The purpose of this article is to deal with the multiple values and uniqueness of meromorphic functions with small functions in the whole complex plane. We obtain a more general theorem which improves and extends strongly the results of R. Nevanlinna, Li-Qiao, Yao, Yi, and Thai-Tan.

In this paper, we prove two uniqueness theorem on meromorphic functions sharing one value which generalize a recent result of R. S. Dyavanal [2], and on the other hand, we relax the nature of sharing value from CM to IM.

Differential subordinations and superordinations results are obtained for certain meromorphic functions in the punctured unit disk which are associated with an integral operator. These results are obtained by investigating appropriate classes of a dmissible functions. Sandwich-type results are also obtained.

We study the uniqueness of meromorphic functions concerning nonlinear differential polynomials sharing a nonzero polynomial IM. Though the main concern of the paper is to improve a recent result of the present author [12], as a consequence of the main result we also generalize two recent results of X. M. Li and L. Gao [11].
