A Study on the Decision Making Model for the Introduction of the Financial Institution's Cloud Systems (금융기관 클라우드 시스템 도입을 위한 의사결정 모델에 대한 연구)

  • It has been 10 years since the concept of cloud system has emerged. Despite the fact that the cost-effectiveness and security of cloud systems has been proven, financial companies are reluctant to adopt cloud systems. Financial institutions are reluctant to adopt the cloud system because of the strong regulation of financial authorities in relation to the leakage of customer information However, more important reason why financial institutions hesitate to introduce cloud systems is the lack of direction and standards for the introduction of cloud systems by financial institutions. This study examines the legal and institutional constraints on the introduction of cloud systems in financial institutions and suggests decision models for determining whether cloud systems can be applied and how cloud systems are configured when financial institutions construct IT systems. We hope that this research will be helpful for establishing direction of cloud system introduction of many financial institutions.

  • '채석(quarrying)'산업은 노천광산에서 광물을 캐내는 작업을 모두 포함하는 광범위한 산업을 의미한다. 1900년대에 들어오면서 채석작업에 홈연소기(channel burner)을 이용한 불꽃절개법(flame cutting)이 이용하여 근로자의 먼지 노출이 많이 감소하였다. 채석작업으로 인한 주 된 건강문제는 먼지, 소음, 진동 노출이며, 노천작업장으로 작업환경이 개방되어 있어 환경측정 및 관리가 불가능하므로 개별근로자의 먼지와 소음 노출 측정 및 예방이 중요하다. 본 연구는 미국의 일개 채석회사의 근로자 건강관리사업을 평가하였다. 연구자료는 저자가 현장 방문을 통하여 구한 자료와 연구대상 회사의 안전관리자의 의견 및 미국 산업안전보건국 전산자료를 이용하였다. 채석사업장에서 이루어지는 작업은 크게 채석작업과 실내에서 이루어지는 가공작업 및 운반과 보관이며, 미국 산업안전보건국(OSHA)의 표준산업분류(SIC)에서 1411(채석업)과 3281(채석가공업)에 해당한다<표 1>. 연구 대상 사업장에서 이루어지는 산업보건프로그램은 먼지 노출 예방을 위해 석재 채취시 물분사법(water jet quarrying)과 국소환기법을 사용하고 소음 노출 예방을 위해 귀마개를 사용하며 사고 예방을 위하여 안전모와 철모, 보안경, 안전조끼, 보호장갑, 안전끈(harness)을 착용하였다. 평가 결과로 나온 연구 대상 사업장에서 적용하여야 할 산업보건 프로그램은 첫째, 먼지 노출로 인한 건강문제를 예방하기 위하여 근로자 개별 노출 측정을 하고, 둘째 실내가공작업장의 근로자를 대상으로 한 먼지와 소음 노출 측정 및 환경측정이 필요하며, 셋째 안전관리를 위해 채석장에 안전표지판을 설치하여야 하며, 실내가공 작업장의 자동이동시스템을 작업별로 채색하여 식별을 용이하게 하여야 하겠다. 또한 이 연구 결과를 영세사업장의 산업간호프로그램인 'Clean 3D'사업에서 적용하여 우리나라 채석사업장 근로자 건강관리를 발전시켜야 하겠다.

  • As an important basic building block of the smart grid environment, smart meter provides real-time electricity consumption information to the utility. However, ensuring information security and privacy in the smart meter data aggregation process is a non-trivial task. Even though the secure data aggregation for the smart meter has been a lot of attention from both academic and industry researchers in recent years, most of these studies are not secure against internal attackers or cannot provide data integrity. Besides, their computation costs are not satisfactory because the bilinear pairing operation or the hash-to-point operation is performed at the smart meter system. Recently, blockchains or distributed ledgers are an emerging technology that has drawn considerable interest from energy supply firms, startups, technology developers, financial institutions, national governments and the academic community. In particular, blockchains are identified as having the potential to bring significant benefits and innovation for the electricity consumption network. This study suggests a distributed, privacy-preserving, and simple secure smart meter data aggregation system, backed up by Blockchain technology. Smart meter data are aggregated and verified by a hierarchical Merkle tree, in which the consensus protocol is supported by the practical Byzantine fault tolerance algorithm.

