IMF이후 건설 물량은 감소하고 있는 경향이나 재해율은 그다지 감소하지 않고 있고 여전히 중대재해는 계속 발생하고 있는 추세이며, 건설업체에서는 안전관리에 대한 비용을 더욱 아끼려 하고 있어 비용절감을 위해 재해예방을 위한 안전시설 비용이나 안전활동 비용을 투자하지 않고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 노동부에서 현재 시행하고 있는 건설현상 페트롤점검의 실태를 조사ㆍ분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 효율적 운영방안을 제시하는 것으로 하였다. 현행 페트롤점검의 실태조사를 위하여 페트롤점검의 관계담당자인 전국의 노동부 지방노동관서 근로감독관, 한국산업안전의 각 지역본부 및 지도원 기술직원, 페트롤점검 대상 건설현장 관계자에게 각각 설문조사지를 배부하여 실태를 조사하고 분석하였으며, 또한 노동부의 최근년도인 1999년, 2000년도의 재해발생통계 및 페트롤점검 실적자료, 대한건설협회의 최근 년도별 건설공사 수주금액, 공사규모별 현황 및 외곽의 건설현장 페트롤점검사례를 수집하고 분석하였다. 이러한 실태조사 등 수집된 자료분석 및 각종 참고문헌 연구를 통하여 4가지 문제점을 도출하였으며 각 도출된 문제점에 대하여 효율적인 개선대책을 제시하였다.

작업과 관련된 근골격계 질환은 선진국에서는 1970년대부터 문제가 제기되어 왔다. 특히 좋지 않은 작업자세, 손가락의 반복사용에 의한 목, 어깨, 손목 등의 누적된 근골격계 질환이 문제가 되고 있다. 우리나라에서도 작업과 관련된 근골격계 질환에 연구가 최근에 많이 진행되고 있으나 주로 외국의 연구이론을 적용하고 있으며 국내의 기초 데이터는 매우 부족한 형편이다. 본 연구는 근골격계 질환을 유발시키는 작업유형 가운데 유발율이 상대적으로 높은 국내 H 회사의 맨홀작업의 근골격계 질환의 실태를 알아내고 이를 유발시키는 여러 인자를 찾아내었다. 또한 신체의 아픈 부위와 정도에 따른 작업내용과 작업환경 조건과의 관계도 규명하였다. 이러한 연구 자료는 효과적인 예방 프로그램을 계획하고 실행하는 데 많은 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

These days, there are many companies who are concerned with "Safety Management System", which enables them to not only evaluate their safety but also control and prevent the risk of accidents. As plenty of institutes are developing and providing it for companies in addition to testing its operation, such companies take that system into account in a very positive way. This paper makes it possible for our company to introduce an appropriate program into its workplace by comparing and analyzing such Safety Management Evaluation Systems.n Systems.

제조물 결함에 의한 기업의 배상책임은 전형적인 기업의 리스크로서 전통적으로 투자, 금융, 보험, 위기 관리, 시스템 안전 분야에서 사용되고 있는 리스크 관리 기법을 적용하여 효과적으로 대비할 수 있다. 현재 일부 선진국에서는 리스크 관리 기법을 규격화하여 각 조직 활동에 잠재된 위험 요소로부터의 손실을 예방하고 기회 이익을 구현하는데 활용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재까지 발표된 호주, 뉴질랜드, 캐나다, 일본, 영국, 유럽연합 등의 나라에서 규격화하고 있는 리스크 관리기법에 대해 비교 검토하고 그 장단점 및 특징을 조사하였다. 또한 제조물 결함에 따른 기업의 배상 책임에 대비하여 기업이 제품 안전 경영체계를 수립하는데 리스크 관리 기법이 적절히 활용될 수 있는지에 대해 토의하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to supply the principal methods for the safety in the press industrial accident preventions and the basic analyzing theory in the press industrial accidents. It was reached the press machine installed companys and was analyzed the accident characteristics, types, the worker's working period and the distributed worker's age of the happened the press machine industrial accidents. The direct reasons are almost reasons of the press industrial accidents. But it should be not ignore the indirect reasons of the accidents In this study, it was presented that the safety devices is selected by the analyzed reasons in the press industrial accidents for the principal accident prevention.

