금앵자(金櫻子) 추출물(抽出物)이 음경해선체(陰莖海線體)의Nitric oxide synthase 활성(活性) 및 항산화효과(抗酸化效果)에 미치는 영향(影響) (Effect of the Rosae laevigatae Fructus extract on the nitric oxide synthase activity and antioxidan action in Rat's corpus cavernosum penis)

  • Rosae laevigatae Fructus extract (RLF) was tested for the effects on the urethral nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity and Antioxidation in streptozotocin (STZ) induced diabetic rats. RLF was treated firstly into samples, and then STZ induced diabetic rats were set with them. In vitro, the urethral NOS activity was not noted but the type O activity and type conversion ratio of xanthine oxidase and the level of urethral lipid peroxide were decreased in the level of Dose of extract prepared from RLF. In vivo, after the extract was administered to the animal model for fifteen days, the urethral NOS activity increased in STZ induced diabetic rats to the level of normal rats. The content of urethral nitrite and glutathione followed by RLF pre-medicating administration, increased as highly as normal group in compare with the group treated with STZ. The type O activity and type conversion ratio of xanthine oxidase and the level of urethral lipid peroxide followed by RLF pre-medicating administration, decreased as lowly as normal group in compare with the group treated with STZ. In conclusion, the extract of RLF will be able to restore erectile dysfunction of STZ induced diabetic rats.

노인이 인지한 소득불평등과 자살생각 간 관계 -경제적 스트레스의 매개효과를 중심으로- (Relationship between Perceived Income Inequality and Suicidal Ideation in the Elderly -Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Economic Stress-)

  • 본 연구는 노인이 인지하고 있는 소득불평등과 자살생각 간 관계구조에서 경제적 스트레스의 매개효과를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 전라남도에 거주하고 있는 65세 이상 노인 541명을 대상으로 조사한 자료를 이용하여, 노인들의 소득불평등 인식, 경제적 스트레스, 자살생각 정도 등에 대해 알아보았다. 분석은 SPSS ver. 18.0을 이용 기초통계, 신뢰도, 상관관계, 회귀분석(공차한계와 분산팽창지수) 등을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 조사 대상 노인들이 인지한 소득불평등과 자살생각 간 관계에서 경제적 스트레스의 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로, 노인의 자살생각을 감소시키기 위한 실천적, 정책적 제언을 제시하였다.

  • Despite the organizational benefits of knowledge sharing among employees, many workers are reluctant to share their knowledge with their colleagues. Most organizations have taken a lot of actions to facilitate knowledge sharing among employees, including developing reward systems, enhancing social networks and interpersonal relationships and crafting organizational cultures that support knowledge sharing. To date, however, earlier studies have demonstrated that knowledge doesn't flow easily when an organization makes a concerted effort to facilitate knowledge sharing. The issue whether or not employees are motivated to share their knowledge with others is definitely the main concern in knowledge sharing. The purpose of this study is to explore the conditions under which employees are inclined to share knowledge with other members. Specifically, we examine the effect of knowledge self-efficacy on knowledge sharing intention. In addition, we attempt to investigate medicating effects of personal outcome expectation and performance-related outcome expectation on the relationship between knowledge self-efficacy and knowledge sharing intention. To test the proposed hypotheses in our study, we collected data via a survey with a sample of 210 employees in 23 firms in Korea. The major findings of the empirical research are as follows: 1) knowledge self-efficacy was positively related with knowledge sharing intention. 2) personal outcome expectation has turned out to have a mediation effect on the relationship between knowledge self-efficacy and knowledge sharing intention. 3) performance-related outcome expectation also mediates the relationship between knowledge self-efficacy and knowledge sharing intention That is, this result indicates that knowledge self-efficacy has indirect effect on knowledge sharing intention through personal outcome expectation and performance-related outcome expectation. Based on these findings, implications of the research findings and recommendation for future research are discussed.

