브랜드 중심의 디자인리더십 실행방안 제안에 관한 연구 (The Proposal of Implementation Plans for Brand-centered Design Leadership)

  • 본 연구의 목표는 현대 기업경영의 핵심인 디자인리더십을 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서는 어떠한 요소들이 관리되어져야 하는지 또한 브랜드 중심의 디자인리더십을 위해 기업의 모든 부분들이 브랜드의 컨셉에 맞게 설정되어 있는지를 관리할 수 있는 요소와 그에 따른 실행방안들을 제안하는 것이다. 먼저 디자인리더십 관리의 요소로 크게 비전(Vision), 문화(Culture), 플랫폼(Platform)으로 나누고, 각 요소들을 관리하는데 있어 고려해야할 하위요소들을 설정하고 각 요소들에 대한 실행방안을 제시하였다. 다음으로 각 요소들의 실행방안을 인력구조, 브랜드침투 프로그램의 개발, 시간 및 물적 자원의 할당, 아이덴티티프로그램의 적용으로 유형화하였고 유형화한 범주에서 각각의 항목들을 설정하고 항목에 대한 세부 실행방안을 제안하였다. 이는 기업들이 디자인리더십을 실행함에 있어 요소들의 관리가 제대로 이루어지고 있는지에 대한 평가과정을 위한 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있을 것이며 디자이너들이나 관리자들 컨설턴시들에게도 매우 유용한 지침이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

사회초년기 종합병원간호사의 감성지능과 융·복합 간호업무환경이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Emotional Intelligence and Convergent Nurses' Work Environment on Nursing Performance among Clinical Nurses as Career-beginners)

  • 본 연구는 사회초년기 종합병원간호사들의 감성지능, 융 복합 간호업무환경 및 간호업무성과의 정도와 감성지능과 융 복합 간호업무환경이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 연구대상자는 3개 종합병원의 사회초년기 종합병원간호사 95명을 대상으로 하였으며, 자료의 분석은 SPSS 21.0프로그램을 사용하여 빈도, 백분율, t-test, ANOVA, pearson correlation과 stepwise multiple regression을 사용되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 감성지능, 융 복합 간호업무환경 및 간호업무성과 간에 유의한 상관관계가 있었으며, 감성조정과 리더십에서 간호업무성과에 28%의 설명력을 가지고 있었다. 이러한 결과는 사회초년기 임상간호사들의 간호업무성과 향상을 위해 개인적으로는 감성을 잘 조절할 수 있도록 도와야 할 것이며 병원차원에서는 행정가들의 리더십 함양 전략을 함께 고려되어야 함을 보여준다. 그러므로 본 연구의 결과는 사회초년기 임상간호사들의 간호업무성과 향상 프로그램 및 전략을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

간호사의 직무 스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향: 간호사가 지각한 수간호사의 감성리더십의 매개효과 (Effect of Nurses' Job Stress on Job Satisfaction: Mediating Effect of Head Nurses' Emotional Leadership Perceived by Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the mediating effect of head nurses' emotional leadership as perceived by nurses in the relationship between nurses' job stress and job satisfaction. Methods: Study participants were 278 staff nurses currently working at two university hospitals in Busan, Korea. SPSS/WIN 21.0 program was used for data analysis to analyze descriptive statistics, t-test, correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. The significance level was set at p<.05. Results: Nurses' job satisfaction had a significant correlation with job stress (r=-.31, p<.001) and emotional leadership of nurse managers as perceived by nurses (r=.53, p<.001). Also, head nurses' emotional leadership experienced by nurses had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between nurses' job stress and job satisfaction. Conclusion: The results of this study show that the nurse managers' emotional leadership has an important influence on nurses' job stress and job satisfaction. Therefore, head nurses' emotional leadership is very important for effective human resource management and the hospital should offer education and training to booster head nurses' leadership by developing emotional intelligence to promote staff job satisfaction.

