There are a lot of problem about waterproofing membrane coating for concrete deck of bridge and waterproofing sheets for concrete of deck of bridge because it couldn't confirm waterproofing's defeat after construction. These problems make a waterproofing material damage and concrete deck of bridge damage. So It needs a lot of money for repair work and reinforcement work. Therefor the structure slab of using waterproofing material protect invasion of water. Also, Concrete deck of bridge need a endurance permeability for the reduction repair payment. This paper is about manufacture of spalling resistance concrete and also investigates the spalling mechanism and spalling resistance method with diverse materials, mixture proportion and lateral confinement. The present work with the basic experiment achieved successful method for spatting resistance using both proper amounts of fiber contents and lateral confinement using metal lath. Moreover, the developed spatting resistance method was applied for full sized column construction in the Doosan We've Poseidon I field, located in Busan city. The author investigated the physical properties examining workability, placeability and pumpability. These studies are continuously processing to develop new technology expecting remarkable impact on the spatting resistance and fire resistance performance of high-raise building construction in the future.

This study is for the insulation construction of inner wall in a bathroom facing on the outside in the housings. This new dry construction method can be constructed by a dry panel which is bonded tiles on the extruded and expanded poly-ethylene panel in stead of the existing wet construction method. Compared to the existing method, this panel is light movably and is constructed simply. These representative construction merits are getting wide span in a bath due to reducing wall thickness and saving construction period.

This study investigates mock-up test of the concrete containing crushed sands with improved quality and following could be draws as conclusions. The slump satisfies the target value. The air content reaches the goal, however, it decreases by the occurrence of loss with elagse of age. In normal strength region, the setting time of CS24 member is shorter than that of SS24 member. In high strength region, the setting time of SS50 member is make only slower than that of CS5O because of the use of retarding AE agent. The compressive strength of the concrete using crushed sands is little higher than the concrete using washed sea sands, and the compressive strength of core sample increases at lower part. Drying shrinkage of the concrete using crushed sands is larger than that using washed sea sands. At water caring condition, both the concrete using crushed sands and using washed sands expand at first, exhibit to be swelled and with elagse of age, they remain relatirely constant. Also, the drying shrinkage occurred greatly when the width and thickness of a member are small because it is easy to evaporate the inner part vapor in the small width and thickness of a member. there can be little different according to the location of a contact gauge, however it is similar to the change of specimen's length change. The concrete using crushed sands, of which grading, grain shape and fine particle is improved, are comparable to the quality of the concrete using washed sea sand.

A by-product of construction can be easily reused through properly treatment. On the contrary, the level of technique to reuse the by-product is not so high. Especially, the bulky of trash concrete is huge. The demand and treatment cost of them is on the increase. So, the riffle effect of the recycle of the trash concrete cannot be bypassed. But the research on the recycle of them is few. Therefore, the reuse of recycled concrete, the treatment of them, and the promotion plan of them were suggested in this study

This study investigates the field application of surface insulation curing method, which combined double layer bubble sheet(DBS) and thick-curing-material(TCM) for cold weather concreting. According to the test, deck slab, curing only upper section with DBS and TCM, does not make big different temperature history with that, curing both upper and bottom section during daily average temperature 6.5t. It is concluded that combination of DBS and TCM in only upper section can be safely cured in early period of time during cold water concreting. The field test was carried out with this favourable data. The upper deck slab was insulated by combination of DBS and TCM, and the construction was surrounded by tent. in order to protect from outside wind. The test result shows that the lowest temperature of deck slab indicated 6
$ ^{circ}C $ . It demonstrated that this curing method can resist early frost and save construction cost in the side of management and saving labor cost, compared with previous method. In addition, the column specimen, combined both form and bubble board, exhibited favorable temperature history, due to internal hydration heat insulation effect. -
Recently, for the problem solution of demand and supply imbalance of fine aggregate due to the shortage of natural fine aggregate and the environment regulation on sea sand extraction in the construction field, the studies for the application of recycled fine aggregate using waste concrete are being progressed versatilely. The purpose of this study is to investigate quality of recycled fine aggregate manufactured by drying manufacturing system which is the manufacture method of high duality recycled fine aggregate, and to analyze on thehardened and durability properties of recycled concrete using it. Therefore it is to present the fundamental data for application and utilization of recycled concrete. The results of this study are as follows; Quality of recycled fine aggregate by drying manufacturing system is improved, and compressive strength, carbonation depth and chloride ion penetration depth of recycled concrete using high quality recycled fine aggregate are similar to those of normal concrete using natural and crashed sand. But, resistance to
$H_{2}SO_{4}$ show decreased somewhat. -
It is applied in the high quality equipment construction by introduction of this high duality treating technology (ozone treating, activated carbon treating, high quality oxidation treating, UV treating etc.)waterproofing or corrosion proof method caused secondary economy damage of operation discontinuance and high quality treating equipment for applying existent waterproofing method that corrosion proof ability (ozone resistance performance, chemical resistance etc.) and abrasion resistance performance by comprehension insufficiency of user and designer. Therefor, In this study, we will analyze problem of waterproofing and corrosion material of existing construction application by high quality treating, and measure physical performance change by various condition. It is required to waterproofing and corrosion system and application of the field valuation.

