케이블 엔지니어링 업무는 각종 전기 설계 결과물을 토대로 작성된 각종 데이터를 활용하여 각종 기기들을 연결하는 케이블과 이를 위한 전선로 등을 설계하는 업무를 의미하며, 아울러 전기 Bulk Material의 구매와 시공관리를 종합적으로 지원하는 전기 분야의 주된 업무이다. 따라서 좀더 완벽한 설계와 효율적인 시공 관리를 위해서는 이를 전산화 할 필요가 있다. 본고에서는 SCEP의 주요 기능과 입출력내용 등을 소개하였다.

본 시험의 목적은 수직주 및 $80^{\circ}$경사주에 대한 강도시험을 통하여 보통지선이 없는 수평지선주의 시설가능 범위를 파악하고, 전선장력에 대한 지선장력과 전주저항모멘트간의 상관관계를 실증시험을 통하여 지선 강도계산시 전주저항모멘트 적용의 타당성 여부를 조사하는 것이다. 시험결과 $2^{\circ}$이상 휘어진 전주는 지선 보강이 필요하며, 설계시 하중 작용점에 따른 전주저항모멘트는 일정한 값을 적용하여도 됨을 확인하였다. 그리고 지선강도계산식에서 전주의 저항모멘트를 고려하지 않는 것이, Y지선보다는 각 하중 작용점에 해당 불평균장력에 견디는 1조 지선을 시설하는 것이 바람직하다. 또한 보통지선이 없는 수평지선주는 지선에 작용하는 하중, 전주의 설계하중, 전주길이 및 지선의 설치위치를 고려하여 선정하여야 하여야 함을 도출하였다.

가공배전선로의 이도는 탄성계수와 선팽계수에 따라 온도 및 장력의 변화에 대하여 다른 변화를 나타낸다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정확한 이도설계와 선로의 장기신뢰성 확보를 위해 배전선 주요 규격에 대하여 탄성계수와 선팽창계수를 실측하여 계산값과 측정값에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 비교하였다. 시험결과 전선의 탄성계수와 선팽창계수는 제작공정상의 여러 요인들에 의하여 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났으며, 이도설계시 탄성계수와 선팽창계수는 배전선의 측정값을 적용하는 것이 바람직 한 것으로 나타났다.

가공배전선로는 태풍 내습시 전주 및 전선에 작용하는 풍압에 대하여 견딜 수 있도록 설계되어져야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 가공배전선로의 설계시 사용되는 전주에 가해지는 풍압에 의한 굽힘모멘트 및 굴곡개소의 합성모멘트 계산시 사용하는 기존 계산식의 문제점을 분석하고 현장에서 쉽게 적용 가능한 새로운 계산식을 유도하였다. 새로운 계산식을 이용하여 설계자들이 가공배전선로의 지지물 및 지선강도를 검토할 수 있게 됨으로써 태풍과 같은 재해시에도 안전한 설비를 시설할 수 있게 되었다.

본 연구는 최근 수행한 해치 소수력 발전설비에 대한 최적 소수력개발과 수용가로의 소규모 단독전력계통 구성을 위해 조사 설계에 필요한 설계인자를 도출하여 비교분석, 설계에 적용한 사례를 중심으로 작성되었다.

