  • In the present investigation, we introduce new classes of p-valent meromorphic functions defined by Liu-Srivastava linear operator and the multiplier transform and study their properties by using certain first order differential subordination and superordination.

  • For a rank-1 matrix A, there is a factorization as $A=ab^t$, the product of two vectors a and b. We characterize the linear operators that preserve rank and some equivalent condition of rank-1 matrices over a chain semiring. We also obtain a linear operator T preserves the rank of rank-1 matrices if and only if it is a form (P, Q, B)-operator with appropriate permutation matrices P and Q, and a matrix B with all nonzero entries.

  • A similarity transformation of a solution of the Cauchy problem for the linear difference equation in Hilbert space has been studied. In this manuscript, we obtain necessary and sufficient conditions for linear equivalence of the discrete semigroup of operators, generated by the solution of the difference equation utilizing four Canonical semigroups.

  • Let H be a separable complex Hilbert space and L(H) be the *-algebra of all bounded linear operators on H. For $T \in L(H)$, we construct a pair of semi-positive definite operators $$ $\mid$T$\mid$_r = (T^*T)^{\frac{1}{2}} and $\mid$T$\mid$_l = (TT^*)^{\frac{1}{2}}. $$ An operator T is called a semi-hyponormal operator if $$ Q_T = $\mid$T$\mid$_r - $\mid$T$\mid$_l \geq 0. $$ In this paper, by using a technique introduced by Berberian [1], we show that the approximate point spectrum $\sigma_{ap}(T)$ of a semi-hyponomal operator T is empty.