This study investigates influence of organic fiber reinforced materials, affecting crack reduction of cement mortar using low grade natural sand(LNS). According to the test, for the properties of fresh mortar, the mortar using natural sand(NS) exhibited that flow value increased until adding most of fiber less than 1
$\%$ , except for Polyvinly alchol fiber(PVA), and then it decreased. Meanwhile, the mortar mixed with LNS showed that increase of fiber content decrease flow value, regardless of fiber type. Air content increased in the mortar adding nylon fiber(NY) and polypropylene fiber(PP), while it maintained or decreased in the mortar adding cellulose fiber(CL) and PVA. Compressive strength of the mortar does not affect during early age, but mortar using NS and adding 0.1$\%$ of fiber content increased the value, except for PP, at 28 age days, while the mortar mixed with LNS decreased. For the properties of tensile strength, mortar, using NS and adding individually PP and PVA, exhibited higher value. Especially 0.1$\%$ of NY provided the highest value. In addition, the mortar mixed with LNS resulted in improved tensile value as fiber content increased. It is demonstrated that mortar using LNS led to higher length change ratio than natural sand. -
This study is for the isolated water-Proofing method using Poly-ethylene sheet in the underground water tank which is not affected by construction environments such as wet, low temperature and surface condition. The special features of this water-proofing method are that the construction and management control are very easier and more effective than the existing construction method.

The concrete structure hasn't perfect waterproofing performance but if it doesn't have a joint part that could isolate a permeability. Concrete structure(communication tunnel and underground structure) has an expansion joint and construction joint. There are a lot of joint type after construction or expansion, shrinkage, vibration, over load, performance of decline etc.. they offer a water of way by variety change. In this reason, It carries in effect a waterproofing work for the concrete structure of waterproofing. but the structure has a behavior that cause a problem by waterproofing layer of damage, heaving phenomenon, temperature of shrinkage. In this study, we will estimate a field of application for Sealer of injection type for leakage maintenance of construction standard on the waterproofing performance.

Cement paste is originally the basic material and crucial factor consisting concrete. This study investigates the relationship between flow apparatuses, which are ring flow(R-F), flow cone(F-C) and mini slump(M-S), in order to estimate the fluidity of cement Paste. For quantitatively evaluating the measured data this study also investigated the calibration of the rheology consistent, such as yield value and plastic viscosity, of cement paste using viscometer For this purpose the present work discussed the influence of 3 type of ordinary portland cement with different companies, affecting the fluidity of cement paste. and it also demonstrated the influence of the various kinds of mineral admixtures, such as fly ash(FA), blast furnace slag(BS) and silica fume(SF) and that of incorporating ratio. The author concluded that using R-F apparatus is the most effective flow test method of cement paste and it is exactly proportional to other apparatus' rheological properties.

Recently, Trouble of sand supply is occurred according to exhaustion of natural sand resources. therefore, various measures are proposed for solution of trouble of sand supply also the government settled trouble of sand supply through application of crushed sand. but because both crushed sand are poor against general sand, they lead to lowering of qualify of ready-mixed concrete. Therefore, this study evaluated engineering property and durability of concrete using crushed sand and applied evaluation result to fundamental data for quality control of concrete using crushed sand. The results of this study have shown that quality of concrete using crushed sand independently is poor against general concrete. but, the workability, compressive strength and durability of concrete mixed crushed sand with genera can improve on those of concrete used general sand.

