This paper proposes service layout strategy considering service characteristics by the use of benchmarking production system such as layout by P-Q chart, improvement tool, automated system, Toyota production system and lean production system. This paper represents operation methodology of statistical process control using control chart for service performance outcomes.

The integrated environmental permit system is currently in operation online. It carries out various functions of postmanagement such as the submission of annual reports containing operations management data onto integrated management workplaces, the operation and management of emission facilities and prevention facilities, and the disclosure of information on the integrated permission. On the other hand, the integrated environmental permit system needs to perform various roles in order to stably manage and smoothly perform the permitting work. It is necessary to utilize this system to establish policies by using diverse operations management data onto integrated management workplaces collected in the integrated environmental permit system. This system can also play a role in improving the post-management system and user convenience after the permission review and approval processes. The integrated environmental permit system can be effectively used to set up the BAT-AEL because it collects all of the cross-media data and identifies the overall status of the workplace. In order to establish a post management system after the approval, it is necessary to provide performance management and performance evaluation functions as conditions of the permit after approval. In addition, a variety of support functions should be provided to enable the permission authority and the environmental expert examination agency to facilitate the review of permits. It will be necessary to provide an evaluation system and a proactive diagnostic function to determine whether permission conditions and permit emission standards will change in the future. Also, it is important to adopt an information exchange platform that can be used to collect the status data onto the workplaces; the platform can also be used as an information exchange site for technical working groups (TWG), and for collecting field experts' opinions.

This paper presents a sophisticated mixed-integer linear programming model that may help regional decision-maker to develop long term plan of solid waste management The model revises Ni-Bin Chang(1996)'s integrated waste management models to fit Korean solid waste management system We apply this model to evaluate impact of facility sharing and coordinated operation among three self-governing districts in Seoul city Our study results indicate that facility sharing and coordinated operation among districts eliminate unnecessary landfilling and facility expansion.

Currently many Traffic Management Centers(TMC) have been constructed, there are in the process of operating and propelling. Although many TMC are constructed up to now, we have no discussion about positive operation plan and no many studies. We consider that the center should foster many experts for a qualitative development. So we provides to analysis internal and external operation system of UC and to Present the solution about a problem of government subject and an adequate scale of operation system. Also we Present a drawing up plan about regular and occasional educational plan and operation manual for activating the educational system. We suggest that many TMC and government should pay attention to those issues and invest money in operation issues and researches.

As enterprises, based on the forecast of the customer's demand and collaboration with the suppliers, establish the integrated system directing supply, production, and distribution for the increase of productivity, Thus, this study intends to find the most urgent and critical factors for the improvement of the information system by externalizing factors affecting the operation of information system, suggest the process to improve the relevant functions of information system, and design the process. As a result of the analysis of the previous studies on the improvement of the information system, many studies were conducted on the improvement of ERP and SCM, yet there was no study conducted targeting about APS (Advanced Planning & Scheduling). Thus, this study chose APS as the subject for the design of the process for the improvement for the information system.

Local area festivals have grown on a scale for the past 20 years, but have suffered ups and downs. Through the trial and error of the festival operation, problems such as prediction of the number of visitors, planning of event scale, calculation and expansion of sales volume, and management of various participants in the duration were highlighted. To solve, this study designed and developed a mobile payment system and festival operation management system for local scale festivals as a platform operating system of web and app combined. The results of this study presents four basic functions. It includes ticketing management, attendance identification and entrance control, charge of festival currency and use of payments, real-time provision and management of related information, and performance reporting for each role. It was applied to local festivals in practice as to enable local shop owners to participate in advertisements or sponsorships and confirmed their contribution to local commercial market and the revitalization of festivals through this system.

The purpose of this study is to enhance efficiency of menu management of information system on the institutional restaurant according to the academic background, working career, and times of meal serving. The questionnaires were distributed to 120 units. A total of 116 questionnaires were usable. First, result that is significant to menu management factor at meals manager's work career and food information system operation analyzed that is. Second, analyzed that difference of meals subdivision meal number is not significant to menu management factor at food information system operation. Third, manager's attainments in scholarship which operate food information system analyzed that practical use degree is significant to menu management factor at food information system operation.

This study derives the critical success factors through discussion of expert group in operation stage of ERP system that is suggested by the prior study. Relative importance of the derived critical success factors are analyzed using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). In the first layer of the hierarchy, organizational/ human resource factors are appeared to be the most important factors. In the second layer of the hierarchy, CEO support is evaluated as the most important success factor considering the weight of the 1st layer of the hierarchy followed by process optimization, change management, support of the operation department, and maintenance of process innovation organization. This study suggests that, in order to maximize the introducing effect, continuous support and attention of management is not the only requirement. Proper change management to handle the internal environment change caused by the introduction of the ERP system, support of operation department dedicated to ERP system, and separate department for continuous innovation of process are also required.

Efficient recovery assistance for individual households is one of the inevitable issues in management after a disaster. Discussion on how the assistance should be provided to them, however, has been put aside whereas amount or contents of it have been disputed every time a disaster happens. Public support system in a time of disaster in Japan is very complicated because many laws are related to recovery support and each law covers just a part of total recovery needs of affected household. It is difficult to see whole picture of the system for affected households. Therefore, households must have many interactions with various sections in charge of particular assistance service to know the contents of each assistance and requirements to receive it to decide combination of supports they use. It is crucial for efficient recovery assistance operation to manage those customer relations since considerable part of troubles in individual recovery came from failure in each interactions caused by lack of common understanding on each recovery process between them. In this paper, I want to introduce how support system in Japan is fragmented, a case of Anamizu town which adopted a customer-oriented framework of information management system for their assistance operation after Mar. 2007 Noto peninsula earthquake and what was learned from the case.

In these days, a scale of system is more and more complex and large. The centralized system has the operation management method to be limited in the large scale system. In this paper, we proposed ACOS(Autonomous decentralized Container terminal Operating System). It is applied to container terminal using by autonomous decentralized system which can solve the problem of the centralized operation system. Also, we can defined a function of the ACOS's sub-system and showed a flowchart on operation method for the ACOS.
