지식자기효능감이 종업원의 지식공유의도에 미치는 영향: 개인성과기대 및 과업성과기대의 매개효과 검증 (The effect of knowledge self-efficacy on employee's knowledge sharing intention: Analysis of mediating effects of personal outcome expectation and performance-related outcome expectation)

  • Despite the organizational benefits of knowledge sharing among employees, many workers are reluctant to share their knowledge with their colleagues. Most organizations have taken a lot of actions to facilitate knowledge sharing among employees, including developing reward systems, enhancing social networks and interpersonal relationships and crafting organizational cultures that support knowledge sharing. To date, however, earlier studies have demonstrated that knowledge doesn't flow easily when an organization makes a concerted effort to facilitate knowledge sharing. The issue whether or not employees are motivated to share their knowledge with others is definitely the main concern in knowledge sharing. The purpose of this study is to explore the conditions under which employees are inclined to share knowledge with other members. Specifically, we examine the effect of knowledge self-efficacy on knowledge sharing intention. In addition, we attempt to investigate medicating effects of personal outcome expectation and performance-related outcome expectation on the relationship between knowledge self-efficacy and knowledge sharing intention. To test the proposed hypotheses in our study, we collected data via a survey with a sample of 210 employees in 23 firms in Korea. The major findings of the empirical research are as follows: 1) knowledge self-efficacy was positively related with knowledge sharing intention. 2) personal outcome expectation has turned out to have a mediation effect on the relationship between knowledge self-efficacy and knowledge sharing intention. 3) performance-related outcome expectation also mediates the relationship between knowledge self-efficacy and knowledge sharing intention That is, this result indicates that knowledge self-efficacy has indirect effect on knowledge sharing intention through personal outcome expectation and performance-related outcome expectation. Based on these findings, implications of the research findings and recommendation for future research are discussed.

고혈압 침 임상연구에서 환자의 기대치와 치료효과 간의 상관관계 (The Relationship between Patients' Expectations of Treatment Effect and Clinical Outcome in a Trial of Acupuncture for Hypertension)

  • Objectives : To identify potential correlation between patients' expectations and clinical outcome in a randomized control study of acupuncture. Methods : In a clinical trial of acupuncture for hypertension, 60 participants with pre and mild hypertension were randomized into an acupuncture group and a control group. After randomization, all participants were asked to rate their expectation for the intervention on a scale of 0 to 10. To analyze the effect of expectation on clinical outcome, change of blood pressure was compared between high and low expectation groups. Results : There was no significant difference of baseline blood pressure between low expectation group and high expectation group. Proportion of acupuncture group and control group was also not different between low and high expectation groups (p = 0.638). The change of systolic blood pressure was -1.55 mmHg in low expectation group and -3.07 mmHg in high expectation group, and it was not significantly different (p = 0.54). There was no significant difference in the change of diastolic blood pressure between two groups (p = 0.58), with -3.24 mmHg in low expectation group and -2.34 mmHg in high expectation group. Conclusion : In this study, the expectation of intervention (including acupuncture treatment) was not associated with the effect of intervention.

공연서비스에 대한 관람객의 순차적 기대 및 성과와 만족 간 관계 분석 (Analysis on the Relation between Audience Expectation and Outcomes in Performing Arts)

  • 본 논문에서는 공연분야 중에서 뮤지컬이란 경험재를 대상으로 사용자가 만족을 느끼는 과정을 기대불일치 관점에서 규명하고자 하였다. 기대와 성과를 시간의 흐름에 따라 분석하여, 주변적인 요소에 대한 기대와 성과를 1차적 기대와 성과로, 공연자체의 콘텐츠, 관람상황에 대한 기대와 성과를 2차적 기대와 성과로 구분하여 관람객들의 만족에 미치는 과정을 동적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 공연을 보고나서 느끼는 만족에 최종적으로 영향을 미치는 요인이 2차적 성과 즉, 공연콘텐츠와 관람상황이라는 것을 밝혀냈다. 동시에 공연장이나 서비스 등의 주변적 요인들에 대한 기대는 2차적 기대에 영향을 미치고, 이는 곧 2차적 성과에 영향을 줌으로써 만족에까지 영향이 미쳤다. 그러나 실질적으로 1차적인 성과는 2차적 기대에 영향을 주지 않음으로 공연장이나 기타 공연을 보기 전의 서비스들은 크게 관람객의 만족에 영향을 주지 않는 것을 밝힘으로서 공연장 경영을 위한 단초를 제공 할 것으로 기대된다.