The existent system of management for Measurement of Safety Cost are not effective because of the data loss and time loss and occurrence of errors through manual calculation. Therefore, tile development of the software for measurement of safety cost can solve the problem through the systematic calculation for safety cost and converting the related data to database, and also can build the strategy of the investment of Safety cost through analysing and comparing with the past data in the database. As a part of development of the software of Measurement of Safety Cost which is appropriate for the domestic environment, this study is developing a software based on Noguji method, which is one of the methods of Measurement of Safety Cost, and to appraise the efficiency of the management of Measurement of Safety Cost we will implement and improve the software in the case of the domestic enterprises.

가스의 편리성, 저공해성, 열효율성 등으로 인해 가스의 사용량이 급격히 증가한 반면 가스의 위험성에 대한 관심부족으로 가스사고는 매년 증가하고 있다. 가스사고는 엄청난 인명피해 및 재산피해로 경제적 손실뿐만 아니라 심각한 사회적 불안요소로 인식하고 있다. 사고예방을 위해서는 가스사고 위험을 줄 수 있는 원천적인 사전대책이 제도적으로 철저히 마련되어야 한다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 가스관련법의 보험에 관한 법규의 개선을 통하여 가스사고에 대한 사전예방기능을 강화하는데 그 목적이 있다.

본 연구는 8단계 소프트웨어 프로세스 모델을 제시하고 그 중 중요한 역할을 수행하는 SCM 프로세스를 소개한다. 끝으로 소프트웨어 프로세스개선 모델인 CMM, SPICE, IS0/IEC 12207, ISO 9000-3을 소개한다.

Circuitry to be connected to a Telecommunication Network consists of SELV CIRCUITS or TNV CIRCUITS. So International Standards, like as ITU-T Recommendation K.11, UL 1950, CSA C22.2 950 have been taken to reduce the risk that the Overvoltages from the power lines and from electrictraction lines, that may be received from the telecommunication network. Legal requirements may exist regarding permission to connect equipment having PTC components to a telecommunication network. Surge suppressors that bridge the insulation shall have a minimum d.c. sparkover voltage of 1.6 times the rated voltage or 1.6 times the upper voltage of the tared voltage range of the equipment. If left in place during electric strength testing of insulation, they shall not be damaged. In this work, The Conception & Fail-Mode Analysis of PTC components for Over-Current Protection is proposed. It guarantees the protection for PL Claim about this Subject.

Burn-in is a test procedure to find and eliminate the inherent initial failure of a product during or at the final stage of production process. Software testing is the validation and verification process which is used to cut off the faults from a software. The two have the common function and objective of "debugging". This article summarizes some significant models on the optimal hardware and software burn-in time, and provides the relevant paper lists. The need for the development of the unified burn-in policy of a hardware-software system is addressed.addressed.

We consider some dependability management systems(IEC300, NASA AHB5300.1 and DIN VDE 0801) with reference on IEC300. Part I of IEC300(IEC300-1) covers the essential features of a comprehensive dependability programme for the planning, organization, direction, and control of resources to produce products which will be reliable and maintainable. We consider the contents of IEC300-1; scope, normative references, definitions, management responsibilities, product or project independent programme elements and project specific programme elements.

통합신뢰성(Denpendability)은 시스템이나 제품의 가용성 성능(availability performance)을 나타내는 종합적인 용어이고, 가용성 성능은 신뢰성, 보전성, 보전지원(maintenance support) 성능에 의해 영향을 받는다. 통합신뢰성관리는 IEC 60300-1[1]에 정의되어 있고, 통합신뢰성 프로그램 요소와 업무는 IEC 60300-2[2]에 규정되어 있다. 또한 IEC 60300-3-6[3]은 소프트웨어를 포함하는 시스템이나 제품의 총합신뢰성 프로그램에 관하여 설명하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 많은 소프트웨어 표준의 기본을 이루는 소프트웨어 수명주기공정에 관하여 소프트웨어 통합신뢰성을 달성하기 위한 지침을 제공하고자 한다.

시스템이 제공하는 서비스의 질, 정착성 및 연속성과 관련된 정서적 요소 신뢰도, 가용도, 보전도, 안전도를 종합적으로 관리하는 Dependability Management를 다루고 있는 국제표준 IEC 60300 Dependability Management의 Part 3-5(IEC 60300-3-5): 신뢰성 시험조건 및 통계적 검정 원칙의 적용지침을 소개하였다. 표준의 적용범위 및 용어정의, 일반적인 고려사항, 신뢰성시험의 종류와 적용표준, 신뢰성 시험조건, 데이터 수집과 고장분류방법을 요약하였다.

