The purpose of this study was to identify the teachers' competency for the NCS-based microprocessor course in the 'electronic,' and analyzed the relative importance among vocational teachers' competencies. Findings were (1) the teaching competencies for the microprocessor course consists of 8 major factors and 22 sub-factors, and (2) the AHP gained the result of the relative importance of the teaching competencies. In conclusion, the programming was identified as the most critical competency, suggested a guidelines for Microprocessor course to use in vocational schools.

Competency means 'the ability to do something', and competency-based education means 'the process of education based on the concept of competency'. Competency-based education is generally implemented in general education. However, competency-based education has not yet been actively conducted in the field of Christian education. In particular, it has not been established academically on what competencies Christian alternative schools provide in common. Most of the previous studies related to competency-based education in Christian education are related to competency-based education conducted by Christian universities. Research related to competency in Christian alternative schools is mainly related to the professionalism of teachers or the ideology of Christian alternative schools. In other words, there are few specific studies on what kind of competency they provide to students attending Christian alternative schools. Therefore, this study aims to understand the reality of competency-based education conducted by Christian alternative schools using Delphi analysis techniques. Through this study, four goals and 20 competency elements of competency education pursued by Christian alternative schools were found. By categorizing the goals and elements of competency education, it can be divided into relationships with God, relationships with oneself, and relationships with others and the world. In conclusion, it was suggested that Christian alternative schools should provide education that pursues the universal purpose of Christian education based on specificity and reflect the goals and elements of competency education in the curriculum.

4차산업 이래 급변하는 산업환경과 경기악화로 인해 청년실업율이 지속적 사회문제로 부상하고 있으며, 산업구조 변화로 사회에서 요구하는 진로역량에 영향도 변화하고 있다. 이에 일자리창출의 새로운 동력원으로 창업에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있는데다 대학 창업교육은 양적 성장세를 이어 왔고, 더불어 주요 창업지원성과라 볼 수 있는 창업자수·고용인원수·매출액 성과도 상승세를 보이고 있다. 그러나 대학 창업교육이 어떠한 질적 성장을 이루고 있는지에 대해서는 의견이 분분할 것이다. 창업교육은 주로 국내 교육 및 해외교육 현황이나 일부 역량관점으로 대학 창업교육을 다루는 선행연구가 있으나 아직 역량관점에서의 창업교육에 대한 연구는 도입단계로 다양한 시도가 이루어 지고 있다. 대학에서는 실질적인 창업지원 성과가 증가하고 있음에도 창업교육과의 관계를 밝히는 연구 또한 충분치 않은 상황이다. 이러한 점들을 반영한다면 사회 변화와 요구에 따라 창업교육의 양적성장에 이은 질적 고도화를 위한 다각적 연구가 필요한 시점이라 할 수 있겠다. 창업교육의 질적 측면에서 살펴보자면 유럽에서는 수년간 광범위한 연구를 통해 기업가정신역량을 국민의 전생애역량으로 인식하고 평생교육에 적용해 오고 있는 반면, 국내에서는 대학 별로 3~5단계 내외의 교육체계를 세우고 창의성을 높이기 위한 디자인씽킹이나 캡스톤디자인식 등의 창업교과목과 같은 시도가 증가하고 있다. 기업가정신에 대한 교육도 다소 증가하고는 있으나 주로 창업스킬 중심의 교육으로 편중되는 현상을 보이고 있다. 대학은 창업교육을 통해 사업가도 중요하지만 무엇보다 기업가를 육성해야 하는 기관이다. 그러므로 대학별 특성에 따른 교육체계의 다양성에 더하여 이제는 국내 대학 창업교육의 체계성을 높이기 위한 통합적인 접근 또한 필요한 시점이라 본다. 이에 본 연구에서는 역량관점으로 창업교육 현황을 파악하고 실질적인 창업지원성과 간 관계를 밝혀 창업교육 고도화를 위한 방향성을 제시하고자 한다. 기업가정신역량(Entrepreneurship Competence) 개념을 기반으로 4년제 창업선도대학의 역량별 창업교육 현황을 파악하고, 대학정보공시자료를 활용하여 기업가정신역량기반 창업교육과 지원성과 간 연관성을 밝혀 지원체계 개선방안을 제안한다. 이러한 연구결과는 창업교육 지원체계를 고도화 함에 더하여 대학에서의 기업가정신역량기반 창업교육을 통하여 대학생의 기업가정신역량을 제고시킴으로써 실질적인 창업지원성과를 높이고, 사회의 한 구성원으로써 사명감을 가지는 바람직한 기업가를 발굴하고 육성함에 있어 좀 더 명확한 방향성을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study examined performance-related competencies for vocational training teachers and development process of Competency-Based Curriculum(CBC). Based on literature review of competencies, education and training of vocational training teachers, we developed competency modeling integrating job analysis, Behavioral Event Interview for vocational training teachers and Competency Dictionary and analyzed validity of competency modeling and competency need and proposed education and training program across competencies and training module. Finally we proposed necessary operating and management methods to effectively develop competencies for vocational training teachers using CBC.