간호사가 인지하는 멘토링의 기능이 직무동기와 업무성과에 미치는 영향: 자기 효능감과 결과 기대 매개효과 중심으로 (The effect of mentoring function on job motivation and nursing performance with a focus on the mediated effect of self-efficacy and outcome expectation)

  • Objectives: This study investigated the effect of mentoring function on job motivation and nursing performance through self-efficacy and outcome expectation. Methods: It was conducted with 226 nurses working in the 5 hospitals of B and G cities. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Windows 18.0 and AMOS 16.0. Results: Mentoring was found to have a direct effect on outcome expectation (${\beta}=0.314$, p < 0.001), and outcome expectation had a direct effect on job motivation (${\beta}=-0.333$, p < 0.001) and nursing performance (${\beta}=0.341$, p < 0.001). Job motivation was found to affect nursing performance (${\beta}=0.268$, p < 0.001). Conclusions: The results of this study suggest that mentoring function plays an important role in improving nursing performance, so it is necessary to develop and apply a mentoring program for nurses.

스포츠 계열 전공 대학생의 학업적 자기효능감, 결과기대 및 학과적응의 인과관계 (The Relationships of academic self-efficacy, outcome expectation, and department-adaptation of Students Majoring in sports)

  • 본 연구는 스포츠 계열 전공 대학생의 학업적 자기효능감, 결과기대 및 학과적응의 인과관계를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 스포츠 계열 전공 대학생 514명을 무작위추출 표집방법으로 추출하였으며 설문조사를 실시하여 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS v18.0과 AMOSS v20.0을 이용하여 확인적요인북석, 상관관계분석, 경로분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 학업적 자기효능감은 결과기대에, 학업적 자기효능감 및 이에 의한 결과기대는 학과적응에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 학업적 자기효능감과 학과적응의 관계에서 결과기대의 간접효과도 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과로 스포츠 계열 전공 대학생의 학과적응을 높이기 위해 결과기대를 높이도록 하는 것이 중요하다고 사료된다.

경력단절 여성의 진로결정 자기효능감과 경력계획의 관계에서 결과기대의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Outcome Expectation on the Relationship between the Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy and the Career Planning of Career Interrupted Women)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 경력단절 여성의 진로결정 자기효능감과 경력계획의 관계에서 결과기대의 매개효과를 확인하고자 하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적에 따라 부산 경남지역에 소재한 여성인력개발센터에서 직업교육과 상담에 참여하고 있고, 취업의사가 있는 경력단절 여성 270명을 대상으로 진로결정 자기효능감, 결과기대, 경력계획 척도를 활용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 그리고 수집된 자료는 회귀분석방법으로 매개효과를 분석하였으며, 이에 대한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경력단절 여성의 진로결정 자기효능감, 결과기대, 경력계획은 정적상관이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 경력단절 여성의 진로결정 자기효능감과 경력계획의 관계에서 결과기대의 매개효과는 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 마지막으로 본 연구결과에 기초하여 연구의 의의와 경력단절 여성의 경력개발을 위한 교육적 제언을 하였다. 본 연구는 이후 경력단절 여성의 경력개발을 위한 교육 및 상담에 의미 있는 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

간호대학생의 강점인식과 진로적응성 : 결과기대의 매개효과 (Mediating Effect of Outcome Expectation in the Relationship between Strengths Knowledge and Career Adaptability of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 강점인식과 진로적응성과의 관계에서 결과기대의 매개효과를 규명하여, 간호대학생의 진로적응성을 증진시키기 위한 교육프로그램 개발에 기초자료를 제시하고자 수행되었다. 연구대상은 G광역시와 J도에 소재한 대학교 3곳의 간호대학생 284명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 26.0프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관분석 및 Baron과 Kenny의 3단계 매개 회귀분석을 이용하였고, Sobel test로 검증하였다. 진로적응성은 강점인식(r=.61, p<.001) 및 결과기대(r=.55, p<.001)와 정적 상관관계를 강점인식은 결과기대(r=.41, p<.001)와 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 결과기대는 강점인식과 진로적응성 사이에서 부분매개효과를 나타냈으며(Z=3.85, p<.001), 강점인식 수준이 높을수록(𝛽=.44, p<.001), 결과기대가 높을수록(𝛽=.33, p<.001), 진로적응성 수준이 높아지며, 진로적응성을 설명하는 설명력은 50%이었다. 간호대학생의 진로적응성 증진을 위해서는 개인에 대한 긍정적 사고로 강점을 인식하도록 할 뿐 아니라 바람직한 결과기대 형성을 위한 태도를 동시에 증진시킬 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