IEC 60300에서 규정한 신뢰성시험으로부터 얻은 시험자료(Test Data)의 형태와 자료분석에 쓰이는 통계적 도구와 자료분석도구와 분석과정에 대해서 수리가능한 제품과 불가능한 제품으로 구분하여 설명한다.

In this paper, the QFD(quality function deployment) technique is used to acquire the quality requirements of package software which is sold in a commercial software shop. To select the principal quality characteristics of package software, an user survey was conducted for a quality model developed based on the international standards and the previous research. The software user is divided into three groups:the general user, the expert, and the developer. The method of QFD is applied to choose the software quality attributes which have strong correlation with the selected quality characteristics.

This paper studies the structure and reliability of homogeneous s-coherent multistate system. We describe efficiency of inclusion-exclusion algorithm and pivotal decomposition algorithm for reliability calculation of 2-states system which developed in (Lee 1999) [10]. We extend our method, applied in [10], to the case when components of the system are given multi-states. As an application, the high pressure injection system of a pressurized water reactor is modeled as a multistate system composed of homogeneous s-coherent multistate subsystems. And Several examples are illustrated.

The objective of this work is to develop the capability to analyze accurately the mixed-mode propagation of a crack in composite structures with elastic orthotropic material stiffness properties and anisotropic material strength characteristics. We employ the normal stress ratio theory to predict the direction of crack extension. It is shown that the angle of crack extension can be altered by the use of second order term in the series expansion is important for the accurate determination of crack growth direction.

Many production management systems for increasing productivity, minimizing inventory, keeping due dates and maximizing use of resources have been proposed, and GT, MRP and JIT are frequently used among these systems. The three systems have merits and demerits through comparing with each other. Because each system has mutual dependence, a hybrid production system is necessary for using their merits maximally. In this study, a hybrid production system is designed by combining GT, MRP and JIT, which is suitable in the domestic production system.

This paper analyses the tool switching problem in the dynamic environment, where parts to be processed on a flexible machine arrive randomly. As the total number of tools required to Process a set of parts on the machine is generally larger than the available magazine storage capacity, tool switches between parts are usually necessary. We assume that tool switching must be made just before the processing of the parts. Since the time required for tool switches can be significant relative to processing time and cause the processing of parts to be delayed, it is desirable to minimize the number of tool switches. Therefore, we present one heuristic algorithm to minimize the total number of tool switches and the t)reposed heuristic is compared with the KTNS (Keep Tool Needed Soonest) policy on randomly generated problems.

This paper addresses the problem of placing tools in a tool magazine with random-select capability on a flexible machine. The tool placement problem could be a significant portion of the total processing time. It is assumed that the total number of tools required to process a set of parts exceeds the available magazine capacity, and so tool switches may occur between two adjacent parts in a given part sequence. Two heuristics are presented so as to minimize the total travel distance of the tool magazine before the completion of all parts.

In today's business transactions, it is more and more common to see that the buyers are allowed some grace period before they settle the account with the supplier. In this regard, we analyze the problem of determining the buyer's EOQ when the supplier allows day-terms credit. For the analysis, it is assumed that the buyer's demand rate is a function of the on -hand inventory level and the relevant mathematical model is developed.

In the last year, the number of registered vehicles in Korea surpassed the 12 million mark, and increase in number continuously Nowdays, this tendency has raised some problems inevitably in the view of expansion of ELV(end of life vehicle) and earth environment pollution resulted from it. For the proper scope with this environment pollution, recycling of parts and materials, minimization of wastes are desirable. And application of disassembly technology is required for it necessarily. Therefore it is essential to study systematically about disassembly technology of ELV with high efficiency for improvement recycling ratio and diminution shredder dust amount also in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to develop an insurance system for product quality liability(PQL) by reviewing some legal issues concerning the product liability It is concluded that the purpose and the function of PQL insurance have to be considered with robust experience data for the life of product, quality system of the company, size of company, the number and amount of products produced by a company and the type of company etc. And this article reviews some problems of policy including the possibility of anti-selection and reverse selection.

