정보사회에서 학습자가 자기주도적으로 학습을 수행하기 위해서 컴퓨터를 활용할 수 있는 능력은 중요하다. 실제로 컴퓨터를 활용할 수 있는 능력이 높은 학습자의 학업성취도가 어떠할지 분석할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 2010년-2018년에 시행한 서울교육종단연구의 1-9차년도 자료를 활용하여 컴퓨터 활용에 대한 인식과 빈도의 종단적 변화 패턴을 비모수 통계방식인 종단적 K-평균 군집(KML)을 통해 도출하고, 종단적 패턴에 따른 학업성취도를 분석하였다. 분석결과 컴퓨터 활용과 사용 빈도가 높은 종단적 패턴이 그렇지 않은 패턴에 비해 학업성취도가 높은 것으로 분석되었고, 고등학교 3학년의 대학전공 선택에서 컴퓨터 활용과 빈도가 높은 종단적 패턴이 공학계열을 선호하는 것으로 분석되었다.

Ammunition Demilitarization facility (ADF) should be set up the feasible goals and continue to operate, taking into account non-profit characteristics. However, due to the lack of performance measurement methods in ADF, which are essential to national policy at a significant cost each year, the reliability of the evaluation results can be insufficient. In this paper, the Balanced Score Card (BSC) method was applied that could be evaluated to reflect the financial and non-financial features. The relevant literature research and army regulations reflected the results of various interviews of the expert group. The extraction of success performance area in ADF was confirmed using the BSC method and the Decision Variable (DV) candidate was created to use regression for selecting the DV. Additionally, the key performance indicator was presented by verification the feasibility of content by conducting the survey of experts. The implications of this paper are as follows. First, the proposed BSC model was found to be suitable for practical use in ADF reflecting the non-profit characteristics. Second, accurate evaluation of ADF can contribute to long-term development of ADF. Finally, it can be applied to the management process of the other military sector, so it can be expected to play a role in providing basic data and spreading it to other areas.

Recently, the digital healthcare technologies including non-invasive diagnostics based on Internet of Things (IOT) are getting attention. Human exhaled breath contains a variety of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), which can provide information of malfunctions of the body and presence of a specific disease. Detection of VOCs in exhaled breath using gas sensors are easy to use, safe, and cost-effective. However, accurate diagnosis of diseases is challenging because changes in concentration of VOCs are extremely small and lots of body factors directly or indirectly influence to the conditions. To overcome the limitations, highly selective nanosensors and artificial intelligent electronic nose (E-nose) systems have been mainly researched in recent decades. This review provides brief reviews of the recent studies for diabetes and lung cancer diagnosis using nanosensors and E-nose systems.

Recently, the tourism industry faced a crisis due to COVID-19. Smart tourism that combines information and communication technology (ICT) is rapidly growing to overcome the crisis in the tourism industry. In order to revitalize the tourism industry after COVID-19, such as non-face-to-face and non-contact, smart tourism incorporating information and communication technology (ICT) is actively encouraged and promoted. The purpose of this study is to empirically verify how perceived pleasure, perceived awakening, and perceived domination, which are three important variables of emotional response theory, affect the intention to continue use through perceived usefulness, expectation, and satisfaction. The survey was conducted for two weeks from November 1 to 15, 2020. A total of 175 surveys were collected during the period and used for analysis. As a result of the study, first, perceived pleasure did not significantly affect perceived usefulness, expectation, satisfaction, and intention to continue use. Second, perceived awakening had a significant effect on expectations, but did not significantly affect perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and continued use intention. Third, perceived domination had a significant effect on perceived usefulness, expectation, and continued use intention. However, it did not significantly affect satisfaction. Fourth, perceived usefulness did not significantly affect satisfaction. Fifth, expectations had a significant effect on perceived usefulness and satisfaction. Sixth, satisfaction had a significant effect on the intention to continue use. Through this, companies and developers that provide online review content for aviation and hotels should know what part of the content is actually focused on and provide it to customers. In addition, content should be provided in consideration of the emotional aspects that aviation and hotel online review users feel while watching videos.

코로나-19 사태가 발생으로 인해 비대면 수업으로 전환되면서, 학교 현장에서의 교육은 전통적 강의식 수업과 다른 방향으로 흘러가고 있다. 이에 따라 여러 온라인 플랫폼이 새롭게 등장하였고, 우리 교육은 수업 변화의 과도기에 놓여있다. 그 결과로 여러 가지 명암이 분명히 존재하는 현재, 대표적으로 사용되고 있는 온라인 플랫폼 조사 후, 코로나-19 발생 이전의 보고서와 비교하여, 정의적·심동적·가치 인식의 측면에서 학생들의 ICT 활용 능력 인식 변화를 확인하고자 한다.

