The purpose of this research is to formulate a new proximal-type algorithm to solve the equilibrium problem in a real Hilbert space. A new algorithm is analogous to the famous two-step extragradient algorithm that was used to solve variational inequalities in the Hilbert spaces previously. The proposed iterative scheme uses a new step size rule based on local bifunction details instead of Lipschitz constants or any line search scheme. The strong convergence theorem for the proposed algorithm is well-proven by letting mild assumptions about the bifunction. Applications of these results are presented to solve the fixed point problems and the variational inequality problems. Finally, we discuss two test problems and computational performance is explicating to show the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

In this paper, we consider and introduce some new concepts of the biconvex functions involving an arbitrary bifunction and function. Some new relationships among various concepts of biconvex functions have been established. We have shown that the optimality conditions for the general biconvex functions can be characterized by a class of bivariational-like inequalities. Auxiliary principle technique is used to propose proximal point methods for solving general bivariational-like inequalities. We also discussed the conversance criteria for the suggested methods under pseudo-monotonicity. Our method of proof is very simple compared with methods. Several special cases are discussed as applications of our main concepts and results. It is a challenging problem to explore the applications of the general bivariational-like inequalities in pure and applied sciences.

In this paper, iterative algorithms for approximating a common fixed point of a countable family of multi-valued demicontractive maps in the setting of Hadamard spaces are presented. Under different mild conditions, the sequences generated are shown to strongly convergent and ∆-convergent to a common fixed point of the considered family, accordingly. Our theorems complement many results in the literature.

In this paper, we present a modified (improved) generalized M-iteration with the inertial technique for three quasi-nonexpansive multivalued mappings in a real Hilbert space. In addition, we obtain a weak convergence result under suitable conditions and the strong convergence result is achieved using the hybrid projection method with our modified generalized M-iteration. Finally, we apply our convergence results to certain optimization problem, and present some numerical experiments to show the efficiency and applicability of the proposed method in comparison with other improved iterative methods (modified SP-iterative scheme) in the literature. The results obtained in this paper extend, generalize and improve several results in this direction.

In this paper, we introduce and study generalized mixed operator quasi-equilibrium problems(GMQOEP) in Hausdorff topological vector spaces and prove the existence results for the solution of (GMQOEP) in compact and noncompact settings by employing 1-person game theorems. Moreover, using coercive condition, hemicontinuity of the functions and KKM theorem, we prove new results on the existence of solution for the particular case of (GMQOEP), that is, generalized mixed operator equilibrium problem (GMOEP).

The main object of this paper is to provide necessary and sufficient conditions for the generalized Struve functions of first kind to be in the classes 𝒮(k, λ) and 𝒞(k, λ). Furthermore, we give conditions for the integral operator 𝓛(m, c, z) = ∫^z₀(2 - u_p(t))dt to be in the class 𝒞^*(k, λ). Several corollaries and consequences of the main results are also considered.

In this article, we prove that diskcyclic C₀-semigroups exist on any infinite-dimensional Banach space. We show that a C₀-semigroup (T_t)_t≥0 satisfies the diskcyclicity criterion if and only if any of T_t's satisfies the diskcyclicity criterion for operators. Moreover, we show that there are diskcyclic C₀-semigroups that do not satisfy the diskcyclicity criterion. Also, we state various criteria for diskcyclicity of C₀-semigroups based on dense sets and d-dense orbits.

In this paper, we study the strong convergence of new methods for solving classical variational inequalities problems involving semistrictly quasimonotone and Lipschitz-continuous operators in a real Hilbert space. Three proposed methods are based on Tseng's extragradient method and use a simple self-adaptive step size rule that is independent of the Lipschitz constant. The step size rule is built around two techniques: the monotone and the non-monotone step size rule. We establish strong convergence theorems for the proposed methods that do not require any additional projections or knowledge of an involved operator's Lipschitz constant. Finally, we present some numerical experiments that demonstrate the efficiency and advantages of the proposed methods.

In this paper, we extend the above inequality to polar derivative of a polynomial. Further, we also prove an improved version of above inequality into polar derivative.

In this paper, we propose a viscosity iterative algorithm for approximating a common solution of finite family of variational inequality problem and fixed point problem for finite family of multi-valued type-one demicontractive mappings in real Hilbert spaces. A strong convergence result of the aforementioned problems were proved and some consequences of our result was also displayed. In addition, we discuss an application of our main result to convex minimization problem. The result presented in this article complements and extends many recent results in literature.

There have been provided a surprisingly large number of summation formulae for generalized hypergeometric functions and series incorporating a variety of elementary and special functions in their various combinations. In this paper, we aim to consider certain generalized hypergeometric function ₃F₂ with particular arguments, through which a number of summation formulas for _p+1F_p(1) are provided. We then establish a power series whose coefficients are involved in generalized hypergeometric functions with unit argument. Also, we demonstrate that the generalized hypergeometric functions with unit argument mentioned before may be expressed in terms of Bell polynomials. Further, we explore several special instances of our primary identities, among numerous others, and raise a problem that naturally emerges throughout the course of this investigation.

The aim of the current work is to investigate the numerical study of a nonlinear Volterra-Fredholm integro-differential equation with initial conditions. Our approximation techniques modified adomian decomposition method (MADM) and variational iteration method (VIM) are based on the product integration methods in conjunction with iterative schemes. The convergence of the proposed methods have been proved. We conclude the paper with numerical examples to illustrate the effectiveness of our methods.

In this paper, we introduce new hybrid inertial contraction projection algorithms for solving variational inequality problems over the intersection of the fixed point sets of demicontractive mappings in a real Hilbert space. The proposed algorithms are based on the hybrid steepest-descent method for variational inequality problems and the inertial techniques for finding fixed points of nonexpansive mappings. Strong convergence of the iterative algorithms is proved. Several fundamental experiments are provided to illustrate computational efficiency of the given algorithm and comparison with other known algorithms
