Recently, carelessness on safety management in construction sites has caused a sharper upward trend in accidents and disasters, compared to the past. Therefore, this study analyzes the causes of accidents that occurred on construction sites in the year of 2010, and proposes preventive measures. The construction industry had a heavy death rate with 279 out of 418 deaths from falls in all industrial sites, accounting for 66.7%. And the causation analysis found a particularly high incidence of temporary structure-related accidents, with falling off scaffolding as the most common cause of accidents. According to the causation analysis of fall-down accident cases, accidents induced by protrusion on construction sites are a big contributor resulting in the deaths of 312, accounting for 74.8%, which is deemed to be due to site disorderliness. And to remove floor protrusions and to secure workers' traffic line and safety, neat and thorough site arrangement is necessary. Against collision, efforts must be made to prevent equipment-pedestrian crashes on site, which necessarily requires emergency lamps, alarm bells, and safety poles and blocks to be installed, lighting systems to be improved, obstacles to be removed, site supervisors to be assigned to construction equipment works, and workers to be more intensely trained and supervised.

Recently developed a variety of architectural interior decoration according hwadoeme type of toxic gases generated during fire also are becoming diversified, resulting in fatal casualties occurred in the trend is also being increased. During a fire, toxic gas that is generated varies depending on the combustible material occurs. However, all combustible materials, including carbon, incomplete combustion of carbon monoxide which is generated in the most common toxic gases can be seen as one. Accordingly, in this study of organic solids that are generated in case of fire toxic gases, and briefly discuss the characteristics of the risks and, by far the most common Co gas for measures to prevent human casualties, seolbijeok, the temperature dependence, divided into four aspects of administrative daechaekdeung explained.

본 논문에서는 비개착 지하구조물 형성 공법의 하나인 BTR 공법에 대해 안전성을 평가하기 위해 수치해석을 실시하였다. 이를 위해 BTR 공법의 보강요소를 개별적으로 모델링하여 이산화해석을 실시하였고 면적비를 고려한 균질화 기법을 도입한 균질화 해석을 수행하여 지반에 발생하는 변위를 비교함으로써 균질화기법 적용의 타당성을 확인하였다. 해석 결과 이산화 해석과 균질화 해석은 변위발생 양상이 유사한 결과를 갖는 것을 알 수 있었다.

본 논문에서는 지하공간에 설치되는 지중구조물에 대한 내진해석에 관한 연구로 구조물의 거동특성과 내진설계방법의 종류에 따라 수치해석을 실시하였다. 이를 위해 현재 가장 많이 실무에 적용되고 있는 내진설계방법인 등가정적해석법과 응답변위법을 적용하고 정밀한 해석이 가능한 시간이력해석법에 의해 검증을 시행하였으며 구조물 내진해석은 3-D 모델링에 의해 구조물-지반 상호작용을 고려하고 국내의 콘크리트구조설계기준에 따라 수행하였다. 해석 결과 현재 실무에서 적용되고 있는 등가정적해석법과 응답변위법을 적용하는 경우 정밀한 동적해석법 보다 다소 크게 산정되어 실무적용에 문제가 없음을 확인 할 수 있었다.

Safety in the nuclear facility has been a growing interest due to recent recurrences of the fatal accidents such as Fukushima accident and Chernobyl accident. It is not easy to determine the extent to what technical requirements of nuclear facility such as nuclear power plant are be likely applicable to the laboratory for use of nuclear material. All of workers in nuclear shall be recognized for the generic features of safety according to the related laws. This study surveys a status of safety control laws to enhance safety in laboratory for use of nuclear material.

