A study on the electrical characteristic analysis of solar cell diodes under experimental conditions of varying temperature and frequency has been conducted. From the current-voltage (I-V) measurements, at the room temperature, we obtained the ideality factor (n) for Space Charge Region (SCR) and Quasi-Neutral Region (QNR) of 3.02 and 1.76, respectively. Characteristics showed that the value of n (at SCR) decreases with rising temperature and n (at QNR) increases with the same conditions. These are due to not only the sharply increased SCR current flow but the activated carrier recombination in the bulk region caused by defects such as contamination, dangling bonds. In addition, from the I-V measurements implemented to confirm the junction uniformity of cells, the average current dispersion was 40.87% and 10.59% at the region of SCR and QNR, respectively. These phenomena were caused by the pyramidal textured junction structure formed to improve the light absorption on the device's front surface, and these affect to the total diode current flow. These defect and textured junction structure will be causes that solar cell diodes have non-ideal electrical characteristics compared with general p-n junction diodes. Also, through the capacitance-voltage (C-V) measurements under the frequency of 180 kHz, we confirmed that the value of built-in potential is 0.63 V.
In this study, the design of advanced LVDS(Low Voltage Differential Signaling) I/O interface circuit with new structural low triggering ESD(Electro-Static Discharge) protection circuit was investigated. Due to the differential transmission technique and low power consumption at same time. maximum transmission data ratio of designed LVDS transmitter was simulated to 5Gbps, Also, the LIGCSCR(Latch-up Immune Gate Coupled SCR)was designed. It consists of PLVTSCR (P-type Low Voltage Trigger SCR), control NMOS and RC network. The triggering voltage was simulated to 3.6V. And the latch-up characteristics were improved. Finally, we performed the layout high speed I/O interlace circuit with the low triggered ESD protection device in one-chip.
A novel Triple-Well P-type Triggered Silicon Controlled Rectifier (TWPTSCR) for on-chip ESD protection implemented with a triple-well CMOS technology is presented. Unlike conventional SCR devices, the proposed TWPTSCR offers a reduced triggering voltage level as well as the enhanced ESD performance of the SCR devices. From the experimental results, the TWPTSCR with a device width of 20um has the triggering voltage of 1.1V.
Objective: To investigate molecular and functional consequences of additional exposures to iodine- or gadolinium-based contrast agents within 24 hours from the initial intravenous administration of iodine-based contrast agents through an animal study. Materials and Methods: Fifty-six Sprague-Dawley male rats were equally divided into eight groups: negative control, positive control (PC) with single-dose administration of CT contrast agent, and additional administration of either CT or MR contrast agents 2, 4, or 24 hours from initial CT contrast agent injection. A 12 µL/g of iodinated contrast agent or a 0.47 µL/g of gadolinium-based contrast agent were injected into the tail vein. Serum levels of blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, cystatin C (Cys C), and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured. mRNA and protein levels of kidney injury molecule-1 (KIM-1) and neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL) were evaluated. Results: Levels of serum creatinine (SCr) were significantly higher in repeated CT contrast agent injection groups than in PC (0.21 ± 0.02 mg/dL for PC; 0.40 ± 0.02, 0.34 ± 0.03, and 0.41 ± 0.10 mg/dL for 2-, 4-, and 24-hour interval groups, respectively; P < 0.001). There was no significant difference in the average Cys C and MDA levels between PC and repeated CT contrast agent injection groups (Cys C, P = 0.256-0.362; MDA, P > 0.99). Additional doses of MR contrast agent did not make significant changes compared to PC in SCr (P > 0.99), Cys C (P = 0.262), and MDA (P = 0.139-0.771) levels. mRNA and protein levels of KIM-1 and NGAL were not significantly different among additional CT or MR contrast agent groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: A sufficient time interval, probably more than 24 hours, between repeated contrast-enhanced CT examinations may be necessary to avoid deterioration in renal function. However, conducting contrast-enhanced MRI on the same day as contrast-enhanced CT may not induce clinically significant kidney injury.
This paper proposes an LDO regulator with a built-in ESD (Electro Static Discharge) protection circuit to effectively operate and prevent destruction of the LDO (Low Drop Out) regulator according to the load current. The proposed LDO regulator can more effectively adjust the gate node voltage of the pass transistor according to the output voltage of the LDO regulator by using an additional feedback current circuit structure. In addition, it is expected to have high reliability for the ESD situation by embedding a new structure that increases the holding voltage by about 2V by reducing the current gain on the SCR loop by adding a P+ bridge to the existing ESD protection device.
