Communication, Design, System Correcteness. Convenience, Informal ion Providing, Communication and Design affect Internet Banking Service Value. System, Correcteness and Convenience affect Customer Satisfaction. So we learened that Internet Banking Customers discriminate Service Value from Satisfaction.

It is generally thought that the quality management and the six sigma management innovation are not applicable to service industry, which might be derived from some differences between service and manufacturing industries. However, both are substantially alike in some intrinsic attributes. KT is leading the Quality management and the six sigma innovation activities in service industry, especially among telecommunication companies in Korea. Six sigma management innovation has been fostered in KT within short period of time and played an important role in helping KT privatized successfully. The successful cases of six sigma innovation activities in KT could be introduced to other Korean companies in service industry.

HACCP(Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)은 식품의 원료, 제조가공 및 유통 등 전 과정에서 안전 위해물질이 해당제품에 혼입되거나 오염되는 것을 사전에 예방 감시하기 위한 각 과정을 중점적으로 관리하는 기준으로 1995년 이후 식품위생법 규정에 신설되었다. 국내외에서 앞으로 많은 기업은 이러한 청결기준을 만족시키지 못할 경우 무한 경쟁에서 이기기 힘들다. 이를 해결하기 위한 다양한 방법 가운데 품질혁신 방법으로 많이 알려진 Six Sigma 방법론을 이용하여 프로젝트를 시행함으로써 HACCP을 획득 할 수 있는 방법에 대하여 연구하였다. 본 논문에서는 Six Sigma 로드맵과 HACCP의 프로세스를 결합하여 새로운 로드맵을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 결과에 의하면 품질관련 경영혁신을 지속적으로 추진하는 것이 경영시스템 품질수준을 향상시키는데 매우 효과적일 뿐만 아니라 품질경영 추진부서의 형태에 따라서 기업의 경영시스템품질 수준에 차이가 있음이 확인되었다. 이 연구의 결과는 우리나라 기업이 경영시스템 품질수준을 향상시키기 위한 목적으로 경영혁신 및 품질경영을 추진하는 데에 시사점을 제시하였다는 점에 그 의의가 있다.

Many control charting methods for both i.i.d and autocorrelated data can be viewed as charting the output of a linear filter applied to the process data. We propose a generalization of this concept, in which the filter parameters are optimally selected to minimize the out-of-control ARL while constraining the in-control ARL to some desired value. A number of interesting characteristics of the optimal fitters are discussed.

In this paper, we propose Bayesian procedure for the multiple change points analysis in a sequence of fractions nonconforming. We first compute the Bayes factor for detecting the existence of no change, a single change or multiple changes. The Gibbs sampler with the Metropolis-Hastings subchain is run to estimate parameters of the change point model, once the number of change points is identified. Finally, we apply the results developed in this paper to both a real and simulated data.

In this paper, the Bayesian procedure for the multiple test of fraction nonconforming, p, is proposed. It is the procedure for checking whether the process is out of control, in control, or under the permissible level for p. The procedure is as follows: first, setting up three types of models,

Many practical problems of quality control in service management are derived from the use of ordinal variables. Ordered linguistic variables differ from measurement variables. This paper presents a new control chart of a production process based on ordinal variables.

This paper considers the problem of selecting the most profitable process mean for production processes where measurement errors exist in inspection systems. For such situations, a sequential inspection procedure is proposed to reduce measurement errors. The decision to accept, reject, or take an additional inspection of an item is made at every measurement point until the number of repeated measurements reaches its upper bound. An expected profit model is constructed and the optimal process mean, the cut-off values, and the upper bound of the number of repeated measurements are obtained when accepted(rejected) items are sold at regular(reduced) price. A numerical study is performed to investigate the performance of the proposed procedure.