The aim of this study was to develop a list of nursing competency for nurses' continuing education, and to propose a competency-based continuing education system according to nurses' clinical ladder. The definition of nursing competency was extracted by analyzing 10 studies. Also, the knowledge base of each nursing competency was confirmed through Carper and Chinn & Kramer's research. Nurses' clinical ladder and preliminary items of nursing competency behavior indicators were verified by seven experts for content validity. The results of this study were as follows; Nursing competencies were defined as 'evidence-based patient care', 'education and counseling', 'nursing management and leadership', 'law and ethics', 'professional value and development', 'research and policy development'. In addition, the validity of the 4 stages of clinical ladder and the 24 indicators of nursing competency were confirmed by experts. These findings suggest that the competency-based continuing education system according to the clinical ladder will be utilized as an effective human resource development strategy for improving the professionalism of nurses.

본 논문에서는 창의융합적 아이디어가 세상을 바꾸는 4차 산업혁명시대를 대비하기 위해 경찰·경비분야에 요구되는 핵심역량을 도출하고 진단도구를 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위해 K시 소재 대학의 경찰·경비관련 학과에 재학중인 66명을 연구대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 경찰·경비분야의 직무, 과업, 역할을 수행하는 데 필요한 법집행, 상황대응, 정보수집, 지휘통솔 등 직무영역에서 9개의 전공능력이 미래사회에 대비하기 위해 전공자들에게 우선적으로 요구되는 핵심역량으로 도출되었다. 이러한 결과는 역량기반 전공 교육과정 개선과 교육성과 관리를 위한 자료로 활용이 가능하다. 또한 개인의 전공능력 수준을 진단하여 역량 증진 프로그램을 실시할 수 있으며, 역량기반 교육과정에 대한 성과확산과 각종 비교과 교육프로그램 지원과 선정을 위한 교육성과 지표로도 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the extent of possession of competence to organize and operate NCS-based curriculum among vocational teachers in specialized vocational high schools, their educational needs and demands. To this end, the questionnaire was used as a research tool. The draft of questionnaires was developed based on the element of competence to organize and operate NCS-based curriculums, and was modified, supplemented through review of four experts in the field of vocational education. The questionnaire survey was done by distributing questionnaires (online) among total 71 vocational high schools located at Gyeonggi-do and collecting 433 questionnaires and then analyzing 340. The findings were as follows. First, whole average of the extent of possession of competence to organize and operate NCS-based curriculums was 3.63. Seen by the average of each area, 'analysis of needs and environment' was 3.59, curriculum organization 3.54, its operation 3.74 and its assessment and feedback 3.57. Second, educational needs for competence to organize and operate NCS-based curriculums of vocational teachers in specialized vocational high schools was 1.47.

해상교통관제사의 역량기반 교육훈련의 실시를 위해 개인의 역량을 파악하고 조직이 요구하는 수준에 대하여 개인에게 필요한 맞춤형 교육을 실시하는 것은 해상교통안전을 증진시키고 조직 내 전략적 인적자원관리를 위해 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 신임 해상교통관제사의 역량기반 교육훈련 과정 개발을 위한 기초연구로서 국가직무능력표준(NCS, National Conpetency Standards)과 IALA 권고서 V-103/1에서 제시된 해상교통관제사의 직무역량을 통합하여 하나의 역량모델로 구성하고자 하였다.

NCS 기반 교육과정은 산업현장의 국가직무능력(National Competency Standards: NCS)을 고교 직업교육과정에 적용한 2015 개정 교육과정이다. 따라서 전문교과 교사는 학습자가 학습 종료시점에 NCS 수행준거를 만족하는 역량을 갖추도록 교육할 수 있는 교수역량을 필요로 한다. 이에 본 연구는, NCS 기반 교육과정 '전자' 교과의 실무과목, 학습모듈, NCS를 분석하여, 기초과목이나 실무과목으로 편성되지 않은 마이크로 프로세서 기본 역량에 대한 선수지식을 여러 영역에서 요구하고 있음을 밝혔다. 그러므로 NCS 기반 교육과정의 원활한 운영을 위해 '전자' 교과 교사는 마이크로프로세서관련 지식, 기술, 태도에 대한 교수역량을 강화할 필요가 있고, 학습모듈과 NCS는 수정 보완될 필요가 있음을 제안한다.

This study was aimed to propose a framework for the design and implementation of a competency-based curriculum for higher education institutions. For achieving the purpose, surveys were conducted with 300 companies at the southern regional area to find out core work-competencies that are needed in the work places. In addition, general education curriculum from 4 universities from the same area were analyzed and compared with the survey results to examine if the university curriculum satisfy the need of work places by providing courses that nurturing work competencies. The study found that abilities to work as a team and self-regulation are the core competencies. However, the participating universities did not provide enough courses for students to achieve the core work competencies that are mostly needed in the work places. Based on the study results, the competency based-curriculum were suggested, and the process for implementing the curriculum was discussed.
