본 연구에서는 zircaloy-4 판재에 대해 바우싱거 효과를 고려한 경화거동 예측모델을 구축했다. 금속소재 가공에서 인장 후 압축 시 항복응력이 감소한다. 이에 스프링백 해석 시 바우싱거 효과를 반드시 고려해야 한다. Simple shear 시험에서 적정 시편크기 및 적정 조임토크에 대한 결정법을 제시했다. 5 가지 재료에 대한 simple shear 시험을 통해 응력-변형률 곡선을 구했다. 또한 유한요소해석을 활용해 simple shear 하중-변위 곡선으로부터 유효응력-변형률 곡선으로 변환과정을 소개했다. 등방/운동성 경화 조합모델을 활용해 simple shear 순/역방향 시험을 모사했다. 이때 각 경화계수에 따른 하중-변위 곡선 변화를 관찰하고, zircaloy-4에 대한 경화계수를 결정했다.

인근적외선 분광법(Near infrared spectroscopy, NIRS)으로 얻은 디아제팜정의 스펙트럼을 부분최소자승법(Partial least squares regression, PLSR)으로 처리하여 디아제팜정에서 디아제팜을 신속하고 간단하게 분석하는 방법을 연구하였다. 2 mg 및 5 mg 의 디아제팜정을 이용하여 검정선을 작성하고, 이 검정선의 직선성, 정량범위, 재현성 등을 검토하여 본 분석법의 정확성을 검증하였다. 2 mg의 디아제팜의 검정선의 상관계수는 0.9416이고, 검정선 표준오차(SEC)는 0.018%이였다. 5 mg의 디아제팜의 검정선의 상관계수는 0.9157이고, 검정선오차는 0.032%이였다.

폼드아스팔트를 이용한 현장 상온 재생아스팔트 혼합물에 대한 배합설계법이 아이오아 주 교통국에서 사용하기 위해 개발되었다. 상온 재생 폼드아스팔트 혼합물의 배합설계를 위한 실내시험절차를 개선하기 위하여 배합설계에 영향을 미치는 중요한 배합설계변수들을 결정하여 상온 재생 폼드아스팔트 혼합물의 특성을 반영할 수 있는 새로운 배합설계절차를 개발하였다. 개발된 배합설계법의 검증을 위한 한 가지 방법으로 상온 재생 폼드아스팔트 혼합물의 동탄성계수를 측정하였다. 본 연구에서는 새로운 simple performance testing 장비를 이용한 상온 재생 폼드아스팔트 혼합물의 동탄성계수 측정을 위한 표준시험절차를 정립하고, 7가지 재생 아스팔트 골재를 사용하여 생산된 상온 재생 폼드아스팔트 혼합물의 동탄성 계수를 측정하여 마스터곡선을 작성하였다. 또한 재생 아스팔트 골재의 특성이 상온 재생 폼드아스팔트혼합물의 동탄성 계수에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 3가지 온도와 6가지의 하중주기에서 측정된 상온 재생 폼드아스팔트 혼합물의 동탄성계수는 7가지 재생 아스팔트 골재에서 일관된 값을 나타내었으며, 작성된 상온 재생 폼드아스팔트 혼합물의 마스터곡선은 가열 아스팔트 혼합물의 마스터곡선에 비해 하중주기에 대해 덜 민감한 것으로 평가되었다. 저온에서는 재생 아스팔트 골재의 잔골재 함유량이 상온 재생 폼드아스팔트 혼합물의 동탄성계수에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 고온에서는 재생 아스팔트 골재의 잔류 아스팔트 특성이 상온 재생 폼드아스팔트 혼합물의 동탄성계수에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Using a simple analytic model based on the MHD stability arguments we obtain the size of the magnetosphere for the magnetic compact stars. We assume the ordered, field-aligned flow in the magnetosphere and estimate the wellknown Alfven radius. The dependence of the X-ray absorption in the magnetic funnel on the size of this radius is further considered. We show that such a determination of the magnetic interaction radius can be applied to the reconstruction of X-ray light curves of the magnetic binary stars.

A mixture of two distributions, each belonging to the same known Weibull distributions, is proposed and a simple graphical method for estimating the parameters of the Weibull distribution is applied. It appears from the results of this study that the mixed Weibull distribution is an appropriate expression for describing industrial property mortality characteristics.

Real elastomers show the anomalous behavior in the Ii dependence curves of the derivatives of W with respect to Ii at small strains. The limiting values of the derivatives were evaluated by a simple model based on the assumption that W in the large deformations should coincide with that in the linear elasticity theory. The calculated values were in good agreement with the experimental ones for real elastomers.

The notions of digital k-homotopy equivalence and digital ($k_0,k_1$)-homotopy equivalence were developed in [13, 16]. By the use of the digital k-homotopy equivalence, we can investigate digital k-homotopy equivalent properties of Cartesian products constructed by the minimal simple closed 4- and 8-curves in $\mathbf{Z}^2$.

The ORD and CD for hyoscine-N-butylbromide present curves of negative Cotton effect in 190-250nm region. The values of .alpha./sub 232/ .alpha./sub 208/, vertical bar .alpha./sub 232/ vertical bar + vertical bar .alpha./sub 208/ and .theta./sub 221.5/ have linearities in the range of lower concentration (hyoscine-N-butylbromide 0.01-0.1w/v%). It is possible to determine the optical purity of hyoseine-N-butylbromide by using these linearities. This experiment is extremely simple and less time-consuming than other methods for estimating optical purity.

Recently, the generalized digital $(k_{0},\;k_{1})$-continuity and its properties are investigated. Furthermore, the k-type digital fundamental group for digital image has been studies with the generalized k-adjacencies. The main goal of this paper is to find some properties of the k-type digital fundamental group of Boxer and to investigate some properties of minimal simple closed k-curves with relation to their embedding into some spaces in ${\mathbb{Z}}^n(2{\leq}n{\leq}3)$.

We propose a new static current source model and parameter extraction method for AlGaAs/GaAs HBT. The proposed model has 9 parameters describing internal currents and are experessed with the physically meaningful parameters.The proposed parameter extraction method uses the measured dC IV curves and does not need the gummel plt data and any optimization process. the constructed model based on the proposed method predicts the measured data well.