배전선로에 전력을 공급하는 방식은 일반적으로 22.9kV급 XLPE 케이블에 의한 전력공급이 주를 이루어 왔다. 한편으로 대규모 전력을 소비하는 공장 및 고층 빌딩의 전력 공급에 있어서는 일반적으로 각각 부하로의 많은 회선수의 케이블 포설을 요하는 전력케이블 보다는, 한 선로로 보다 많은 대전류를 수송하면서 부하 가까이에서 필요한 전류를 간편하게 분기해 공급받는 부스덕트 시스템이 시공 및 배전선로 관리의 간편성에 의해 점차 용도가 늘어나고 있다. 부스닥트 시스템의 대부분은 일단 시설물이 건축될 때 건축물의 상부 공간 또는 설비가 위치한 하부 바닥 구간을 통해 설치된 이후, 기타 배관, 가스관 등의 추가적인 건축 구조물과 함께 설치되어 이후 선로의 보수 진단 등이 대부분 어렵게 되어진다. 본 논문에서 소개하는 부스덕트의 온도감시 시스템은 아무리 복잡하고 협소한 설치 환경이라도 특수한 포설 공법에 의해 광화이버를 포설하고, 이를 활용하여 실시간으로 부스덕트 선로의 표면온도와 주변온도를 상시 감시함으로써, 효율적인 부스덕트 선로의 활용뿐만 아니라 과열에 의한 절연사고를 미연 방지하는 운전신뢰성과 안정성을 높이는 것이 가능하게 되었다.

최근 전기설비의 용량이 커짐에 따라 전기설비와 송전설비 및 배전설비 등에서 발생되는 사고는 '2003년 코로나 방전에 의한 미국 동북부 정전사고와 같은 대형사고로 직결될 수 있기 때문에 전기설비에서 발생되는 코로나방전 검출을 통한 기간시설 및 송배전 설비에 대한 사고 원인을 사전 도출하여 전기설비의 장기간에 걸친 원활한 운용과 신뢰성 확보가 매우 중요하다. 이를 위해서 최적의 무정전 첨단계측장비의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 현재 전력공급의 중단없이 설비의 이상유무를 진단, 감시하기 위한 기술이 활발히 진행되고 있으며 전기설비의 예고 없는 고장발생시 파생되는 악영향은 매우 심각하며, 국내의 경우 전기설비의 노후화로 대형 사고의 위험성이 매우 높아 이러한 사고의 예방을 위한 예지보전(예측보전)을 위한 기술에 대한 도입이 필요하다. 최근 미국전기연구원(EPRI)의 주도로 코로나가 전기설비에 미치는 부정적 영향에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되었으며 그 결과 코로나 방전으로부터 전기설비의 안정성과 신뢰성을 확보하고 사고를 방지하기 위한 진단기술로서 OFIL사(社)의 DayCorII가 개발되었다. 이 논문에서는 전력설비와 송전 및 배전분야에 있어 발생하는 코로나 방전의 영향과 이를 탐지하는 진단기술에 대하여 초점을 맞추고자 한다.

The CMD(Condition Monitoring & Diagnosis) System is used to monitor and analyze the PD(Partial Discharge), Arc, Temperature, Pressure, Gas in Oil and so on for reliability and availability of the substation. Although this system comes into the spotlight as the forecast and management of the failure and fault, there are some problems. For example, the unified standard was not defined, and the effective management of the layed communication network does not performed, limitation of physical space, etc. To resolve above problems, this paper suggests the IEC61850 compatible eCMD system architecture for monitoring and analyzing the CMD factor in substations. The suggested eCMD system consists of CMD-LU(Condition Monitoring & Diagnosis-Local Unit), IED(Intelligent Electronic Device), and engineering centers. The IEC61850 is the international standard that defines communication networks and system in substation.

Stator winding of hydro generator is gradually deteriorated by multi-stress and steady degradation of insulation results in insulation breakdown. The region where insulation breakdown occurs in stator winding is part where the multi-stress causes the defect of insulation material and electrical stress has been concentrated. Therefore, we judged locations of insulation breakdown to be varied according to various stress factors in service. In this paper, we drew the stator winding of hydro generators which has run for a long time and separated it into 3 parts(central part, end winding part, drawing part) according to the positions laid on the core. We performed electrical and thermal stress on these specimens for 1000 hrs under the same condition, measured the condition regularlyand analyzed the insulation status of each winding by performing partial discharge test. In addition, we analyzed the trend of partial discharge concerning specimens that caused the insulation breakdown during aging.

