Increasing the number of GPU (Graphic Processor Unit) cores, the studies on High Performance Computing Platform using GPU have actively been made in recent. This trend has led to the development of GPGPU (General Purpose GPU) and CUDA (Compute Unified Device Architecture) Framework. In this paper, we explain the many benefits of the GPU based system, and propose the ICIDF(Identify Compute-Intensive Data set and Function) methodology to apply GPU technology to legacy military information system for performance improvement. To demonstrate the efficiency of this methodology, we applied this method to AES CPU based program obtained from the Internet web site. Simply changing the data structure made improved the performance of AES program. As a result, the performance of AES based GPU program is improved gradually up to 10 times. Depending on the developer's ability, additional performance improvement can be expected. The problem to be solved is heat issue, but this problem has been much improved by the development of the cooling technology.

Objectives : This study applied the research model of Bontis (1998), which has been used to investigate everything from business corporations to hospitals in Korea, examined its generalizability and attempted to verify which factors of the intellectual capital affects organizational performance, represented by indicators for the clinical and financial performance of hospitals. Methods : Primary data for the study were collected from 91 general hospitals through self-administered questionnaires, and secondary data on clinical and financial performance of hospitals were collected form existing statistics. Collected data were analyzed with SPSS 11.5 (ver.) and AMOS 18.0 (ver.). Results : It was found that only human capital and customer capital had indirect effects on hospital performance. It was also revealed that structural capital had a direct effect on clinical performance, and an indirect effect on financial performance. Conclusions : This result means that there is a need to individually consider both the clinical performance and financial performance when measuring the organizational performance of a hospital, and it also shows that positive improvement in the clinical performance can contribute to the improvement of the financial performance through this process.

Purpose: This study focused on reality and quality improvement of aviation security equipment performance certification system. Methods: For this propose, we analyzed aviation security equipment performance certification system related legislations. Using analyzed data, we suggested advancement plan of aviation security equipment performance certification system. Results: In results, South Korea has been implementing aviation security performance certification system since October 2018. Parts for improvement of system are mutual certification with major countries that operate aviation security equipment performance certification systems, the spread of the defense industry's system, development of similar substances for handling explosives, and introduction of preliminary inspections. Conclusion: The research result could be used as a basic data for upgrading Korea's aviation security performance certification system.

일학습병행제는 국내 평생직업능력개발 체계에서 양적으로는 이미 중요한 한 축을 담당하고 있다. 하지만 기존의 일학습병행제 성과관리 방안들은 대부분 자격연계형 일학습병행제에 초점을 맞추고 있어, 4년제 대학이 담당하는 대학연계형 일학습병행제의 효과적인 성과관리체계구축에 대한 연구가 매우 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 일학습병행제 계약학과의 질적 내 실화를 이루기 위해, 대학연계형 일학습병행제에 적합한 성과관리체계를 구축하기 위한 방안을 제시한다. 이를 위해, 대학연계형 일학습병행 계약학과의 성과평가 항목 및 지표를 개발하여 성과평가체계를 구축한다. 다음, 국내 학습근로자, 코리아텍 OJT 전담교수, 참여기업의 현장교사 등 다양한 이해관계자집단의 요구를 FGI와 설문조사를 통해 분석하여 현재의 계약학과 운영성과와 특별히 높은 중도탈락률의 원인을 진단한다. 이를 기초로 성과지표별 측정방법을 개발하고, 투입-변환-산출-피드백 구조의 시스템적 성과관리체계를 구축하기 위한 제 방안을 제시한다. 또한 높은 중도탈락률의 개선과 성과향상을 위한 방안을 각 이해관계자 측면에서 제시한다.

This paper explores the possibility of improving R&D management system through researchers' satisfaction analysis. The relationship between job satisfaction and performance has traditionally been one of the engaging topics in organization psychology. However, the research results of the past showed the relatively low level of correlation between satisfaction and performance at the individual level. In contrast to these past research results, recent research results on this relationship at the organizational level revealed the higher correlation between these two factors, The present study extends this 'satisfaction and performance' hypothesis to the development and improvement of R&D management system. That is, we used the results of researchers' satisfaction analysis to devise appropriate criteria for the design and implementation of more effective R&D management systems. This paper seeks to show that we can make fruitful use of researchers' satisfaction analysis in order to choose a more effective one among alternative R&D management systems.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of quality management system requirements, which are techniques for management innovation to secure competitiveness of small and medium-sized manufacturers, on management performance as economic uncertainties increase and non-face-to-face culture spread. To this end, a survey was conducted on small and medium-sized manufacturing companies that maintain ISO certification. As a result of the study, first, it was found that planning had a positive effect on management performance among the requirements of the quality management system. Second, it was found that improvement among the requirements of the quality management system had a positive effect on management performance. Third, in the relationship between the requirements of the quality management system and management performance, leadership was found to have a complete mediating effect on planning. This means that the CEO plays a large role in establishing strategies for companies to gain a competitive advantage and will contribute to establishing all measures.

