  • This paper deals with Kripke-style semantics, which will be called algebraic Kripke-style semantics, for fuzzy logics based on uninorms (so called uninorm-based logics). First, we recall algebraic semantics for uninorm-based logics. In the general framework of uninorm-based logics, we next introduce various types of general algebraic Kripke-style semantics, and connect them with algebraic semantics. Finally, we analogously consider particular algebraic Kripke-style semantics, and also connect them with algebraic semantics.

  • This paper deals with Routley-Meyer-style semantics, which will be called algebraic Routley-Meyer-style semantics, for the fuzzy logic system MTL. First, we recall the monoidal t-norm logic MTL and its algebraic semantics. We next introduce algebraic Routley-Meyer-style semantics for it, and also connect this semantics with algebraic semantics.

  • This paper deals with one sort of Kripke-style semantics for three-valued paraconsistent logic: algebraic Kripke-style semantics. We first introduce two three-valued systems, define their corresponding algebraic structures, and give algebraic completeness results for them. Next, we introduce algebraic Kripke-style semantics for them, and then connect them with algebraic semantics.

  • This paper deals with Kripke-style semantics for weakening-free non-commutative fuzzy logics. As an example, we consider an algebraic Kripke-style semantics for an extension of the pseudo-uninorm based fuzzy logic HpsUL, $CnHpsUL^*$. For this, first, we recall the system $CnHpsUL^*$, define its corresponding algebraic structures $CnHpsUL^*$-algebras, and algebraic completeness results for it. We next introduce a Kripke-style semantics for $CnHpsUL^*$, and connect it with algebraic semantics.

  • This paper deals with non-algebraic Kripke-style semantics, i.e, set-theoretical Kripke-style semantics, for weakening-free non-commutative fuzzy logics. We first recall an extension of the pseudo-uninorm based fuzzy logic HpsUL, $CnHpsUL^*$. We next introduce set-theoretical Kripke-style semantics for it.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate characteristics of students' problem solving processes based on their mathematical thinking styles and thus to provide implications for teachers regarding how to employ multiple representations. In order to analyze these characteristics, 202 university freshmen were recruited for a paper-and-pencil survey. The participants were divided into four groups on a mathematical-thinking-style basis. There were two students in each group with a total of eight students being interviewed. Results show that mathematical thinking styles are related to defining a mathematical concept, problem solving in relation to representation, and translating between mathematical representations. These results imply methods of utilizing multiple representations in learning and teaching mathematics by embodying Dienes' perceptual variability principle.

  • In this paper, we deal with some axiomatic extensions of the involutive micanorm logic IMICAL. More precisely, first, the two involutive micanorm-based logics $P_nIMICAL$ and $FP_nIMICAL$ are introduced. Their algebraic structures are then defined, and their corresponding algebraic completeness is established. Next, standard completeness is established for $FP_nIMICAL$ using construction in the style of Jenei-Montagna.

  • In this paper, we deal with standard completeness of some axiomatic extensions of the involutive mianorm logic IMIAL. More precisely, first, seven involutive mianorm-based logics are introduced. Their algebraic structures are then defined, and their corresponding algebraic completeness is established. Next, standard completeness is established for four of them using construction in the style of Jenei-Montagna.
