After-school activities of 817 7th grade children from Kwangju, Busan, and Kumi were studied to determine relations with (a) child, family and contextual variables (b) child's academic achievement and social development. Children were more likely to engage in extracurriculum activites and TV watching than other after-school activities. After-school activities were related to child's, parent's and contextual variables. Child's characteristics related to after-school activities were sex, impulse control, mastery and self-care. family's characteristics related to after-school activities were mother's employment, emotional support, control, monitoring and SES. Region and regional sagy were related to after-school activities. Some of after-school activities were related child's academic achievement and social development. Especially academic activites have a positive and powerful effects on child's academic achievement and social development.

This study aims at the contribution to introduction of facilities and planning for the promotion of the exchange between city and rural community and the promotion of the rural areas. In order to understand the object of the Setagaya Ward Health Village and the management and the effects of facilities, I investigated the documentation, field work and interviews with the persons related. The Setagaya Ward Health Village has been steadily managing the exchange base facilities and the special enterprises, and operating the manager and promotion committees for the projects. Consequently, many tourism facilities and new enterprises such as the Setagaya-Kawaba Corporation were established in the rural areas and they developed into an active region which has abundant jobs available and attracts about 700,000 visitors a year. In conclusion, it is important to make a main body to manage professionally the future plan of facilities which involve image of the regional future and conform to the law. And the facilities should contribute to the economic development of rural areas in consideration of the environment and culture.

본 연구는 인천 게임산업단지 조성을 통한 경제적 파급효과를 분석하는데 있다. 게임산업은 문화콘텐츠 산업으로서 큰 잠재가능성을 가지고 있어, 발전에 대한 당위성이 높다는 다양한 의견을 가지고 있음에도 불구하고, 이에 대한 경제적 파급효과를 분석한 사례는 거의 없는 실정이었다. 따라서 본 연구는 이를 선험적으로 분석하는 측면에서 연구에 대한 의의를 가질 수 있다. 이의 분석을 위해 인천경제자유구역내에 게임산업단지를 설립하는 경우를 가정하고 건설부문, 게임관련 제조업 및 게임관련 서비스업을 토대로 지역산업연관분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 게임산업이 지역 및 국가에 미치는 중요성을 직접적으로 파악할 수 있으며, 향후 이와 관련한 연구의 방향에 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있을 것이다.

취업 산업수요의 지역 범위 설정은 전문계고 교육과정 설계를 위한 선결요건이다. 시 도 교육청의 권한 구역을 기준으로 취업자의 약 38%가 지역 이동하여 첫 번째 직업을 가졌으며 상당수가 상업 계열을 졸업한 여성으로 제조업/전기 전자 직종에 취업하였다. 지역이동은 자격증과 같은 개인의 인적자본과 정(正)의 관계가 있었다. 지역이동의 임금효과는 기술수준이 높은 직업에 취업함으로써 얻은 간접효과보다는 지역이동의 직접효과였다. 성향점수 매칭 및 Rosenbaum(2002)의 민감도 분석을 활용한 결과는 지역이동의 유의미한 임금효과를 보였다.

최근 문화예술이 지속적으로 증가되고 있으며, 개별 지역에서는 발전을 위한 지역주민의 소득증대, 지역개발 등의 노력을 기울이면서 '지역문화예술'에 대한 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 지역문화예술 서비스품질이 공연효과와 고객만족에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증적으로 규명하고자 하였다. 연구결과 서비스품질은 경제적 효과와 사회·문화적 효과에 영향을 미치며, 공연효과는 고객만족과 재이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 다만 고객과 직원 간 분석결과가 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통하여 공연예술을 관람하는 고객과 직원들이 만족하기 위한 중요한 서비스 품질요인이 무엇인지를 확인하고 공연의 효과에 대한 인지정도를 이해하고 나아가 관람객과 직원과의 고객만족을 제고할 수 있는 계기를 제공하고자 한다.