An electrical fault is defined as any abnormal condition caused by reduction in the insulation strength between energized conduction parts and ground or any grounded part of an electrical system. Failure of solid insulation can be caused by excessive mechanical tension being applied on the insulation, harsh service environment, aging, and also by corona phenomena. The number of empty houses during normal working hours is rising. As a result, the number of uninspected electric installation for general use is increasing. To define the potential risk of the electric installation, measurement of leakage current has been getting considered, but because the measured leakage current value also contained leakage current by capacitance, the measured value can not be adapted to absolute reference to the installation. Therefore, in this paper, the correlation between the condition of electric installation and leakage current were analyzed.

This paper deals with an approach to the reduction of potential rise according to the buried depth of structure. In order to analyze the surface potential rise of structure, an electrolytic tank which simulates the semi-infinite earth has been used. The potential rise has been measured and analyzed for types of structure using an electrolytic tank experimental apparatus in real time. The structure models were designed through reducing real buildings and fabricated with two types on a scale of one-one hundred sixty When a test current flowed through structure models, the potential rise of outline frame type(structure model A) was more high than that of electric cage type(structure model B). The distributions of surface potential rise are dependent on the buried depth of structure model.

GIS 예방진단을 위해 개발한 "UHF 온라인 부분방전 상시감시시스템"을 실 변전소에 설치하여 실증시험을 수행하였다. 345 kV급 변전소의 GIS 2개 bay를 감시하기 위해, GIS에 설치된 총 14개의 UHF 센서로부터 측정된 방전신호를 변전소 switchyard에 설치된 local unit에서 수집하였다. Local unit에서 UHF 대역의 방전신호를 디지털 신호로 변환한 후, 광섬유를 통해 변전소 급전분소에 설치된 중앙서버에 전송토록 하였다. 중앙처리장치에서는 단위 방전신호의 분석 및 트랜드 분석이 가능하며, 사용자에게 자동으로 방전원인을 알려준다. 설치된 상시감시시스템은 우수한 외부 잡음제거능력을 보였으며, 측정된 방전신호를 요약하여 사용자에게 reporting하는 등 다양한 편의성을 제공하고 있다.

Pohang accelerator Laboratory is from 1994 analyzed electric power amount used for about 10 years. It is one of equipment that consume electric power of greate electric power to single test equipment. Accelerator Laboratory institute investigates the consumption rate of energy that is spent to each building could divide by linear accelerator and save ring and analyzed about the equipment utilization rate and average electric power. Countermeasure that this treatise can forecast power loss of electric power by equipment through analysis of electric power amount used and heighten the utilization rate of equipment wishes to do comparative analysis.

When high-voltage motors are started, inrush current is rising as a serious power quality problem in terms of electric power line. So, this study is measured electrical data from induction motor's various starting method and is proposed the most appropriate starting method for induction motor at WTPs.

우리나라에서 발생하는 전기선로의 사고에 대하여 한국전력공사, 한국전기안전공사 등의 기관에서 자료를 조사하고 수집하여 통계자료를 제공하는데 그 자료를 기초로 하여 제품의 불량으로 인한 사고를 조사한 결과 전체 전기선로 사고의 $30{\sim}40%$를 차지하고 있고, 제품불량의 원인으로는 개발제품의 변형, 작업자 실수, 원재료 품질불량, 개발시험 미실시, 검수시험 일부항목 시험생략, 개발시험 후 규격변경내용에 대한 성능검증 미확인 등으로 분류할 수 있으며, 중전기기 제품불량으로 인한 피해를 최소화 하기 위한 방안으로서 제품인증 업무 활성화, 전문분야별 기술교육 실시, 부품의 품질향상을 위한 연구개발, 수입품에 대하여 국산제품과 동일한 기준 적용 등의 방법을 제안하였다.

