The purpose of this study was to analyze the concept of physical activity. The method was based on the steps of concept analysis by Walker and Avant(1988). The result of this study were as follows; Upon the concept analysis, physical activity is defined as a series of bodily movements which is performed voluntarily by individual. The defining attributes of physical activity were a series of bodily movements, energy expenditure, goal-directedness, and self-control of the body. The antecedents of physical activity were neuromusculoskeletal function, cardiopulmonary function and cognitive function. And the consequences of physical activity were improvement of physical function, induction of fatigue, and need(physiopsychosocial) satisfaction. Further studies are needed to develop the concept of physical activity using the Hybrid model. In addition, considering personal characteristics it is important to study the facilitating factors of physical activity.

This study analyzed the relationship among swimming experiences, swimsuit selection criteria, swimsuit purchase satisfaction level, and the physical self-concept of female consumers. This study was based on a descriptive survey method using a questionnaire. The survey was conducted from June 15 through July 20, 2012, and the sample consisted of 330 female consumers in their 20s and 30s residing in the Seoul and Gyeonggi area. Factor analysis and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficients, ANOVA, Duncan's Test, and multiple regression analysis were employed for the data analysis. The results revealed that individual self-concepts on health, sports competence, and fitness were influenced by swimming experiences. There was a tendency for those with a longer period of swimming experience to have a higher level of brand consideration as a swimsuit selection criterion; in addition, they showed a higher satisfaction level with swimsuits. Individual physical self-concept influenced the consideration given to each swimsuit selection criterion as well as swimsuit purchase satisfaction level. The findings of the study reflect the possibility of utilizing swimming experiences as a criterion for swimsuit market segmentation. Attention to the quality of swimsuits as well as to the physical self-concept of consumers are required for marketing activities.
This study was attempted to investigate the effects of psychological safety and physical self-concept on ego-resilience of nursing students. This data collected from September to November 2021 through a structured questionnaire from 166 nursing students at M University in Jeolla Southern Province. For data processing, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 23.0 program. As a result of this study, there were significant positive correlations in the self-resilience of nursing students with psychological stability and physical self-concept(r=.480, p<.001, r=.426, p<.001). The factors affecting the ego-resilience of nursing students were psychological safety(β=0.352, p<.001) and physical self-concept (β=0.236, p<.001), and the explanatory power was 26%. As a result of this study, it is necessary to increase psychological safety and physical self-concept in order to increase the ego-resilience of nursing students. It is necessary to develop and apply guide programs that enhances psychological stability for nursing students, and to provide education and facilities so that they can have a healthy body and mind, not only academics.

Method: From a convenience sample of 123 women between 40 and 59 years of age living in P-city data were collected using a structured questioanaire. It included a self concept scale and climacteric symptom scale. With spss/pc(+), data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson's correlation coefficients. Result: 1 The mean score for self concept was $108.73{\pm}16.24$. 2. The variables that influenced the self concept of middle-aged women most were 'health state' and 'marriage satisfaction'. They were statistically significant at the .01 level. 3. The mean score for climacteric symptoms was 3.13. Of psychophysical, physical and psychological symptoms the scores for psychophysical symptoms were the highest. 4. There were significant negative correlations between self concept and climacteric symptoms (r=-.333, p=.000). Conclusion: This study suggests that positive self concept can reduce climacteric symptoms in middle-aged women.
This study was designed to investigate the relationship between the stages of exercise behavior change and physical self-concept and self-efficacy of security employees in hotel casinos. The sampling was drawn from employees at 8 casinos which had more than 30 employees. Participants were selected by convenience sampling method and they completed questionnaires about Physical Self-Concept and Self- Efficacy by self-administration method under supervision of trained researchers SPSS 16.0 (Statistical Package for the Social Science) was used for data analysis in the present study. Reliability and validity were examined for the present study. The principle component factor analysis and varimax rotation were used for the present study. Eigen value 1.0 was the criterion for selecting factors. Chi-square (X) 2 test was utilized for measuring the difference in gender and types of job duties at the stages of exercise behavior change. One-way ANOVA was employed to examine the relationship between the stages of exercise behavior change as an independent variable and physical self-concept and self-efficacy as dependent variables. The Scheffe method was used to determine mean differences of groups as a follow-up test. Multiple regression analysis was utilized to test the difference of physical self-concept as dependent variable and self-efficacy as independent variable. To verify hypothesis for the study, a statistical significance level of $\alpha$=.05 was used. The results were as follow: first, there were differences found for gender and types of job responsibilities in the stages of exercise behavior change. Secondly, as security employees progressed through the stages of exercise behavior change, their physical self-concept and self-efficacy improved.