안전모는 낙하, 비례물에 대한 두부를 보호하는 보호구로 낙하물의 충격을 일부 흡수하여 완화시켜주는 기능을 하고 있다. 안전모 충격 흡수 성능으로 최고전달충격력이 있으나 낮을수록 성능이 좋은 것으로 나타나지만 안전모 제조과정에서 얼마 만큼의 충격이 흡수되는지는 알 수 없었다. 이로 인하여 성능 향상을 위한 충격력의 명확한 제어 가능한 성능 향상의 기준을 잡는데 어려움이 있었다. 본 연구에서는 충격량과 연관된 반발계수로 충격흡수 성능의 정도를 찾고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 시중에서 주로 착용되고 있는 ABS 재질의 안전인증 합격품을 대상으로 선정 하였다. 연구 방법으로는 운동량과 충격량의 이론으로 안전모 충격흡수성능 시험장치를 활용하여 인두에 전달된 충격량을 활용하여 충격흡수시의 반발계수를 구하고, 충격을 흡수치 않을 때를 가정하여 추정 충격력 곡선을 유도하고 충격흡수 전의 추정 최고 전달충격력과 반발계수를 구하여 충격흡수의 성능을 나타내었다. 연구결과 국내 안전인증 H사의 안전모의 최고전달충격력은 4100 N 이였고, 충격흡수 성능은 400 N 으로 약 9 %를 흡수되는 것으로 나타났다.

This paper reviewed the relationship between job stress and human error, and the moderating effect of age and maintenance type on the relationship between job stress and human error in maintenance personnel. Based on the responses from 450 maintenance personnels, the results of multiple regression analysis showed that physiological and psychological stress responses have positively related with human error. In moderating effect test, age appeared to impact on the relationship between physiological/behavioral stress and human error.

KOSHBA is composed of over 400 regional groups; over 6,000 enterprises are participating in the association. To become a dynamic and vital association, it is necessary to share, learn, and discuss their managerial problems based on mutual trust and respect at the regular monthly meeting.

In this Paper, We study on establish for unit of measure. Quality means abstract for customer needs. we surveyed unit of measurement of quality feature of Juran, Taguchi, 6 sigma method. We suggest unit of measurement of quality feature. Each enterprise can use defining own unit of measurement of quality feature. Effect is expected in enterprise that these proposals do quality control. There is meaning in direction that measuring mean of quality feature that propose in this treatise understands actuality to be deeply and reconcile exact point of theory.

Through this study, this research suggests main issues of building and operating logistic systems and the effective way of utilizing the systems in SMB logistics companies. -
동아시아 공급망 경제를 분석하여 공급망의 효율적인 운영방안과 새로운 동아시아 공급망경제의 필요성을 제시하고자 한다. 동아시아는 육로를 이용한 동아시아의 공급망이 구축될 경우에 시너지와 커다란 동아시아 국가별 이익지대가 존재한다. 본 연구는 시나리오 방법을 이용하여 동아시아 경제의 이익지대를 분석하여 새로운 동아시아 시대를 준비하고, 동아시아 국가들의 공동의 번영을 도모하는 데 있다.

The papaer reviews four theoretical acceptance sampling plans as OC(Operating Characteristics) curve based inspection, rectifying inspection, switching inspection, and continuous inspection. In addition, the study presents practical limitations of theoretical acceptance sampling by attribute and by variable. Finally, following research also recommends the sampling inspection based on production technology. However, the inspection method requires quality expertise with various experience and implicit knowledge of the field.

The research shows misuse cases of quantitative regression analysis used in QC circle activity and six sigma movement which presents guidelines of correct use for quality practitioners. Additionally, the qualitative regression analysis that responses nonconforming ratio of variable y, is reviewed based on misuse cases for proper use by practitioners in the field. In most cases, there are frequent errors that involve the correlation analysis or ANOVA, regardless of using quantitative regression analysis. In addition, qualitative regression analysis for the nonconforming ratio that has dependent variable of discrete and categorical data, is often applied with quantitative regression and result in ineffective quality improvement.

The research reviews the logical approach based on the creative thoughts. The two logical approaches, including deductive convergent and inductive divergent are discussed with why-why techniques and how-how techniques. While the deductive thinking is vertical logic for interconnected hierarchical and deep domains, the inducive thinking is horizontal logic for mutually exclusive and collectively exhausted frameworks. The creative thinking comes from the reversing the logic and lessening the premise of convergent and divergent approaches.