We set to each one subjectivity and interpreted between artist to make the work of art and appreciator. But in this paper, we tied various criteria which appreciates the work of art. We tried so that we presented the intimacy each other newly. Otherwise we tied with the subjectivity of the Individual and are the try to be an objectification low through statistical technique. We looked into the culture and art in the introduction and explain the discussion about the work of art interpreting which the main subject. We set the category 6 area, and explain an each criteria explanation and assessment method. We tried to propose new interpreting as the intimacy to be statistical technique result of the assessment analysis.

The emotional quality of the product have become an important factor in purchasing decision. Classical approach of product design has focused on providing proper functions of the product. However, as the life-cycle of products become shorter and the customer's needs get more diversified, it is now necessary to accommodate the customer's emotional requirement in product design. This study aims to analyze and interpret the emotional characteristics based customer preference survey. This study consisted of two part. First part was to search the optimal combination of design variables through DOE of predetermined 5 design variables. In the second part, we developed customer preference index model to measure the customer preferences about 16 different wood flooring product.

Empirical Study on the Induction Effect of Safety Quality Management System for the Shipping CompanyThis document analyses the empirical study result of the safety quality management system(SQMS) induction. This analysis is composed as the following. First of all, we take a brief look at (he present Korean situations after the SQMS induction. Next, we analyse the effect of the SQMS induction, then we indicate the conclusion, suggestion, limits and future course of this study. We divided the effect of induction in 21 factors. The result was 3.5 out of 5 perfect Points, which shows the high preference. Higher points were scored with international companies than domestic ones, the companies accepted before 1998 than the ones after 1998, and large enterprises than smaller ones.

시화호 개발 시점은 1975년 농업진흥공사가 시화호 유역을 간척농지로 개발한다는 계획을 수립한 시점부터 잡을 수 있으나 건설교통부가 이 지역을 반월특수지역 개발구역으로 지정한 1986년 9월 27일로 보는 것이 타당할 것으로 본다. 1986년에 정부가 그렇게 지정한 목적은 이 지역을 방조제로 막아서 담수호를 만들어 농업용수를 공급하고 농지 조성과 수자원 확보를 기한다는 목적 및 그에 따른 수도권 인구 분산 및 도서 지역 균형 개발을 이루겠다는 것이었다. 그러나 1995년 4월 2억4천백85만 톤의 썩은 시화호 물을 서해로 당류하고 바닷물을 유입한 이래 2001년 2월 정부가 다시 해수호로 인정하기까지 이 호수는 숟한 우여 곡절과 정부의 잦은 정책 변경으로 자연 환경이 파괴되었으며 생태계 변화에 따른 인근 지역과 농작물에 많은 피해를 보았고 염색 공단에서 흘러나온 폐수로 인해 악취를 풍기는 등 오염이 심각해 완전히 실패로 돌아간 '환경실패대작'이라고 할 수 있다. 이렇게 된 데는 정책 집행 과정에서 환경오염 저해 요인에 대한 무사 안일한 대처, 비밀주의, 철저하지 못한 오폐수의 단속 등 정부 폭의 실책을 우선해서 말할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이런 것을 포함해서 시화호가 실패하게 된 여타 중요 요인에 대해서 알아보고 또 지속 가능한 활용방안 및 대책에 대해서 간략히 알아보고자 한다.

