  • The Fisher information matrix plays a significant role in statistical inference in connection with estimation and properties of variance of estimators. In this paper, the parameter space of the t-distribution using its Fisher's matrix is de ned. The ${\alpha}$-scalar curvatures to parameter space are calculated.

  • In the present paper, one new generalized 'useful' information generating function and two new relative 'useful' information generating functions have been defined with their particular and limiting cases. It is interesting to note that differentiations of these information generating functions at t=0 or t=1 give some known and unknown generalized measures of useful information and 'useful' relative information. The information generating functions facilitates to compute various measures and that has been illustrated by applying these information generating functions for Uniform, Geometric and Exponential probability distributions.

  • For each submanifold X in the sphere $S^n$; we show that the corresponding conormal bundle $N^*X$ is Lagrangian for the Stenzel form on $T^*S^n$. Furthermore, we correspond an austere submanifold X to a special Lagrangian submanifold $N^*X$ in $T^*S^n$. We also discuss austere submanifolds in $S^n$ from isoparametric geometry.

  • Let f be a transcendental meromorphic function in the complex plane $\mathbb{C}$, and a be a nonzero constant. We give a quantitative estimate of the characteristic function T(r, f) in terms of $N(r,1/(f^2(f^{\prime})^n-a))$, which states as following inequality, for positive integers $n{\geq}2$, $$T(r,f){\leq}\(3+{\frac{6}{n-1}}\)N\(r,{\frac{1}{af^2(f^{\prime})^n-1}}\)+S(r,f)$$.

  • We define the concept of a generator for a ${\mathbb{Z}}^k$-action T and show that T is expansive if and only it has a generator. Further, we prove several properties of a ${\mathbb{Z}}^k$-action including that the least upper bound of the set of expansive constants is not an expansive constant.

  • Let R be a one-dimensional Noetherian domain with quotient field K and T be the integral closure of R in K. In this note we prove that if the conductor ideal (R :K T) is a nonzero prime ideal, then every finitely generated reflexive (and hence finitely generated G-projective) R-module is isomorphic to a direct sum of some ideals.

  • An operator $T{\in}L(H)$ is said to be p-paranormal if $$\parallel{\mid}T\mid^pU{\mid}T\mid^px{\parallel}x\parallel\geq\parallel{\mid}T\mid^px\parallel^2$$ for all $x{\in}H$ and p > 0, where $T=U{\mid}T\mid$ is the polar decomposition of T. It is easy that every 1-paranormal operator is paranormal, and every p-paranormal operator is paranormal for 0 < p < 1. In this note, we discuss some properties for p-paranormal operators.

  • In this note we show that if $T_{\varphi}$ is a Toeplitz operator with quasicontinuous symbol $\varphi$, if $\omega$ is an open set containing the spectrum $\sigma(T_\varphi)$, and if $H(\omega)$ denotes the set of analytic fuctions defined on $\omege$, then the following statements are equivalent: (a) $T_\varphi$ is semi-quasitriangular. (b) Browder's theorem holds for $f(T_\varphi)$ for every $f \in H(\omega)$. (c) Weyl's theorem holds for $f(T_\varphi)$ for every $f \in H(\omega)$. (d) $\sigma(T_{f \circ \varphi}) = f(\sigma(T_varphi))$ for every $f \in H(\omega)$.

  • Let H be a complex Hilbert space and T : H → H be a bounded linear operator. Then T is said to be norm attaining if there exists a unit vector x0 ∈ H such that ║Tx0║ = ║T║. If for any closed subspace M of H, the restriction T|M : M → H of T to M is norm attaining, then T is called an absolutely norm attaining operator or 𝓐𝓝-operator. In this note, we discuss linear maps on B(H), which preserve the class of absolutely norm attaining operators on H.

  • In this note, the Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy-model-based state estimator using standard Kalman filter theory is investigated. In that case, the dynamic system model is represented the T-S fuzzy model with the fuzzy state estimation. The steady state solutions can be found for proposed modeling method and dynamic system for maneuvering targets can be approximated as locally linear system. And then, modeled filter is corrected by the fuzzy gain which is a fuzzy system using the relation between the filter residual and its variation. This paper studies the T-S fuzzy model-based state estimator which the dynamic system can be approximated as linear system.