In this paper, the fire characteristics of circuit breakers for low voltage during switching arcs were analyzed according to the characteristics of combustible materials. Arc dispersion and ignition process were taken by high speed imaging system and digital camera. In this experiment, four resistors were connected as loads. To discover the fire characteristics of circuit breakers by combustible materials, ethanol and cotton were installed as combustibles near contacts respectively. In case of ethanol, fire broke out near the contacts while switch was turned on and turned off. Whereas, in case of cotton, fire broke out near deteriorated contacts while switch was turned off.

가스절연개폐장치(GIS: Gas Insulated Switchgear) 내부에서 발생하는 UHF 부분방전 신호를 측정하고, 이를 주파수 분석을 통하여 1차 부분방전 진단을 수행하며, 주요 이상이 있을 경우 위상 분석을 통하여 7가지의 부분방전 패턴으로 분류하여 부분방전 원인을 진단할 수 있는 GIS 부분방전 진단 시스템을 국산화 개발하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 주파수 분석방법, 부분방전 진단 패턴 및 모니터링 시스템에 대하여 기술한다.

엘리베이터는 국내의 빠른 성장과 함께 급속도로 보급되고 있는 수직 형 교통수단으로 국민 대다수가 이용하고 있다. 엘리베이터의 빠른 보급과 함께 여러 가지 원인에 의해 엘리베이터에 갇히는 사고로 인하여 승객의 불안감을 유발시킬 수 있는 부분이 많이 증가하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 공동주택 엘리베이터에서 이런 갇힘 및 오동작 등을 발생 시킬 수 있는 Surge, Sag, Interruption, Noise(Harmonic) 등의 유입에 대한 대책으로 엘리베이터 설비에 어떤 보상 및 대책 장비들이 설치되어 있고 그 사양 및 현장 설치 시설에 대해 조사 분석 하였다. 조사한 장소에서 대부분이 서지 보호 장치, 노이즈 필터, AC Reactor의 설비 설치가 미비하였다. 조사된 자료는 공동 주택 엘리베이터의 전기적 장해원인 분석 및 대책을 제시하는데 자료로 이용될 것이다.

Characteristics of hydrogen sensors for realization of transformer diagnosis system was studied, sensors used in this work are commercialized for detecting hydrocarbons or hydrogen gases. Based on the experimental results, the sensing characteristics of A company showed the high value even at the lower concentration of 20ppm, and it showed a saturation tendency with increasing it above 500ppm. In the case of B company, it showed the linear characteristics from 20ppm to 7000ppm. In addition, the output acquired from C company was amplified by external circuits due to its low output, and its adequate operation region was above 500ppm. Therefore, it is likely that these sensors are possible to apply for realization of transformer diagnosis system due to the different sensing characteristics of these sensors.

변압기 내부의 수분은 절연물의 절연내력에 악영향을 끼치므로 수분측정은 변압기 사고예방과 수명연장에 매우 중요하다. 변압기 내의 수분함유량을 검출하는 시험법으로 Karl-Fischer법과 Dew-Point법을 사용해 왔다. 그러나 이 시험법은 기기를 분해해야 하고, 국부적인 부분에 대한 정보일 뿐 아니라 분석을 즉시 현장에서 하지 못하는 단점이 있다. 따라서 기존 시험법의 단점을 보완하기 위해 회복전압법(RVM, Return Voltage Method)이 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 모의 셀 내부에 수분을 강제로 주입하여 수분함유량 변화를 주고 Karl-Fischer법을 통한 수분함유량 측정 결과와 RVM 특성 곡선을 비교 분석하였다.

