For hydrologic applications, lake levels is very important. As a first step in developing a remote-sensing based approach, lake stage estimation using remote sensing was proposed with the SRTM data from February 2000, which was providing a one-time snapshot. After several steps using contouring, masking, and CED, it was found that iterative contour fitting to a lake outline provided the outstanding result with the operator's decision. If the lake size is large enough, a constant meter of the difference removal due to bias found by Bhang et al. (2007) might be useful for more accurate estimations for the methods. A lake-level snapshot using SRTM data could provide estimates within 0.5 m level of accuracy for large lakes (>
$10km^2$ ) with contouring. Also, even if the processing algorithm is complex, the accuracy was reliable. Overall, we confirmed that this study would provide useful information to ameliorate the quality of the SAR-derived DEMs specifically for water areas and if more expanded, SAR images can fruit result in water monitoring. -

In this study, diagnostic model was proposed to evaluate and rate the innovation capability of SMEs and suggest alternatives to insufficient capabilities and optimum supporting programs for SMEs from literature survey, GIC model was composed based on KIS value and ASTI(Associate of Science and Technology information) SMEs database, thus, sample deviation can be caused and securing accurate data is insufficient. To compose model by analyzing characteristics of companies accurately, various companies' data for long period will be required.

This paper provides the market opportunity analysis process and technology providing matching process based on the efficient quantitative analysis of a large amount of papers and network analysis. In the future, it is required to analyze and complement the quantitative analysis result by commercialization experts and to build emerging issue database.

This paper provides emerging technology issue and institutes of LED fusion industry based on the efficient quantitative analysis of a large amount of newspaper articles and papers for the decision-making of new business planning and core strategy. In addition, market opportunities and market entering strategies of main LED fusion industries are proposed. In the future, it is required to analyze and complement the quantitative analysis result by LED fusion industry experts and to build emerging issue database.

Researchers in KISTI have been participating in the WISET Fellow Mentoring program since 2009 [1]. We describe the history and future of WISET Fellow Mentoring program from KISTI. We have communicated with mentees more freely and effectively using complementary online and offline system. In addition, we designed a automated matching process in order to help mentors and mentees to begin mentoring with satisfaction [2-6]. In the future, we plan to use our automated matching process for matching candidate mentors and mentees in order to obtain more satisfaction in mentoring.
