  • Over a ring R, let $P_R$ be a finitely generated projective right R-module. Then we define the G-injector (G-projector) if $P_R$ preservers Gorenstein injective modules (Gorenstein projective modules), the Gflator if $P_R$ preservers Gorenstein flat modules. G-injector (G-flator) and G-injector are characterized focus primarily on the cases where R is a Gorenstein ring, and under this condition we also study the relations between the injector (projector, flator) and the G-injector (G-projector, G-flator). Over any ring we also give the characteristics of G-injector (G-flator) by the Gorenstein injective (Gorenstein flat) dimensions of modules.

  • Let (R,m) be a commutative Noetherian local ring. In this paper we show that a finitely generated R-module M of dimension d is Cohen-Macaulay if and only if there exists a proper ideal I of R such that depth($M/I^nM$) = d for $n{\gg}0$. Also we show that, if dim(R) = d and $I_1{\subset}\;{\cdots}\;{\subset}I_n$ is a chain of ideals of R such that $R/I_k$ is maximal Cohen-Macaulay for all k, then $n{\leq}{\ell}_R(R/(a_1,{\ldots},a_d)R)$ for every system of parameters $a1,{\ldots},a_d$ of R. Also, in the case where dim(R) = 2, we prove that the ideal transform $D_m(R/p)$ is minimax balanced big Cohen-Macaulay, for every $p{\in}Assh_R$(R), and we give some equivalent conditions for this ideal transform being maximal Cohen-Macaulay.

  • Let (R,m) be a Noetherian local ring and M a finitely generated R-module. For an integer s > -1, we say that M is Cohen-Macaulay in dimension > s if every system of parameters of M is an M-sequence in dimension > s introduced by Brodmann-Nhan [1]. In this paper, we give some characterizations for Cohen-Macaulay modules in dimension > s in terms of the Noetherian dimension of the local cohomology modules $H^i_m(M)$, the polynomial type of M introduced by Cuong [5] and the multiplicity e($\underline{x}$;M) of M with respect to a system of parameters $\underline{x}$.

  • In this note, we mainly discuss the Gorenstein $Pr{\ddot{u}}fer$ domains. It is shown that a domain is a Gorenstein $Pr{\ddot{u}}fer$ domain if and only if every finitely generated ideal is Gorenstein projective. It is also shown that a domain is a PID (resp., Dedekind domain, $B{\acute{e}}zout$ domain) if and only if it is a Gorenstein $Pr{\ddot{u}}fer$ UFD (resp., Krull domain, GCD domain).

  • We discuss an application of 'restrictions on the entries of the maps in the minimal free resolution' and '$SC_r$-condition of modules', and give an alternative proof of the following result of Foxby: Let M be a finitely generated module of dimension over a Noetherian local ring (A,m). Suppose that $\hat{A}$ has no embedded primes. If A is not Gorenstein, then ${\mu}_i(m,A){\geq}2$ for all i ${\geq}$ dimA.

  • In this paper we study exponential growth of Betti numbers over artinian local rings. By the Change of Tor Formula the results in the paper extend to the asymptotic behavior of Betti numbers over Cohen-Macaulay local rings. Using the length function of an artinian ring we calculate an upper bound for the number of generators of modules, this is then used to maximize the number of generators of sygyzy modules. Finally, applying a filtration of an ideal, which we call a Loewy series of an ideal, we derive an invariant B(R) of an artinian local ring R, such that if B(R)>1, then the sequence $b^{R}$$_{i}$ (M) of Betti numbers is strictly increasing and has strong exponential growth for any finitely generated non-free R-module M (Theorem 2.7).).

  • Let 𝔞 and 𝔟 be ideals of a commutative Noetherian ring R and M be a finitely generated R-module of dimension d > 0. We prove some results concerning the top local cohomology and top formal local cohomology modules. Among other things, we determine SuppR(𝔟 Hd𝔞(M)) and SuppR(𝔟𝔉d𝔞(M)). Also, we obtain some relations between AnnR(𝔟 Hd𝔞(M)), AttR(𝔟 Hd𝔞(M)) and SuppR(𝔟 Hd𝔞(M)) and we get similar results for 𝔟𝔉d𝔞(M).

  • Let 𝓜 be a stable Serre subcategory of the category of R-modules. We introduce the concept of 𝓜-minimax R-modules and investigate the local-global principle for generalized local cohomology modules that concerns to the 𝓜-minimaxness. We also provide the 𝓜-finiteness dimension f𝓜I (M, N) of M, N relative to I which is an extension the finiteness dimension fI (N) of a finitely generated R-module N relative to I.

  • In this paper, we define the torsion graph determined by equivalence classes of torsion elements and denote it by AE(M). The vertex set of AE(M) is the set of equivalence classes {[x] | x ∈ T(M)*}, where two torsion elements x, y ∈ T(M)* are equivalent if ann(x) = ann(y). Also, two distinct classes [x] and [y] are adjacent in AE(M), provided that ann(x)ann(y)M = 0. We shall prove that for every torsion finitely generated module M over a Dedekind domain R, a vertex of AE(M) has degree two if and only if it is an associated prime of M.

  • Let G be a group. Let R be a G-graded commutative ring with identity and M be a G-graded multiplication module over R. A proper graded submodule Q of M is semiprime if whenever $I^nK{\subseteq}Q$, where $I{\subseteq}h(R)$, n is a positive integer, and $K{\subseteq}h(M)$, then $IK{\subseteq}Q$. We characterize semiprime submodules of M. For example, we show that a proper graded submodule Q of M is semiprime if and only if grad$(Q){\cap}h(M)=Q+{\cap}h(M)$. Furthermore if M is finitely generated then we prove that every proper graded submodule of M is contained in a graded semiprime submodule of M. A proper graded submodule Q of M is said to be almost semiprime if (grad(Q)$\cap$h(M))n(grad$(0_M){\cap}h(M)$) = (Q$\cap$h(M))n(grad$(0_M){\cap}Q{\cap}h(M)$). Let K, Q be graded submodules of M. If K and Q are almost semiprime in M such that Q + K $\neq$ M and $Q{\cap}K{\subseteq}M_g$ for all $g{\in}G$, then we prove that Q + K is almost semiprime in M.