본 논문에서는 LabVIEW를 이용한 휴대용 3상 유도전동기 회전자 바 고장 진단 시스템을 개발하였다. LabVIEW는 NI사에서 개발한 그래픽컬 프로그래밍 언어로서 VI(Virtual Instrument)기술을 이용하여 계측, 분석, 표현 프로그램에 최적화된 언어이다. 유도전동기의 입력단에 Current Probe를 연결하여 전류를 측정하였고, NI사의 USB-DAQ보드를 이용하여 데이터를 수집한 후 노트북 컴퓨터에서 실행되는 LabVIEW 프로그램에 의해 고장을 진단할 수 있는 실시간 휴대용 진단 시스템을 개발하였다. 회전자 바에 고장이 일어나면 선 전류의 불균형, 손실 증가, 토크맥동과 평균 토크의 감소를 가져올 수 있다. 고장 진단 방법으로는 회전자 바 고장의 특징 주파수를 찾아 진단하는 방법이 있다. 회전자 바 고장에 대하여 1개와 2개 바를 절단한 회전자를 사용하여 각각 실험하였으며, FFT 분석에 의하여 실시간으로 유도전동기 회전자 바 고장을 진단 할 수 있음을 보였다.

기후변화협약(교토의정서)에 따라 온실가스 감축 의무 부담으로 친환경 대체 에너지의 확보가 시급한 실정이다. 태양광 에너지는 광전효과를 이용하여 전기에너지로 직접 변환되는 무한의 친환경 청정에너지이다. 대학과, 연구소를 중심으로 활발한 연구가 진행되어 태양전지 모듈, 축전기, 전력변환장치 등 핵심 요소 기술은 확보상태이나 태양광 발전의 양산 기술과 시스템 이용기술이 미흡하다. 특히 태양광 발전의 보급 확대에 따른 유지보수기술(진단 시스템)의 확보가 시급하다. 본 연구에서는 태양전지 모듈의 이상여부를 온라인 상태로 감시 진단하는 시스템을 개발 하였다.

Our company(KOWACO) has periodically performed off-line diagnostic test for 14 hydro generators (rated 11 kV over) for 15 years. In this paper, we summarized results of dissipation factor tip-up test and partial discharge test about these generators. Among these, we chose two generators and performed insulation reinforcement (cleaning and varnish painting). We compared change of insulation condition for the stator winding based upon off-line diagnostic test result before and after repair. Test result shows that insulation condition was improved after insulation reinforcement. This insulation reinforcement has a function to reduce cause of deterioration, so we can know that it extends lifetime of generator and it is a very important factor for stable operation of facilities.

본 논문에서는 유도전동기의 고정자권선 고장진단을 목적으로 이상적인 전동기의 전류신호와 실시간으로 운전하고 있는 전동기 전류신호를 Park's Vector에 각각 적용시켜 Park's Vector 패턴을 만들고 패턴 피크값의 기준치와 측정치의 편차를 이용하여 오차치를 벗어날 때 고장으로 진단하는 Park's Vector 패턴의 피크값을 이용한 고정자권선의 고장진단을 시도하였다. 숙달된 작업자가 Park's Vector패턴을 보고 고장을 분석해야 했던 방법과는 달리 패턴을 비교하지 않고도 자동으로 고장을 진단하고 경보해주는 진단 방법을 제시하였다. 실제 전류분석 및 진단을 위해 상용 프로그램인 LabVIEW를 이용하였다.

In prevention and diagnostic system of GIS, pattern classification is focused on the detection of unnatural patterns in PD(Partial discharge) image data. Fractals have been used extensively to provide a description and to model mathematically many of the naturally occurring complex shapes, such as coastlines, mountain ranges, clouds, etc., and have also received increased attention in the field of image processing, for purposes of segmentation and recognition of regions and objects present in natural scenes. Among the numerous fractal features that could be defined and used for image data, fractal dimension and lacunarity have been found to be useful for recognition purposes Partial discharge(PD) occuring in GIS system is a very complex phenomenon, and more so are the shapes of the various 2-d patterns obtained during routine tests and measurements. It has been fairly well established that these pattern shapes and underlying defects causing PD have a 1:1 correspondence, and therefore methods to describe and qunatify these pattern shapes must be explored, before recognition systems based on them could be developed. The computed fractal features(fractal dimension and lacunarity) for standard library of PD data were analyzed and found to possess fairly reasonable pattern discriminating abilities. This new approach appears promising, and further research is essential before any long-term predictions can be made.

