In this paper, we introduce a framework of (${\alpha},{\beta}$)-flows on triangulated manifolds with two and three dimensions, which unifies several discrete curvature flows previously defined in the literature.

In this paper, by using the notion of ${\rho}$-(p,r)-invexity assumptions on the functions involved, optimality conditions and duality results (Mond-Weir, Wolfe and mixed type) are established on differentiable manifolds. Counterexample is constructed to justify that our investigations are more general than the existing work available in the literature.

The purpose of this paper is to give a necessary and sufficient condition for a smooth manifold to admit a Lorentzian metric. As an application of this result, on Lorentzian manifolds we have shown that the existence of a 1-dimensional distribution is equivalent to the existence of a non-vanishing vector field.

In this paper we characterize semiconformally flat spacetimes and a spacetime with harmonic semiconformal curvature tensor. At first in a semiconformally flat perfect fluid spacetime we obtain a state equation and prove that in particular for dimension n = 4, the spacetime represents a model for incoherent radiation. Next we prove that perfect fluid spacetime with harmonic semiconformal curvature tensor is of Petrov type I, D or O and the spacetime is a GRW spacetime. As a consequence we obtain several corollaries.

The object of the present paper is to study the properties of conharmonically flat (LCS)_n-manifold, special weakly Ricci symmetric and generalized Ricci recurrent (LCS)_n-manifold. The existence of such a manifold is ensured by non-trivial example.

We find the characterizations of the curvatures of Legendre curves and magnetic curves in Kenmotsu manifolds with C-parallel and C-proper mean curvature vector fields in the tangent and normal bundles. Finally, an illustrative example is presented.

In this paper, we introduce and study two new classes of lightlike submersions, called radical transversal and transversal lightlike submersions between an indefinite Sasakian manifold and a lightlike manifold. We give examples and investigate the geometry of distributions involved in the definitions of these lightlike submersions. We also study radical transversal and transversal lightlike submersions from an indefinite Sasakian manifold onto a lightlike manifold with totally contact umbilical fibers.