  • The third industrial revolution, characterized by factory automation and informatization, are moving toward the fourth industrial revolution which is the era of superintelligence and supernetworking through rapid technology innovation. The most important resources in the fourth industrial revolution are information or data since the most of industrial and economic activities will be affected by information in the fourth industrial revolution. Therefore we can expect that more information will be utilized, shared and transfered through the networks or systems in real time than before so the significance of information management and security will also increase. As the importance of information resource management and security which is the core of the fourth industrial revolution increases, the threats on information security are also growing so security incidents such as data breeches and accidents take place more often. Various and thorough solutions are highly needed to protect information resources from security risks because information accidents or breaches seriously damage brand image and cause huge financial damage to organization. The purpose of this study is to research general trends on data breaches and accident that can be serious threat of information security. Also, we will provide resonable solutions to protect data from nine attack patterns or other risk factors after figuring out each characteristic of nin attack patterns in data breaches and accidents.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of job stress factors on Coping Strategy' turnover intention, and to analyze the moderating effects of five personality factors between each job stress factor and turnover intention. To achieve this purpose, this study surveyed users of the Seoul and Gyeonggi in based on cluster sampling method. A total of 262 samples were used for this study, except 18 erroneous samples dropped. For the data process of the questionnaire, each answer content was coded and an element analysis, credibility analysis, frequency analysis, co-relationship analysis and regression analysis were performed using the SPSS version 18.0 of Angel for Windows. Through the data analysis following the research methods above, the conclusion was acquired as follows: First, thejob stress of the security personnel affect coping behavior. Second, in the effects of Security Agents Job Stress on Coping Strategy, Five Personality Factors showed moderating effects.

Effect of the Private Security Guard Unethical work ethic on job attitude and customer service (민간경비원의 비윤리적 직업의식이 직무태도 및 고객서비스에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is to investigate the relationship of the effect of the private security guard unethical work ethic on job attitude and customer service. We extracted about 450 people examples after the Selection of the private security guard's in active service in Seoul in 2010, and totally 412 people examples were used. This study carried out factorial analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and pass analysis using SPSSWIN 16.0. The followings are conclusions. First, unethical work ethic affects on job attitude partially. Namely, tampering with work and information leaks reduce job attitude. Also, information leaks increase company's turnover rate. Second, unethical work ethic has no effect on customer service. Third, job attitude affects on customer service partially. In other words, the organizational commitment improves the quality of service but decreases the customer-centered service. Fourth, unethical work ethic has an effect on job attitude and customer service indirectly.

The Relationship of Security Organization's Social Capital and Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment (시큐리티 조직의 사회적 자본과 직무만족 및 조직몰입의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the causal relationships among social capital, job satisfaction, and organization commitment in the Korean Security Organizations. One hundred eight one questionnaires, with a 72.4% response rate from a convenient sample of 10 security organization guards, were utilized to study the relationships between research constructs. SPSS(12.0 version) were guard to analyze the unintentionality of research concepts and reliability test, and confirmatory factor analysis were performed. Factor analyses identified three internal dimensions of relational factor as superior relation. There are among results, first, the social capital is influencing to job satisfaction positively. second, the social capital is influencing to organizational commitment positively. third, the job satisfaction is influencing to organizational commitment positively.

  • This study of transformational leadership impact on followership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to investigate the relationship. Private security guards and managers that works private security firms located in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Incheon in 2011 were set as a population and purposive sampling method to extract the sample by 880 people, but final samples of 790 people were drawn from the results. This study SPSSWIN 16.0 using factor analysis, reliability analysis, Pearson's Correlation Analysis, multiple regression analysis, path analysis was carried out. In addition, this study is to investigate the influence of transforming leadership with followership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The results are as follows. First, transforming leadership affects followership. Second, transforming leadership affects job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Third, followership affects partially In other words, behavioral tendencies increases job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Thinking tendencies is also job satisfaction and organizational commitment does not affect.

An Automatically Extracting Formal Information from Unstructured Security Intelligence Report (비정형 Security Intelligence Report의 정형 정보 자동 추출)

  • In order to predict and respond to cyber attacks, a number of security companies quickly identify the methods, types and characteristics of attack techniques and are publishing Security Intelligence Reports(SIRs) on them. However, the SIRs distributed by each company are huge and unstructured. In this paper, we propose a framework that uses five analytic techniques to formulate a report and extract key information in order to reduce the time required to extract information on large unstructured SIRs efficiently. Since the SIRs data do not have the correct answer label, we propose four analysis techniques, Keyword Extraction, Topic Modeling, Summarization, and Document Similarity, through Unsupervised Learning. Finally, has built the data to extract threat information from SIRs, analysis applies to the Named Entity Recognition (NER) technology to recognize the words belonging to the IP, Domain/URL, Hash, Malware and determine if the word belongs to which type We propose a framework that applies a total of five analysis techniques, including technology.