과거 2003년 북미 대 정전 이후 전력기기의 사고 발생 후 얼마나 빨리 사고를 제거하고 피해가 적도록 신속하게 복구하는 개념에서 사고이전에 사고를 미연에 방지하는 예방개념으로 관심이 높아지고 있다. 전력기기를 사고로부터 보호하는 보호기기도 중요하지만 사고이전의 상태를 감시하여 미연에 사고를 방지할 수 있도록 하는 예방진단시스템의 중요성도 높아지고 있다. 이렇듯 관심이 높아짐에 따라 각종 진단알고리즘의 개발이 신속히 이루어지고 있다. 보호기기처럼 어떤 설정된 정정 값 이상의 값이 입력되면 보호동작을 수행하는 단순 동작과는 달리 예방진단 시스템은 입력되는 신호의 패턴을 인식하여 열화/노화 등의 진행상황 및 정비조치에 대한 정보를 만들므로 인공지능적인 요소가 많이 적용되고 있다. 따라서 각종 Fuzzy, Neural Network, Expert 등 각종 판단 알고리즘과 패턴을 인식하는 확률통계, 프랙탈 기하학 등이 적용되고 있다. 모두가 틀리다는 것은 아니지만 보다 정확한 예방진단을 위해 각종 알고리즘이 추가 및 수정이 자주이루어지고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 새로운 알고리즘을 적용하기 위해서 기 개발되어 운영 중이거나 설치된 예방진단시스템을 멈추고 전반적으로 수정을 수행하는 것은 감시진단시스템의 본래 모습을 무시하는 행동이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이런 문제를 해결하기 위하여 온라인 상태에서 장비를 감시하는 예방진단 시스템의 알고리즘 변형 시 시스템의 운영이 문제되지 않도록하는 다이나믹 인터페이스를 개발하였다.

A shorted-turn test was performed at the Pyungtaek combined cycle power plant on gas turbine generators. The test was conducted using a permanent flux probe and on-line shorted-turn diagnosis system. The permanent flux probe installed in the generator air gap senses the field winding slot leakage flux and produces a voltage proportional to the rate of change signature unique to each field winding. We have also applied a voltage waveform analysis technique that can identify the pole location, slot number and number of shorted-turn with each slot.

Since the starting reactor used for reducing inrush current of high voltage induction motor applies an electric current only when it is at the stage of transition, it gets lots of electrical or mechanical stress. In this aspect, the reliability on the starting reactor is very important because the reactor-relating-accident takes 80% of all the accident concerned with high voltage motor starting panel. In this study, we conducted an insulation test of starting reactor of high voltage induction motor of intake pumping station to the Seoul area And the result from this study was used as data for determining whether it's still usable or not.

스톡홀름협약('04. 5.17 발효)은 PCBs를 다이옥신과 함께 대표적인 관리대상물질로 정하여 지구적 차원의 근절 노력을 본격화하고 있으며, 우리나라도 최근 조사결과 국내 변압기 중 상당수가 PCBs에 오염된 것으로 밝혀져 PCBs에 대한 안전관리대책 마련이 시급한 실정이며 이에 따라, 2007년까지 PCBs 함유 전력장비에 대한 국가목록작성 및 우선 관리대상 설정을 위하여 유입식 변압기에 대한 전국사용현황 파악이 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전국 유입변압기에 대한 PCBs 오염 측정 분석 조사 수행을 위해 전기설비 수용가내 유입변압기 현황을 바탕으로 우선 관리 대상을 선정하고 처리 대상 유입변압기에 대한 안전처리 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The speciality of education installation has to be applied to the design construction, inspection of school in the installation. But. it was applied general electric installation standards in korea. Therefore, the electric shock accidents and fire was more frequently occurred in the school than in other building. So, this paper, is proposed the comprehensive countermeasure for safety of school electric installation

In this paper, we introduced about safety algorithm of transformer for MV/LV distribution customers using by fuzzy theory. Overload of transformer becomes different by surrounding temperature. And parameters about overload of transformer are connection each other. Therefore, we organize safety algorithm consider overload of transformer and surrounding temperature in this research. And we induce the relational expression of each parameters using experiment data of IEEE std C57.91-1995. Deduction of result used fuzzy reasoning. We guess the safety algorithm suggested in this paper shows the new direction that heavy electrical equipments including switchboard are going to develop in the future.