Depending on changes in industrial structure, industrial accident preventive measures have been developed in various forms. The focus for prevention of industrial accidents had been changed from part of the hardware to behavior and consciousness of workers. According to the change of focus, Korea's industrial accident preventive measures also has been adjusted to voluntary safety and health considering the safety culture and such attempts of preventive measures has contributed for reducing the accident rate. Safety culture is difficult to access due to the fact that factors that make up the safety culture are comprehensive and varied and there are many of external factors that affect to the safety culture. Moreover, there is a limit for applying specific preventive measures. Because, management culture or value of enterprises is various depending on each country or region. Nevertheless, looking at previous studies of advanced countries, they are presenting the fact that safety leadership has greater influence to formation of the safety culture. As a result, we study the Influence of manager's safety leadership that effect on safety culture. we want to propose the way to activate safety culture in workplace and to contribute for safety culture research.

The purpose of this study is to improve for the inhibition of the generating the PCH(Propylene Chlorohydrins) in HPMC(Hydroxypropylmethyl Cellulose) manufacturing process. HPMC is made of cellulose which is natural high polymer. And HPMC is applicable to several industrial areas. Especially it can be used in food industrial as an effective additive. PCH is the by-product which is generated in chemical reaction in HPMC manufacturing process. So it is essential to eliminate PCH for the improvement of product quality. Therefore we have studied to minimize the amount of PCH. It is expected that the application of HPMC could be enlarged as the result of this study.

가로수는 공원과 더불어 도시지역의 중요 녹지공간으로 도시 이미지를 높이는데 매우 긍정적인 평가요소이며 녹지연결 및 쾌적한 가로공간 창출로 그 가치를 높이고 있다. 또한 가로등은 야간 운전자와 보행자의 안전을 보장하기 위해 중요한 시설물이다. 본 연구는 야간 운전자와 보행자의 안전을 평가하기 위한 조명 시뮬레이션 기법을 이용하여 가로수의 유형과 성장이 조명환경에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위한 접근법을 제시한다. 가로수와 가로등은 도로 설계에 있어 중요한 요소이지만 상호간에는 각 목적에 배치되는 특징들이 있다. 특히 가로수는 가로등과 같이 고정 시설물의 성격도 있지만 성장과 형태가 다양하다는 특징이 있다. 본 연구는 상호 목적을 최적화할 수 있는 방법을 제시하기 위한 출발점으로 조명 시뮬레이션 기법을 이용하여 가로수의 유형과 성장이 야간 도로 조명에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위한 방법을 제시한다.

This study is aimed to measure the cause and effect relationship on observation on KS evaluation by surveys related to KS certification, opinions and satisfaction on KS certification, expected effect through KS certification, profitability performance, financial performance, and productivity performance based on department heads and acting chiefs working on KS certification, to SMEs which have acquired KS certification mark in Korea. This study aims to examine how KS certification is impacting on companies' expected effects, management performance and development by examining the realistic effects of KS certification in various aspects and expected effects on companies.

디지털 기술의 급속한 발전으로 시간과 공간의 제약이 없는 인프라 환경이 구현되면서 더욱 더 유연하고 빠른 적응성에 대한 요구가 정치, 경제, 문화 전반에 확산됨에 따라 IT 기술을 통해서 이러한 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 서비스로 대두되고 있는 것이 바로 클라우드 서비스이다. 이러한 클라우드 서비스 시대의 개막은 관련 기업뿐만 아니라 공공기관, 개인에 이르기까지 모든 영역의 서비스 이용자들의 삶에도 큰 변화를 가져올 것이다. 그러나 클라우드 서비스에 대한 기존의 논의는 주로 사업자의 입장에서 클라우드 비즈니스 모델의 발굴, 수익 모델의 발굴, 클라우드 기술 발전에 따른 전망 등에 초점을 맞추어져 왔다. 따라서 정작 클라우드 서비스 이용자는 상대적으로 낮은 관심을 받아온 것이 사실이다. 이는 새로운 기술에 비즈니스 모델이 등장하면 반복되던 현상이 클라우드 서비스 분야에서도 반복되고 있는 것으로도 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 서비스중 SaaS 서비스의 이용자 측면에서 서비스 이용행태를 분석하고 이를 기반으로 향후 SaaS 서비스의 전망에 대하여 논의하고자 한다. 이를 위해 SaaS 서비스 이용자를 현재 서비스를 이용하고 있는 이용자군과 현재에는 SaaS 서비스를 이용하지는 않지만 향후에는 서비스를 이용할 의도를 가지고 있는 잠재이용자군로 구분하여 설문조사를 수행한 설문결과를 토대로 이용자의 이용행태를 분석하고 향후 SaaS 서비스 전망을 기술하기로 한다.

