This study was to investigate the relationship and impact the job autonomy, teaching creativity and play support competency of early childhood teachers. As the research subjects, 252 early childhood teachers in G City were randomly sampled, and a questionnaire survey was conducted. The collected data were subjected to Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis through the SPSS 21.0 program. The results of this study showed a positive correlation between job autonomy, teaching creativity and play support competency of early childhood teachers, and job autonomy affect teaching creativity and play support competency. The results of this study are expected to reveal the impact of job autonomy on teaching creativity and play support competency, providing basic data for creating an environment to guarantee and the development of job training programs for early childhood teachers.
In this study, we examined classroom interaction to explore the relationships among teacher questions, turn-taking patterns, and student talks in mathematics classrooms. We analyzed lessons given by three elementary teachers (two first-grade teachers and one second-grade teacher) who worked in the same school using a conversation-analytic approach. We observed individual classrooms three times in a year. The results revealed that when teachers provided open-ended questions, such as "why and how" questions and "agree and disagree" questions, and used a non-IRE pattern (teacher initiation-student response-teacher feedback; Mehan, 1979), students more actively engaged in classroom discourse by justifying their ideas and refuting others' thinking. Conversely, when teachers provided closed-ended questions, such as "what" questions, and used an IRE pattern, students tended to give short answers focusing on only one point. The findings suggested teachers should use open-ended questions and non-IRE turn-taking patterns to create an effective math-talk learning community. In addition, school administrators and mathematics educators should support teachers to acquire practical knowledge regarding this approach.

Methods: In this study, 169 Infant teachers of childcare centers have participated, where are located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do Areas. The data was analyzed by using t-test and one way ANOVA to confirm the differences among groups, and also correlations analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed to analyze the interrelationship between variables and their effects. Results: Study outcome according to study subjects is as follows. First, we found a statistically meaningful difference in marital status and career by the differences of childcare efficacy depending on demographic and sociological characteristics of infant teachers. Second, childcare efficacy of infant teachers showed the most evident correlationship with co-workers support followed by the director's support. Third, the data also revealed that childcare efficacy of infant teachers was influenced by co-workers' support, their careers, marital status and their directors' support in order. Conclusion/Implications: In conclusion, higher levels of childcare efficacy were shown by the experienced and married early childhood teachers and the emotional support of co-workers has the greatest influence on their childcare efficacy.

Data were analyzed through frequencies, Pearson's correlations, and the stepwise regression analyses using PASW 18.0. The findings are as follows. First, the result showed that teachers in ECEC were most likely to be satisfied with their job characteristics most among the 4 subcategories in job satisfaction. They also perceived their the ability of discipline high for teacher efficacy, and used the direct coping strategy most as a stress coping strategy. Second, the teachers' ability to create a positive learning atmosphere affected job characteristics, the ability to participate in decision-making affected the relationship with director and colleagues, working environment, welfare and salary the most. This study examined the effects of teacher job stress and emotional intelligence on the turnover intent and job satisfaction. To this end, an early childhood teacher survey of 220 people using SPSS 9.0 data processing, analysis, and the independent variables were used to predict the dependent variable. Simple regression analysis and regression analysis of a follow-up examination were then performed. In the first study, the early childhood teachers' turnover intention due to job stress and job satisfaction revealed job stress to be a significant factor. The children's lack of leadership and administrative support work overload factors contributed to causes of stress. The turnover intention appeared to affect the mind. Second, early childhood teachers job satisfaction, job stress and turnover intention were affected by attempts to mediate the influence of job stress. Therefore, mediation plays a significant role. These results show that infant teacher duties affect the turnover intention and job satisfaction.
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between calling, value of work, psychological ownership, and organizational citizenship behavior for 586 teachers. As a result of the study, calling did not have a significant effect on psychological ownership and organizational citizenship behavior. And value of work had a significant positive effect on psychological ownership and organizational citizenship behavior, and psychological ownership had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. So psychological ownership had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between value of work and organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, organizational citizenship behavior is reinforced when a value of work value and psychological ownership increase.

The purpose of this study was to investigate 1) how the middle school Home Economics teachers perceive the importance of the practical problem-focused instruction, 2) how often they perform the instruction, and 3) what they require for the implementation the instruction. Data were collected from 150 Home Economics teachers via e-mail survey and from 6 Home Economics teachers' face-to-face interviews. Descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, average, and standard deviation, and the results of such analyses as ANOVA, T-test, and correlation were reported using SPSS/win 10.1. The results of this research were as follows: First, even though the majority of the respondents recognized the high need for practical problem-focused instruction, only a small portion of the respondents reported that they performed that instruction in the classroom. There was no correlation between the perception of the need for practical problem-focused instruction and the degree of performance of practical problem-focused instruction. Secondly, the of performance of practical problem-focused instruction was significantly different depending on the years of teaching experience and the subject that the teachers majored in. Job satisfaction had positive correlations with the perception of the need for practical problem-focused instruction and the degree of performance of practical problem-focused instruction. Thirdly, the more teachers shared information and materials with colleagues, the better they tended to be at practical problem-focused instruction. On the other hand, insufficient time for their instruction and a deficiency in understanding the rationale of the instruction were pointed out as barriers to classroom practice. The respondents answered that long-term training programs on the philosophical foundation of practical problem-focused instruction, materials related to the instruction as well as additional credits for Home Economics are most critical to reduce the discrepancy between the teacher perception and the classroom practice of practical problem-focused instruction.
Subjects in this study on causal relationships among playfulness, interactive peer play, teacher-child relationships, and creative characteristics were 286 3- to 5-year-old children. Instruments were the Rating Scale for Creative Characteristic of Preschoolers (Lee et al., 2002), Children's Playfulness Scale (Bemett, 1990), Penn Interactive Peer Play Scale (Fantuzzo et al., 1995), and Student Teacher Relationship Scale (Pianta, 1991). Results showed : (1) significant relationships among social spontaneous, cognitive spontaneous and children's humor in sub-areas of children's playfulness, friendliness in sub-areas of teacher-child relationships, play interaction in sub-areas of interactive peer play and creative characteristics. (2) Children's creative characteristics directly influenced social spontaneous, cognitive spontaneous and children's humor in sub-areas of children's playfulness and of play interaction in sub-areas of interactive peer play.