대학원생들의 연구관련 성과 변인들의 차이 분석: 글로벌 박사양성 프로젝트와 두뇌한국21사업을 중심으로 (An Analysis of the Differences in Research-related Constructs: Serial Comparson of the Graduate Students in Global Ph. D Fellowship and Brain Korea 21 Projects)

  • The purpose of this study is to compare the key research-related constructs, research insterest, research self-efficacy, research productivity, and research outcome expectation of the graduate students, who are participating in Global Ph.D Fellowship (GPF) and Brain Korea (BK) 21 projects. The overall results show that the mean scores of GPF students in research interest, research self-efficacy, research productivity, and research outcome expectation are higher than those of BK21. However, the higher mean scores of doctoral students in both GPF and BK21 projects imply that the longer you stay in graduate program, the better researcher you can be. Although GPF program selected higher potential students and they seem to work very hard with high expectation to be competent researchers, compatible outcome also could be possible by BK21 project.

초등학교 교사의 자기주도 학습력과 과학 교수 효능감 및 기타 배경 변인들의 관계 (Relationships among Self-Directed Learning Ability, Science Teaching Efficacy Beliefs, and Other Background Variables of Elementary School Teachers)

  • In this study, the relationships among self-directed learning ability, science teaching efficacy beliefs (personal science teaching efficacy and science teaching outcome expectation), life satisfaction, job satisfaction, and other background variables of elementary school teachers were investigated. A survey was administered to 234 teachers from 25 elementary schools in Jeonju. It was found that self-directed learning ability of the teachers was significantly correlated with their personal science teaching efficacy, science teaching outcome expectation, life satisfaction, job satisfaction, and age. A stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that personal science teaching efficacy, life satisfaction, science teaching outcome expectation, and age were the significant predictors on their self-directed learning ability.

간호사의 셀프리더십과 간호업무성과간의 관계 (The Relation between Self-leadership and Outcome of Nursing Practice)

  • Purpose: This study was undertaken in order to suggest self-leadership as a way to promote organization efficiency of nursing organization. So the relation between self-leadership and outcome of nursing practice in organization was studied. Method: The subjects of study were nurses as a population who were working for the 2 of university hospitals which have over 500 beds in Kyong Ki Province as well as who have been working for over 6 months. The data was collected by questionnaires from 215 nurses and analyzed using descriptive statistics, perason correlation coefficient, t-test and ANOVA on SAS Program. Results: Self-leadership of nurse got 3.51 grade out of 5 as a mean point. Each of the segments got 3.74 in self-compensation, 3.57 in self-expectation, 3.53 in goal-setting, 3.45 in rehearsal, 3.37 in self-criticism and 3.30 in constructive thinking in order. Independent performance of nursing practice at each items of outcome of nursing practice showed the highest correlations with the self-expectation among self-leadership segments. Constructive thinking, self-compensation, rehearsal, goal-setting were related like this in order, but self-criticism was related just a little. Dependent nursing practice has the highest correlation with the self-expectation, goal-setting, rehearsal, constructive thinking, self-compensation were similar as aboves in order, but self-criticism didn't show any similar correlations. Relationship practice has the highest correlation with the self-expectation, and goal-setting, constructive thinking, self-compensation, rehearsal were similar, while self-criticism did not show any correlations. Conclusion: In conclusion the result was obtained that self-leadership is much correlated with outcome of nursing practice. Therefore, as a way to promote efficiency of nursing organization, the constant study about self-leadership with the various aspects is needed focusing on self-management and inner motivation as a new leadership paradigm.