산업은 컨버전스라는 새로운 형태의 비즈니스 모델로 발전하고 있으며, 산업간 융합 환경에서 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 전통산업의 새로운 경쟁력을 제공하는 원천으로 활용되고 동시에 산업 간의 융합 환경을 지원하기 위한 유용한 솔루션을 제공할 것으로 기대하고 있다. 이와 같이 클라우드 컴퓨팅이 일반화되고 그 서비스가 재편됨으로써 기존의 다른 응용 기술과의 융 복합된 서비스 구조 및 형태를 예측하고 개발하는 것은 매우 중요하며 필수적인 일이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 다양한 분야의 융합형 클라우드 서비스 지원을 위해 효율적인 서비스 모델링을 위하여 활용되었던 방법론을 분석하고 이를 통해 고객 서비스 시나리오 기반의 클라우드 서비스 비즈니스 모델 사례 연구를 수행하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 이를 통하여 궁극적으로 특정 산업영역내에서 혹은 서로 다른 산업 영역간의 서비스 융합을 통하여 새로운 부가 가치를 창출할 수 있는 다양한 융합형 클라우드 서비스 비즈니스 모델 개발을 위한 사례연구로써 활용되길 기대한다.

새로운 IT 환경에서의 변화를 이해하고 경쟁력 있는 클라우드 생태계를 구축하며, 지속가능한 성장을 위한 경쟁정책을 수립하기 위해서는 먼저 우리나라 IT시장의 구조와 그 변화를 정확히 이해하는 것이 필요하다. IT시장의 구조를 이해하기 위한 과거의 선행연구들은 통신시장을 배경으로 수직적 가치사슬 구조를 중심으로 설명한 것이 대부분이었으나, 최근 들어 이슈로 부각하고 있는 클라우드 생태계에 관한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 IT시장에서의 클라우드 서비스의 등장에 따른 가치사슬의 변화를 이해하는 것이다. 이를 위해 먼저 기존의 연구 문헌들을 통하여 기업 또는 산업의 공급 구조, 그리고 시장의 생태계를 설명하기 위해 사용하는 기본 틀인 가치사슬의 개념을 정의하고, 이를 통하여 우리나라 IT시장의 가치사슬에 대해, 특히 클라우드 서비스 도입이후의 우리나라 IT시장의 변화를 반영하여 그 구조의 변화를 설명하며, 이를 바탕으로 우리나라 IT시장을 진단하고 시장의 성장을 견인하는 요인들을 파악하도록 한다. 본 연구를 통해 가치사슬 관점에서 IT시장을 이해함으로써, 클라우드 서비스 산업의 경쟁력을 높이고, 향후 클라우드 기반으로 IT생태계를 구축하기 위한 이론적 근거로 활용되길 기대한다.

본 논문에서는 위치기반서비스의 핵심기능을 담당하는 측위기술 중 흔히 사용되고 있는 삼각측량법과 최소자승법을 보정한 방법을 이용하여 객체의 위치를 결정하는 알고리즘의 산포를 감소시키는 방안을 연구하였다. 두 측위 방법에서 사용되는 거리값은 모두 동일한 보정과 필터링 과정을 적용하였으며, 프로그램 구현 후 실내에서 테스트를 실시하였다. 프로그램은 LabView 2010으로 구현하였고, 각각의 알고리즘을 모듈화하여 필터링 적용 전후 및 개선효과를 비교하기 쉽도록 구성하였다. 일반적인 환경에서 실험한 결과 삼각측량이 최소자승법보다 더 좋은 정확도를 보여주었고, 필터링 과정을 거칠수록 정확도가 향상되는 것을 확인하였다.

