It, additionally, examines the mediating effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment between person-environment fit and turnover intention. Consequence of the analysis indicates that person-environment fit has mostly meaningful influences on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention. But person-job fit makes a meaningless impact on job satisfaction, and person-coworker fit also makes a meaningless impact on job satisfaction and turnover intention. This study was conducted to analyze the effects of person-environment fit on the job performance in the National Assembly legislative support organization. Job performance was classified into task performance, contextual performance, and adaptive performance. Impacts of each factors on the job performance were identified through structural equation model. From the results of analysis, it was confirmed that supplementary fit of officials of legislative support organization of the National Assembly had a positive effect on task performance, contextual performance, and adaptive performance. However, complementary-fit does not directly affect task performance, contextual performance, and adaptive performance. Rather complementary-fit affects job performance by the mediating role of variable self-efficacy. The implications of this study confirm that it is important to match between organization members and jobs in order to improve the job performance of civil servants in the legislative support organization. The necessity of introducing self-efficacy enhancement program into the education and training process of the legislative support organization was proposed.
This study sought to examine how internal market orientation of service organizations affects the service providers' adaptive service behavior and to determine what psychological processes go through for this purpose. To achieve this purpose, based on previous research, a research model was set up to predict that internal market orientation of service organizations will increase service providers' adaptive service behavior by continuously mediating the psychological processes of person-environment fit and work engagement. To test the hypothesis, a survey was conducted and data were collected from nutritionists at consignment catering companies located in Busan and Gyeongnam. As a result of testing the hypotheses proposed in this study's research model, internal market orientation increased person-job fit and person-organization fit, which are key elements of person-environment fit. And, it was confirmed that person-job fit and person-organization fit have a positive effect on work engagement. Additionally, work engagement improved service providers' adaptive service behavior. Lastly, this study confirmed that the influence of internal market orientation on adaptive service behavior is continuously mediated by person-environment fit and job enthusiasm.
There are expectations about future internet technology with IT development by end-users. Cloud computing is attracted to satisfy those demands. However, adoption of cloud computing is not active that much. Therefore, this study verified how cloud computing environment affects performance of team project. We conducted empirical study on performance of team project with cloud computing as technology tool focusing on Task-Technology Fit Model. We collected samples that were undergraduate and graduate school students and had experience on initial cloud computing such as Google-Docs and Webhard when they conducted team project for assignment. We focused on accessibility and reliability as task-technology fit and those variables treated as first order factor. Result showed that cloud computing is suitable technology tool for team project. This study suggests positive effects of cloud computing for collaboration by proving perceived fit and performance in initial cloud computing.

This paper showcases the study of 150 Coast Guard officers on how work environment compatibility impacts their organization and job attachment. The independent variable, work environment compatibility, is separated into three sub-variables, which are organization compatibility, job compatibility, and supervisor compatibility. The study's results show that job attachment is only influenced by job compatibility while organization attachment is influenced by all three; organization, supervisor, and job compatibility. With these results, we can make suggestions for the development of the Coast Guard organization and further research based on individual characteristics.
