Defense fields widely operate unmanned systems to lower vulnerability and enhance combat effectiveness. In the navy, swarm unmanned surface vehicles(USVs) form a cluster within communication range, share situational awareness information among the USVs, and cooperate with them to conduct military missions. This paper proposes an interface system, i.e., Interface Adapter System(IAS), to achieve inter-USV and intra-USV interoperability. We focus on the mission planning subsystem(MPS) for interoperability, which is the core subsystem of the USV to decide courses of action such as automatic path generation and weapon assignments. The central role of the proposed system is to exchange interface data between MPSs and other subsystems in real-time. To this end, we analyzed the operational requirements of the MPS and identified interface messages. Then we developed the IAS using the distributed real-time middleware. As experiments, we conducted several integration tests at swarm USVs simulation environment and measured delay time and loss ratio of interface messages. We expect that the proposed IAS successfully provides bridge roles between the mission planning system and other subsystems.
This study was conducted to understand media and cultivate personality by using media as data for personality education. To achieve this purpose, the Personality Education Promotion Act and the Korea Educational Development Institute's personality virtues were selected as educational elements, and a personality education program using media was developed in combination with the middle school curriculum. For this study, first, in order to extract personality virtues, 13 personality virtues were finally selected as educational elements by comparing and synthesizing the personality virtues of the Personality Education Promotion Act and the Korea Education Development Institute. The final personality virtues selected are self-esteem, courage, sincerity, self-regulation, wisdom, consideration, communication, courtesy, social responsibility, cooperation, citizenship, justice, and respect for human rights. Second, in order to select media and set the direction of development of personality education programs, the process of collecting media data was confirmed, and the direction and goal of the program were set by analyzing the middle school curriculum. Third, in order to propose a method of applying a personality education program using media, the personality grafting unit was selected by referring to the commentary on all subjects of the 2015 revised curriculum.
In this study, we analyze and forecast quantum computer technology trends. Previous research has been mainly focused on application fields centered on technology for quantum computer technology trends analysis. Therefore, this paper analyzes important quantum computer technologies and performs future signal detection and prediction, for a more market driven technical analysis and prediction. As analyzing words used in news articles to identify rapidly changing market changes and public interest. This paper extends conference presentation of Cha & Chang (2022). The research is conducted by collecting domestic news articles from 2019 to 2021. First, we organize the main keywords through text mining. Next, we explore future quantum computer technologies through analysis of Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency(TF-IDF), Key Issue Map(KIM), and Key Emergence Map (KEM). Finally, the relationship between future technologies and supply and demand is identified through random forests, decision trees, and correlation analysis. As results of the study, the interest in artificial intelligence was the highest in frequency analysis, keyword diffusion and visibility analysis. In terms of cyber-security, the rate of mention in news articles is getting overwhelmingly higher than that of other technologies. Quantum communication, resistant cryptography, and augmented reality also showed a high rate of increase in interest. These results show that the expectation is high for applying trend technology in the market. The results of this study can be applied to identifying areas of interest in the quantum computer market and establishing a response system related to technology investment.
This study was conducted to prepare a countermeasure for turnover due to the effect of education satisfaction at franchise stores on turnover factors through the medium of education requirements. In the method of collecting data, 237 copies of the questionnaire method were used as the final data. The results are first, the analysis of educational requirements in general characteristics shows that academic background (F=5.655, p<).01), Analysis of the factors for turnover shows that position (t=-2.809, p<).Significant differences were shown in 01. As we have become more interested in 'competency' that means ability to do something around the world, the competency of the best performers has also been introduced in the university curriculum as a concept of core competency. Research continues on why this competency-based education is needed compared to existing academic-oriented education, how it can be introduced into existing curricula, and how it can be developed and evaluated in detail. This study develops and validates core competency assessment tools that can diagnose core competencies of engineering students. Therefore, this research paper conducted a literature review related to core competencies and also core competency assessment tools of university students. It seeks to explore the implications of core competency assessment tools for engineering students and then lay the foundation for competency-based teaching and learning at engineering colleges. And also it defines the concepts of core competencies and each core competency of engineering students through prior research analysis of competence, core competence, and core competence of university students. The primary core competency assessment tool consisted of sub-factors and questions of core competencies. It were modified through the expert validation of the primary one and then it was used as a core competency assessment tools for preliminary investigation. The core competency assessment tools for engineering students are consisted of 6 competencies, 22 sub-factors, and 91 questions. There are core competencies as follows: engineering basic competencies, major engineering competencies, self-management competencies, communication competencies, interpersonal competencies, global competencies. The preliminary survey was conducted on 426 engineering students attending the Engineering Education FESTA 2019. The preliminary findings were derived by conducting exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, question characteristics analysis, and reliability analysis for validation. The core competency assessment tools developed through this study can be used to verify the effectiveness of the curriculum and programs for students at engineering colleges. In addition, the developed core competencies, sub-factors, and questions can be utilized in a series of courses that design, conduct, and evaluate engineering curricula and programs as competency-based curriculum. The significance of this study is to lay the groundwork for providing competency-based education engineering students to develop core competencies.

The purpose of this study is to explore quantitatively the success factors of YouTube's music cover channel. Along the process, constructing and testing the measurement for music cover channel's characteristics. The research constructed the measurement items based on results of qualitative studies. To perform the purposes the study suggest a research model which integrated the Post Acceptance Model with five music cover channel's characteristics based on the recent case studies. The five characteristics were contents, video, creator, interactivity, and publicity. The characteristics were integrated with Post Acceptance Model. After testing reliability and validity the research model was revised then, the research hypothesis was tested. The research results show: first, it was found that the content characteristics did not meet the expected value of users. Second, among the five factors of channel characteristics presented in creator's characteristics have the largest effect on user's value perception Third, in the factor analysis process, the content factor and the video were loaded on the same factor thus integrated as one factor. Fourth, satisfaction and intention for continual usage were also loaded on the same factor thus integrated as one factor. The research results suggest that music cover channel operators need to enhance the creator's attraction, communication with user, and publicity in various ways.

