사티어모델 기반 의사소통 교육프로그램이 공공병원 간호사의 의사소통 능력, 정서지능, 우울 및 행복에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Satir's model Based Communication Education on Communication Competence, Emotional Intelligence and Depression-happiness of Regional Public Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the effects of Satir's model based communication education on communication competence, emotional intelligence and depression-happiness in regional public hospital nurses. Methods: A non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design was used. The subjects were 36 nurses of the experimental group and 36 nurses of the control group. Satir's model based communication education was conducted for two days and the dependent variables were measured using the global interpersonal communication competence scale (GICC), emotional intelligence scale and short depression-happiness scale (SDHS). Data were analyzed by the Chi-squared test, Fisher's exact test and ANCOVA using SPSS 21.0. Results: Communication competence (F=12.7, p<.001) was significantly increased in the experimental group, as was emotional intelligence (F=6.67, p=.01). Conclusion: The results of the study suggest that Satir's model based communication education is an effective method to increase public hospital nurses' communication competence and emotional intelligence.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 시뮬레이션 기반 교육이 간호대학생의 전문심폐소생술 지식, 수행에 대한 자신감, 비판적 사고성향, 임상실무능력에 영향을 미치는 효과를 파악하고자 실시된 단일군 사전-사후 실험연구이다. 연구대상자는 J지역에 소재한 간호학과 4학년 성인간호학교과목을 수강한 35명의 학생으로 자료는 설문지를 이용하여 시뮬레이션 실습교육 전 후에 수집되었다. 연구결과 전문심폐소생술 지식, 수행에 대한 자신감, 비판적 사고성향, 임상실무능력 모두가 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상되었다. 그러므로 시뮬레이션 기반 교육이 간호대학생의 전문심폐소생술 지식, 수행에 대한 자신감, 비판적 사고성향, 임상실무능력에 미치는 긍정적인 효과를 확인하였다. 전문심폐소생술 지식, 수행에 대한 자신감, 비판적 사고성향, 임상실무능력을 상승시키는 시뮬레이션 기반교육의 실습모듈 개발 및 교육효과를 검증할 수 있는 후속연구가 필요하다고 생각된다.

Roles of Power State and Message Types on Restaurant Store Brand Attitude

  • Purpose - This research aims to find the moderation roles of power states in the effects of four message types (competence self-referencing, competence self-defining, warmth self-referencing, warmth self-defining) on brand attitude. Research design, data, and methodology - A restaurant brand was used as an experimental object, and 4(message types: warmth self-defining message, warmth self-referencing message, competence self-defining message, competence self-referencing message) × 2(power: high power and low power) between-subjects design was employed. Through on-line survey in Nepal, we collected a total of 240 individuals composed of eight experimental groups with 30 members in Nepal. Results - Consumers under low power state formed more positive brand attitude at the warmth self-defining message than any other types of message, while under high power condition, there are neither the attitude differences between competence self-referencing message and competence self-defining message, nor those between competence self-referencing message and warm self-defining message. The significant attitude differences showed between competence self-referencing message and warmth self-referencing message. Conclusions - This study contributes to the advertising theory development. Restaurant store marketers should deliver warmth self-defining message rather than the other three types of message to consumers under low power state, and they should not deliver warmth self-referencing message to consumers under high power state.

유아의 정서적·인지적 공감 및 또래 유능성이 행동문제에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Young Children's Affective and Cognitive Empathy and Peer Competence on Behavioral Problems)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of affective and cognitive empathy, and peer competence on behavioral problems among young children. Methods: The participants were 224 4- to 5-year-olds attending daycare centers in Gyeonggi-do. Children's empathy, peer competence, and behavioral problems were reported by their teachers. The collected data were analyzed using simple regression and three-step hierarchical multiple regression analyses. Results: The results showed that children who exhibited low affective empathy scored higher on peer acceptance and behavioral problems than children who had high affective empathy. This pattern of results was similarly found with cognitive empathy. Additionally, the effect of children's affective empathy on behavioral problems was fully mediated by peer competence, whereas the effect of children's cognitive empathy on behavioral problems was partially mediated by peer competence. Conclusion: These results suggest the need for peer-competence training based on affective empathy and training for both peer competence and cognitive empathy in reducing behavioral problems among young children.

대학생의 자기결정동기 유형 및 학업정서가 학습공동체 참여 역량에 미치는 영향: 유아 및 아동 관련 전공자 대상으로 (Effect of University Students' Type of Self-Determination and Academic Emotions on Learning Community Participant Competence: Focusing on Students Majoring in Early-Childhood Education)

  • This study examines the effects of university students' types of self-determination and academic emotions on their learning community participant competence. The subjects were 234 early-childhood preservice teachers attending a university or college in the Kyonggi and Incheon area of Korea. The first metric created by Bak et al. (2005) measured early-childhood preservice teachers' types of self-determination. The second metric developed by Kim & Kim (2016) measured their levels of learning community participant competence. The thirds metric, originally developed by Kim (2012) and So (2010), was modified by Chung (2015) to measure the academic emotions of subjects. The test results were analyzed by correlation and multi-regression techniques using SPSS 21 for Windows. The findings were as follows. First, there were significant relationships between the subjects' types of self-determination and the levels of learning community participant competence. Second, there were significant relationships between the subjects' academic positive and negative emotions and the levels of learning community participant competence. Third, the subjects' levels of learning community participant competence were perceived differently according to their academic emotions. Based on these results, implications pertaining to academic emotions on learning community participant competence are suggested.

