  • In this paper, a new class of general nonlinear variational inclusions involving H-monotone is introduced and studied in Hilbert spaces. By applying the resolvent operator associated with H-monotone, we prove the existence and uniqueness theorems of solution for the general nonlinear variational inclusion, construct an iterative algorithm for computing approximation solution of the general nonlinear variational inclusion and discuss the convergence of the iterative sequence generated by the algorithm. The results presented in this paper improve and extend many known results in recent literatures.

  • In this paper, we introduce two classes of generalized variational-like inequalities with compositely monotone multifunctions in Banach spaces. Using the KKM-Fan lemma and the Nadler's result, we prove the existence of solutions for generalized variational-like inequalities with compositely relaxed ${\eta}-{\alpha}$ monotone multifunctions in reflexive Banach spaces. On the other hand we also derive the solvability of generalized variational-like inequalities with compositely relaxed ${\eta}-{\alpha}$ semimonotone multi functions in arbitrary Banach spaces by virtue of the Kakutani-Fan-Glicksberg fixed-point theorem. The results presented in this paper extend and improve some earlier and recent results in the literature.

  • The purpose of this paper is to present an operator method of regularization for the problem of finding a solution of a system of nonlinear ill-posed equations with a monotone hemicontinuous mapping and N inverse-strongly monotone mappings in Banach spaces. A regularization parameter choice is given and convergence rate of the regularized solutions is estimated. We also give the convergence and convergence rate for regularized solutions in connection with the finite-dimensional approximation. An iterative regularization method of zero order in a real Hilbert space and two examples of numerical expressions are also given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

  • In this paper, to include more generalized cases, the authors present a modified concept for the tripled and quadruple fixed point of the mixed monotone mappings. Also, they investigate the existence and uniqueness of fixed point of the ordered monotone operator with the Matkowski contractive conditions in the partial ordered metric spaces. As the direct consequences, the existence of coupled fixed point, tripled fixed point and quadruple fixed point are explored at the common framework and some previous results in [T. G. Bhaskar and V. Lakshmikan-tham, Fixed point theory in partially ordered metric spaces and applications, Nonlinear Anal. 65 (2006), 1379-1393; V. Berinde and M. Borcut, Tripled fixed point theorems for contractive type mappings in partially ordered metric spaces, Nonlinear Anal. 74 (2011), no. 15, 4889-4897; E. Karapinar and N. V. Luong, Quadruple fixed point theorems for nonlinear contractions, Computers and Mathematics with Applications (2012), doi:10.1016/j.camwa.2012.02061] are improved. Finally, some fixed point theorems are proved.

  • In this paper, we introduce a new class of completely generalized strongly nonlinear quasivariational inequalities and establish its equivalence with a class of fixed point problems by using the resolvent operator technique. Utilizing this equivalence, we develop a three-step iterative scheme with errors, obtain a few existence theorems of solutions for the completely generalized non-linear strongly quasivariational inequality involving relaxed monotone, relaxed Lipschitz, strongly monotone and generalized pseudocontractive mappings and prove some convergence and stability results of the sequence generated by the three-step iterative scheme with errors. Our results include several previously known results as special cases.

  • The purpose of this paper is to prove strong convergence theorems for finding a common element of the set of fixed points of a weak relatively nonexpansive mapping and the set of solutions of the variational inequality for an inverse-strongly-monotone mapping by a new hybrid method in a Banach space. We shall give an example which is weak relatively nonexpansive mapping but not relatively nonexpansive mapping in Banach space $l^2$. Our results improve and extend the corresponding results announced by Ying Liu[Ying Liu, Strong convergence theorem for relatively nonexpansive mapping and inverse-strongly-monotone mapping in a Banach space, Appl. Math. Mech. -Engl. Ed. 30(7)(2009), 925-932] and some others.

  • This paper is concerned with the existence of monotone positive solutions for a class of nonlinear third-order three-point boundary value problem. By applying iterative techniques, we not only obtain the existence of monotone positive solutions, but also establish iterative schemes for approximating the solutions. An example is also included to illustrate the importance of the results obtained.

  • The purpose of this paper is to prove strong convergence theorems for common fixed points of two families of weak relatively nonexpansive mappings and a family of equilibrium problems by a new monotone hybrid method in Banach spaces. Because the hybrid method presented in this paper is monotone, so that the method of the proof is different from the original one. We shall give an example which is weak relatively nonexpansive mapping but not relatively nonexpansive mapping in Banach space $l^2$. Our results improve and extend the corresponding results announced in [W. Takahashi and K. Zembayashi, Strong convergence theorem by a new hybrid method for equilibrium problems and relatively nonexpansive mappings, Fixed Point Theory Appl. (2008), Article ID 528476, 11 pages; doi:10.1155/2008/528476] and [Y. Su, Z. Wang, and H. • In this paper, we prove some existence results of solutions for a new class of generalized bi-quasi-variational-like inequalities (GBQVLI) for (${\eta}-h$)-quasi-pseudo-monotone type I and strongly (${\eta}-h$)-quasi-pseudo-monotone type I operators defined on non-compact sets in locally convex Hausdorff topological vector spaces. To obtain our results on GBQVLI for (${\eta}-h$)-quasi-pseudo-monotone type I and strongly (${\eta}-h$)-quasi-pseudo-monotone type I operators, we use Chowdhury and Tan's generalized version of Ky Fan's minimax inequality as the main tool.

  • In this paper, we introduce a new iterative sequence finding a common element of the set of fixed points of a nonexpansive mapping and the set of solutions of the variational inequality for an inverse-strongly-monotone mapping in a Banach space. Then we show that the sequence converges strongly to a common element of two sets. Using this result, we consider the problem of finding a common element of the set of fixed points of a nonexpansive mapping and the set of zeros of an inverse-strongly-monotone mapping, the fixed point problem and the classical variational inequality problem. Our results improve and extend the corresponding results announced by many others.