본 연구의 목적은 배전선로 접지극의 온도변화 및 토양동결 상태에 따른 접지저항값의 변화를 관찰하고, 영상과 영하의 온도와 접지저항값 변화의 상관관계를 분석하여 접지저항값 변화를 최소화하는 데 있다. 온도변화에 따른 접지저항값 변화의 최소화를 이루기 위하여 접지극과 토양의 접촉저항을 최소화하는 방안을 연구 하였으며, 이를 현장에 적용하여 검증한 결과, 접지저항값의 변화가 최소화되는 우수한 성과를 거양하여 각종 접지공사의 설계시 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.

본 논문은 운전중인 배전 전주의 접지저항 측정 기술 배전선로 접지 성능 측정 및 모니터링 시스템 기술에 관한 연구를 통하여 국내의 접지측정 방법 및 문제점을 조사, 분석, 검토하였고, 우리나라 실정에 맞는 새로운 측정방식 도입에 연구의 초점을 두었다. 본 논문에서 현실적으로 문제되고 있는 접지측정방식과 유지방식에 대한 실태 및 문제점을 파악하여 변화된 접지환경에 적합한 접지측정기술과 유지방식을 도출하였다. 또한 접지저항 측정기법을 통하여 배전선로의 전주간 접지저항을 측정하였고 개발진행중에 있는 모니터링 접지저항값 획득 시스템에 대하여 언급하였다.

정부의 지속적인 중소기업을 위한 불공정하도급질서개선을 위한 노력에도 불구하고 불공정 하도급질서 개선대책이 아직 큰 효과를 내지 못하고 있다. 전기공사업 하도급 거래실태에 대한 조사가 미진한 상태이므로 설문조사를 통한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문은 국내외 선행 연구 과제 및 사례를 바탕으로 설문조사를 통한 하도급 거래실태현황을 조사하고 분석하여 하도급 공정거래제도의 개선방안을 제시하고 발전방안을 제시하고 있다.

전력계통망 및 수용가는 다양한 형태의 전력케이블 및 전력선이 연계된 분 배전망을 형성하고 있다. 특히, 이렇게 구성된 분 배전망은 하나의 전력계통으로서 연계된 전력망을 형성하고 있으며, 이를 전력선통신의 인프라로 활용할 수 있다. 최근 들어, 전력선통신 기술에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으며, 계통에 연계된 부하와 분기선로 그리고 매질의 특성에 따라 통신환경이 달라진다. 특히 전송 주파수에 따른 신호의 감쇠, 연계된 부하의 종류와 이들 부하로 인한 잡음원의 유입 및 전송신호의 왜곡 등이 주요한 채널환경 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 상기 나열한 한계점을 극복하기 위한 대안으로 전력선 및 케이블의 매질특성을 평가하고, 이에 따른 전송신호의 영향을 분석, 연계된 다양한 부하들의 변동에 따른 통신환경의 변화 영향 그리고 통신성능에 미치는 영향을 분석하였으며, 또한 전력 케이블 및 선로의 특성과 부하변동 특성을 반영하여 구내용 전력케이블 기반의 UWB(Ultra Wide Band) 통신용 채널 환경을 모델링하는 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