2009년 인천지역의 목재 및 나무제품제조업과 가구 제조업체는 총 1,285개로 각각 전국 목재 관련 제조업체의 10.4%와 6.7%를 차지하여, 일반 제조업의 전국비중 6.1%에 비해 높은 비율을 보이고 있다. 또한 종사자 수 역시 총 13,202명으로 각각 전국 목재 관련 제조업체의 21.0%와 9.9%로 인천이 큰 비중 차지하고 있다. 한국은행(2009)에서 발표한 지역별 산업 산출액 기준으로도 인천지역의 산출액은 수도권의 12.5%, 전국의 5.5%를 차지하고 있는데, 이중 가구 기타제조업(12.8%), 목재 종이(10.6%) 등은 전국에 비해 상대적으로 높은 비중을 보이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최근 친환경 저탄소정책으로 다시금 부각되고 있는 천연목재를 기반으로 한 인천지역 목재산업을 육성할 수 있는 대안으로 인천항을 중심으로 한 목재산업 클러스터화를 위한 고찰을 수행하고자 관련 연구 문헌 및 설문 조사를 기반으로 목재산업단지 조성의 필요성과 경제적 파급효과를 제시하고자 한다.

최근 들어 시스템이나 부품에 대한 고객의 요구조건이 다양해지고 제품책임과 품질보증 등의 사회적 요구가 점차 엄격해지고 있다. 이에 기업에서는 위험을 줄이고 제품의 합리적인 정보를 얻기 위해 제품 관련 보증데이터 수집 시스템을 구축하고 분석과 예측을 위한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 데이터 수집체계 구축에 많은 시간이 소요되고 데이터 유형에 따른 분석 방법에 익숙하지 못하여 데이터를 수집하고 분석하는 대에 어려움이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 보증데이터의 분석방법에 대한 연구 동향과 적용 현황을 조사하고, 보증데이터를 통한 효과적 분석방법과 활용방안을 모색 하고자 한다.

Control chart is most widely used in SPC(Statistical Process Control), Recently it is a critical issue that the standard control chart is not suitable to non-normal process with very small percent defective. Especially, this problem causes serious errors in the reliability procurement, such as semiconductor, high-precision machining and chemical process etc. Procuring process control technique for non-normal process with very small percent defective and perturbation is becoming urgent. Control chart technique in non-normal distribution become very important issue. In this paper, we investigate on research trend of control charts under non-normal distribution with very small percent defective and perturbation, and propose some variable-transformation methods applicable to CUSUM control charts in non-normal process.

This research presents an implementation strategy of Process Capability Index (PCI) according to the types of process characteristics. The types of process feature are classified as four perspectives of variation range, time period, error position, and process stage. The paper examines short-term or long-term PCI, within or between variation, position of precision or accuracy, and inclusion of measurement or calibration stage. Moreover, the study proposes normality test of unilateral PCI.

The study proposes three types of production lead time according to the production or demand pattern. First of all, it discusses the difference of three lead times. While pitch time and cycle time are used in push system with process stock and mass conveyor production, the tact time is used in pull system like as JIT based lean production system.

The purpose of the study was to evaluation of the radiation dose reduction using various automatic exposure control (AEC) systems in different manufactures multi-detector computed tomography (MDCT). We used three different manufacturers for the study: General Electric Healthcare, Philips Medical systems and Siemens Medical Solutions. The general scanning protocol was created for the each examination with the same scanning parameters as many as possible. In the various AEC systems, the evaluation of reduced-dose was evaluated by comparing to fixed mAs with using body phantom. Finally, when we applied to AEC for three manufacturers, the radiation dose reduction decreased each 35.3% in the GE, 58.2% in the Philips, and 48.6% in the Siemens. This applies to variety of the AEC systems which will be very useful to reduce the dose and to maintain the high quality.