Ultra high strength concrete, nowadays, has been widely applied to construction of high-rise building. To improve ductility and mechanical properties, steel fiber is employed in UHSC. This study investigates practical application of expansive additives(EA) and shrinkage reducing agent(SRA), in order to secure volumetric stability and improved mechanical properties, such as autogenous shrinkage and dry shrinkage of steel-fiber-reinforced-ultra-high-strength-comet-mortar(FHSM). According to the test, individual addition of steel fiber does not affect shrinkage reduction, as expected. However FHSM, with combined addition of 5
$\%$ of EA and 1$\%$ of SRA decreased 60$\%$ of autogenous shrinkage. It is considered that Proper combination of EA and SRA can secure the shrinkage resistance of FHSM. -
The viscosity of high-flowability paste is very high compared to normal concrete for the low water-binder ratio(W/B). Therefore, high-flowability concrete is positively necessary to high-range water reducing agent. High-Flowability paste can make much higher fluidity with no occurrence of segregation, by its higher viscosity and lower yield value than normal concrete. The flowability of high-flowability paste must be evaluated not only by convention consistency test such as slump test but also by the base of the rheological properties of the fresh concrete. The purpose of this study is to analyze the fluidity of high-flowability paste according to the addition ratio of the Melamine Sulphonate high-range water reducing agent.; high-flowability paste is considered as Bingham plastic fluid with the rheology parameters of the plaste viscosity and yield value.

This raper investigates the effect of curing temperature on strength development of concrete incorporating cement kiln dust(CKD) and blast furnace slag (BS) quantitatively. Estimation of compressive strength of concrete was conducted using equivalent age equation and rate constant model. An increasing curing temperature results in an increase in strength at early age, but with the elapse of age, strength development at high curing temperature decreases compared with that at low curing temperature. Especially, the use of 35 has a remarkable strength development at early age and even at later age, high strength is maintained due to accelerated pozzolanic activity resulting from high temperature. Whereas, at low curing temperature, the use of BS leads to a decrease in compressive strength. Accordingly, much attention should be paid to prevent strength loss at low temperature. Based on the strength development estimation using equivalent age equation, good agreements between measured strength and calculated strength are obtained.

The stick expansion type complex of flexible material passed on result of standard. This study investigates influence on concrete adding beverage or detergent, by work man's mistakes during concrete placement in field. Overall, concrete adding beverage or detergent does not affect slump and air content, compared with control concrete. However concrete adding detergent resulted in significantly higher air content, due to inter facial activation ingredient. For the properties of setting time, concrete adding lactic acid beverage indicated the longest retarding properties, next was coffee and soft drink in order. Compressive strength of concrete, which retarded setting time. exhibited slightly improved value at 7 and 28 days respectively, while that of concrete adding detergent significantly decreased, due to higher air content.

Our country has experienced variations in temperature as belong to the area of the continental climate that shows four significant seasons. These occur quality of construction. As the hydration of cement processes, the strength of concrete is developed. In order to improve the quality of concrete, various conditions including temperature and humidity should be maintained appropriately and concrete itself should be cured sufficiently This paper is basic experiment for estimating influence of strength by seasonal mock-up concrete's heat of hydration and estimate relationship of compressive strength development by curing temperature. And show basic document as quality control.

Recently sewage facilities mainly consisted of concrete structures are being deteriorated seriously by biodeterioration originated from sulfur-oxidizing bacteria. In this study, to prevent biochemical corrosion of the sewer concrete, antibiotics which prevent the growth of sulfur-oxidizing bacteria were developed and antimicrobial performance of it was investigated. After that, to consider applicability of antibiotics to concrete, durability such as resistance to carbonation, salt damage and chemical attack of concrete covered with inorganic and complex antibiotics were investigated. As a result of this study, it was proved that the antimicrobial performance of antibiotics was available. Also resistance to carbonation, salt damage and chemical attack of concrete covered with inorganic antibiotics was little improved but, in case of complex antibiotics, was remarkably improved. Moisture content of concrete, as a application condition of antibiotics in whole case, have little effect on performance but covering times of antibiotics have effect on performance only in case of complex antibiotics.