Recently European Council(EU) published the RoHS(restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment) which is prohibit the use of Pb, Hg, Cd,
$Cr^{+6}$ , PBB or PBDE in the electrical and electronic equipments. So EU member States shall ensure that, from 1 July 2006, new electrical and electronic equipment put on the market does not contain 6 hazardous substances. So many kinds of projects is proceeding to ensure the reliability of Pb-free electronics in the worlds. Especially it is necessary to evaluate of Pb-free solder joints in electronics. Therefore, on this paper, we compared with solder joint strength of chip components, respectively SnPb, Pb-free solder as follows reliability test methods. We also measured the shear strength of solder joint and also compared the effects of environmental test methods. In this results, we analyzed and compared the shear strength variation as follows solder materials and reliability test conditions. -
When the environmental materials of the raw and sub material to applied in electronic goods removed, the reliability assessment and the forecasting is stand on the low level and in case of neglect, it is acting as latent defect that can be connected to large size disaster. Since the global warming problem emerged in the international community, the problem has been sought to be not at the national but at the global level. As a result, the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change was agreed by international delegates in 1992, and the Kyoto Protocol which imposes industrialized nations to decrease their greenhouse gas emission was agreed by the international community in 1997. Kyoto protocol came into effect for reduction duty of greenhouse gas.(16-Feb-2005) High developed countries press environmental regulation. It will strengthen an environment regulation from advanced nation with this protocol. This study is intended to examine unfolding transition on negotiations of Conference of Parties(COP), the Kyoto Mechanism referred as a cost-effective tool to meet a targeted level of greenhouse gas decrease, and trends in responses of developed countries to the Kyoto Protocol, and finally suggests legal and politic counterplans responding to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (hereafter, UNFCCC).

The environmental problem come because the demage cost of environmental pollution is not properly reflected in market price. The government regulations for market is justified to solve the problem. The policy needs a close analysis of environmental, economical effect for the point of time, methods, rational decision making of the government regulations. Especially, we need to assume and analyze about social expenses by environmental pollution and policy execution. The cost-benefit analysis about environmental pollution is used to support decision making. The value of benefit about damage by environmental pollution or about improvement changes a monetary unit through the cost-benefit analysis. The working like this is said environmental material valuation or measuring valuation. This work is studied about looking for proper analysis model to apply our environmental materials.

기업이 추구하는 경쟁우위요소에 따라 추구하는 경쟁전략유형을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 또한 경쟁전략유형에 따른 경영품질 수준의 차이도 분석하였다. 그리고 추구하는 경쟁우위요소와 추구하는 경쟁전략유형이 적절히 조화를 갖춤이 경영품질 수준에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 분석의 결과는 본원적 경쟁전략의 이론이 우리나라 기업에서도 그대로 적용됨을 확인하였으며, 경쟁전략의 유형에 따라 경영품질 수준에도 차이가 있음을 확인하였으며, 경쟁전략의 적합성이 맞은 기업의 경영품질 수준이 그렇지 않은 기업의 경영품질 수준보다 높음을 확인하였다. 따라서 기업은 추구하는 경쟁전략요소에 적절한 경쟁전략유형을 선택하여 추구함으로서 경영품질 수준을 향상시키고, 보다 나은 경영성과를 기대할 수 있다.

제조 기업이 글로벌 경쟁 환경 속에서 생존하고 발전하는 데에는 그 기업의 부단한 생산혁신을 통하여 품질 및 가격, 납기에 대한 획기적인 개선노력으로 원가경쟁력을 갖추어야만 한다. 식스시그마를 비롯한 많은 품질경영혁신 도구가 상존하고 있지만 대기업에 반해 상대적으로 기업규모와 경영기반구조가 취약한 중소 제조기업의 경우에는 해당기업의 혁신도구를 찾아 적용하기에 매우 어렵다 할 수 있을 것이다. 그리하여, 필자가 이러한 현실을 감안하여 산업현장에서 실증적으로 지도하고 참여하였던 사례를 연구 검토함으로써 제조기업의 품질경쟁력을 향상시키기 위한 대안의 하나로써 제시하고자 한다.

품질의 집(HoQ, House of Qualify) 모형은 1960년대 후반에 개발된 이래, 거의 모든 제조업에 적용되어 왔으며, 이제는 서비스업에서도 HoQ 모형을 응용하여 서비스를 개발하거나 서비스전달과정을 개선하는 경우가 많다. 그러나 50년에 가까운 역사를 가짐에도 불구하고, HoQ 모형을 수리적 관점에서 엄밀하게 분석하여 그 이론적 기초를 공고하게 다지는 연구는 매우 드물다. 본 연구에서는 TQM이나 6-시그마 프레임워크의 핵심적 도구로 등장하는 HoQ 모형을 선형대수학(linear algebra)적 관점에서 해석하고 분석하여, 방법론으로서의 가치를 재조명한다. 이러한 접근을 통하여 HoQ 모형이 품질경영에 기여하는 바와 함의 및 한계점 등을 명확히 밝혀, 모형의 올바른 활용을 유도할 수 있다.