  • 최근 중대재해처벌법의 목적은 건설업 주체 구성원들의 안전불감증을 방지하기 위해 CEO의 안전참여 문화를 강조하고 있다. 선행연구에서는 리더의 감성 수준이 높을수록 업무 능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 감성능력을 요구하는 추세라고 주장하였다4). 본 연구에서 경영자 (CEO) 리더십 및 안전관리 연구에 사용할 수 있는 감성안전 측정으로 건전하고 간단한 EI 측정개발도구에 대해 신뢰도를 검증한다. Schutte Self-Report Emotional Intelligence Test (SSEIT)의 감정 조절 모델을 적용하면 리더와 안전관리자의 EI가 안전업무 수행과 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐야 한다. 또한 건설 안전관리 직업의 재해피해가능성스트레스 감정 노동이 EI-활용훈련 결과 감정조절이 가능하다는 것을 제안한다.

구조 방정식 모형 구축을 통한 단체급식업체 점장의 감성리더십이 조직성과에 미치는 효과성 검증 (Verification on the Effectiveness of Emotional Leadership of Branch Managers on Organizational Performance in Contracted Foodservice Company - Through the Construction of a Structural Equation Model -)

  • The purposes of this study were to provide evidence concerning the effects of Emotional Leadership and examine the impacts of Emotional Leadership on employee-related variables which were 'job satisfaction', 'organizational commitment', 'organizational performance', 'turnover intention'. A survey was conducted from August 23 to November 3, 2005 to collect data from kitchen staff(N=611). Statistical analyses were completed using SPSS Win(12.0) for descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, t-test, correlation analysis, cluster analysis and AMOS(5.0) for structural equation modeling. Kitchen staffs gave high point to their leader in the Emotional Leadership competence 'Optimism: seeing the upside in events' and 'Adaptability: flexibility in handing change' and gave lower point in the Emotional Leadership competence 'Inspirational leadership: guiding and motivating with compelling vision'. Employees' job satisfaction on 'coworker' were relatively high. However, the extents of satisfaction on 'payroll', 'promotion', 'work environment' were relatively low. The organizational commitment score was higher at 'loyalty' factor than 'commitment' factor. the test of hypothesis using structural equation modeling found that Emotional Leadership produced positive effects on job attitude and job performance. In conclusion, this study has identified that the Emotional Leadership effects on their organizational performance and attitudes toward their job.

수간호사의 감성 리더십이 간호사의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Head Nurse's Emotional Leadership on Nurse's Job Satisfaction & Organizational Commitment)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of head nurse's emotional leadership on nurse's job satisfaction & organizational commitment Methods: The subjects of this study were 385 nurses from four general hospitals and one university hospital. SPSS WIN 14.0 was used for data analysis. Results: Stepwise multiple regression analyses were used to examine the influences of research variables. The variable which predict nurse's job satisfaction were head nurse's emotional leadership (F=76.027, p<.01, adjusted R square=.166). The variables which predict organizational commitment were emotional leadership (F=27.839, p<.01, adjusted R square=.066), marital status (F=20.928, p<.01 adjusted R square=.03), respectively. Conclusions: As a result of this study, head nurse's emotional leadership was defined as a important influential on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment of nurses. Therefore, it is needed to develop education programs for activating head nurse's emotional leadership.

임상간호사의 기질·성격, 감성지능이 셀프 리더십에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Temperament and Character, Emotional Intelligence on Self-leadership of Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: This descriptive research study investigated the effects of temperament and character, emotional intelligence on self-leadership of clinical nurses. Methods: This study recruited clinical nurses at a tertiary general hospital located in S city through convenience sampling. A survey was conducted from April 10 to May 5, 2020, using offline questionnaires. A total of 343 answers were analyzed using descriptive statistics and a three-step hierarchical regression analysis with the SPSS 22.0 program. Results: Factors influencing self-leadership of clinical nurses at a tertiary general hospital in S city were persistent among temperament (β=.331, p<.001), personal maturity (β=.408, p<.001), and total emotional intelligence (β=1.062, p<.001). These factors contributed 58% of self-leadership (F=29.20, p<.001). Conclusion: It was confirmed that persistent among temperament and personal maturity among character, emotional intelligence were factors affecting self-leadership of clinical nurses. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and provide programs to control the factors affecting self-leadership of clinical nurses to increase self-leadership.

