외식업체 근로자의 내부마케팅과 식품 안전분위기의 관계 및 고용형태의 조절효과 (The relationship between internal marketing and food safety, and the moderating effect of employment type in food service industry)

  • This paper reviewed the relationship between internal marketing(management support, education, pay system, internal communication, employment security) and food safety climate(prevention, superior attitude, work condition), and the moderating effect of employment type(permanent or temporary employees) in food service company. Based on the responses from 304 responses, the results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that 4 factors(management support, education, internal communication, employment security) effect positively on food safety climate(prevention, superior attitude, work condition). The positive effect of internal communication on superior attitude and work condition appeared to be more positive in permanent employees than in temporary employees. And the results of t-test analysis showed that permanent employees perceived more positively all internal marketing factors(management support, education, pay system, internal communication, employment security) and food safety climate(precaution, superior attitude, work condition) than temporary employees.

보안 및 통제와 정보기술 사용자의 성격의 관계 (Relationship of Information Technology User Personality, Security and Control)

  • Personality is comprehensive nature of the mood and attitude of people, most clearly revealed in the interaction with other people. This study is a analysis on personality type to information system security and control from financial institute employee. Based on 'The Big Five' personality model, this study develops hypothetical causal relationships of potential organization member's personality and their information system security and control. Research hypotheses are empirically tested with data collected from 901 employees. Results show that employees of high level security mind are the owner of conscientious and emotional stable personality and the employees of high level control mind are the owner of agreeable and emotional stable personality. Therefore the owner of agreeable and stable personality is higher security and control than others.

Security관련 종사자의 무도수련이 직무수행에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Practicing Martial Art upon job Performance of Employees Engaged in Security Industry)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine effects of practicing martial arts upon job performance of employees engaged in security industry. For positive investigation, 400 employees were questioned using some questionnaires; as a result, we obtained the following conclusion of the relation between the extent of the practicing martial art and the ability of performing their jobs. First, the more they practice martial art, the better and higher their mental health and psychological stability more than control group. Especially, when crime is reported to them or they arrest a criminal taken in an act of crime, the degree of their anxiety was low and they strongly expose self-confidence, their view of moral achievement and their sense of morality. Second, the more they practice martial art, the higher their ability of arrestment a criminal in an act and self-defense is. Because practicing martial art make their vital power and physical strength promoted. Third, the more they practice martial art, the more sincere the trust and friendship among colleagues are. As well they seem to feel strong solidarity oneanother. But practicing martial art appeared that it doesnt have an effect on coping with complications among generations and the gaps between master sergeant and them. Fourth, employees engaged in security industry practicing martial art is not only used in job performance merely as a technique; it is also effective on the mind that it make their anxiety dissolved and give them self-confidence.

  • 전 세계적인 정보보안 위협의 증대에 따라 조직들은 보다 전문화된 정보보안 정책 및 시스템을 도입 및 활용에 투자 비중을 높이고 있다. 정보보안은 보안 시스템 및 정책을 이행하는 조직원들의 참여가 무엇보다 필요하며, 조직 내부의 보안 수준을 높이기 위해서는 조직원들의 정보보안 준수의도 향상을 위한 조직의 체계적인 지원이 무엇보다 필요하다. 본 연구는 정보보안 분야에 공정성이론과 목표설정이론을 적용하여 조직원의 정보보안 준수의도를 높이기 위한 매커니즘을 찾는다. 즉, 보안정책 목표설정이 조직원들의 보안관련 공정성 인식수준에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 공정성은 준수의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 연구모델 기반 가설 검증을 실시한다. 연구대상은 정보보안 정책을 도입한 조직의 조직원들이며, 설문조사를 통하여 유효샘플 383개를 수집하였다. 연구가설 검증은 구조방정식 모델링을 실시하였다. 보안정책 목표 요인(목표 난이도, 목표 구체성)이 조직원의 보안관련 공정성 인식을 높이며, 보안관련 공정성(분배, 절차, 그리고 정보 공정성)이 준수의도에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 결과는 조직의 보안 정책에 대한 조직원들의 준수의도 향상을 위한 전략적 접근 방향을 제시한다.

형법범죄 중 5대 범죄와 민간경비 간의 관계 (The relation between the five critical crime of criminal law and the private security services)

  • This study is to examine the relations between the big five critical crime that consist of homicide, robbery, rape, theft, violence and the private security services. To achieve this objective, this research selected the subject of study, specially, 2002 status of the private security such as the number of companies and employees classified by areas along with the big five crime mentioned above classified by area. The research data is secondary data that is from '2003 Crime Analysis' of the Supreme Public Prosecutors' Office and 'The private Security Related Data' of the National Police Agency. The selected data were analyzed according to the variables by using SPSS 10.0 statistics software program. Each hypothesis was verified around the level of significance ${\alpha}$=.05 by using the statistical techniques, such as Descriptive Statistics, Correlation, Regression, etc. The following was the result of the study, First, the total number of the big five crime affects the number of the companies at significant level. Second, the number of the security companies can be explained by the each total number of the big five crime in the order of theft, robbery, violence, rape and murder. Third, the total number of the big five crime affects the number of the security employees at significant level. Forth the number of the security employees can be explained by the each total number of the big five crime in the order of theft, robbery, violence, rape and murder.

