남녀 아동의 우울 수준에 따른 어머니 양육 행동, 부부갈등, 사회적 지원, 사회적 유능성의 차이 (The Difference in Maternal Parenting Behaviors, Parents' Conflict, Social Support, and Social Competence according to Boys' and Girls' Depression Level)

  • The purposes of this study were to explore the differences in maternal parenting behaviors, parents' conflict, social support, and social competence according to boys' and girls' depression level. The participants of this study were 150 children of 4 to 6 grades and their teachers from one elementary school in Seoul. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and t-test. The result were as follows: Firstly, depressive boys perceived less maternal warmth and more parents' conflict than non-depression group. And boys of depression group had less task orientation than non-depression group. Secondly, depressive girls perceived less maternal warmth, supervision, and parents' support, and more parents' conflict than non-depression group. And girls of depression group were rated having less peer social skills, frustration tolerance than non-depression group by teachers.

사회적 기업에서 비전공유와 가치일치가 근로자의 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 (Effect for the Worker's Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Value Congruence and Vision Sharing in Social Enterprise)

  • 본 연구에서는 사회적 기업의 경쟁력 제고에 중요한 종업원의 조직시민행동을 높이는데 비전공유와 가치일치가 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 확인하였다. 분석결과 조직의 비전이 공유되고, 종업원과 조직의 가치관 일치 정도가 높을수록 조직시민행동이 활발한 것을 나타났다. 아울러 사회적 기업이 비영리조직 일수록, 사회적 기업의 종업원이 비 취약계층이고 정규직일수록 조직시민행동이 활발하였다. 사회문제의 해결과 취약계층에 대한 일자리 창출을 목적으로 하는 사회적 기업에 있어서 비전과 가치관의 공유는 영리기업에 비해서 더욱 중요하다. 따라서 사회적 기업의 관리자는 종업원들이 조직의 비전을 공유할 수 있도록 노력해야 하며, 단순히 수혜를 받을 대상자를 선발하는 것이 아니라 조직의 가치와 일치하는 사람이 조직에서 일할 수 있도록 선발과정에 더욱 노력을 기울여야 한다.

가족의 건강성과 양육효능감 및 유아의 사회적 행동과의 관계 (The Relationships between Family Strengths, Mothers' Self-Efficacy and Children's Social Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate relationships between the family strengths, mothers' self-efficacy, and their young children's teaming-related social skills and behavior problems. The subjects were the 217 children aged 4 to 6 years and their mothers at private child care centers in Seoul. The Family Strengths Scale and the Mothers' Self-Efficacy questionnaire were administered to the mothers. The teachers rated the learning-related social skills and problem behaviors of each child whose mother returned a set of Questionnaires. Analysis of variance revealed statistically significant differences in the family strengths according to the education level of the mothers. The mean the family strength score was higher for working mothers than for non-working mothers. The results of the test were statistically significant differences in the scores on the learning-related social skills and problem behaviors between boys and girls. The family strengths were positively correlated with the mothers' self-efficacy, and the learning-related social skills of the young children, while they were negatively correlated with problem behaviors.

만 4-5세 유아의 감성지능과 친사회적 행동 증진을 위한 유아통합미술활동프로그램의 효과 (The Effects of an Integrative Art Program on Young Children's Emotional Intelligence and Their Pro-Social Behaviors)

  • This study was aimed to develop an integrative art program that incorporates both emotional and pro-social components for young children (age, 4-5 years). Furthermore, the effectiveness of this integrative program was examined with 39 young children who were divided into the experimental group and the control group of this study. To the experimental group, the integrative art program of interest in this study was provided over 8 weeks. The children of the control group were provided a similar program during the same period. To measure the levels of young children's emotional intelligence and those of their pro-social behavior were assessed by using the emotional intelligence questionnaire and the children's pro-social behavior assessment scale to collect the data. The analysis of covariance by SPSS 18.0 indicated that the young children from the experimental group exhibited higher total scores for emotional intelligence and pro-social behaviors than their counterparts from the control group. The results indicate that the integrative art program of interest in this study improved the young children's emotional intelligence and their pro-social behaviors. Along with main results of this study, implications for research and practice were discussed.

코로나19 (COVID-19) 관련 위험정보 탐색과 처리가 코로나19 예방 행동 및 정보 공유에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of COVID-19 Risk Information Seeking and Processing on its Preventive Behaviors and Information Sharing)

  • This study aims to examine the effects of users' perceptions of COVID-19 risk on their seeking and processing of relevant information as COVID-19 emerges and spreads worldwide in 2019. We apply the risk information seeking and processing model (RISP Model) to verify whether users' COVID-19 related information seeking and processing behaviors have a positive effect on their preventive and information sharing behaviors. To achieve this research goal, an online survey was conducted with about 400 of social media users. The users' perceptions of risk for COVID-19 increased their perceived insufficiency of COVID-19 information. In addition, the perceived insufficiency of users' information formed a positive relationship with seeking and searching of information behaviors. The processing of COVID-19 related information has increased related preventive behaviors and sharing of information through social media. While searching for information related to COVID-19 prompted personal information sharing behaviors, it did not significantly affect preventive behaviors. Accordingly, in order to promote COVID-19 preventive behaviors as well as overall user health-related behaviors it can be inferred that additional measures are needed in addition to pursuing relevant information.

