This study aimed to identify the parenting competence and parenting stress of nurses in general hospital with preschool children, and to identify convergent factors affecting career commitment. A cross-sectional design was used with a convenience sample of 214 nurses from seven general hospitals. Data were collected through self-evaluation questionnaires from August 10 to August 31, 2016 and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and structural modelling using the SPSS WIN 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 computer programs. Parenting stress had a full mediating effect on the influence of parenting competency on career commitment. It is expected to be used as a basic data for improving career commitment of nurses in general hospitals with preschool children, and further studies on factors affecting career commitment, including job-related characteristics, along with parenting-related factors, will be needed.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the mediating effects of parental academic expectations and adolescent's optimism in the influence of perceived parental attachment on learning flow. The subjects of this study were 184 middle and high school students in Seoul. The results of this study are as follows. First, academic expectation and optimism showed significant full mediation effects on the relationship between parent attachment and learning flow. Second, there was no statistically significant difference in the difference between the indirect effects of academic expectation and optimism by the bootstrapping method. Based on the results of this study, it was found that the healthy attachment relationship with the parents increases the parent's supportive expectancy, improves the optimism for the youth, and improves the learning commitment for effective learning. Finally, we discussed the role and expectations of parents and adolescents in promoting the learning commitment of adolescents.

This study is prepared to provide fundamental data for constructing learning system to reinforce learning facilitation and improve learning effect for adult college students by testing the medium effect of learning motivation in the relation of social support, service quality of university education, and learning engagement. For this objective, A survey was conducted with 573 adult college students attending 2-to-3-year colleges and universities located in Daegu metropolitan City and Gyeongsangbuk-do. The analyzed research results are as follows. First, learning motivation had partial medium effect in the relation of social support and learning engagement. Second, learning motivation seemed to have complete medium effect in the relation of service quality of university education and learning engagement. The above research results suggest that continuous development and efforts are needed to establish various support systems and improve educational services in order to increase adult college students' immersion in learning.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of job stress of hair designers on flourishing, and to verify whether work engagement and career commitment have dual mediating effects. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 177 hair designers of various positions who are engaged in domestic B brand, and the relationships of variables was verified using statistical package SPSS 21.0 and SPSS Process Macro v. 3.3. The research model of dual mediating effect was demonstrated. First, it was confirmed that the job stress of the hair designer had a negative effect on the flourishing through the simple regression analysis. Second, job stress had a negative indirect effect on flourishing showing the dual mediating effect of work engagement and career commitment, and the direct effect of job stress of hair designers on flourishing turned out to be insignificant confirming a complete double mediating effect. These results means, job stress reduces successively job engagement, career commitment and finally harms the well-being of hair designer.

Unlike in the past, culture and the arts are now being recognized as key elements for gaining competitive advantage, changing the approach and enjoyment methods of culture and art. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of participation of culture and art activities on the performance of the executives and staff members at M Financial Company. The study resulted in four different findings. First, creative activities have a positive effect on job commitment, but appreciation activities have no statistically significant effect on job commitment. Second, although appreciation activities have a positive effect on creative behavior, it has been confirmed that creative activities have no statistically significant effect on creative behavior. Third, job commitment has a significant effect on creative behavior. Fourth, the relationship between job commitment and job performance shows that job commitment affects job performance positively; creative behavior also positively affects job performance. Finally, we examined the mediating effect between participation in culture and art activities and job performance with job commitment and creative behavior. As a result, job commitment and creative behavior are found to mediate between creative activities and job performance. However, it did not mediate between appreciation activities and job performance. On the other hand, the mediating effect of creative behavior between job commitment and job performance was partially mediated.

This study empirically examined the relationships among ethical leadership, supervisor identification(SI), affective commitment(AC), and unethical pro-supervisor behavior(UPSB) based on social learning theory and social exchange theory. The data were collected by conducting a survey of 339 workers and analyzed using SPSS25 and SPSS Process Macro (v3.5). The results were as follows. First, ethical leadership directly negatively influences UPSB. Ethical leadership indirectly positively influences UPSB mediated by SI. Second, ethical leadership, completely mediated by AC, indirectly positively influences UPSB. Third, ethical leadership has an indirect positive effect on AC mediated by SI. This study showed how ethical leadership works in organizations through social learning theory and social exchange theory. Also, it suggested implications on how to use ethical leadership in field.