지속적 실전형 모의훈련을 통한 피싱공격 대응역량 및 행동변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Change of Capability and Behavior against Phishing Attack by Continuous Practical Simulation Training)

  • 본 연구는 한 회사에서 실제 업무 중에 있는 임직원들을 대상으로 장기간 여러 차수에 걸쳐 외부 해커들이 공격하는 동일한 경로와 방식으로 피싱(phishing)메일을 발송하고, 차수가 경과됨에 따라 메일 수신자들의 피싱 메일에 대한 식별능력과 대응행동을 측정하였으며, 훈련 간 부가적으로 외부통제 조건을 변화시켜 수신자들의 대응행동이 추가적으로 어떻게 변화되는지를 분석하였다. 분석결과 단발적 훈련보다는 지속적인 훈련이 임직원들의 피싱메일 식별능력과 감염율 감소에 정(+)의 영향을 주고 있음을 확인하였으며, 사회적 이슈나 시기적 이벤트와 연계한 피싱공격에 더 많은 임직원들이 감염이 되며, 감염자에 대한 인사조치와 같은 내부통제정책 강화가 임직원들의 피싱공격 대응행동에 정(+)의 영향을 주고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과에 따라 각 기관이 임직원들의 피싱공격 대응역량 강화를 위한 올바른 훈련방향을 제시하고자 한다.

서울지역 초등학교 급식종사원의 직무 및 욕구만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job and Need Satisfactions of Elementary School Foodservice Employees in Seoul Area)

  • The objectives of this study were to determine the degree of job satisfaction and need satisfaction of school foodservice employees, and the relationship between Job in General(JIG) and need satisfaction. The six demographic items, the Job Descriptive Index(JDI) and JIG scale, and Need Satisfaction Questionnaire(NSQ) were used to evaluate job satisfaction and need satisfaction of school foodservice employees. The results of this study showed that the employees were satisfied with co-workers(2.52), then supervision(2.48), work(1.86), promotion(0.72) and pay(0.51) in decreasing order. Older employees(Age$\geq$40) tended to be more satisfied in JIG(p=0.0620) than younger employees(20$\leq$Age$\leq$39). Employees were satisfied in social needs, then autonomy needs, self-actualization needs, esteem needs, security heeds in decreasing order. There were no significant differences between demographic factors and five need categories. When the employees were classified by their scores on JIG, Group I having the lowest score tended to be less satisfied(p=0.0627) in security needs than Group II and Group III. The information of study could be useful for foodservice managers in job design to increase the productivity.

  • 본 연구는 정보보안 거버넌스(Information Security Governance)의 구성 요소인 리더십과 거버넌스, 보안 관리 조직, 보안 정책, 보안 프로그램 관리, 사용자 보안 관리, 기술적 보안과 조직 구성원의 보안 인식과 보안 행위 간의 관계를 가설 검증과 최적 모델 분석을 통해 요소간의 관계를 검증하였으며, ISG 확립을 위한 효과적인 방향을 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 항만기업 종사자들의 정보보안인식정도와 지각된 정보보안위험 정도에 영향을 미치는 요인들이 어떤 것들이 있는지를 실증 분석하는 것이다. 특히, 지각된 정보보안위험에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위하여 위험분석방법론을 토대로 자산, 위협, 취약성과의 관계를 분석하였다. 252개의 유효설문을 대상으로 AMOS를 이용한 구조방정식 모형 분석을 하였다. 연구결과를 보면, 첫째, 항만기업 종사자의 경우 정보자산은 지각된 정보보안위험에 유의하지 않은 결과로 분석되었다. 둘째, 위협, 취약성은 지각된 정보보안위험에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 정보보안인식과 정보보안교육, 정보보안인식과 정보보안의도와의 관계는 유의하게 분석되었다. 그러나 정보보안관심도는 정보보안인식에 유의하지 않은 것으로 분석되었다.

항공보안요원의 직무만족요인과 서비스 제공의식이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Job Satisfaction Factors and Service Delivery Perception of Aviation Security Screener Affecting Job Satisfaction)

  • This study, the cause of an aviation security employees' job satisfaction and dissatisfaction will be understood and the data can be used as evidence to explain the position of the employees. Moreover, the results of this study shall be conducted to increase the level of service delivery and also to remove unsatisfactory factors. Thus, according to this research survey shows the understanding of the job satisfaction and service delivery influences on the overall job satisfaction of a secure enterprise's security screeners. As a results, by improving the job satisfaction of aviation security screeners, the world's most safe, convenient service and quick airport service delivery could be achieved. Therefore, in order to improve the level of Korea and the international competitiveness of airlines, the promotion of job satisfaction of employees would be very important. Moreover based on the results of this study, the advanced research on the recognition differences for service evaluation between the customers and security screeners are needed.