양육효능감의 매개 역할 : 양육행동의 인과관계 모형 (The Mediational Role of Korean Mothers' Parenting Self-Efficacy : The Causal Relations Model of Parenting Behaviors)

  • This study investigated causal relations between mother's parenting, self-efficacy, perceived social support, stress, and parenting behaviors, Child's temperament, and the mediational role of mother's parenting self-efficacy. Participants were 404 Korean children and their mothers living in Seoul, Korea. Results showed that mother's parenting self-efficacy was positively related to mother's Warmth-Acceptance, social support, and child's temperament. On the other hand, mother's parenting self-efficacy was negatively related to. mother's Rejection-Restriction, mother's Permissiveness-Nonintervention, and mother's stress. Structural equation modeling indicated that mother's parenting self-efficacy was a significant mediator of the relation between mother's perceived social support and stress, child's temperament, and mother's parenting behaviors including Warmth-Acceptance, Rejection-Restriction and Permissiveness-Nonintervention Child's temperament had an indirect effect on mother's Rejection-Restriction and Permissiveness Nonintervention.

어머니의 전통-근대 가치관과 양육행동 및 아동의 사회적 행동 (Maternal Traditional-Modern Values, Childrearing Practices and Children's Social Behaviors)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relations between maternal traditional-modern values, childrearing practices and children's social behaviors. The subjects were 500 fifth grade elementary school children and their mothers, and teachers, and peers in the same classroom. The data were collected through questionnaires on maternal traditional values, perceived maternal childrearing practices, and children's social behaviors. Traditional maternal values focused on familial collectivism and politeness. The major results were as follows: (1) Maternal traditional values were positively related to childrearing practices in both maternal affection rational guidance and authoritarian control. (2) Maternal traditional values did not directly influence children's social behavior but showed an indirect moderating effect through maternal childrearing practices. Implications were discussed in terms of the importance of traditional values on childrearing behavior as well as the development of children.

A meta-analysis of mediating effects on adolescent psychosocial smoking prevention programs in the United States

  • Adolescent psychosocial smoking prevention programs have been successful, but limited in the magnitude of program effects on the reduction of smoking behaviors. This is primarily due to the mixed results of independent studies with program variations. This systematic, quantitative research synthesis is designed to identify program key factors that are likely to increase program effects. The present study examined school-based psychosocial smoking prevention programs (1978-1997)among students in grades 6 to 12 in the United States. Theoretical formulations in this analysis of mediating effects posit that program impact on knowledge and/ or skills is associated with less smoking behaviors among program participants. Knowledge factors investigated in this study included health effects, social consequences, social influences, and social norms. Skill factors included affective skill, self-efficacy, assertiveness, self-control, problem solving, and refusal skill. The findings from this study highlight the importance of social consequences knowledge factor and assertive communication skill factor in decreasing adolescent smoking behaviors.

청소년의 마음이해 능력과 사회적 능력 (Understanding of mind and social skills in adolescents)

  • 본 연구는 청소년기에도 마음이해 능력이 계속 발달하는지, 또 마음이해 능력이 사회적 능력과 관련되는지 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 초등학교 6학년 60명과 중학교 2학년 60명이 연구에 참여하였다. 마음이해 능력은 2차 순위 틀린 믿음 과제, 애매한 행동 이해하기 과제, 숨은 말뜻 이해하기 과제, 그리고 헛디딤 말 이해하기 과제로 측정하였다. 사회적 능력은 마음이해 관련 사회행동과 마음이해와 무관할 수 있는 관습적 사회행동을 묻는 질문지로 측정하였다. 2차 순위 틀린 믿음과제와 숨은 말뜻 이해하기 과제에서는 두 집단 간의 수행차가 나타나지 않았으나 애매한 행동 이해하기 과제와 헛디딤 말 이해하기 과제에서는 중학생의 수행이 더 높았다. 이는 마음읽기 능력이 청소년기에도 계속 발달하는데, 특히 애매한 행동의 의미를 이해하는 능력과 말하는 이가 상대방에 대한 특정한 사실을 알지 못해 실수로 하는 헛디딤 말이 상대방의 기분을 상하게 한다는 사실을 이해하는 능력이 6학년 이후에도 발달함을 보여준다. 또, 여러 마음이해 과제 중에서, 애매한 행동 이해하기가 사회적 행동을 가장 잘 예측하는 것으로 나타났으며, 마음이해 과제들의 사회적 행동 설명력 또한 크지는 않았지만 유의미한 것으로 나타났다.

사회적 지지가 창업의도 및 창업행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 창업자기효능감과 창업의도의 매개효과 (A Study on the Effect of Social Support on Entrepreneurial Intentions and Entrepreneurial Behaviors: Mediating Effects of Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy and Entrepreneurial Intentions)

  • 최근 정부는 경제성장과 일자리 창출을 위한 주요 정책으로 창업기업의 지원에 많은 예산을 투입하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 세계기업가정신발전기구(GEDI)는 2018년 세계기업가정신지수(GEI)에서 한국의 창업생태계 세부영역에서 사회·문화적 지지 영역에 대하여 매우 낮은 평가를 내린 바 있어, 정부의 관심과는 달리 아직까지 우리 사회는 창업에 대한 인식이 긍정적이지 않다는 것을 보여준다. 본 연구는 예비창업자와 창업자 300명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 주변 인물들의 이들에 대한 사회적 지지가 창업의도, 창업행동에 어떠한 관련성이 있는지를 창업자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로 실증적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 사회적 지지가 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 지는 확인할 수 없었지만 사회적 지지가 창업행동에 직접적으로 정(+)의 영향을 주거나 창업자기효능감을 매개로 창업행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 창업자기효능감과 창업의도를 이중매개로 하여서도 창업행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 사회적 지지가 창업행동에 영향을 미치는 요인이라는 점과 창업자기효능감이 중요한 매개변수효과를 갖는다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구결과는 정부 및 창업지원기관은 사회로부터의 창업에 대한 지지를 도모하고 창업자의 창업자기효능감을 강화시킬 수 있는 창업지원프로그램을 창업지원사업에 반영할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.