정보공유와 신뢰, 피드백을 바탕으로 한 파트너십 시스템은 각 협력사간 반품물류관리에 있어 보다 효율적인 성과를 얻을 수 있게 한다. 이 사례연구는 홈쇼핑업체와 각 협력사간 웹 기반의 파트너십 시스템을 통한 반품물류관리 개선 성과를 보여주고 있다. 첫째, 협력사간 거래비용과 작업시간을 감소시키고 있으며, 둘째, 생산라인의 집중화 및 계획 관리가 가능토록 하였다. 마지막으로 신속하고 정확한 반품관련 업무처리가 가능해지고 피드백을 통해 제품의 품질 향상을 도모할 수 있음을 보여주고 있다.

아웃소싱은 국내 소매기업에서 대부분이 활용하고 있을 만큼 보편화되어 있지만 지금까지 이에 대한 체계적인 연구는 부족한 실정이며, 특히 소매기업의 아웃소싱이 마케팅 성과에 어떤 영향을 미쳤는지에 대한 선행연구는 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소매기업의 현실적인 여건을 염두에 두고 문헌연구를 종합적으로 고찰해 연구 모형을 구축하여 아웃소싱의 전략요인인 아웃소싱 목표 및 범위의 명확화, 코소싱, 공급기업 관리, 인적자원의 참여가 마케팅 성과 요소인 서비스 품질 향상, 고객만족, 종업원의 능력 향상에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 아웃소싱 전략요인이 마케팅 성과에 미치는 영향은 아웃소싱 동기 및 인적자원의 아웃소싱 정도에 따라 어떠한 차이가 나는지에 대해서도 분석하였다. 아웃소싱 전략요인이 마케팅 성과에 미친 영향에 대한 가설을 검증한 결과, 코소싱은 서비스 품질 향상에, 인적자원의 참여는 서비스 품질 향상과 종업원의 능력 향상에, 공급기업 관리는 고객만족과 종업원의 능력 향상에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 아웃소싱 목표와 범위의 명확화는 마케팅 성과 변수에 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 밝혀졌다.

IETF의 NETCONF 워킹그룹에서는 구성관리의 상호운용성을 보장하기 위하여 구성관리표준 프로토콜인 NETCONF에 대한 표준을 제정하고 있다. 이러한 구성관리에서는 상호운용성 뿐만 아니라 성능도 구성관리에서 중요한 요소 중의 하나이지만 현재까지는 성능에 대한 논의가 많이 이루어지고 있지 않은 실정이다. 이러한 점을 고려하여 본 논문에서는 NETCONF 프로토콜의 성능을 측정하고 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시한다. 또한 제시된 방안에 대한 성능검증 결과를 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among innovation activities, innovation performance, and management performance of export firms. I first undertake a review of previous studies related to innovation activity, innovation performance, and export firms' innovation. Based on this, I set up a research model and hypotheses. First, The innovation activity is classified into product innovation activity, process innovation activity, and administrative innovation activity. Innovation performance is divided into product quality improvement and cost reduction. And the business performance is regarded as financial performance of export's firms. This study examined whether innovation activity affect innovation performance such as product quality improvement and cost reduction. In addition, I examined whether these innovation performance affects business performance (financial performance). To achieve this, a total of 368 questionnaires are used in this study and PLS (Partial Least Square) was used to analyze structural equation. As a result, this study shows that product innovation activity have a positive effect on product quality improvement, and process innovation activity also have a positive effect on product quality improvement. However, it was found that neither product innovation activity nor process innovation activity had an effect on cost reduction. And it was found that administrative innovation did not affect product quality improvement, but had a positive effect on cost reduction. Also, it was found that quality improvement, which is an innovation performance, did not affect the financial performance of export's firms, and cost reduction, which is an innovation performance, had a positive effect on the financial performance of the export's firms.