Subsequently in Korea product liability has been introduced. The position of consumers for defective products have been disadvantageous. Defective products should be broght under the law. Then, while consumers would be largely protected, a producer would take the heavy responsibility by law, Therefore, a producer would not be able to take countermeasures for product liability. Object of this paper to investigate and analyze the actual state of management for product liability in advanced countries, and to join it with our quality management system.

DESIGNIN AND OPERATION OF DIGITAL EVIDENCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM APPLYING COMPUTER FORENSICS AND ELECTRONIC CERTIFICATION Digital evidence will be used as a term, which means the electronic form of information which is necessary to confirm or prove the factum of all kinds of behaviors committed through the devices which have data processing ability including computer. It is expected that there will be the increase of legal conflicts surrounding electronic commerce activities as well as the increase of cyber crimes, as the number of Internet users are getting bigger. In order to solve the problems of conflicts derived from electronic commerce, the factum of electronic commerce activities must be confirmed. In order to confirm the factum of electronic commerce activities, the evidence is prerequisite. Almost all evidences relating to the electronic commerce activities exist in digital form. For the reason that the digital evidence can be easily damaged and changed, special management is required to collect, analyze, and preserve the digital evidence. In order to meet this requirement, this study proposes a basic model of digital evidence management system applying computer forensics and electronic authentication.

본 연구에서는 생산성이 저하되고 있는 DWV-2O/ 25 DRG(수동개폐식) 모델과 DWV-20/25 DRA 모델을 대상으로 조립생산시스템에서 발생되고 있는 애로공정의 문제점과 불량품 발생 상태를 관리 기술적인 견지에서 분석하여 생산성 향상을 증대하고자 하는데 목적이 있다.

A study for the dangerous properties measurment of dust explosion was attended by the various dust concentration on Anthraquinone, Sodiumbenzoic acid, Corn starch, soy sauce powder, and cheese powder. As the result, maximum explosion pressure, the maximum rate of pressure rise, autoigntion temperature, and the water content of dust on lower limit explosion concentration was obtained as follows 1. The lower limit explosion concentration on soy sauce powder with the humidity of 65 to 90% increased by increasing the con tent of moisture, and the effect of dry air and moisture air decreased better in make of dry air. 2. The effect of a various dust concentration on autoigntion temperatures is investigated, If the vessel of dust explosion is small size and the easiness of autoignition was controled by air within the vessel, because it was better decreased air with increasing of dust concentration 3. The maximum explosion pressures of Anthraguinone, sodiumbenzoic acid, com starch, soy sauce powder, and cheese powder were 1.0g/

The notched Charpy and Izod impact tests are the most prevalent techniques used to characterize the effects of high impulse loads on ploymeric materials. An analysis method for rubber toughened PVC is suggested to evaluate critical strain energy release rates(Gc) from the Charpy impact energy measurements. An Instrumented Charpy Impact tester was used to extract ancillary information concerning fracture properties in addition to total fracture properties and maximum critical loads. The stress intensity factor Kd was computed for varying amounts of rubber contents from the obtained maximum critical loads and also toughening effects were investigated as well.

High surface area and high pore volume activated carbon was prepared by KOH activation of rice hull. The electrodes were fabricated by compounding the commercial and rice hull activated carbons with PVdF and PVdF-PVP mixed binders without addition of conductivity improver. The electrodes fabricated with rice hull activated carbon and PVdF-PVP mixed binders showed the best performance because the PVP played as a pore-forming agent. The electrode exhibited excellent electrochemical characteristics having 7.9 W.h/kg of energy density, 33.5 F/g of speific capacitance, 0.7
$\Omega$ of ESR and good efficiency of self-discharge compared with that fabricated with commercial activated carbons. -
This paper deals with a newly developed direction indicator system of a car which displays left turn and U- turn signal differently, so that the following driver can identify the Intent of the next car ahead easily. In general, when a car want to change its direction, the driver move the blinker lever below the steering wheel up or down. However, as the left turn and U-turn signal are the same, there always be the risk of rear-end collision by misinterpreting U-turn signal as left turn signal. In this paper, a new direction indicator system which differentiates left turn and U-turn signal is developed. The left turn signal is the same as before, but when a driver want to U-turn, an additional U-turn signal blinks at the rear of the car. By identifying the direction signals clearly, the developed system is expected to alleviate the risk of car accident.