유아의 감성, 인지 발달을 위해서는 시각, 청각, 그리고 촉각 등의 감각통합이 필요하다. ICT의 발전 덕택에 유아는 학습과정 중에 다양한 감각을 사용할 수 있는 더 많은 기회를 갖게 되었다. 그러나, ICT 교육법은 단지 시청각에 중점을 두고 있어 통합인지가 부족하며, 이러한 사실은 ICT가 왜 주교보재로 사용될 수 없는지를 보여준다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터 퍼즐게임을 이용한 wUbi-Pen(촉각펜)의 인지 효과를 평가하였다. 실험 결과, wUbi-Pen을 이용해 햅틱 퍼즐 놀이를 한 경우 햅틱 기능이 없는 펜을 이용해서 퍼즐 놀이를 한 경우보다 K-WPPSI의 5개 동작성 평가 중 모양 맞추기, 미로, 빠진 곳 찾기 등 3개 영역에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 ICT 교재의 개발에 있어 촉각 기능의 필요성을 제시하고, 더 나아가 인지에 관련된 다양한 증상에 효과적인 교보재로 사용될 수 있음을 보여준다.

스마트폰의 사용은 모바일 인터넷 비즈니스 성장의 큰 영향을 주었다. 커머스와 광고, 결제와 게임, 영상콘텐츠, 미디어, 헬스케어와 최근의 소셜과 함께 일어나는 O2O 비즈니스까지 그리고 헬스케어 분야에서도 많은 성장을 보이고 있다. 미국의 경우 2015년 스마트폰 기기용 헬스케어 앱규제를 완화하고, 같은 해 중국은 웨어러블등 모바일 기기를 활용해 부족한 의료진과 병상문제 해결을 위한 5개년 로드맵을 마련하기도 하였다. 국내에서도 웨어러블 기기를 의료분야에 활용이 점차 증가하고 있다. 하지만 여기에 반드시 해결해야 할 선과제가 있다면 바로 보안문제이다. ICT 활용 증가로 금융, 의료등 비 ICT 분야에서도 보안사고가 해마다 증가하고 있다. 또한 금융사기, 불법 판촉, 보험 제약 회사 악용 등 2차 피해 발생 가능성이 높은 금융, 의료 분야에서 개인정보 유출 사고 등의 위험이 증가 추세이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 모바일의 위협요소인 악성코드와 스마트폰의 5대 위험, 국내외 모바일 헬스케어 활용사례와 헬스케어를 위한 모바일 위협 대응 방안을 분석한다.

지자체에서 관리하는 교량에 대해서 과학적이고 체계적인 유지관리 표준안과 정량화된 데이터기반을 통한 예산확보 및 집행의 과학화를 위해 지자체관리용 교량 유지관리시스템이 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구는 지자체에서 유지관리하고 있는 소규모 교량의 효율적인 관리를 위한 시스템 개발을 목표로 하며 BIM/GIS기술 등의 ICT융합기술을 사용하였다. 시스템개발의 세부내용으로는 모바일 기기용 소규모 교량 유지관리 프로그램 개발, 소규모 교량 유지관리 데이터베이스 개발, 소규모 교량 통합유지관리 개발이며 지자체에서 관리하는 소규모 교량의 테스트베드 구축 및 운영내용을 확인하여 개발한 프로그램 시스템의 신뢰성을 얻었다. 개발된 프로그램 시스템을 무전원방식의 교량 스마트 명판제작 및 Reader모듈 개발로 연계하였다.

Maintaining the permanence of a company in the current rapidly changing business environment is not an easy task. Rather, the lifespan of a company can be said to be gradually decreasing. As such, the author of this paper, which describes the current market environment, is the sales organization of a large company. While leading the company, I thought about how to overcome the rapidly changing market and create an organization that continues to grow. As a result, I succeeded in creating an organization that continued to grow over the past two years, and the main activity of this result was the use of sales computer. It was clear that it was an information sharing activity. This can be said to be a result of proving that a series of activities to create and share information is important for the sales organization of ICT companies to actively respond to the rapidly changing market environment. Therefore, this study attempted to examine the relationship between knowledge management and business performance in the sales field of ICT companies, which has not been covered so far. Knowledge management is a four-stage activity from a process perspective, divided into knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge transfer, and knowledge utilization. did. As a result of the study, first, knowledge management activities, such as knowledge creation and knowledge storage, were found to have a significant impact on financial performance. Second, knowledge management activities such as knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge transfer, and knowledge utilization were all found to have an impact on non-financial performance. In the end, this study confirmed that efforts to turn tacit knowledge into knowledge in order to respond to the ever-changing ICT market are ultimately an important factor in growing a company.

4차 산업혁명은 초기 단순 제조업 혁신에서 사회 및 경제분야에서 다양한 기술적 융합 방향을 이끄는 메가 트랜드로서 국가별로 진행하고 있다. COVID-19와 같은 감염병의 유행은 디지털 중심의 비대면 비즈니스를 경제 운영에서 전환되고 있으며 온라인화 확산을 위해서는 개인 맞춤형서비스를 위한 AI와 빅데이터 기술의 활용은 필수적이다. 이 논문에서는 4차산업혁명을 주요한 기술 특징 및 정부에서 추진하는 디지털 뉴딜의 효과적 이행을 위해 핵심 기술인 인공지능기술의 적용을 중심으로 사례를 분석하고 재난대응 분야에서의 활용 사례를 기술한다. 재난대응 활용사례로서 AI 조력자는 긴급호출에서 신고자의 상태에 따른 적절한 대응책들을 제시한다. 이를 위해 AI 조력자는 적응적 대응을 위한 음성인식 데이터 기반 분석 및 변환 텍스트의 재난 분류를 제공한다.
