본 연구는 저소득층 아동의 학교적응에 또래애착이 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고, 이들 간의 관계에서 지역아동센터 서비스 이용 경험이 매개적 역할을 하는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 지역아동센터 2기 패널 4차(2017년) 자료가 분석에 사용되었으며, IBM SPSS Statistics 20 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 또래애착(또래 신뢰)은 센터 이용 경험과 학교적응에 있어 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 또래애착과 학교적응 간의 관계에서 지역아동센터 이용 경험은 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 지역아동센터를 이용하고 있는 아동들에게 센터 교사와의 관계나 센터 경험의 도움 여부는 지역아동센터 이용에 대한 만족도를 넘어서 학교생활적응에도 영향을 미치는 중요한 경험이라는 점에서 지역아동센터 교사와 프로그램의 질적 수준을 높이기 위한 방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship pattern among the children's negative and aimless behaviors, and the variables related to teachers (characteristics, stress, efficacy, and quality of teachers' behaviors). Subjects were 190, 5 year-old children and 48 teachers at 45 child care centers. The children's negative and aimless behaviors were observed with time sampling method. The quality of teachers' interaction behaviors was rated by the Assessment Scales for Day Care Programs during the free play activities. Teachers responded to the Scale for the Teachers' Job Stress and Teachers' Efficacy. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlations, multiple regressions, and partial correlations. The results were as follows. The teachers' experience and the quality of teachers' behaviors significantly explained the children's negative behaviors. The quality of teachers' behaviors significantly explained the children's aimless behaviors. Lastly, the quality of teachers' behaviors mediated the relationship between the teachers' job stress and the children's aimless behaviors.

본 연구는 지역아동센터 청소년을 대상으로 서비스 이용경험-센터 교사와의 만족도 및 서비스 이용평가-이 공동체의식에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 센터 서비스 이용경험과 공동체 의식간의 관계에서 학교적응의 매개효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 지역아동센터 아동패널조사 2기 패널 대상자 중 2017년 전국 중학교 1학년 청소년 438명을 표본으로 하였다. 자료는 SPSS 18 프로그램을 이용하여 상관관계분석, 단계별 회귀분석 및 Sobel test를 실시하였다. 연구결과 지역아동센터 청소년들은 센터 교사와의 만족도 및 서비스 이용평가를 긍정적으로 인식할수록 공동체 의식이 높았으며, 아울러 교사 만족도 및 서비스 이용평가는 학교적응을 통해 공동체 의식에 긍정적 영향을 미침으로써 부분매개효과를 나타냈다. 이를 토대로 저소득 청소년의 공동체의식 증진을 위해 청소년과 센터 교사 간 긴밀한 관계 유지, 서비스의 질적 수준 향상, 지역아동센터와 학교체계 간 연계 프로그램 개발 및 적용의 필요성을 제안하였다.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore and analyze the way pre-service early childhood teachers think about teacher happiness through metaphor analysis. Methods: A total of 225 pre-service teachers were selected from 4-year universities in the Gyeongnam area and open questionnaires were distributed to the participants. A total of 207 out of the 225 questionnaires were selected for the study. Results: First, based on psychological well-being, positive interpersonal relationship, self-acceptance, autonomy, environmental control, and life purpose were derived. Pre-service early childhood teachers typified teacher happiness into five types: positive interpersonal relationships, self-acceptance, autonomy, environmental control, and life purpose. Second, pre-service early childhood teachers perceived teacher happiness as positive. Third, pre-service early childhood teachers perceived interpersonal relationships, self-acceptance, and purpose of life as positive, while environmental control and autonomy were perceived as negative. Conclusion/Implications: The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to improve the quality of teachers' education and to develop a program to raise positive awareness of future early childhood teachers. These study results can also be used as basic data for high quality teacher education.

본 연구는 보육교사의 건강상태, 건강행동, 보육의 질을 살펴보고 이들 변인간 관계를 알아보았다. 경기도와 서울시에 소재하는 보육시설에 근무하는 보육교사 281명을 대상으로 하였으며 자료 분석은 일원변량분석과 Pearson 적률상관계수를 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교사의 건강상태는 낮은 편이었으며 경력 3-5년미만과 30-40세미만의 건강상태가 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 건강행동도 저조한 것으로 나타났는데 5-10년미만의 경력을 지닌 보육교사와 30-40세미만의 보육교사의 정신건강행동이 가장 높게 나타났으며 3-5년미만의 경력을 지닌 보육교사의 신체건강행동이 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 보육교사가 인식하는 보육의 질과 보육교사의 건강상태와 건강행동의 하위영역인 정신건강행동과 신체건강행동간 유의한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다.