6 Sigma uses DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology as process of solving problem. Enterprise already propelling successfully 6 sigma such as Motorolla, GE and consulting companies leading 6 sigma also propose DMAIC methodology traditionally. But from making 6 sigma activated, enterprises and 6 sigma consulting companies propose 6 sigma methodology matching office indirection part and research and development part. As the forward example, DFSS(Design For Six Sigma) is R&D part application in GE. This study investigates 6 sigma methodology corresponding to Right Process of the kernel factor. Especially for optimum design of the R&D part, revise DFSS definition and general concept organization through Lean DFSS methodology research and analysis.

참여정부가 들어선 이후 정부는 일 잘하는 정부, 대화 잘 하는 정부를 만들기 위해서 정부의 각 부처 및 공기업의 자율적 혁신 및 체질화를 유도하고 있다. 현재 이러한 정부의 강력한 정부개혁 혁신 의지는 정부로부터 출연금 보조금 등을 받고 업무를 위탁받거나 독점적 사업권을 부여받은 정부산하기관에 그 영향이 미치고 있는 상황이다. 따라서 최근 각 정부산하기관들이 경영혁신 프로그램으로 민간 기업에서 활성화되고 있는 6시그마를 도입하고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 정부산하기관의 업무 특성으로 인하여 6시그마 프로젝트 추진의 차별화가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 민간기업과 정부산하기관의 6시그마 프로젝트 추진에 대해서 이미 6시그마를 도입한 K공단의 사례를 통하여 분석하고, 정부산하기관에서 적용할 수 있는 6시그마 추진 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

6시그마 프로세스는 정의(Define), 측정(Measure), 분석(Analyze), 개선(Improve), 관리(Control)라는 다섯 스텝을 통하여 문제를 해결하고 성과를 달성한다. 이 다섯 단계 중에서 정의 단계는 프로젝트를 선정하고, 고객을 정의하고 프로젝트의 핵심 요인을 파악하며, 팀을 구성하고, 일정을 수립하는 일련의 과정으로서, 6시그마 활동전체의 방향을 제시하는 동시에, 이 활동이 그 조직에 얼마나 효과성이 결정되는 단계로서 6시그마 전 활동을 통하여 가장 중요한 단계라 할 수 있다. 6시그마 활동 중 정의 단계의 4 Step인 Project의 선정, Project의 정의, CTQ의 도출 및 선정, Project의 실행 계획은 프로젝트의 성공과 실패를 좌우하는 중요한 요인이다. 본 연구는 F사에서 수행했던 프로젝트를 대상으로 정의 단계의 각 Step마다 적정한 Activity에 따라 수행되었는가를 분석하여 F사의 6시그마 활동의 문제점을 조사하여 향후 6시그마 활동의 방향을 제시하려한다.

많은 6시그마 혁신을 하는 기업 중에서 ISO9000 시리즈나 ISO/TS16949 인증을 받고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 6시그마 도입 초기부터 ISO/TS16949와 통합운영을 생각하고 추진하는 곳은 많지 않다. ISO/TS16949에서는 기업전반의 프로세스에 많은 중점을 두고 있다. 그 중에서도 APQP(Advanced Product Quality Planning)은 제품 초기에서부터 명확한 품질계획 업무 프로세스를 가지고 활동을 하라는 필수 프로세스를 요구하고 있다. 그러나 구체적인 Flow나 단계는 각 기업체의 특성에 맞기고 있다. 6시그마의 Lean DFSS는 이러한 제품개발 프로세스의 구체적인 전계단계를 제공하고 있다 여기에 APQP에서 요건으로 명시한 각 프로세스 단계마다 Input요소, Output요소, Target, 그 프로세스를 책임질 구성원, 핵심성공요인, 핵심성공지수, 단계마다의 FMEA(Failure Mode Effect Analysis) 분석을 대응하면 도입 초기에서부터 상호 유기적이면서 효과적인 System이 된다.

