As areas of ICT devices expand due to development of fourth industry, Smart Jewelry is being released. Jewelry is not only a fashion tool to dress up the human body as it merges with the functional aspects of smart devices, but it also delivers the information needed to improve users' living conditions and the interaction of the information needed is likely to be expanded. Although wearable Jewelry is not widely popular with consumers due to its recognition that it is a Smartphone aid and technical limitations, it needs to be ultra-smallized and improved in design. By analyzing emotional types according to design, materials, and colors, focusing on the current wearable jewelry products, the company aims to contribute to enhancing the value of creative smart jewelry by thinking about how smart jewelry will stimulate people's emotions.

This study examined how four domains of corporate social responsibility (CSR) affect the trust and distrust of corporations and contribute to their reputation. In particular, this study examined the mediation role of trust and distrust between CSR domains and reputation. The results showed that ethical responsibility and philanthropic responsibility had influence on trust. Legal responsibility had a significant effect on the distrust. Companies that did not fulfill legal responsibilities were more likely to be distrusted. The influence of trust on corporate reputation was significant. The results of this study indicated that trust was a mediator between ethical responsibility, philanthropic responsibility, and reputation. Economic responsibility had a direct influence on reputation. Theoretical and practical implications for strategic approach in each CSR domain are discussed.

Recently, universities have been strengthening software basic education to be active in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. Non-majored students need a variety of teaching methods because they have low knowledge of programming or a lack of connectivity with major courses. Therefore, in this paper, a learning model applying the step-by-step blind programming practice based on the Demonstration Modeling Making model was designed and applied to the actual lecture. As a result of analyzing the problem solving ability of the learner, it was confirmed that the learner's self - solving ratio increased as parking progressed. In the following study, it is necessary to analyze the learner's learning results in various aspects and to study effective teaching methods according to the difficulty of the learning contents.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of physical education class satisfaction on the college life satisfaction, and academic persistence to provide the basic information for the effective higher education policy increasing the academic persistence. By analyzing a total of 185 surveys from college students that take the physical education class, this study found followings. First, physical education class satisfaction had a significant direct effect on the college life satisfaction(+). Second, college life satisfaction had a significant direct effect on the academic persistence(+). Third, physical education class satisfaction didn't had a significant direct effect on the academic persistence. Fourth, physical education class satisfaction had a significant indirect effect on the academic persistence mediated by the college life satisfaction.

In modern society, with the changing lifestyle, demand for complex cultural spaces is rising and various cultural spaces are emerging. However, user-centered cultural space research has not yet been shown. In order to find out whether various cultural experience functions and user experience types of complex cultural spaces are being delivered properly, this study compared and analyzed the representative cultural spaces of Korea, 'Starfield Library' and 'ARC.N.BOOK'. User experience analysis tools and individual in-depth interviews were used as research methods. As a result, both spaces responded that commercial space and brand library were out of harmony and that the use of services in complex cultural spaces was inconvenient. This is interpreted as the result of the need for improvement measures in the value and usability of experience provided by the current complex cultural space and is expected to help develop the complex cultural space in the future.

This study focuses on the characteristics of culture and art industry organizations that emphasize tradition and artistic values. The purpose is to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership, job meaning and collective efficacy, and to clarify the effect of this study. In order to clarify this relationship, research models and hypotheses were set up based on literature research, and 377 questionnaires were distributed and retrieved for the relevant industry workers. The results showed that transformational leadership had a significant effect on group efficacy. In addition, the influence of transformational leadership on job meaning, the effect of job meaning on collective efficacy, and the mediating effect of job semantics were confirmed. These findings can provide guidelines for organizational change by identifying the effects of transformational leadership on the attitudes of members in the culture and arts industry.

The Film Development Fund was established in 2007 to improve the quality of film arts and promote the Korean film and video industry. As a key resource operated by the Korean Film Council, the film development fund provides various projects including support for the promotion of Korean film creation and production, funding in video-specialized investment associations, export and international exchanges of Korean films, and production of small-scale or short films. This study aims to propose ways to reinvent the film development fund, which is in danger of being depleted. Based on such purpose this study examined the status and problems of the current film development fund and reviewed previous literatures and related discussions. Furthermore, the policies of similar overseas organizations for film promotion including French National Film/Video Center (Centre National du Cinema et de l'image $anim{\acute{e}}e$, CNC) and the British Film Institute (BFI) were reviewed to draw a multi-faceted way to replenish the source of revenue for Korean film development fund.

This research aims to explore the direction to promote maker-centered education and draw implications on the design and practice of teacher's professional development program by studying a case. To achieve the research objective, the research context was set on a teacher's training program provided by the S district office of education in Seoul, and the quantitative and qualitative studies were conducted to deduce the teacher's requirements for establishing and promoting maker-centered education after participating in the program as well as analyzing the effectiveness of the 5-days training program. From the results, this study contributes to suggesting implications on activating maker-centered education and providing the curriculum and instructional designs of teacher's professional development through the case participated by teachers who play a crucial role in performing and practicing innovative teaching methods and educational policy in real educational contexts.

This study purpose to empirically investigated the effects of Learning Presence perceived by university students at general universities who took Remote Classification in the first semester of 2020 on Learning Outcomes and the mediating effects of Learning Immersion. A total of 293 students were surveyed by conducting an online survey for about a month from Sep. 15, 2020, targeting college students attending general universities in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The results of the study are as follows: First, Learning Presence had an effect on Learning Immersion and Learning Outcomes, and Learning Immersion had an effect on Learning Outcomes. Second, Learning Immersion had a mediating effect on the relationship between Learning Presence and Learning Outcomes. This study is meaningful in that it verified the relationship between Learning Presence, Learning Outcomes, and Learning Immersion perceived by college students who took Remote Classification in COVID19 response dimension.

In this paper, a lightweight network with fewer parameters compared to the existing object detection method is proposed. In the case of the currently used detection model, the network complexity has been greatly increased to improve accuracy. Therefore, the proposed network uses EfficientNet as a feature extraction network, and the subsequent layers are formed in a pyramid structure to utilize low-level detailed features and high-level semantic features. An attention process was applied between pyramid structures to suppress unnecessary noise for prediction. All computational processes of the network are replaced by depth-wise and point-wise convolutions to minimize the amount of computation. The proposed network was trained and evaluated using the PASCAL VOC dataset. The features fused through the experiment showed robust properties for various objects through a refinement process. Compared with the CNN-based detection model, detection accuracy is improved with a small amount of computation. It is considered necessary to adjust the anchor ratio according to the size of the object as a future study.