This study is a case study comparing and examining the effects of non-face-to-face(NFTF) classes in the 2021-2 semester and face-to-face(FTF) classes in the 2022-2 semester on learning immersion, learning stress, and learning satisfaction. The learning immersion and learning satisfaction of 240 students were analyzed in NFTF and FTF classes of department S of C junior college where the same textbook, same subject, and same professor were taught. For data processing, SPSS Ver. 23.0 was used. The data is used to measure reliability by Cronbach's α, t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, learners' learning immersion was higher in FTF than NFTF classes among engineering major subjects. Second, it was found that there was a difference in learning stress according to the types of FTF and NFTF classes in engineering major subjects. Third, it was found that there were differences in practice content, communication, and task performance of sub-factors of learning satisfaction according to FTF and NFTF class types in engineering major subjects. In conclusion, it was found that FTF classes had a more positive effect on learning immersion and satisfaction, and NFTF classes had a more negative effect on learning stress.
Although humans exist as Homo Empathicus, human society is actually constantly divided and conflicted between groups. The human empathy response is very sensitive to the justice of others, and depending on the level of others' justice, they may feel empathy or schadenfreude to the suffering of them. However, our empathy to others' suffering are not always fair, and have inherent limitations of ingroup-biased empathy. Depending on whether the suffering other persons belongs to an ingroup or an outgroup, we may feel biased empathy or biased schadenfreude to them without even realizing it. Recent advances in information and communication technology facilitate biased access to ingroup-related SNS or ingroup media, thereby deepening the establishment of a more biased semantic information network related groups. These processes, through interacting with the inherent limitation of empathy, can form a vicious cycle of more biased ingroup empathy and ingroup-related activities, and accelerate divisions and conflicts. This research investigated the properties and limitations of empathy by reviewing studies on the neural mechanism of empathy. By examining the relationship between empathy and justice from a neuroscientific point of view, this research tried to illuminate the modern society of division and conflict in a different dimension from the classical perspective of social science.

This study aimed to analyze the locational characteristics of heritage sites in Seoul in order to identify flood susceptibility by type. As for the location factors related to flood susceptibility, elevation, slope, distance to streams, and topographic location were analyzed. Literature review was supplemented for the historical and humanistic environments of heritage sites. The results of the study are as follows. First, heritage sites in Seoul are distributed throughout the city, and are especially highly dense in the Hanyangdoseong fortress. It was also confirmed that heritage sites were concentrated around Jung-gu, Jongno-gu, Jingwan-dong, and Ui-dong in the quantitative spatial analyses. Second, types of heritage sites at the circumstance susceptible to flood damage were related to commerce and distribution, traffic, modern traffic and communication, geological monument, residence, government office, and palace. Third, heritage types with locational characteristics that showed low flood susceptibility were found to be natural scenic spots, telecommunication, ceramics, Buddhism, tombs, and tomb sculptural heritage assets. In a time when risk factors that can damage the value of heritage are gradually increasing due to anthropogenic influences along with changes in the natural environment, this study provides basic data for vulnerability analysis that reflects the unique characteristics of heritage assets. The results can contribute to more comprehensive and comprehensive insights for the management and protection of heritage by including the humanities and social science data together with natural factors in the analysis.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate how university hospital Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) in Korea classify risk when reviewing clinical trial protocols. Methods: IRB experts (IRB chairman, vice chairman, IRB administrator) in the university hospitals obtaining a Human research protection program (HRPP) or IRB accreditation in Korea were asked to fill out the Google Survey from September 1, 2020 to October 10, 2020. Result: Among the 23 responder hospitals, 8 were accredited by the American Association for Human Research Protection Program (AAHRPP) and 8 were accredited by the HRPP of Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS). Seven were accredited by Forum for Ethical Review Committees in Asia and the Western Pacific or Korea National Institution for Bioethics Policy. Thirteen of 23 hospitals (56.5%) had 4 levels (less than minimal, low, moderate, high risk), 4 hospitals had 3 levels (less than, slightly over, over than minimal risk), 1 hospital had 5 levels (4 levels plus required data safety monitoring board), and 1 hospital had 2 levels (less than, over than minimal risk) risk classification system. Thirteen of 23 hospitals (56.5%) had difficulty classifying the risk levels of research protocols. Fourteen hospitals (60.9%) responded that different standards among hospitals for risk level determination associated with clinical trials will affect the subject protection. Six hospitals (26.1%) responded that it will not. Three hospitals (13.0%) responded that it will affect the beginning of the clinical trial. To resolve differences in standards between hospitals, 14 hospitals (60.9%) responded that either the Korean Association of IRB or MFDS needs to provide a guideline for risk level determination in clinical trials: 5 hospitals (21.7%) responded education for IRB members and researchers is needed; 3 hospitals (13.0%) responded that difference among institutions needs to be acknowledged; and 1 hospital (4.3%) responded that there needs to be communication among IRB, investigator, and sponsor. Conclusion: After conducting a nationwide survey on how IRB in university hospital determines risk during review of clinical trials, it is reasonable to use 4-level risk classification (less than minimal, low, moderate, high risk); the most utilized method among hospitals. Moreover, personal information and conflict of interest associated with clinical trials have to be considered when reviewing clinical trial protocols.