This study has three objectives; 1) Evaluate major jobs of hospital workers based on Criterion(Notification number 2003-24 from Ministry of Labor in Korea) for high-risk job for musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs), 2) Relate each jobs in criterion and the hospital jobs considered in this study, 3) Relate each jobs in criterion and MSDs symptoms of hospital workers. A total 141 hospital jobs was evaluated. Most hospital jobs belonged to the numbers 2(Job with repetitive motions by neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist or hand more than 2 hours a day) and 4(Job with unsupported and deviated postures by neck or back more than 2 hours a day) from criterion. Most hospital workers participated in this study thought that the numbers 1(Job with keyboard or mouse work more than 4 hours a day) and 2 from criterion were associated with their jobs. Further study for hospital jobs should be focused on breaking down quantification levels of each numbers in the criterion due to its atypical and non-repetitive job characteristics of hospital jobs.

A Development of Cognitive Assessment Tool based on Brain-Computer Interface for Accident PreventionA number of Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) studies have been performed to assess the cognitive status through EEG signal. However, there are a few studies trying to prevent user from unexpected safety-accident in BCI study. The EEGs were collected from 19 subjects who participated in two experiments (rest & event-related potential measurement). There was significant difference in EEG changes of both spontaneous and event-related potential. Beta power and P300 latency may be useful as a biomarker for prevention of response to safety-accident.

This study analysed impact of service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty in the take-out coffee shop. The switching barrier was also studied as a moderating effect. Particularly, this study focused on relationships between customer loyalty and switching barriers. A lot of previous studies interest only in customers satisfaction. This study also analysed relationships among service quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers and brand loyalty. Eventually, service quality significantly affects customer satisfaction, moderating effects, brand loyalty and marketing performance. SERVQUAL model which was established by PZB (1988) was used as a service quality factors. The impact on customer satisfaction was analysed using multiple regression analysis. Simple regression analysis was used to find effects of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Additional factors of switching barriers was classified based on previous studies. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis was used to find factors of customer loyalty among switching barriers. In the result, we can find that the importance of tangibles, responsiveness in service quality factors and contract cost, search cost and continuous cost in moderating effects.

In the future, smartphone convergences are not only based on the on/offline integration, but also with the integration between mobile communications and broadcasts. Therefore, there is a need to search for new direction of mobile device that enables variety user applications that are different from the existing size and application issue. The aim of this reserch is to improve user interface of smartphone's functional attribute. The survey results in this paper showed that the most preferable attribute of smartphone among the 8 was the wireless internet 25.3%, followed by messaging 20% and application 19.8%, which totaled to 62.5%. But the samples used were mostly limited to those aged 20 through 30. So the results are not considered as a representative preference of all smartphone users, and should be considered otherwise before materializing them to a product. Therefore, for the more liable results the further research should be conducted to gather data from a variety of users of all ages, and the functional attribute should be analysed through QFD.

This study carried out surveys for 197 nail shop practitioners and 195 customers 1) to study the real condition of their hygiene awareness and safety consciousness and 2) to grasp their awareness of the necessity of legislating a related bill so as to build an independent domain of business and to propose data on the national qualification system of nail care. As a result, it was found that the level of the nail care practitioners' experiences of safety education was very low, and that the customers attached importance to the necessity of nail salon practitioners' certificate and license and the nail treatment-related bill more than the nail care practitioners themselves. In conclusion, the preparation of a nail art-related bill is required at the state level for the management of the safety and hygiene of national health, and systematic and regular education related to hygiene should be carried out.

The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the chief executive of the organization to configure a service orientation and a detailed understanding of the factors that determine this by managing the organization to effectively come up with a way to make and ultimately the organization's service orientation, organizational culture can be positioned as effort should be taken. Second, service companies through regular training and education to maintain a certain level of service quality should be. Third, the service organization's service orientation is not a fad or a means of sustain and develop the company's survival strategy is to get out. To do this, good communication between the field and management can be achieved by a variety of channels to be established, and management's willingness to provoke sympathy for the employees should be provided.

We reflect 2 points of suggestion system. We propose the Active Plan to Suggestion System for small and medium Enterprise which are (1) suggestion direction for enterprise future, (2) suggestion body for all employee included, (3) suggestion methods for all information shared.
