A laser system for therapy of cancer is proposed in this paper. In order to accuracy and statistical output control we used the constant current control method and designed the power source to protect the resonator from the over -current, rush-current and electrical fault. The most important things are the radiation type for cancer therapy in laser system, we developed the radiation type of cw, pulse, and burst pulse. The experimental result show that laser beam power increase linearly from 100mW to 300mW for input current increasing and the exposure time.

A diode laser system has been developed for the refractory glaucoma therapy. The diode lasers have merits in clinical usage including reduction of beam dispersion, higher absorption such as in melanin pigment, and lower complication in treatment. We present the system specification of laser diodes in 810mm with 3W power, which is delivered into the optical fiber core of 600
${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ . -

Undoped YCa
$_4$ O(BO$_3$ )$_3$ (sp. gr. Cm) single crystals as well as singly or co-doped with Yb, Er and Ce were grown using Czochralski technique. With the aid of x-ray analysis, crystallographic data of Ce, Er, Yb:YCA$_4$ O(BO$_3$ ) crystals were found. -

We measured the linewidth (FWHM) changes of the PQR laser against the diameter of the devices and the injection currents. We report the linewidth narrowing with increasing the PQR currents. A rough estimate of the line width behavior shows an inverse proportionality to the cavity length. The spectrum of
$\frac{3}{4}$ circle cavity PQR laser is reported for the first time as well. The spectrum looks slightly different from that of the full circle device due to the structural distortion. -
