Synthesis of 18F-labeled 2-cyanobenzothiazole derivative for efficient radiolabeling of N-terminal cysteine-bearing biomolecules

  • This article provides an efficient 18F-labeling protocol based on a rapid condensation reaction between 2-cyanobenzothiazole (CBT) and N-terminal cysteine-containing biomolecules. The 18F-labeled CBT (18F-1) was prepared by radiofluorination of the tosylated precursor 4 with 18-crown-6/K+/[18F]F- complex. Using the purified 18F-1, 18F-labeled peptide (18F-7) and protein (18F-8) could be synthesized efficiently under mild conditions. This strategy would provide a convenient approach for rapid and site-specific 18F-labeling of various peptides and proteins for in vivo imaging and biomedical applications.

STRONG CONVERGENCE OF COMPOSITE ITERATIVE METHODS FOR NONEXPANSIVE MAPPINGS

  • Let E be a reflexive Banach space with a weakly sequentially continuous duality mapping, C be a nonempty closed convex subset of E, f : C $\rightarrow$C a contractive mapping (or a weakly contractive mapping), and T : C $\rightarrow$ C a nonexpansive mapping with the fixed point set F(T) ${\neq}{\emptyset}$. Let {$x_n$} be generated by a new composite iterative scheme: $y_n={\lambda}_nf(x_n)+(1-{\lambda}_n)Tx_n$, $x_{n+1}=(1-{\beta}_n)y_n+{\beta}_nTy_n$, ($n{\geq}0$). It is proved that {$x_n$} converges strongly to a point in F(T), which is a solution of certain variational inequality provided the sequence {$\lambda_n$} $\subset$ (0, 1) satisfies $lim_{n{\rightarrow}{\infty}}{\lambda}_n$ = 0 and $\sum_{n=0}^{\infty}{\lambda}_n={\infty}$, {$\beta_n$} $\subset$ [0, a) for some 0 < a < 1 and the sequence {$x_n$} is asymptotically regular.

ON SEMI-ARMENDARIZ MATRIX RINGS

  • Given a positive integer n, a ring R is said to be n-semi-Armendariz if whenever $f^n=0$ for a polynomial f in one indeterminate over R, then the product (possibly with repetitions) of any n coefficients of f is equal to zero. A ring R is said to be semi-Armendariz if R is n-semi-Armendariz for every positive integer n. Semi-Armendariz rings are a generalization of Armendariz rings. We characterize when certain important matrix rings are n-semi-Armendariz, generalizing some results of Jeon, Lee and Ryu from their paper (J. Korean Math. Soc. 47 (2010), 719-733), and we answer a problem left open in that paper.

  • The Odd-Even graceful labeling of a graph G with $q$ edges means that there is an injection $f:V (G)$ to $\{1,3,5,{\cdots},2q+1\}$ such that, when each edge $uv$ is assigned the label ${\mid}f(u)-f(v){\mid}$, the resulting edge labels are $\{2,4,6,{\cdots},2q\}$. A graph which admits an odd-even graceful labeling is called an odd-even graceful graph. In this paper, we prove that some well known graphs namely $P_n$, $P_n^+$, $K_{1,n}$, $K_{1,2,n}$, $K_{m,n}$, $B_{m,n}$ are Odd-Even graceful.

  • Let $\{{\beta}(n)\}^{\infty}_{n=0}$ be a sequence of positive numbers such that ${\beta}(0)=1$. We consider the space $H^2({\beta})$ of all power series $f(z)=^{Po}_{n=0}{\hat{f}}(n)z^n$ such that $^{Po}_{n=0}{\mid}{\hat{f}}(n){\mid}^2{\beta}(n)^2<{\infty}$. We link the ideas of subspaces of $H^2({\beta})$ and zero sets. We give some sufficient conditions for a vector in $H^2({\beta})$ to be cyclic for the multiplication operator $M_z$. Also we characterize the commutant of some multiplication operators acting on $H^2({\beta})$.

HOLOMORPHIC FUNCTIONS AND THE BB-PROPERTY ON PRODUCT SPACES

  • In [25] Taskinen shows that if $\{E_n\}_n\;and\;\{F_n\}_n$ are two sequences of Frechet spaces such that ($E_m,\;F_n$) has the BB-property for all m and n then (${\Pi}_m\;E_m,\;{\Pi}_n\;F_n$) also has the ΒΒ-property. Here we investigate when this result extends to (i) arbitrary products of Frechet spaces, (ii) countable products of DFN spaces, (iii) countable direct sums of Frechet nuclear spaces. We also look at topologies properties of ($H(U),\;\tau$) for U balanced open in a product of Frechet spaces and $\tau\;=\;{\tau}_o,\;{\tau}_{\omega}\;or\;{\tau}_{\delta}$.

