This paper proposes a new heuristic algorithm of a low power hardware allocation for Design Automation. The proposed algorithm works on scheduled input graph and allocates functional units, interconnections and registers by considering interdependency between operations and storage elements in each control step, in order to share registers and interconnections connected to functional units, as much as possible. The low power factor of the capacitance is reduced during the allocation. As the resource number reduce maximal . This paper shows the effectiveness of the algorithm by comparing experiments of existing system of the non low power.
This study, in order to complement instability of analysis result stemming from the choice between reference point and comparison point which is pointed out as the defect of shift-share analysis, conducted shift-share analysis using Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) trend of Geumgang area, Chungcheongnam-do for the period from 2000 to 2011. As a result of the analysis, (1) industries that had both the positive Regional Share Effect (RSE) and Industrial Mixed Effect (IME) were service industries such as manufacturing industry, electricity gas, transportation industry, art, etc., which are positively influencing the regional industry. (2) industries that had both the negative RSE and IME were other service industries such as wholesale and retail businesses, lodging industry, food industry, real estate business and leasing service, business service industry, public administration, etc., which provide basic livelihood services for the residents. (3) industries that had the positive RSE and negative IME were agriculture, forestry and fishery industry, mining industry, construction industry, and educational service industry. (4) industries that had the negative RSE and positive IME were info-communications industry, financial and insurance businesses, health industry, etc.

Estimations of paddy field area are important for agricultural water supply planning. Especially these estimations have to be excused by drainage basin. In this research, we developed a paddy field estimation model considering shift-share effects such as national growing, structural, local effects. National growing effects are estimated by adopting the result of KREI-ASMO model which predict farm land area in national level. Paddy field structural effects are estimated using statistical data about farmhouse numbers and cultivation areas. Local allocation effects are calculated by differences of estimations and real data. The results using data from 1998 to 2003 show that developed model estimates 2006 paddy field areas in each province in 5% error and is applicable to predict future change of paddy field.

In this paper, the technique for obtaining diversity gain without increasing the antenna is proposed using symbol share in the OFDM systems. Proposed technique groups symbols which are mapped into different sub-carriers and these symbols are modulated by proposed constellation. Proposed constellation has the identical minimum distance with QPSK modulation constellation and obtain more frequency diversity gain. Also, proposed modulation scheme make it possible to increase data rate using subcarriers allocated symbols.
Ports in Korea have been increasing in terms of volume while they have performed functions and roles such as industrial ports in promoting industries of their hinterlands as well as commercial ports supporting imports and exports. Nevertheless, specialization degree is different from port to port by cargo type and the changes in cargo volume. This study aims to analyze the structural changes and the degree of concentration and specialization by cargo type and port between 2001 and 2020. Top 10 ports were analyzed in terms of traffic volume by categorizing liquid, dry, general cargo and containers. HHI(Herfindahl-Hirschman Index), LQ(Location Coefficient), and shift-share analysis were employed in order to identify the degree of concentration, specialization and changes in cargo volume by port and cargo type. As a result of the analysis, the degree of port concentration and specialization for each cargo of 4 categories have maintained a high level, and no significant difference were found in fluctuations over the past 20 years. As a result of calculating the flucation of cargo volume through the shift-share analysis, the growth rate of liquid cargo was high in Yeosu Gwangyang Port, Pyeongtaek Dangjin Port in dry cargo, and Busan Port in general cargo and container ports. The result implies that it is not expected that the structural changes including degree of cargo concentration, specialization and relative fluctuation of cargo volume is significant in Korean ports in the future since the effects of economies of scale and clustering were achieved to the great degree.

This paper proposes a new dynamic hardware allocation and binding algorithm of a simultaneous allocation and binding for SOC design automation. The proposed algorithm works on scheduled input graph and simultaneously allocates binds functional units, interconnections and registers by considering interdependency between operations and storage elements in each control step, in order to share registers and interconnections connected to functional units, as much as possible. This paper shows the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm by comparing experiments to determine number of function unit in advance or by comparing separated executing allocation and binding of existing system.
Fair and efficient bandwidth allocation methods using the coalition game theory and the bargaining game theory following the axiomatic approach have been proposed when sending nodes with different traffic input rate try to share the bandwidth. These methods satisfy the axiomatic fairness provided by the mathematical ground of the game theories. However, since the axioms of the two game models are different from one another, the allocated bandwidths to each sending nodes become different even in the same communication environments. Thus, in this paper, we model the bandwidth allocation problem with these game theories, and quantitatively compare and analyze the allocated bandwidth and loss rate of each sending nodes in various communication environments. The results show that the bargaining game allocates relatively less bandwidth to a node with a higher sending rate than that with a lower sending rate while coalition game allocates bandwidth according to the sending rate of each node.
Ethernet passive optical network(EPON) is the next-generation technology for supporting services of high-quality at low-cost. In the EPON, all optical network units(ONUs) have to share a limited uplink channel for upstream data. In order to satisfy bandwidth demands of users on high-capacity local access networks(LANs), the optical line terminal(OLT) efficiently divides and allocates time slots of uplink channel to all ONUs. We discuss previous schemes for dynamic bandwidth allocation(DBA), such as interleaved polling with adaptive cycle time(IPACT) and sliding cycle time(SLICT). In this paper, dynamic right sizing of maximum-windows(DRSM), as a novel bandwidth allocation service, is proposed for more effective and efficient time slot allocation of the uplink channel. DRSM which is based on past information of bandwidth allocated by OLT calculates maximum available bandwidth and dynamically alters the maximum window size for the next ONU. This scheme does not only exert every effort to meet bandwidth demands of ONUs with the possible scope, it also seeks fairness of bandwidth allocation among ONUs.
Promoted in places like Korea, the central government and the local governments that can provide information on which to base investment policy to attract foreign direct mutation-specific gravity model (Shift-Share Model) In this study, the decrease of foreign direct investment performance using factors looked up in the industry. The sample period of 2009, 2010, 2011 nationwide (metropolitan and non-metropolitan separated) of foreign direct investment performance for Industry Standard Industrial Classification (Division) was conducted. Factors to look at the results of the National Growth Effect(NS), the industrial structure effect (IM), local allocation effect(RS) to decrease foreign direct investment in 2010 and 2011 non-metropolitan, metropolitan national growth effect(RS) is negative(-) has a value. Because it appears to be the aftermath of the global recession, the impact on the domestic economy Metropolitan area and the Industrial Mix Effect(IM) to the development of education, culture, business, and transportation, etc. in the development of service industries than in non-metropolitan valid environment. In the sector of services (food accommodation, business services, entertainment), We did it, was able to find the function. However, the Regional Share Effect(RS) be competitive in the manufacturing sector in metropolitan areas in the metal and chemical sectors have been identified. These results seems to enhance the competitiveness of the region, such as the metropolitan area's excellent workforce. Shift-Share analysis technique based on competitive factors of the region, to find the failure has limitations.

Manufacturing environment is getting characterized by unstable market demand, short product life cycle and timebased competition. For adapting this environment, machine tools have to be further versatile functionally in order to reduce part's set-up time. Unlike existing manufacturing systems mainly to focus on part flow, it is important to control tool flow using fast tool change device and tool delivery device in parallel machines consisting of versatile machine tools, because complete operations on a part can be performed on one machine tool in a single machine set-up. In this paper, under dynamic tool allocation strategy to share tools among machine tools, we propose a real-time tool allocation and operation esequence model with an objective of minimizing flow time using autonomy and negotiation of agents in parallel machines