구매자와 공급자의 관계는 대부분 구매자의 교섭력이 우위에 있는 경우가 대부분이지만, 병목품목의 경우는 반대로 공급자의 교섭력이 우위에 있는 상대적으로 드문 경우에 해당된다. 병목품목에 대해 힘의 열위에 있는 구매자가 주도할 수 있는 구매 및 공급관리 전략을 도출하고 실행하기는 다른 품목들에 비해 매우 어렵다. 그러나 교섭력의 부족으로 인하여 공급이 부족하게 되면 생산에 막대한 차질을 가져오고, 공급량은 부족하지 않더라도 공급가격이 인상되면 구매비용이 증가하게 되어 최종제품의 가격과 수익에 큰 영향을 미치게 된다. 본 연구에서는 그동안 상대적으로 연구가 부족하였지만 제품생산과 수익에 중요한 영향을 미치는 병목품목에 대해 구매 포트폴리오를 기반으로 하여 구매 및 공급관리 전략의 목표를 정의하고, 목표를 이루기 위한 프레임웍과 전략들을 도출하였다.

Empirical analysis was based on the data of 692 hotel employees from Seoul and Gyung-gi province. To test the relationship between job characteristics and service quality, multiple regression analysis was applied, and hierarchial regression analysis(Cohen & Cohen, 1983) applied to test the moderating effects of gender and tenure. Multiple regressional analysis showed that job importance, job variety, and feedback had an positive impact on tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, but autonomy had a negative impact on tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance. Hierarchical regressional analysis showed that gender had moderating effects on 4 relationships between job characteristics and service quality, and tenure had moderating effects on 3 relationships.

다양한 아파트 특성들을 이용하여 아파트 가격을 추정하고 예측하는 연구 또한 많이 존재하고 있는 실정이다. 그렇지만 이러한 연구들 대부분이 회귀모형에 지나치게 의존하고 있는 실정이다 그러나 회귀모형은 단점보다 장점이 많은 모형이다. 본 연구는 회귀모형을 부정하기보다는 새로운 모형을 도입하여, 회귀모형의 문제점들을 극복하고 회귀모형과 상호보완적인 모형을 도입할 필요성에 의해서 본 연구를 수행한 것이다. 다양한 아파트 특성들에 대하여 신경망모형을 이용하여 아파트 가격을 예측하고, 기존의 회귀모형과 비교하는 것이 본 연구의 주목적이다 또한 회귀모형과 신경망모형의 상호 보완적인 측면을 규명하는 것은 본 연구의 부차적인 목적이 된다 아파트 특성들은 주변에서 쉽게 이용 가능한 데이터를 위주로 하였다. 2004년 6월 기준으로 서울시 송파구와 도봉구의 아파트 매매가격들과 12개의 아파트 특성들을 수집하였다. 아파트 매매가격들 (즉, 매매 하한가, 일반 거래가, 매매 상한가) 을 새로운 측정방법을 이용하여 하나의 매매가격으로 추정하였으며, 대표성을 가지도록 하였다. 신경망모형을 도입하여 아파트 특성들을 이용하여 아파트 가격을 정밀하고 유효하게 예측하고, 기존의 회귀모형들과 비교하는 것은 아파트 가격에 대한 연구 분야에 큰 의미가 있다 하겠다. 그리고 주택에 관한 기존의 연구와 신규 연구에 신경망모형이 활용될 수 있으리라 판단된다.
