  • An $\mathcal{SQNS}$-group G is a group in which every proper subgroup of G is either s-quasinormal or self-normalizing and a minimal non-$\mathcal{SQNS}$-group is a group which is not an $\mathcal{SQNS}$-group but all of whose proper subgroups are $\mathcal{SQNS}$-groups. In this note all the finite minimal non-$\mathcal{SQNS}$-groups are determined.

  • In this paper we compute the Bredon homology of wallpaper groups with respect to the family of finite groups and with coefficients in the complex representation ring. We provide explicit bases of the homology groups in terms of irreducible characters of the stabilizers.

  • In order to study the shear mechanical behavior of prefabricated and assembled multi-key group stud connectors, this paper conducted push-out tests on 10 prefabricated and assembled multi-key group stud connectors, distributed in 5 groups, and detailed the failure modes of each specimen. Based on the finite element software, a total of 22 models of this type of stud connector are established, and validated the finite element models using the push-out tests. Furthermore, the effects of stud diameter, number of key groups, and spacing of key groups on the shear resistance of prefabricated and assembled multi-key group stud connectors are analyzed. Combined with the test and finite element, the force analysis is carried out for the stud and first-pouring and post-pouring concrete. The results show that the spacing and number of key groups have a significant impact on the shear capacity and shear stiffness of the specimen. For a single stud, the shear force is transferred to the surrounding concrete via the stud's root. When the stud is finally cut, the steel and the concrete plate are separated. Under vertical shear force, the top row of studs experiences the highest shear, while the middle row has the least. Based on statistical regression, a formula of assembled multi-key group stud connectors is proposed.

  • Let A be an abelian variety defined over a number field K and let L be a degree 3 non-Galois extension of K. Let III(A/K) and III(A/L) denote, respectively, the Tate-Shafarevich groups of A over K and over L. Assuming that III(A/L) is finite, we compute [III(A/K)][III($A_{\varphi}/K$)]/[III(A/L)], where [X] is the order of a finite abelian group X.

  • We show that, for any non-zero integers ${\lambda}$, ${\mu}$, ${\nu}$, ${\xi}$, class-preserving automorphisms of the group $$G({\lambda},{\mu},{\nu},{\xi})={\langle}a,b,t:b^{-1}a^{\lambda}b=a^{\mu},t^{-1}a^{\nu}t=b^{\xi}{\rangle}$$ are all inner. Hence, by using Grossman's result, the outer automorphism group of $G({\lambda},{\pm}{\lambda},{\nu},{\xi})$ is residually finite.

  • Let A be an abelian variety defined over a number field K. Let L be a biquadratic extension of K with Galois group G and let III (A/K) and III(A/L) denote, respectively, the Tate-Shafarevich groups of A over K and over L. Assuming III(A/L) is finite, we compute [III(A/K)]/[III(A/L)] where [X] is the order of a finite abelian group X.

  • The aim of author's in this paper is to study the Cayley graph in the realm of signed graph. Moreover, we have characterized generating sets and finite abelian groups that corresponds to balanced Cayley signed graphs. The notion of Cayley signed graph has been demonstrated with the ample number of examples.