신규간호사의 임상수행능력과 현장적응의 관계에서 전문직업성의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Professionalism in the Relationship between Clinical Competence and Field Adaptation in Newly Graduated Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the mediating effect of professionalism in the relationship between clinical competence and field adaptation in newly graduated nurses. Methods: The participants in this study were 213 nurses from four tertiary hospitals who had less than 12 months of nursing experience. Data were collected during January and February, 2013. A structured questionnaire was used for data collection and data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficients, and path analysis with the SPSS/WIN 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs. Results: The mean score for clinical competence was $2.85{\pm}0.25$, for professionalism, $3.10{\pm}0.30$, and for field adaptation, $2.79{\pm}0.37$. There was a significant positive relationship between clinical competence and field adaptation. Also, professionalism was positively correlated with field adaptation. Professionalism showed mediating effects between clinical competence and field adaptation. Improvement of clinical competence increased professionalism and the increased professionalism raised the field adaptation. Conclusion: Based on these findings, orientation programs including strategies to increase professionalism, should be established to promote effective field adaptation in newly graduated nurses. These orientation programs can strengthen professionalism, the mediator between clinical competence and field adaptation in newly graduated nurses.

간호학생의 비판적 사고성향 및 핵심기본간호술 성취도가 간호수행능력에 미치는 영향 (Influence Factors of Critical Thinking Disposition and Core Basic Nursing Skills Achievement on Clinical Competence in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호학생의 간호수행능력 관련요인을 파악하여 간호수행능력 증진을 위한 학부과정의 교육 방안을 마련하는데 기여하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 일 대학 간호학과의 4학년 학생 227명이었다. 대상자의 일반적 특성, 비판적 사고성향, 핵심기본간호술 성취도에 따른 간호수행능력은 independent t-test, pearson's correlation coefficient를 실시하였고, 간호수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위해 Linear regression을 시행하였다. 연구결과, 간호학생의 간호수행능력에는 비판적 사고성향의 지적공정성과 핵심기본간호술 난이도 중 및 하의 성취도가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 모두 점수가 높을수록 간호수행능력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 간호학생의 지적공정성과 핵심기본간호술 성취도를 높이는 한편 난이도 상의 성취도를 높이는 교육프로그램의 마련이 필요하다.

중소IT기업 N사 영업사원의 핵심역량모델 개발 (Developing a Competence Model for Salespeople in a Small-medium Size IT Firm N)

  • 급변하는 경영환경 속에서 지속가능한 기업이 되기 위한 우수인재의 확보 및 개발이 점차 중요해지고 있다. 이를 위해 기업은 자신의 기업에 필요한 인재상을 체계적으로 반영한 역량을 정의하고 활용하는 것이 필요하다. 역량이란 우수한 업무수행자가 보유하고 있는 독특하고 고유한 행동으로 지식, 기술, 가치, 기타 개인적 특성들이 직무수행에서 통합되어 행동으로 나타난 것이며, 이를 체계화 하는 과정을 역량 모델링이라 한다. 본 연구에서는 특히 경쟁이 치열하고 끊임없이 변화를 요구받는 중소 IT기업을 대상으로 역량모델링을 수행하고 맞춤형 역량모델을 개발하여 체계적인 인적자원의 관리 및 육성방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 Dubois의 일반모델 덧씌우기 방법을 사용하여 역량모델을 개발하고 도출된 역량모델에 대한 타당도 검증을 위한 설문조사 및 워크숍을 수행하였다. 이를 통해 IT기업 N사의 영업사원에게 요구되는 핵심역량은 총 14개지만 영업의 시기에 따라 프로젝트 사전, 진행중, 사후로 나뉘어 13개, 9개, 6개가 유기적으로 활용된다는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 역량모델은 향후 N사의 영업부서직원교육을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

인테리어 리모델링 사업에서 영업사원의 핵심역량 모델 개발 - LG하우시스를 중심으로 - (Developing a Competence Model for Salespeople in Interior Remodeling Business - Focus on LG HAUSYS -)

  • Recently, competition in the interior remodeling business is fierce. However, the interior remodeling business is basically B2B, and in this business, sales are basically dictated by the capabilities of salespeople. Therefore, in this study, we intend to develop a model for the core competency of salespeople in the interior remodeling business. To this end, based on the research on the existing competency and competency modeling, the competency model of the salesperson was derived using Dubois' overlay method. A total of 12 core competencies could be defined through the first and second modeling. The subject of this study was focused on LG Hausys, the most representative interior remodeling company in Korea. Based on the core competencies developed in this way, overall sales competencies can be raised through the development of a training course to enhance the sales competencies of salespeople, and a more efficient and objective HR.

An analysis of the relationship between farming capability of farmers and farm Household Income

  • Improving farming activity competence of farm households has recently been considered one of the most important factors for increasing farm income. However, few studies examine the relationship between farm income and farming activity competence of farm households directly due to the lack of an available dataset. In this study, we examine the relationship between farm household technical managerial competence and farm household income based on the nearly 30,000 farm households consulting data gathered by the Rural Development Administration, RDA. The major findings of this study are as follows: firstly, statistically significant differences in agricultural and farm household income exist between farm households categorized by farm activity competence levels in terms of technique and management. Secondly, a technically and managerially competent farm household group (high-rank farm household) has 2.2 times higher agricultural income and 1.9 times higher farm household income than the technically and managerially incompetent farm household group (low-rank farm household). Thirdly, farm household technical-managerial competence is one of the major factors that affect agricultural and farm household income. Regarding technical competence, agricultural income and farm household income increased by approximately 1,390,000 won and 1,530,000 won, respectively, as technical points increased by one point. However, with respect to managerial competence, agricultural income and farm household income increased by approximately 1,320,000 won and 2,070,000 won, respectively, as managerial points increased by one point.