본 연구는 광주지역의 연구개발(R&D)특구를 지정 육성하기 위한 정책수립의 선행연구로서, 연구개발특구의 지정을 위한 광주지역의 여건과 잠재력 분석, 특구 지정의 당위성, 특구지정과 육성을 위한 구체적인 추진방안을 고찰하는 것이 주요 목적이다. 광주지역은 쾌적한 자연환경을 보유하고, 광산업과 가전산업의 연구개발 활동이 특화되어 있고, 지역내의 대학과 연구소에서 우수한 연구인력을 확보할 수 있으며, 대덕-대구-광주를 연결하는 광역적 테크노벨트의 구축이 가능하기 때문에 특구지정과 육성의 타당성을 확보하고 있다. 특히 광주지역 연구개발특구의 지정과 육성을 통해 국가경쟁력의 제고, 국토의 균형발전, 서남권 지역경세의 활성화, 혁신 클러스터 구축을 통한 지역발전의 성장동력 확보 등이 가능하다. 연구개발특구의 지정과 육성을 위해서는 R&D 기반구축 및 혁신역량 강화, 창업 및 기업활동지원 프로그램 구축, 연구역량 강화를 위한 산업화 지원프로그램 실시, 핵심전략산업의 클러스터 구축, 연구개발특구지정을 위한 지원체계 확립 등이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to present operating directions of school food service center (SFSC) for development of environment-friendly agricultural producers (EFAP) and regional agriculture. Of eight SFSCs being operated in Chungcheongnam-do, this study analyzed situations of three cases, Cheonan, Asan and Hongseong. The analysis on operation situations revealed that all the three cases had positive economic effects on EFAP in the aspect of low commission and fixed supply price for a given period. The survey showed that social and economic changes since participating in the SFSC were largest in Asan. The awareness of the economic effects was largest among the producers in Cheonan.

본 연구는 지역산업진흥정책의 기업지원서비스 수혜기업을 대상으로 기업지원사업을 통해 제공받은 서비스의 융복합 요인이 종합만족도에 미치는 영향과 종합만족도가 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 기업지원 서비스 품질 요인 중 지원품질을 제외한 지원과정 및 지원결과 요인은 종합만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 종합만족도는 기업성과에도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이에 본 연구는 기업지원 서비스 품질 중 종합만족도 및 기업성과를 향상시키기 위해 보완되어져야 하는 서비스의 융복합 요인의 판단 근거를 제시했다는 점에서 의의를 지니고 있다.

Surface soil is one of the most important resources that have many functions for human needs such as conservation of water resource, purification of contaminated materials, and productivity of food or energy. However, the surface soil is a limited resource that cannot be recovered readily for a long time once it is lost by erosion. In Korea, the Ministry of Environment enacted the notification on the investigation of surface soil erosion and corresponding countermeasures. As the results, database of soil quality assess criteria (biomass, groundwater recharge, habitat, carbon storage, buffer, and soil loss) was established, and the web-based system that can evaluate surface soil conditions was developed. However, non-experts have difficulties in using the system because the system requires in-depth knowledge about soil qualities. In this study, the Web Geographic Information System (GIS) watershed-based surface soil information system was developed to improve usability of the system and accessibility of soil quaility database. The system provides the current condition of surface soil characteristics and GIS-based soil data at selected locations. The users are able to download soil quality data in different districts, watersheds, and special regions allocated by TauDEM module. The system developed in this study would valuable surface soil information for studies of soil quality and its environmental effects, and thereby contributing to establishing more appropriate and robust soil conservation laws.

본 연구에서는 농촌지역개발사업 지원과 농촌마을의 브랜드자산 및 농촌마을의 사회경제적 효과의 구조적 관계 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 것에 목적을 두었으며, 이를 위해 농촌지역개발사업 지원을 받고 있는 전라북도 농촌마을주민들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 설문자료는 구조방정식모형분석과 Sobel-test를 통해 구조적 관계를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 생활환경 개선사업, 소득기반 조성사업, 농촌관광 시설사업, 지역역량교육사업 지원이 농촌마을의 브랜드자산에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 나타내었다. 그리고 농촌마을의 브랜드자산은 농촌마을의 사회경제적 효과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 나타내었다. 또한, 생활환경 개선사업, 마을경관 개선사업, 소득기반 조성사업, 농촌관광 시설사업, 지역역량교육사업 지원 모두 농촌마을의 사회경제적 효과에는 유의한 영향을 미치지는 않았으나, 농촌마을의 브랜드자산을 매개로 하여 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 농촌마을 지역개발전략에 있어서, 농촌마을의 브랜드자산 및 사회경제적 성과에 미치는 영향 요인을 도출하였고, 농촌지역개발사업의 적극적인 지원의 역할 및 중요성을 제시하였다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있다.