Previous studies have studied short videos, short form content, snack culture and so on, but few studies have been conducted on the form of summary content that compressing and summarizing the original content. This study aims to contribute to the revitalization of the summary content market by exploring ways to enhance user satisfaction through analysis of the YouTube summary content features and the credibility of content providers that bring about flow and satisfaction of YouTube summary content users. The survey was conducted on 202 people who have watched YouTube summary contents for finding out the effects of YouTube summary contents features and content provider credibility on the details of flow. As a result, only entertainment had a significant impact on all flow details. This study is of academic significance in that it defines the features of YouTube summary contents, and has practical significance in that it suggests what direction the summary content should have in order to arouse user satisfaction in future.

MPEG Immersive Video (MIV) 표준화 기술은 다시점 영상 부호화 시 비디오 코덱의 부담을 최소화하기 위해 각 시점 영상의 차분 정보만을 표현하는 처리 기술을 바탕으로 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 시점 간 중복성 제거를 진행하는 과정인 프루닝(pruning) 과정에서 복잡도 절감을 위해 병렬처리에 용이하도록 구성되는 프루닝 클러스터 그래프에 대해 서술하고, 각 클러스터 그래프 별 구성 전략에 따른 성능 분석을 진행한다. 클러스터 그래프 내에서 중복성 제거를 진행하지 않고 완전한 정보를 보존하는 바탕 시점(basic view)의 개수가 적게 포함될수록 처리할 전체 픽셀 화소율(pixel rate)은 감소하지만, 복원 화질 역시 감소하며 프루닝 복잡도는 증가하는 경향을 보인다. 실험 결과를 통해 프루닝 클러스터 그래프 구성에 따른 트레이드오프를 탐색하고, 최적화된 그래프 구성 전략에 따라 몰입형 비디오의 효율적인 전송이 가능함을 보인다.

It has been argued that internet game overflow (IGO) causes negative effects on mental health among adolescents. Especially, suicide has been known as one of the most serious mental health problems in Korea. This study is to examine the effect of IGO on suicidal ideation among adolescents, and to examine the relationship among IGO, depressive mood, and suicidal ideation by analyzing the mediating effect of depressive mood in the relationship between IGO and suicidal ideation. For this purpose, we analyzed the 2012 dataset from the Korea Children and Youth Mental Health Promotion Study (N=8,745) by the National Youth Policy Institute. The results showed that, first, about 5.6% of adolescents were included in the risky group depending on the criteria of the measurement. Second, IGO has a statistically significant effect on suicide ideation when considering the two variables only. Third, however, as depressive mood was found to have a complete mediating effect in the relationship between IGO and suicidal ideation, IGO increases suicidal ideation by increasing depressive mood. As policy and practice implications, the necessity of intervention to reduce IGO and mental health problems among adolescents was discussed.

This study is about self-leadership, which is leadership that we exercise over ourselves. In this study, I analyzed the effects of self-leadership on students' focusing on their goal commitments and self-efficacy's role as link between self-leadership and students' focusing on their goal commitments. In order to accomplish research purposes, I conducted a survey of 300 University students in Busan and carry out empirical study of 276 University students. As a result of analysis, I draw conclusions as follows. First, Hypothesis1 is adopted because the research results show that self-leadership has positive effects on students' focusing their goal commitments. Second, Hypothesis2 is adopted because the research results show that self-leadership has positive effects on students' self-efficacy. Third, Hypothesis3 is adopted because the research results show that self-efficacy has positive effects on student's focusing on their goal commitments. Forth, I conducted Mediating regression to see if self-efficacy plays a mediator role between self-leadership and student's focusing on their commitments. And the results show that behavior-focused strategies, constructive thought pattern strategies and natural reward strategies have perfect mediating effects. This study shows the importance of building self-leadership for young generations to be effective leaders of themselves.