한국에 지중배전케이블이 설치된 지 30년이 넘고 현재 지중화율은 12% 가량 되고 있다. 지중화율이 점차 높아지는 추세에서 기존의 매설된 케이블이나 사고 케이블에 대한 교체로 철거케이블이 발생하는 빈도가 높아져 이를 쉽게 철거할 수 있는 방안이 필요하여 철거용 지중케이블 자동절단기 개발을 하기에 이르렀다. 케이블철거 작업이 현재까지는 대부분 수동유압절단기를 통하여 이루어지다보니 작업의 경제성이 상당히 낮고 안전상의 문제가 대두되어 관로내 케이블을 차량의 유압을 이용하여 자동 인출, 자동 절단할 수 있는 기기를 개발하기에 이르렀다. 자동절단기를 사용함으로써 기존 $4{\sim}5$명이 소요되는 작업이 $1{\sim}2$명의 인력으로도 작업할 수 있고 작업시간도 대폭 단축되어 경제성이 크게 향상되었다. 아울러 사람이 절단작업을 수행하다보니 안전성의 문제가 염려시 되었는 데 철단작업을 기계가 대행함으로써 작업의 안전이 보장되었다. 이와 같이 케이블 자동절단기는 경제성은 물론 안전성을 확보함으로써 케이블 철거작업의 품질개선에 큰 역할을 담당할 것이다.

본 논문은 가공배전선로용 무정전 내장주 완철교체용 활선공구 및 표준화된 활선공법 개발에 있다. 개발된 공구의 명칭을 핫라인 써포트암으로 부여하였으며 활선공구의 활용성을 높이고 직접활선의 안정성을 향상시키기 위하여 완철교체작업을 현재 공법보다 손쉽고 안전하게 작업할 수 있는 직접활선공법을 개발한다.

최근 정부에서는 고효율 기기 개발과 ESCO 사업 등을 통해 낭비되고 있는 에너지를 절감하기 위해 노력하고 있고, 산업 패러다임 변화에 따른 전력 IT 기술 중요성이 상승하고 있어 디지털 멀티미디어 기술과 융합된 지능형 전원 관리시스템 개발이 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 리모콘 및 인체감지에 의한 스위치 및 콘센트의 개별/동시 제어기법을 이용한 지능형 전원 관리 시스템 개발하고 특성실험을 통해 우수성을 입증하였다.

There are a number of reported instances of actual pipeline rupture during power line faults caused by melting of the pipe wall. This type of hazard was considered to be among the most serious of AC effects on pipelines in an international survey, comparable to the personnel safety hazard. Moreover, resistance coupling is not only a risk when the pipeline parallels a power line but also when they cross. One method of minimizing the effects of resistive coupling is by maintaining an appropriate separation distance between the pipeline and tower. This paper investigate the experiment for separation distance between the powerline earth and pipelines.

Recent earth systems not only make earth resistance decreased by installing earth electrode but also are demanded by earth construction for the protection of human life and equipments through total investigation about circumstances. Layer constructions in Jeju island consist of multi-layer of scoria, rocks and shale except clay layers on the surface, which needs the construction of the coring earth electrode suitable in the condition of the area. For this reason, we've used the coring earth electrode. But the coring earth electrode is expected to slow down the performance of this equipment according to the progress of time changing the effects. It is also applied for the stability of earth system construction and management after the construction work analyzing the condition of the earth system. Therefore, this is actually focused on the analysis on measuring the earth resistance and the soil resistivity that cover the range where the remarkable contrast can be expected to be seen in the layer structures.

The increased use of underground power distribution as opposed to overhead lines contributes to the aesthetics of the downtown areas. But there is an inherent risk of accidental electrocution should there be damage to the insulation of the cable because of heavy rain. Should a pedestrian make contact with this cable indirectly, via a man hole cover, electrocution could result. In this paper, we analyse weaknesses in this low-voltage manhole and propose improvements.

This paper presents the evaluation electric shock risk in water so that we made and designed a bathtub which is the same size in real public bath. and then we did an experiment, provided of electric leakage in various conditions so, we measured how to form an electric gradient and knew the electric gradient is formed variously under exposed conductor in water. also we made certain that electric shock risk is down if we insert an insulated pipe in bathtub pipe which is prevent from being formed the electric field sharply.
