This study is a descriptive survey research for identifing double mediating effect of ego-integrity and cultural competency and the moderated mediation effect of Wisdom on the relationship between basic pychological needs and successful aging. The participants were 211 elderly people aged at least 60 from June 2020 to March 2021. Data were collection by self-report questionnaire. Data was analyzed by Hayes' number 6 and 91 models using the SPSS/25.0 program and SPSS PROCESS MACRO. According to the study, the ego-integration and cultural competence were effected to double mediated in successful aging, and the ego-integration and cultural competence were effected to successful aging through moderated mediation by wisdom. Therefore, it is needed to develop welfare policy and strategy for the elderly to enhance ego-integration and cultural competence by effort to satisfy basic pychological needs and wisdom.

This study sought to understand the mediating effect of job enthusiasm in relation to work-life balance and job performance of hospital workers. The data collected through a self-contained survey using structured questionnaires for employees of medical institutions in Busan and South Gyeongsang Province were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and Process Macro programs. As a result of the analysis, job performance and non-role performance were the most influenced by passion (+), and work-life balance was evaluated as a factor that increased job enthusiasm. In addition, work-life balance directly influenced job performance, but indirectly influenced job performance as a medium. In particular, the work-life balance and the relationship between performance other than roles were fully mediated. In order to improve the job performance of hospital workers at the organizational level, it is necessary to increase job enthusiasm, which means that efforts are needed to establish an organizational culture that values work-life balance.

This study investigated the longitudinal effect of peer play behavior (PPB) during toddlerhood on social competence (SC), followed by the effect on adaptation to elementary school. Data were collected from the 4th to 9th Panel Study on Korean Children between 2011 to 2016, of which the data collected from 114 boys and 94 girls were finally analyzed. Multi-Mediator Model Analysis were performed using SPSS and PROCESS macro programs. First, PPB observed at the age of three significantly predicted PPB observed at ages four and five. It significantly affected SC observed at the age of six after transitioning through PPB at each stage. Second, PPB observed at the age of three significantly impacted the degree of adaptation in the first and second grades of elementary school. The medium identified in this second finding was PPB observed after the age of three and SC observed at the age of six.

This study aimed to examine the influence of negative life events on delinquency through a dual-mediation of depression and impulsivity among out-of-school adolescents. For the purpose, using a sample of adolescents who were out of school at the point of participating in the 1st survey of the Panel Survey of School Dropouts and Model 6 of the PROCESS macro for SPSS, this study analyzed the direct influence of negative life events on delinquency as well as the mediation and dual-mediation effects of depression and impulsivity. The main results are as follows. First, out-of-school adolescents' negative life events had a significant positive influence on delinquency. Second, out-of-school adolescents' depression did not mediate the influence of negative life events on delinquency. Third, out-of-school adolescents' impulsivity mediated the influence of negative life events on delinquency. Fourth, out-of-school adolescents' depression and impulsivity dual-mediated the influence of negative life events on delinquency. Based on these results, this study discussed diverse strategies to prevent the delinquency of out-of-school adolescents who experienced negative life events.

This study aims to identify the relationship between stress and feeling of happiness among high school students, and to examine the double mediating model of subjective well-being and gratitude disposition on that relationship. Participants of this study were 245 male and female high school students. Perceived Stress Scale, Satisfaction with Life Scale, Emotion Frequency Test, Gratitude Questionnaire-6, and Subjective Happiness Scale were used for this study. To analyse a sequential double mediating effect, PROCESS Macro 3.5 Model 6 was used. Results revealed that stress was negatively correlated with subjective well-being, gratitude disposition, and feeling of happiness among high school students. And, subjective well-being was positively correlated with gratitude disposition and feeling of happiness, while gratitude disposition was positively correlated with feeling of happiness. It was found that subjective well-being and gratitude disposition were sequentially mediating stress and feeling of happiness among high school students. Because these findings suggest that subjective well-being and gratitude disposition play important roles in adolescents' happiness, it is necessary to promote their subjective well-being and gratitude disposition.

This study empirically examined the relationships among ethical leadership, supervisor identification(SI), affective commitment(AC), and unethical pro-supervisor behavior(UPSB) based on social learning theory and social exchange theory. The data were collected by conducting a survey of 339 workers and analyzed using SPSS25 and SPSS Process Macro (v3.5). The results were as follows. First, ethical leadership directly negatively influences UPSB. Ethical leadership indirectly positively influences UPSB mediated by SI. Second, ethical leadership, completely mediated by AC, indirectly positively influences UPSB. Third, ethical leadership has an indirect positive effect on AC mediated by SI. This study showed how ethical leadership works in organizations through social learning theory and social exchange theory. Also, it suggested implications on how to use ethical leadership in field.

This study was conducted with 193 pairs of mother-in-law and son-in-law to examine the mediating effect of marital satisfaction on the relationship between interpersonal differentiation and affectual solidarity. Using SPSS and PROCESS macro program, descriptive statistical analysis(frequency, ratio, mean, and standard deviation) and mediating effect analysis through bootstrapping were performed. The main research results are as follows. First, in the case of the son-in-law, his own marital satisfaction completely mediated the relationship between the sub-factors of interpersonal differentiation (fusion with others, emotional cutting) and affectual solidarity. Second, in the case of mother-in-law, the perceived daughter's marital satisfaction partially mediated the relationship between the sub-factors of interpersonal differentiation (connectivity, separability) and affectual solidarity. These findings suggest the functional importance of the marital system for a healthy relationship between mother-in-law and son-in-law.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the meaning of life and academic engagement as a factor that affects the academic satisfaction of online learners in adulthood. The subjects of this study were 148 adult learners enrolled in cyber university. For data analysis, Spss 23 and PROCESS Macro were used. As a result of the correlation analysis, there was a significant positive correlation between the meaning of life, academic satisfaction and academic engagement, there was also a positive correlation between academic satisfaction and academic engagement. As a result of confirming the direct effect on educational satisfaction, the direct effect between the meaning of life as an independent variable and academic engagement as a mediating variable was positively significant. As a result of examining the indirect effect of academic engagement on the relationship between the meaning of life and academic satisfaction, the mediating effect was significant. Through insight into the meaning of life in diddle age, students show engagement for their studies, which leads to academic satisfaction. Therefore, in order to increase the academic satisfaction of adult learner, it is thought that it is necessary to develop a practical education program and a motivation program that can find the meaning of life.

This study investigated the effect of size recommendation technology convergence on purchase intention mediated by information credibility and satisfaction. The survey for this study was conducted on Amazon Mechanical Turk targeting U. S. residing women aged 18 to 60 years old who have never used size recommendation technology. They experienced the size recommendation technology in the provided web page and returned to the survey to answer the questionnaire. The analysis was done with 213 surveys using SPSS 27.0 and Process Macro (model 6, 5,000 Bootstrapping sample). The dimensions of service quality were found to be responsiveness and ease of use, and both have a significant effect on purchase intention through information credibility and satisfaction.

This study sought to determine whether there were mediating effects on both mental health and sleep problems as induced by COVID-19 fears and its effects on preventive practices. The participants were 310 adults living in the Seoul/Gyeonggi Province. For data collection, an online survey was conducted using a semi-structured questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using PROCESS Macro (Model 6) to validate the dual mediating effects. This study analyzed the direct effects of COVID-19 fears on the mental health problems, sleep problems and preventive practices. Both mental health and sleep problems had dual mediating effects in the influence of COVID-19 fears on preventive practices. Preventive practice has shown that the mediated effects of mental health problems play a strong role in instances when COVID-19 fears increase.