This paper proposed an ESD protection device that improved the current driving ability through Self-bias than the existing ESD protection device. The new proposed structure is based on the LRSCR structure and adds an N+ diffusion region, and reduces resistance by connecting the gate and the P+ diffusion region. As a result, it was confirmed that the proposed ESD protection device exhibits a trigger voltage of 11.8V and a holding voltage of 5.9V. It can be used in 5V applications for low voltage and is expected to have excellent current driving capability.
Harmonics happened due to nonlinear systems such as UPS, SCR controlled motors, and fluorescent lighting in distribute power system is very important subject to optimal operate and control of power system. Harmonics sometimes takes place incorrect operation of protective relaying system under normal condition on power system. This paper presents the actual recording data of transformer located at substation of industrial installation for harmonic analysis in detail.

Purpose: The vancomycin dosage regimen is regularly modified according to the patient's glomerular filtration rate (GFR). In the present study, we aimed to assess the usefulness of serum cystatin C (Cys-C) concentration, compared with serum creatinine (SCr) concentration, for predicting vancomycin clearance (CLvcm) in neonates. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the laboratory data of 50 term neonates who were admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit and received intravenous vancomycin, and assessed the pharmacokinetic profiles. Creatinine clearance (CLcr) and GFR based on Cys-C (GFRcys-c) were estimated using the Schwartz and Larsson formulas, respectively. Results: The mean CLvcm (${\pm}$standard deviation) was $74.52{\pm}31.17L/hr$, the volume of distribution of vancomycin was $0.67{\pm}0.14L$, and vancomycin half-life was $9.16{\pm}17.42hours$. The SCr was $0.46{\pm}0.25mg/dL$ and serum Cys-C was $1.43{\pm}0.34mg/L$. The peak and trough concentrations of vancomycin were $24.65{\pm}14.84$ and $8.10{\pm}5.35mcg/mL$, respectively. The calculated GFR based on serum creatinine concentration (GFR-Cr) and GFRcys-c were $70.2{\pm}9.45$ and $63.6{\pm}30.18mL/min$, respectively. The correlation constant for CLvcm and the reciprocal of Cys-C (0.479, P=0.001) was significantly higher than that for CLvcm and the reciprocal of SCr (0.286, P=0.044). GFRcys-c was strongly correlated with CLvcm (P=0.001), and the correlation constant was significantly higher than that for CLvcm and CLcr (0.496, P=0.001). Linear regression analysis showed that only GFRcys-c was independently and positively correlated with CLvcm (F=41.9, P<0.001). Conclusion: The use of serum Cys-C as a marker of CLvcm could be beneficial for more reliable predictions of serum vancomycin concentrations, particularly in neonates.
The Concentrations of PCDDs/PCDFs and their precusors(chlorophenols, chlorobenzenes, PCB) were analyzed from the dioxin control device such as EP and SCR to know the emission patterns of these compounds and find the dioxin index compounds. The dioxin concentration increased 7 times in outlet part than inlet part of EP and the concentration of CBs, CPs and PCBs also were increased through this control device. These phenomia may be related to the operating temperature of Electroprecipitator(EP), which the operating temperature is near the $300^{\circ}C$, the method of the decreasing the operating temperature need to consider to prevent the formation of these compounds. In the selected catalytic reactor with wet scrubber(SCR+WS), these compounds were removed after passing the device over 90% for CPs, 30~40% for CBs and 60% for PCBs. But, the systematic study have to perform to reduce the formation of PCDDs/PCDFs and precusors.

This paper discussed the effect of ammonia concentration adsorbed on fly ash for the ammonia emission as AAFA (Ammonia Adsorbed Fly Ash) produced from coal fired plants due to operation of NOx reduction technologies was landfilled with distilled or sea water at closed and open systems, respectively. Ammonia bisulfate and sulfates adsorbed on fly ash is highly water soluble. The pH of ammonium bisulfate and sulfate solution had significant effect on ammonia odor emission. The effect of temperature on ammonia odor emission from mixture was less than pH, the rate of ammonia emission increased with increased temperature when the pH conditions were kept at constant. Since AAFA increases the pH of solution substantially, $NH_3$ in the ash can release the ammonia order unless it is present at low concentration. $NH_4{^+}$ ion is unstable in fly ash and water mixtures of high pH at open system, which is changed to nitrite or nitrate and then released as ammonia gas. The proper conditions for < 20 ppm of ammonia concentration released from the AAFAs landfilled in ash pond were explored using an open system with sea water. It was therefore proposed that optimal operation to collect AAFA of less than 168 ppm ammonia at the electrostatic precipitator were controlled to ammonia slip with less than 5 ppm at SCR/SNCR installations, and, ammonia odor released from mixture of fly ash of 168 ppm ammonia with sea water under open system has about 20 ppm.