  • For a pointed space X, the subgroups of self-homotopy equivalences $Aut_{\sharp}_N(X)$, $Aut_{\Omega}(X)$, $Aut_*(X)$ and $Aut_{\Sigma}(X)$ are considered, where $Aut_{\sharp}_N(X)$ is the group of all self-homotopy classes f of X such that $f_{\sharp}=id\;:\;{\pi_i}(X){\rightarrow}{\pi_i}(X)$ for all $i{\leq}N{\leq}{\infty}$, $Aut_{\Omega}(X)$ is the group of all the above f such that ${\Omega}f=id;\;Aut_*(X)$ is the group of all self-homotopy classes g of X such that $g_*=id\;:\;H_i(X){\rightarrow}H_i(X)$ for all $i{\leq}{\infty}$, $Aut_{\Sigma}(X)$ is the group of all the above g such that ${\Sigma}g=id$. We will prove that $Aut_{\Omega}(X_1{\times}\cdots{\times}X_n)$ has two factorizations similar to those of $Aut_{\sharp}_N(X_1{\times}\cdots{\times}\;X_n)$ in reference [10], and that $Aut_{\Sigma}(X_1{\vee}\cdots{\vee}X_n)$, $Aut_*(X_1{\vee}\cdots{\vee}X_n)$ also have factorizations being dual to the former two cases respectively.

  • In this study, we investigated the electromagnetic Properties of M $n_{Y}$Z $n_{1-x}$ F $e_{x}$ $O_4$(X=0.67~0.69, Y=0.13~0.19) doped with and without H $o_2$ $O_3$(each of 0.05~ 0.2wt%, step 0.05wt%). The greatest initial permeability of composition is M $n_{0.17}$Z $n_{0.16}$F $e_{0.67}$ $O_4$. As X and Y components, increased. generally resistivity slightly change by the various X and Y components. The initial permeability of M $n_{0.17}$Z $n_{0.16}$F $e_{0.67}$ $O_4$ doped with H $o_2$ $O_3$ showed the about 2.5 times higher than that of M $n_{0.17}$Z $n_{0.16}$F $e_{0.67}$ $O_4$ doped without H $o_2$ $O_3$EX>EX>EX>X>>EX>EX>EX>X>

HOMOTOPY PROPERTIES OF map(ΣnℂP2, Sm)

  • For given spaces X and Y, let map(X, Y) and map*(X, Y) be the unbased and based mapping spaces from X to Y, equipped with compact-open topology respectively. Then let map(X, Y ; f) and map*(X, Y ; g) be the path component of map(X, Y) containing f and map*(X, Y) containing g, respectively. In this paper, we compute cohomotopy groups of suspended complex plane πn+mnℂP2) for m = 6, 7. Using these results, we classify path components of the spaces map(ΣnℂP2, Sm) up to homotopy equivalence. We also determine the generalized Gottlieb groups Gn(ℂP2, Sm). Finally, we compute homotopy groups of mapping spaces map(ΣnℂP2, Sm; f) for all generators [f] of [ΣnℂP2, Sm], and Gottlieb groups of mapping components containing constant map map(ΣnℂP2, Sm; *).

미생물을 이용한 원유 및 원유제품의 분해 특성

  • 토양으로부터 2종류 그리고 해양으로부터 1종류의 원유 분해 미생물을 분리하였고, 이들을 strain A132, strain F722 그리고 strain OM1으로 각각 명명하였다. 이들 미생물은 Acinetobacter sp., Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter calcoaceticus로 각각 동정되었다. Strain A132. F722의 최적 배양 및 분해온도는 $35^{\circ}C$ 이고, 최적 생장 pH는 각각 8과 9에서 나타났다. 원유를 유일한 탄소원으로 하여 배양을 하였을 때 원유농도 2.0%(w/v)에서 생장이 높았다. 한편, 해양에서 분리된 strain OM1은 pH 7, 원유농도 3.0%(w/v)에서 생장이 높았다. 원유 분해능 조사에서는 Eleuthera (OMAN) 원유를 2.0%(w/v) 기질로 하였을 때, strain A132가 $25^{\circ}C$에서 $5.49g/\;l\;{\cdot}\;day$의 분해능을 나타내었다. 반면, L-Zakum (AFRICA) 원유에서는 strain F722가 $35^{\circ}C$에서 $1.19g/\;l\;{\cdot}\;day$의 분해능을 보였다. 등유$(nC_9-nC_{20})$와 경유$(nC_9-nC_{28})$에 대하여 분해특성을 조사한 결과 strain OM1은 배양 7일 후 95, 75%를 각각 분해하였다. Strain F722는 배양10일 후 80%의 분해율을 나타내었다.