Purpose. Infant oral health care forms the basis of lifelong health, and the role of child care teachers in contributing to the quality level in the formation of correct habits at this time throughout the infant's health care and education is very important. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the perceived oral health status of nursery teachers and the necessity of oral health education, and to emphasize that the oral health of teachers is closely related to the oral health of infants and young children. Methods. This study was conducted from May to June 2018 by surveying private nursery teachers in some parts of Gyeongsangbuk-do province by using the self-entry method. The research tools consisted of the general characteristics of subjects, subjective oral health status, oral health practice, oral health education awareness, and oral health education needs. We used shceffe as a post hoc test to compare the differences between groups after frequency analysis, independent t-test, and one-way ANOVA analysis. The linear regression analysis was conducted to determine the relationship between perceived oral health status, oral health practice and awareness, and oral health education needs. The statistical level was .05. Results. According to the results of this study, the oral health related practice according to the demographic characteristics is at the final education level, and the oral health related awareness is age, marital status and oral health education needs. The results showed statistically significant differences in final educational attainment and cohabitation. Regarding the relationship between perceived oral health status, oral health related practice and awareness, and oral health education needs There were significant differences in oral health practice(β =.329) and oral health education needs (β =.158). Conclusion. Based on the above results, the child care facility can emphasize the importance of the role of the child care teacher in the oral health care of infants, and the basic data for the establishment of the child care management program in the future by reflecting the role of the teacher in the development of the child care management program of the child care facility. 본 연구는 보육기관의 서비스 질 향상과 안정적인 운영을 결정짓는 보육교사의 조직몰입 향상을 위해 주임교사의 리더십과 보육교사의 직무만족도 간의 구조적 관계성을 밝히는 데에 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 경기도에 소재한 국공립 어린이집 보육교사를 대상으로 2018년 2월부터 3월까지 각 기관에 방문하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 보육시설의 중간관리자인 주임교사의 리더십은 소속 보육교사의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육시설에서 근무하는 보육교사의 직무만족은 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보육시설 주임교사의 리더십과 보육교사의 조직몰입 간의 관계에서 보육교사의 직무만족은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 보육교사의 조직몰입 향상을 위해서는 보육시설의 중간관리자인 주임교사의 적절한 리더십이 발휘되어야함을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine how musical pieces were presented in music activities on the Teacher's Guidebooks in order for young children to experience the aesthetics of music. For the purposes of this research, the ways to address musical elements and the music activities of 100 musical works in the Teacher's Guidebooks were analyzed. In addition, the aesthetic qualities of the same musical pieces presented by the sound sources were examined. Following this, an analysis of the relationship between the elements used and the aesthetic qualities of the music was carried out by comparing the previous analysis. The results were as follows. First, melody (38.1%), rhythm (29.0%), and timbre (20.5%) were the most utilized elements of musical works in such activities. Secondly, the most utilized method to present music activities was singing. Among 100 musical pieces, 74 pieces used singing activities. Next, the most audible aesthetic quality from sound sources was that of the melody, presented in 69 pieces (46.6%) among 100 musical works. Lastly, among 100 musical works, at least 64 pieces were matched with more than one, whereas 34 did not.

본 연구에서는 유아의 기질 및 교사와의 관계가 또래상호작용에 미치는 영향을 밝히고, 기질의 영향력을 교사-유아 간 관계가 조절하는지 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재 사립유치원에 재원중인 만 4, 5세 유아 326명의 어머니와 교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 위계적 회귀분석을 사용하여 기질과 교사-유아 관계의 주효과와 상호작용효과를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 유아의 긍정적 또래상호작용에는 교사-유아 간 관계의 주효과와 교사-유아 간 관계 및 정서성 간의 상호작용효과가 발견되어, 교사-유아 간 관계가 유아의 정서성을 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 유아의 부정적 또래상호작용에는 유아의 정서성과 활동성 및 교사-유아 간 친밀 및 갈등 관계의 주효과만이 나타났다. 이로써, 또래와의 긍정적인 상호작용을 증진시키고 부정적인 상호작용을 감소시키기 위해서는 교사의 역할이 매우 중요한 반면, 유아의 기질은 부정적인 상호작용에 제한적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 최근 보육교사에 대한 자질 및 적성이 재논의 되고 보육실습생의 실습관련도 재평가의 필요성이 제기됨에 따라 보육실습생의 보육교사적성이 보육실습스트레스 및 스트레스대처에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 보육실습생 268명을 대상으로 자료를 수집한 결과, 첫째, 보육실습스트레스와 스트레스대처는 학년에 따른 차이만 보였다. 둘째, 보육교사적성의 하위변인 중 영유아에 대한 친화력이 낮을수록 어린이집원장 및 지도교사와의 관계에서 스트레스가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보육교사적성 하위요인 가운데 창의성과 자기개발, 적극성, 긍정성이 높을수록 보육실습스트레스에 잘 대처하는 것으로 나타났다.
