Many security systems rely solely on solutions based on Artificial Intelligence, which are weak in nature. These security solutions can be easily manipulated by malicious users who can gain unlawful access. Some security systems suggest using fingerprint-based solutions, but they can be easily deceived by copying fingerprints with clay. Image-based security is undoubtedly easy to manipulate, but it is also a solution that does not require any special training on the part of the user. In this paper, we propose a multi-factor security framework that operates in a three-step process to authenticate the user. The motivation of the research lies in utilizing commonly available and inexpensive devices such as onsite CCTV cameras and smartphone camera and providing fully secure user authentication. We have used technologies such as Argon2 for hashing image features and physically unclonable identification for secure device-server communication. We also discuss the methodological workflow of the proposed multi-factor authentication framework. In addition, we present the service scenario of the proposed model. Finally, we analyze qualitatively the proposed model and compare it with state-of-the-art methods to evaluate the usability of the model in real-world applications.

In order to publicly notify the information security (Internet or Cyber) threat level, the security companies have developed the Threat Meters. As the physical security devices are getting more intelligent and can be monitored and managed through networks, we propose a physical security threat meter (PSTM) to determine the current threat level of physical security; that is a very similar compared with the one of information security. For this purpose, we investigate and prioritize the physical security events, and consider the impact of temporal correlation among multiple security events. We also present how to determine the threshold values of threat levels, and then propose a practical PSTM using the threshold based decision. In particular, we show that the proposed scheme is fully implementable through showing the block diagram in detail and the whole implementation processes with the access controller and CCTV+video analyzer system. Finally the simulation results show that the proposed PSTM works perfectly under some test scenarios.

As the industrial society is developing wars, terrors, and vicious crimes is getting increased. These dangerous factors are caused of casualty and subversiveness of social order. Such vicious crimes lead people to feeling of insecurity. That is why naturally people want to build and inspect strengthened security system. CCTV camera system which can be said as the most popular security system is being installed in public places has large number of floating population. This trend is required to develop the intelligent video security technology and propagate it since the importance of security technology is getting high. This thesis will be described regarding the trend of the intelligent surveillance camera and the scenario.
Shoplifting causes serious losses to not only stores but also to consumers and society as a whole. There need to be effective society-wide measures to control shoplifting due to its characteristic of playing the role as a stepping stone to induce more serious crimes. However, there is a lack of research on shoplifting in Korea, especially the research analyzing situational factors to suggest effective alternative measures for shoplifting prevention. Therefore, the current study surveyed teenagers, the group known to be the most frequent shoplifters, to see their perception of effectiveness of the situational crime prevention methods used in stores. The result showed that the teenagers found only some of the prevention methods effective, including CCTV, Electronic Article Surveillance(EAS), minimization of blind areas, and watchful clerks. However, factors such as the number of doors and their accessibility and presence of security guards were not perceived to be very effective. Using the result of the survey, this study suggests ways to utilize situational crime prevention methods more effectively to deter shoplifting.
As technology advances, the importance of software education is increasing. Accordingly, interest in information subjects is increasing, but intending elementary learners to show algorithms only for specialized IT skills that could spoil the interest. In this paper for the elementary school students, through the four stages, 2015 revision curriculum analysis, creating of training program development operating plans, applying programs for the targeting students and analysis of results and evaluation, using Rich Picture technique which is various tools such as pictures and speech bubble symbols for the learners can express the intelligent CCTV algorithm freely and easily so they can understand fully about the algorithm of intelligent CCTV that uses artificial intelligence to extract faces from subjects. Suggest on this paper, the proposal of educational program can help the learner to grasp the principle of the algorithm by using the flowchart. As the result, Through the modification and development of the proposed program, we will conduct research on IT creative education that can be applied in various areas.

The latest CCTV camera are network camera in many cases. In this case when transmitting high-quality image by internet, it could be a large load on the internet because the amount of image data is very large. In this study, we propose a method which can reduce the video traffic in this case, and evaluate its performance. We used a method for transmitting and extracting a gesture information using ToF camera such as Kinect in certain circumstances. There may be restrictions on the application of the proposed method because it depends on the performance of the ToF camera. However, it can be applied efficiently to the security or safety management of a small interior space such as a home or office.

The personal image information compiled through closed-circuit television (CCTV) will be open to the internet with the technology such as Long-Tail, Mash-Up, Collective Intelligence, Tagging, Open Application Programming Interface (Open-API), Syndication, Podcasting and Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX). The movie User Created Contents (UCC) connected to the internet with the skill of web 2.0 has the effects of abuse and threat without precedent. The purpose of this research is to develop the institutional and technological method to reduce these effects. As a result of this research, in terms of technology this paper suggests Privacy Zone Masking, IP Filtering, Intrusion-detection System (IDS), Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), public key infrastructure (PKI), Hash and PDF Socket. While in terms of management this paper suggests Privacy Commons and Privacy Zone. Based on CCTV-UCC linked to the above network, the research regarding personal image information security is expected to aid in realizing insight and practical personal image information as a specific device in the following research.
In the 21st century, the higher CCTV, hidden Camera, and surveillance and contra-surveillance in Cyber-space are, the higher the voices of concern about surveillance society nationally are. Nevertheless, phenomenon of panoptisme is becoming into general use. Actually, this watching system should be on the rise but this is the output playing up and advertising the positive effect of immediate convenience and offering safety that government and business made. Thus, this study wants to offer implication to warn the invasion of privacy and generalization controlled society as pointed out cause and problem of the surveillance society time according to the digital era.

In modern society, there has been an increase in needs to protect the life and property of the people, because the number of various crimes is on the increase due to the sudden and complicated changes of the urban environment. For the needs, security persons in the urban area are expanding the role and skill of police for more effective crime prevention and surveillance, although the number of policeman/woman is insufficient and their tasks are hard. Recently, a system to observe and prevent crime in effective has been introduced by using such an artificial surveillance device as CCTV to monitor focusing on one area for 24 hours. However, the system brings such problems as the insufficiency of systematic criteria to install surveillance device and the invasion of privacy. Therefore, in this study, artificial surveillance zones to monitor crimes are selected by applying spatial features between artificial surveillance devices including CCTV and crime occurrence place, and using GIS spatial analysis techniques. As a result of selecting, it's found that the number of CCTV is absolutely insufficient and spatial distribution is not fully considered in the existing location of installed CCTV.

Due to acceleration of the IT industry and the environment for a variety of media in modern society, such as real-time video images 3D-TV is a very important issue. These high-quality live video is being applied to various fields such as CCTV footage has become an important performance parameters. However, these high quality images, even vulnerable because of shortcomings secure channel or by using various security algorithms attempt to get rid of these disadvantages are underway very active. These shortcomings, this study added extra security technologies to reduce the processing speed image processing itself, but by adding security features to transmit real-time processing and security measures for improving the present.
