  • The purpose of this study is to provide implications by conducting research on brand benefits for skiwear brand customers. For this purpose, a structural equation model was established and empirical research was conducted by selecting brand convenience as a hygiene variable and brand emotion, brand satisfaction, and repurchase intention as endogenous variables. In order to analyze the general characteristics of the subjects, frequency analysis was conducted using SPSS 25 and Cronbach's alpha analysis was conducted using the same statistical program. Confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis were conducted using AMOS 21. In addition, the benefits of skiwear brand, which is an independent variable, were composed of two sub-dimensions, and psychological benefits rather than functional benefits were found to have a stronger impact on brand emotion, suggesting practical implications.

  • This research delves into the intricate dynamics of the flight response exhibited by a golf ball that incorporates nanoparticles with the goal of enhancing its overall quality. The golf ball is meticulously modeled utilizing beam elements, and the impact of nanoparticles is intricately captured through the application of the Halpin-Tsai theory. Employing a numerical solution, the study thoroughly explores the flight response of the golf ball, taking into account the nuanced effects of the embedded nanoparticles. By scrutinizing the aerodynamic characteristics through advanced simulations, this investigation aims to provide valuable insights that could potentially revolutionize the design and performance of golf equipment, offering a pathway towards superior quality and enhanced functionality in the realm of golf ball technology. Results show that increase in the volume percent of nanoparticles, improves the flight response of the golf ball.

  • Soo-Yeoun Kim & Ji-Eun Kim 2016. A Study on ESP Skating English Education Based on Job Analysis. This study aims to provide skating ESP(English for Specific Purposes) education model for skating instructors in Korea. For this purpose, a total of twenty-seven professional skating instructors were surveyed according to a questionnaire, which asked about their English skills and perspective of the importance of English study and English skating class. The main results are as follows: most skating instructors' confidence in their English is low; majority of them answered that English study is needed for skating instructors; a majority of them want English teaching that focused on speaking and teaching activities. After that, skating instructors' jobs were analyzed using the DACUM(Developing A Curriculum Method). A DACUM committee extracted the duties and tasks which require English education and conducted a survey that targeted skating instructors. When interpreting the study on ESP Skating English Education based on job analysis, it was evident that the English language would be essential for enabling effective communication with judges during national sports competitions, information exchange with foreign skaters, and for technical skating instructions. • The purpose of this study was to inquire into the structural relations between teachers' attitudes, academic engagement, task-solving behavior which are perceived in a physical education class. To this end, this study selected a total of 434 copies of questionnaires as final valid samples using the convenience sampling method targeting middle school students at 5 schools located at a metropolitan area. For data processing, this study confirmed the goodness of fit test of the whole model using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0, and then did hypothesis testing; the study results are as follows: first, teachers' attitudes was to have influence on academic engagement. Second, academic engagement had positive influence on help-seeking, while self-handicapping had significantly negative influence. Third, teachers' attitudes had positive influence on help-seeking, while self-handicapping had significantly negative influence. Lastly, in the relationship between teachers' attitudes and task-solving behavior, academic engagement was found to play an intermediary role.

  • This study is aimed at analyzing class participation value of the students who participate in physical education class implemented by university, and inquiring into the convergence relations between students-perceived class participation propensity and participatory behavior. In an effort to verify hypotheses consequent on this research objectives, this study conducted confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis using PASW 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The concrete results of this research are as follows: First, the class participation value of the students participating in general physical education was found to have an influence on participatory propensity. Second, the participatory propensity of the students participating in general physical education was found to have an influence on class participation behavior intention.

  • Technological advancement is being advanced in sports such as electronic protection of taekwondo competition and VAR of soccer. However, a person judges and guides the posture by looking at the posture, so sometimes a judgment dispute occurs at the site of the competition in Taekwondo Poomsae. This study proposes an artificial intelligence model that can more accurately judge and evaluate Taekwondo movements using artificial intelligence. In this study, after pre-processing the photographed and collected data, it is separated into train, test, and validation sets. The separated data is trained by applying each model and conditions, and then compared to present the best-performing model. The models under each condition compared the values of loss, accuracy, learning time, and top-n error, and as a result, the performance of the model trained under the conditions using ResNet50 and Adam was found to be the best. It is expected that the model presented in this study can be utilized in various fields such as education sites and competitions.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop evaluation index for school library in order to find ways to continue the improvement of school library by examining deficient areas and developing necessary areas, in which almost every school have libraries as a result of school library promotion project for last five years. To fulfill this, the research analyzed 2009 evaluation of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism(MCST), policy research evaluation index of the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology(MEST), BSC product index of school library from preceding research, school library evaluation standard of Korean Library Association (KLA), two-phased base plan and school library promotion law of school library promotion of the MEST and evaluation index of municipal/province education agency of MEST, and thereby developed 54 evaluation index from 8 areas. The research ultimately presents 48 evaluation index from 8 areas. Also, analysis result was first verified by school library experts to increase credibility of the evaluation standard of the research. Based on the result, second evaluation was done by school library faculty staff, and thus went through two-phased verification process.