The Globalization and Business Performance of Corporate Value Chain

  • Purpose - This paper empirically investigates the relationship between the corporate value chain and performance of non- financial businesses of South Korean stock market companies. It aims to explore the evidence that can be used to infer the relationship between value chains and corporate performance in the case of firms forming a value chain with other companies with the means of an equity investment or a special business relationship. Design/methodology - Non-financial corporations listed from 2011 to 2017 on the securities market of South Korea are analyzed. The data used for analysis are found for transactions with the related party by year for all the corporations of non-financial industries in the securities market. Multiple analysis attempts are conducted including the relationship between the value chain and productivity, corporate value, risk-adjusted corporate value, and mediation effects of productivity. The empirical model employs sixteen variables including the value chain index which identifies its impact on various aspects of business performances. Findings - The results of this study clearly supports the phenomenon that corporate productivity and value are enhanced when the corporation expands its value chain established with domestic related firms and overseas companies. Such a positive effect is statistically significant even after the possible risk factors that accompany the expansion of value chain were considered, and productivity plays the role as a medicating variable in the effect of the value chain on the corporation values. Originality/value - The findings of this study confirms that domestic companies' expansion of their value chain centered on the related firms overseas that helped them in terms of the maximization of their productivity and corporate values. This study shows that Korean government's policy on expanding the corporate GVC can enhance the productivity and value of firms. The expansion of value chain and its impact on business performance has not been explored thoroughly, although it is getting more and more important in the global trade operation.

분노표현과 대인관계문제에서 정서조절곤란의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effects of Difficulties in Emotion Regulation between Anger Expression and Interpersonal Problems of College Students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 분노표현, 대인관계문제의 관계를 파악한 후 매개효과로써 정서조절곤란에 대한 영향력을 확인하여 대인관계문제를 호소하는 대학생들을 이해하고 그들의 문제를 해결할 수 있는 프로그램 개발의 기초 자료를 제공하고자 실시되었다. 연구결과, 분노표현은 대인관계문제, 정서조절곤란에서 정적상관관계를 보였고, 대인관계문제는 정서조절곤란과 다소 높은 정적상관관계를 보였다. 또한, 대학생의 분노표현과 대인관계문제에서 정서조절곤란이 부분 매개하는 것을 확인하였다. 결론적으로 대학생들의 정서조절 곤란을 감소시키고 긍정적으로 분노표현을 하도록 이끄는 교육 프로그램 개발과 대인관계를 향상시킬 수 있는 중재 프로그램을 개발하는 것이 향후 연구에 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

윤리소비신념이 친환경 인조피혁 의류제품 태도에 미치는 영향과 지각된 소비자 효율 및 의류환경지식의 매개효과 (Impacts of Ethical Consumption Beliefs on Attitudes toward Eco-Friendly Faux Leather Apparel Products and Mediating Roles of Perceived Consumer Effectiveness and Apparel Environmental Knowledge)

  • This study investigated the conceptual constructs of ethical consumption beliefs and their impacts on the consumer attitudes toward eco-friendly faux leather apparel goods. The mediating roles of perceived consumer effectiveness and apparel environmental knowledge were examined in this research. A survey was conducted on female consumers between the ages of 20 and 50; subsequently, 300 responses were analyzed. The results of this study were follows: 1) The results of factor analysis and the reliability test on ethical consumption beliefs clearly showed factorial structures that include Social Responsibility, Eco-friendly Consumption, Animal Welfare, and Individual Enhancement. 2) The results of the mean scores of ethical consumption beliefs showed that respondents tended to consider Social Responsibility more important than the other three factors. Ethical consumption beliefs showed a significantly positive influence on consumer attitudes toward eco-friendly faux leather apparel products; in addition, Social Responsibility had the highest effect on product attitudes among the four factors of ethical consumption beliefs. 3) The perceived consumer effectiveness and environmental knowledge of apparel had important medicating roles in the relation-ship between ethical consumption beliefs and attitudes towards eco-friendly faux leather apparel products. This study highlighted a potential marketability of eco-friendly faux leather apparel products and that ethical consumption beliefs, perceived consumer effectiveness, and apparel environmental knowledge should be promoted among consumers to increase favorable attitudes towards these products.

의생활 윤리소비 교육프로그램이 청소년들의 의생활 윤리소비의식과 일반적인 윤리소비지식 및 윤리소비행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Education Program for Ethical Consumption of Clothing on Adolescents' Ethical Consumption Consciousness of Clothing, General Ethical Consumption Knowledge and Behaviors)

