  • We give a necessary and sufficient condition of a rationally elliptic space X such that the Dold-Lashof classifying space Baut1X for fibrations with the fiber X is rank one. It is only when X has the rational homotopy type of a sphere or the total space of a spherical fibration over a product of spheres.

  • 제조셀에서의 기계배치 문제는 매우 중요한 문제 중의 하나이다. 제조셀에서의 기계매치 형태는 크게 선형배치 방법과 네트워크형배치 방법의 두 가지가 있다. 본 논문에서는 선형배치 방법에 대하여 검토한다. 선형배치를 위한 가장 일반적인 방법은 to/from 비율에 의한 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 최소역흐름모형을 제시하여 to/from 비율에 의한 방법과 비교한다. 비교 결과 최소역흐름모형에 의한 선형기계배치의 경우가 to/from 비율에 의한 방법보다 총역흐름 이동거리를 상당히 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다.

  • In this paper we prove two independent theorems concerning formality of a nilmanifold and a differential graded algebra using the well-known theorem of Deligne-Griffiths-Morgan-Sullivan. We first give a rational homotopy theoretic proof to the statement that a nilmanifold is formal if and only if it is a torus. And then we study some conditions with which formality of one dga implies formality of the other in an extension of dga's.

  • We consider a condition under which the projectivization $P(E^k)$ of a complex k-bundle $E^k{\rightarrow}M$ over an even-dimensional manifold M can have the hard Lefschetz property, affected by [10]. It depends strongly on the rank k of the bundle $E^k$. Our approach is purely algebraic by using rational Sullivan minimal models [5]. We will give some examples.

  • Almost preventive maintenance policies assumed that the system after pm has failure rate as before pm with probability p and as good as new with probability 1-p. This paper considers the s-expected cost of the model with imperfect periodic preventive maintenance that increasing minimal repair costs at failure and obtains the optimum periodic preventive maintenance time. Numerical example are shown in which the failure time of the system has gamma distribution.

  • In this article, we discuss a Grobner basis algorithm related to the stability of algebraic varieties in the sense of Geometric Invariant Theory. We implement the algorithm with Macaulay 2 and use it to prove the stability of certain curves that play an important role in the log minimal model program for the moduli space of curves.

원자로의 직접 디지탈 제어를 위한 최적 제어계통의 설계 (Design of optimal control system of nuclear reactor for direct digital control)

  • The optimal control theory is applied to the design of a digital control system for a nuclear reactor. A linear dynamic model obtained at 85% of rated power and a quadratic performance index are used. A minimal order observer used in cascade with the feedback controller is suggested as a state estimator. The total reactor power control is studied in the range of 80% to 100% of rated power, with the steady state and load-following control. The control algorithm considered is suitable for implementation in direct digital control.

  • In this paper, we compute the rational evaluation subgroup of the Hopf fibration S2n+1 ↪ ℂP(n). We show that, for the Sullivan model 𝜙 : A → B, where A and B are the minimal Sullivan models of ℂP(n) and S2n+1 respectively, the evaluation subgroup Gn(A, B; 𝜙) and the relative evaluation subgroup Greln (A, B; 𝜙) of 𝜙 are generated by single elements.
