This study first presents the characteristics of emerging leadership researches by theoretically analyzing the studies related to leadership since the Millenium. The first finding is that most of leadership researches shared same if not similar aspects of transformational leadership. Secondly, much of leadership researches centered around horizonally expanded shared/distributed leadership. Thus, this researches analyzed the effectiveness of the shared/distributed leadership theory based on previous researches and found shared/distributed leadership has positive impact on member's recognized performance and innovative behavior. However, in competition-oriented culture, shared/distributed leadership did not control recognized performance of its members. This implies the demand for shared/distributed leadership is necessary today and research on the matter will expanded globally but, the results may differ according to the cultural value of the company.

This study focuses on operational analysis of 2 types of intersection shared lanes. First, the analysis showed that a through & right-turn shared lane is always less used than the adjacent through-only lanes and as a result, operational efficiency deteriorates. To improve the efficiency fine-tuning in signal timing optimization using lane-by-lane traffic volume data is required. Further improvement can be achieved by guiding drivers to equally use the shared lane. For left-turn & U-turn shared lanes, it was found that saturation flow rate is affected by interference between U-turn and conflicting right-turn movements. However, since such interference does not occur in every cycle, a statistical model must be established to develop realistic adjustment factor for saturation flow rate of the shared lane.

Recently, many global companies are making efforts to realize the sharing economy based on the establishment of a global supply chain and the established global supply chain. There are various methods for realizing the sharing economy, but among them, a lot of effort is being made to promote the sharing economy of companies through the shared logistics system, especially logistics efficiency. In order to realize the corporate sharing economy, companies are required to find ways to apply ICT-based shared logistics systems. Therefore, this study aims to improve the logistics efficiency of logistics companies in order to increase the efficiency of ICT-based sharing economy in logistics companies. To this end, we would like to present the current status and operation of the domestic shared logistics system for the application of the ICT-based shared logistics system, and suggest the operation plan of the shared logistics system through ICT linkage with the domestic shared logistics system. It is judged that various needs required in the global supply chain can be satisfied by presenting an efficiency plan for ICT-based shared logistics.

Several authentication methods have been developed to make use of tokens in the mobile networks and smart payment systems. Token used in smart payment system is genearated in place of Primary Account Number. The use of token in each payment transaction is advantageous because the token authentication prevents enemy from intercepting credit card number over the network. Existing token authentication methods work together with the cryptogram, which is computed using the shared key that is provisioned by the token service provider. Long lifetime and repeated use of shared key cause potential brawback related to its vulnerability against the brute-force attack. This paper proposes a per-transaction shared key mechanism, where the per-transaction key is agreed between the mobile device and token service provider for each smart payment transaction. From server viewpoint, per-transaction key list is easy to handle because the per-transaction key has short lifetime below a couple of seconds and the server does not need to maintain the state for the mobile device. We analyze the optimum size of the per-transaction shared key which satisfy the requirements for transaction latency and security strength for secure payment transactions.

Today, the elderly is increasing gradually in the Republic of Korea society and this problem will be more serious in the near future. Therefore, engineering support for aged people is required. We are establishing a new field of healthcare engineering for elderly people and aiming to support for aged people and disabled people using adaptive control and instrument technology. In this paper, the goal is to implement the shared control of a robot mobility aid for the elderly. As using this type of assistive technology to be useful by its intended user community, it supports elderly people and handicapped people to live independently in their private homes. The interface transforms the force applied by the user into the robot's motion. Devices like buttons, joysticks, and levers already exist for relaying user input; however, they require hand displacement that would loosen or otherwise release the user's hold. Such interfaces make operation very difficult and potentially unsafe. Therefore, we propose a shared control system. It's safe more than joysticks and buttons. The shared control is a means of registering the user's intention through physical interaction. It's an important component in the development of robotic elderly assistant. The concept of shared control describes a system which is two or more independent control systems. We are using that the three component blocks consist of pressure sensor (flexible force sensor), circuit of measurement and transfer function. Experimental trials of this paper have been tested at the indoor environment. The robot is able to know the user intended direction through haptic device were logged along with the robot's force sensor.

The purpose of this study was to identify the mediating effects of metacognition in the relationships between shared-leadership and resilience of the nursing students. The study subjects were 138 nursing students who participated in Team Based Learning for 6 weeks, in the first semester of 2019. Data were collected using self-reported questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS WIN 25.0 program. As a result of the study, There were statistically significant positive correlation between shared-leadership, metacognition and resilience. Also, shared-leadership affected resilience and metacognition had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between shared-leadership and resilience. The finding from this study indicate that it is necessary to develop and apply various teaching methods and intervention programs to increase shared leadership and metacognition in order to increase resilience of students in nursing colleges.

he purpose of this study is to propose a shared platform service that can deal with used books based on small stores. The volume of used book market has more than doubled since the book price system, and large bookstores are actively participating in the used book market. Used book sharing platform is an advanced form of online used book direct trade and can be easily used by installing applications on the user's mobile phone. The second-hand book sharing platform is not a shared platform that creates a huge profit-making enterprise, but a future-oriented shared platform that can benefit all users of the platform. If the shared platform, which is the core of the fourth industrial revolution, is applied to almost all small stores and utilized as a hub for second-hand book transactions, it will establish itself as a more reasonable market for second-hand book transactions.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of a mother-child shared room on self-confidence in infant care and the practice of breastfeeding by delivering individual education to the mother-child in the shared room. The participants were 50 mothers in the mother-child shared room group and 50 mothers in the mother-child in separate rooms group, all of whom delivered children. The self-confidence in infant care was found to be higher in the mother-child shared room group than the mother-child in separate rooms group. It is necessary to conduct multilateral research into the influential factors on the practice of breastfeeding apart from a variable, namely, the mother-child shared room.

The environment of modern corporate management is undergoing many changes due to the horizontal organizational structure and the spread of team system. The importance of collective leadership that all members can pursue together beyond the existing personal leadership is increasing day by day. This study was conducted to analyze the effects of shared leadership on psychological empowerment, organizational justice and organizational commitment using PLS, a structural equation tool. The analysis highlighted the following. First, shared leadership exerted positive effects on psychological empowerment and organizational justice. Second, psychological empowerment exerted positive effects on organizational justice and organizational commitment and lastly, organizational justice exerted positive effects on organizational commitment. The causality between shared leadership, psychological empowerment, organizational justice and organizational commitment. This study demonstrated the important relationship between shared leadership and psychological empowerment and organizational justice, which will serve as a guideline for further organizational commitment.

This study explored the relationships among perceived values of environment friendly-cars and shared cars, product attitudes, subjective norms, and usage intentions. The study also examined the difference between the consumer attitudes toward environment friendly-cars and shared-cars. 357 survey responses of Chinese consumers were analyzed with structural equation modeling. The results indicate that the perceived values of environment friendly-cars had positive effects on the product attitude, while the environmental as well as economic value of shared-cars had positive effects on the product attitude. The product attitude, subjective norm and anticipated guilt had positive effects on the usage intention. The results are expected to provide useful marketing strategies related to both environment friendly-car and shared car industries.
