In this paper we shall introduce the notion of an i-v fuzzy interior ideal, an i-v fuzzy quasi-ideal and an i-v fuzzy bi-ideal in a semi-group. We study some properties of i-v fuzzy subsets and using their properties we characterize regular semigroups.

In this paper, we introduce the generalized H$\ddot{o}$lder space with a majorant function and prove the H$\ddot{o}$lder regularity for solutions of the Cauchy-Riemann equation in the generalized Holder spaces on a bounded convex domain in $\mathbb{C}^2$.

Non-trivial automorphisms of the unit disc in the complex plane can be classified by three classes; elliptic, parabolic and hyperbolic automorphisms. This classification is due to a representation in the projective special linear group of the real field, or in terms of fixed points on the closure of the unit disc. In this paper, we will characterize this classification by the distance function of the Poincaré metric on the interior of the unit disc.

In this paper, we present an optimal control strategy to prevent the EMT process by downregulating the level of overexpressed β-catenin in the cytoplasm. To do this, we propose a mathematical model that expresses relationship between the Wnt signaling pathway and TGF-β in cancer cells. We also define an optimal control problem considering the side effects that occur simultaneously with the method for controlling the concentration of β-catenin. Finally numerical simulations show that treatment effect is quantitatively changes depending on the concentration of core proteins of the Wnt signaling pathway.

In this work, we study the existence of a positive solution for nonlinear fractional differential equation with a singular weight. For the proof, we introduce newly defined solution operator and use well-known Krasnoselski's fixed point theorem. We also give an example with a singular weight which may not be integrable.

This study aims to investigate research trends relevant to mathematics teachers and discuss implications on professional development of mathematics teachers. For the purpose of this study, we review 156 articles written between 2006 and 2015 related to mathematics teachers. The articles are analyzed using the model of professional growth suggested by Goldsmith, Doerr, Lewis(2014). The model discusses personal domain, external domain, domain of practice, and domain of consequence. In the results of this study, articles focusing on the personal domain of mathematics teachers appear a lot in reviewed ones, whereas studies relevant to external domain or domain of practice of mathematics teachers are relatively small.

The study conducted a survey on mathematics teachers' perception about the mathematics curriculum and carried out a field survey of schools' compliance of the 2009 revised mathematics curriculum. The questionnaires were distributed to and collected from 36 mathematics teachers in 22 middle and high schools. According to the results of the study, it was found that most mathematics teachers had low interest in and did not feel the necessity and importance of revising the mathematic curriculum. This was because that the necessity and direction of the curriculum revision was not well understood by secondary school teachers, thanks to a hasty revamping. In addition, schools are organizing and operating their own educational programs with the focus on the college entrance exams, regardless of the guidelines of the current revised curriculum.

An integrated approach has been regarded as important in mathematics education. The ultimate ideal of mathematics education is the development of whole person in students. However, mathematics education has not been successful in achieving this ideal. The purpose of this article is to identify an integrated approach to secondary mathematics education in order to achieve the ideal of the whole person. In particular, Ideas for an integrated approach for mathematical activities are sought. This study starts with analysis of recent attempts to integrate knowledge and attitude of mathematics education. Finally, some suggestions for the cultural and institutional conditions in which these integrative ideas can be effectively realized in secondary school.