The world's cement demand is anticipated to increase about 2.558
$\%$ every year until the first half of the 21st century. To be closed the increase of cenment damand and simultaneously comply with the Kyoto Protocal, cement that gives less carbon dioxide(Co2) discharge should be urgently developed. If cement can be manufactured with industrial byproducts such as granulated blast furnace slag(GBFS), phosphogypsum(PG), and waste lime(WL) instead of clinker as its counterproposal, there would be many advantages including maximum use of these industrial byproducts for high value-added resources, conservation of natural resources and energy by omitting the use of clinker, minimized environmental pollution problems caused by Co2 discharge and reduction of the cost. So this study aims to solve the problems by manufacturing non-sintered cement. -

In 1994, The complete opening of a construction license was allowed As a result, The number of construction companies was increased rapidly. accordingly, We are faced with the new over competition and the problem of the financial difficulty. This paper proposes the plan for the practical technology of the small and middle sized construction companies to be improved and the plan for the working environment of small and middle sized construction companies to be improved. The formwork is very important in terms of time and cost of construction project. There have been ample research efforts regarding to technical issues such as types, specifications, and productivities. However, no previous research has addressed managerial requirements of the formwork. Thus, this paper investigated the present status of form work analyzing a case-study company, and derived an improvement plan for the formwork. The findings includes 1) the needs for increasing use of system forms in order to improve the quality and the safety and 2) further development of management system of formwork in order to enhance the efficiency.

The business market of architecture has got a system that controls a deposit according to the price function. This system is written on a law of contract about countries. So the main body of construction has to make a reasonable contract. This study is written about a rate of numerical index on controling a deposit. We tried to fine problems and solutions of labor expenses, instrument costs and material costs which is so big and changable on the construction market Labor expenses are expressed according to the rate of construction scale between direct and indirect cost that applies ability of works. Instrument costs are expressed according to an output method of a unit price annually and a weight allowance of local instrument conditions and use frequence. The last material costs expressed according to a local weight allowance make a decision of the material cost index. They applies locally relative index more than absolute one on what uses the price rate of producers and importations. This solutions are not enough to apply to the real market, so it needs to exam and to be on the market after a feasibility study.

The construction industry has specific characteristics compared with manufacturing industry. This means that each construction project has it's own contract documents due to the difference of environment and time. Now, the construction market is opening according to the Government Procurement Agreement by WTO. Therefore to overcome the associated risks, domestic contract rules and acts should be reformed. FIDIC and domestic construction contract conditions is investigated and analyzed. Based on the research outcomes the direction of reformation is suggested.

While reconstruction has been criticized since 1990 for its tendency of resource over-usage and negative impact on the surrounding environments, remodeling has begun drawing attention as its new alternative. Through examining the recent legal and systematic conditions such as Construction Law, Common Housing Administration Ordinance, and Housing Law, etc. this research analyzes problems on the current legal systems on remodeling, and it aims to suggest systematic and policy-driven schemes which could revitalize remodeling on its software and hardware sides. Careful consideration in regards to remodeling should be given from the initial design stage and throughout the maintenance stages of construction to achieve lengthy durability of buildings, and realization of long-term maintenance costs should also be pursued during this process. This will set in place the practice of remodeling in longer than 50-years intervals since the construction rather than the current 20 or 30 years.

Given importation of After-Sale System, we may assume that it comes to be changed on housing industry Construction companies have applied installment sale to fund of building, but now they have to take it upon themselves to borrow from PF(Project Financing) on the banking system. The purpose of this study is to assume the change and influence in the construction fund after adopting After-Sale system and suggests the appropriate strategy in PF for providing fund. Construction Companies can produce their Profits by concentrating on reconstruction part especially in the metropolitan area. And They make their own brands and have their competitive power. In this housing market, if After-sale system comes publically, there will be big changes. Until now many companies have no difficulties in making funds to manage construction activity. But After-sale system gives difficulties to many companies. Therefore they have to prepare their own funds under their responsibilities from banks of Project financing.

This study as a demand of reconstruction allows the longevity of the multi complex, analyze the problems and solutions for a long term maintenance planning scheme, and how to save contingency fund to utilize. The major role of the multi complex housing market reflects Positively on our valuable society, provides a better life of environment on top of longevity and for the superior living duality. For a achievement and improvement existing long term maintenance Plan and contingency fund system should be considered as follows. First, shall be expanded more units of house as smaller group. Second, advice from expert shall be reconsidered, eliminated, and protected reorganizing an informal reconstruction planning comparatively legal procedure must be renegotiated and pursued. Third, the fund which saved for the contingency has to clarified as tax free item by government. It's not only mistreated as a limitation of personal asset but also treated as national source Despite of rather compulsive and constructive method must be noticed by whoever owns for, more positive follows, promotion and directing must be able to guide its understanding and adherence of importance and inevitability.