전담간호사의 감성지능과 셀프리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Emotional Intelligence and Self-Leadership on Job Satisfaction among Physician Assistant Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the effects of emotional intelligence and self-leadership on job satisfaction among physician assistant nurses. Methods: The participants were 146 physician assistant nurses working at two university hospitals. Data were collected from August 1-September 31, 2020 and analyzed through t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation, and hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS/WIN version 26.0. Results: Factors affecting job satisfaction were self-leadership (β=.30, p=.003), "less than 1 year of experience as a physician assistant nurse" (β=.27, p=.025), and emotional intelligence (β=.25, p=.007), and the explanatory power was 34.4% (F=6.03, p<.001). Conclusion: Our study shows that self-leadership and emotional intelligence play a significant role in the job satisfaction of physician assistant nurses; thus, strengthening these two factors is crucial to improve the nurses' job satisfaction. The results of this study may serve as basic data for the development of strategies to enhance job satisfaction among physician assistant nurses.

간호관리자의 감성리더십 관련 변인: 체계적 문헌 고찰 및 메타분석 (Factors Related to Emotional Leadership in Nurses Manager: Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify research trends related to emotional leadership among nurse managers by conducting a systematic literature review and meta-analysis. This study sought to derive insights that could contribute to improving emotional leadership in nursing practice. Methods: A systematic review and meta-analysis were conducted according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) and Meta-Analysis Of Observational Studies in Epidemiology (MOOSE) guidelines. Databases including PubMed, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature, Scopus, Web of Science, Research Information Sharing Service, Koreanstudies Information Service System, Korean Medical Database, KoreaMed, ScienceON, and DBpia were searched to obtain papers published in English and Korean. Literature searches and screenings were conducted for the period December 1, 2023 to December 17, 2023. The effect size correlation (ESr) was calculated for each variable and the meta-analysis was performed using the statistical software SPSS 29.0, R 4.3.1. Results: Twenty-five (four personal, six job, and fifteen organizational) relevant variables were identified through the systematic review. The results of the meta-analysis showed that the total overall effect size was ESr = .33. Job satisfaction (ESr = .40) and leader-member exchange (ESr = .75) had the largest effect size among the job and organizational-related factors. Conclusion: Emotional leadership helps promote positive changes within organizations, improves organizational effectiveness, and increases member engagement and satisfaction. Therefore, it is considered an important strategic factor in improving organizational performance.

GI-STEAM 모형에 기반한 영재 프로그램이 초등영재의 리더십과 창의적 인성, 학습몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Program for the Gifted based on GI-STEAM model on Leadership, Creative personality, and Learning flow of Elementary Gifted Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 GI-STEAM 모형에 기반하여 개발된 영재 프로그램이 초등영재의 리더십과 창의적 인성, 학습몰입에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 데 있다. GI-STEAM 수업모형은 협동학습 모형 중 집단탐구 모형(Group Investigation)과 STEAM 학습준거틀을 융합한 모형을 말한다. 연구참여자는 경기도 소재 Y시 초등학교 6학년 영재학급 학생 16명이며, 리더십, 창의적 인성, 학습몰입에 대한 사전검사를 실시하였다. 이후 GI-STEAM 프로그램 12차시를 적용한 후 리더십, 창의적 인성, 학습몰입에 대한 사후검사를 실시하였고, 프로그램에 대한 소감문 및 개별면담을 실시하였다. 사전-사후검사 결과를 대응표본 t-검정을 통하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, GI-STEAM 프로그램은 리더십의 개인 간 영역을 유의미하게 높여주는 것으로 나타났다. 하위영역으로는 의사표현, 조직관리 영역, 사회헌신, 팀워크에서 유의미한 향상이 나타났다. 둘째, GI-STEAM 프로그램은 창의적 인성영역에 있어서 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았고, 하위영역 중 심미성 영역에서 유의미한 향상이 나타났다. 셋째, GI-STEAM 프로그램은 학습몰입에 있어서 유의미한 향상을 보였다. 하위영역에서는 도전과 능력의 조화, 행위와 의식의 통합, 구체적인 피드백, 자기목적적 경험에서 유의미한 향상이 나타났다. GI-STEAM 프로그램은 교육부에서 제시한 2015 개정교육과정의 '창의융합형' 인재의 핵심역량 중 의사소통 역량, 심미적 감성역량, 공동체 역량 등을 기르는 데 효과적임을 알 수 있으므로, GI-STEAM 모형을 활용한 다양한 프로그램을 개발하여 교육현장에 제공할 필요가 있다고 판단된다.