  • This study aims to investigate the impacts on adolescents of the application of the education program for ethical consumption related to clothing in terms of their clothing-related ethical consumption consciousness, and in terms of their general ethical consumption knowledge and behaviors. Additionally, the effects of clothing-related ethical consumption consciousness and general ethical consumption knowledge on general ethical consumption behavior were examined. The program for education in ethical consumption related to clothing for adolescents was developed and applied, two surveys for the pre-post test design were conducted with high school female and male students, and a total of 158 responses were analyzed. The results of this study were as follows. 1) The results of the factor analysis and the reliability test on ethical consumption consciousness for high school students clearly showed factorial structures including Pro-environmentalism, Animal welfare, Social responsibility, and Recycling. 2) Analysis of the differences in the means of ethical consumption consciousness, knowledge, and behaviors of respondents between pre-test and post-test revealed that posttest means of all research variables after application of the education program were higher than pre-test means. 3) The ethical consumption knowledge had important medicating roles in the relationship between ethical consumption consciousness with regard to clothing and general ethical consumption behaviors. Overall, the study provides empirical evidence to support the notion that there is a need for applying an ethical consumption education program to lead adolescents to consume ethically.

  • This study explored the conceptual constructs of shopping values and experiential marketing components of home furnishing brands as well as their impacts on the behavioral intention toward home furnishing goods. The mediating roles of experiential marketing were investigated in this research. A survey was performed on female shoppers between the ages of 20 and 50 who have visited and shopped at home furnishing brand stores. The results of this research were as follows. 1) The results to analyze the sub-dimension of shopping values (Social, Differential, Utilitarian, Aesthetic, Entertaining, and Sustainable) and experiential marketing components (Sense, Emotion, Coordination information, and Customer services) showed factorial structures. 2) Aesthetic, Differential, and Utilitarian shopping values showed significantly positive influences on behavioral intentions of home furnishing brand products; in addition, Sense, Emotion, and Coordination information components of experiential marketing had a positive effect on behavioral intentions of home furnishing brand products. 3) The Emotion and Sense components of experiential marketing had important medicating roles in the relationship between shopping values and behavioral intentions of home furnishing brand products. This study highlighted that shopping values and experiential marketing components should be promoted among consumers to increase behavioral intentions of home furnishing brand products.

노인의 성태도와 삶의 만족도 관계에서 성 욕구 대처행동의 매개효과 (The medicating Effect of Senior Citizens' Sexual Desire-Coping Behavior on Sexual Attitude and Life Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 노인들의 성태도와 성 욕구 대처행동을 파악하고, 성태도와 삶의 만족도에 미치는 성 욕구 대처행동의 매개효과를 규명하는데 있다. 조사 대상은 재가노인 305명이었으며, 위계적 회귀 분석과 Aroian 검정을 통해 성 욕구 대처 행동의 매개효과 분석하였다. 연구결과는 노인들의 성 태도는 하위요인 중 '합리적 성태도'가 가장 높게 나타났으며, '자유적 성태도'가 '전통적 성태도' 보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 노인들의 성 욕구 대처행동은 '통계적 대처행동' 유형이 더 높은 것으로 분석 되었다. 성태도와 성 욕구 대처행동, 삶의 만족도는 각 변인 간 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 성 욕구 대처행동은 재가노인의 자유적 성태도와 삶의 만족도의 관계를 유의미하게 매개하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이상의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 노인의 삶의 질 향상을 위해 긍정적이고 개방적인 성태도 형성과 긍정적인 성 욕구 대처행동을 도모할 수 있는 방안 모색을 제언한다.

택칠에서 분리한 Corilagin이 Collagen 유발 관절염에 미치는 영향 (I);Corilagin을 투여한 류마티스 관절염 유발 생쥐의 형광유세포 분석 (Studies on the Effect of Corilagin Isolated from Euphorbia helioscopia on Collagen-Induced Arthritis (I);Analysis of Fluorescence Flow Cytometry from Collagen II Induced Arthritis Mice Model)

  • 본 연구에서는 택칠에서 분리된 CRN(corilagin)이 류마티스성 관절염 치료제로 사용될 수 있는가능성을 조사하기 위하여 류마티스성 관절염의 동물 모델인 CIA(collagen induced arthritis) 생쥐에 CRN을 복강 투여하여 CIA의 발병률 및 관절염 지수 등에 대한 효과를 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 택칠에서 분리한 corilagin을 관절염 유발 생쥐에게 투여한 결과, 관절염의 발병진행이 억제되고 관절염 지수가 감소되는 것을 확인하였다. 세포 조직학적 관찰을 통하여 염증성 세포들이 현저하게 줄어들고, 관절강이 잘 확보되었으며, pannus의 형성이 보이지않고 연골 또한 잘 보호되어져 있음을 확인하였다. 관절염 유발 생쥐의 형광유세포 분석결과 각 조직에 침윤되는 염증세포가 감소하였다.