Recently remodelling has been popular with the consensus on the environment protection, resources saving, and regards on the cultural value of buildings. and the remodelling is considered as a useful tool for commercial and apartment buildings. But, in Korea, the remodelling has been introduced recently and there is few reserches on the evaluation methods for value analysis in the remodelling. This research deals with economical selection method among various alternatives for living environment upgrading of old buildings. Also, this reserch studied on the selection method for the architect among various remodelling plans considering cost, building life cycle, and user needs when the remodelling is selected as the most economical method.

This fact implies that there can be many disease caused by them. Therefore to reduce pollutant matters inducing sick house syndrom, measures for new furniture and apartment dweller were suggested in this study.

Currently the industrialization, the urbanization, and the phenomenon of nuclear family is mainstream of korean society. And our country enter into an aging society, on the contrary. The concept of support for aged person is dwindled away. The main reason can be summarized as the aged person's consciousness and the family's economical burden. So, the concern about the facility for the aged person has being issued as a necessary factor to be considered by public. Therefore. the problems of the facility were analyzed and the improvement direction for them were suggested in this study.

Various acts, regulations and rules on the Apartment remodelling are established in Korea. Because, of these acts, reconstruction of Apartment is restrained and on the contrary Remodelling of Apartment is cumins issue. But, because of agreement of all resident for Apartment remodelling and a rule for the development restrict permission, extension of apartment is actually impracticable. Therefore, various regulations on the remodelling is investigated, problems on the current remodelling system are analysed, and improving system for activating apartment remodeling is suggested in this study.

This study investigates material properties of epoxy resins and reinforced materials for adhesion repairing-reinforced of RC construction. According to the test. elasticity modulus of mortar indicated 16-26(GPa) and that of concrete was 18-27(GPa). It became decreased as mixture proportion, W/C and fluidity of both mortar and concrete increased In addition the elasticity modulus of epoxy resins exhibited around 45.3-220(GPa), while that of steel plate and Carbon Bar indicated 338(GPa) and 34.1 (GPa), respectively. It is obvious that individual materials had big different value of elasticity modulus. Meanwhile, thermal expansion coefficients of mortar was 10-13
${\mu}\varepsilon$ /$^{\circ}C$ and that of concrete was 9-11$\mu \varepsilon$ /$^{\circ}C$ The increase of mixture Voportion and W/C resulted in lower value of thermal expansion coefficients and the increase of flow and slump exhibited slightly higher value. The epoxy resin indicated 41-54${\mu}\varepsilon$ /$^{\circ}C$ which is 4-5 times larger value than concrete and steel plate and Carbon Bar was 11.93${\mu}\varepsilon$ /$^{\circ}C$ and -1.68${\mu}\varepsilon$ /$^{\circ}C$ respectively. Hence, the adhesion strength of the epoxy resins should be considered before it is used in field condition, due to different thermal expansion coefficient of each material. -
By the rapid technological advance and social needs, demand of Multi Function Facility is on the increase. The multiplex is an alternative of them. In case of fire, special function of facility nay result in terrible accident. Therefore, literature and regulations survey on the multiplex were enforced, Multiplex facilities in Daejeon City were surveyed, and reformation of regulation and structural system were suggested in this study.

Till now, the roles of a tradition market were a circulation of the necessities of life, a employment market of local society, a center of community, and a main structure of local economy. Recently, these tradition market is on the decline because it couldn't cope with the internal and external changes. It is recognized that these phenomenon is a factor of economy unbalance. So, to activate the local economy, tradition market should be promoted. Therefore, external changes such as the increase of competition intensity and the changes of consume pattern, internal changes such as the deterioration of facility and old fashioned management were analysed. The activation plan of traditional market were suggested through the decision index for the tradition market in this study.

Now, our country is in the face of increasement of aged person, and because of this fact many problems about aged person are show themselves. The main problems can be summarized as services provided by suppliers, inefficient management of welfare facility, violation of human rights, and nonprofessionalism of caring. Therefore to increasement of welfare quality, the direction of aged person welfare facility was suggested in this study.

With rapid urbanization, various problems have been occurred in the city. The most serious one is dwelling. The gap of income between the rich and the poor resulted in deteriorating the pattern of the house consume. In case of developing a bad residential area, this area is changed into a new residential area, but the dweller, who lived in the bad area, may move into the outskirts of the city. This means that a bad residential area is sprawled and spreading. Therefore. the rescue plan of the existing dweller according to urban redevelopment were suggested in this study.
