In this paper, we introduce a new class of mappings called the generalized orthogonal F-Suzuki contraction for a family of multivalued mappings in the setup of orthogonal b-metric spaces. We established the existence of some common fixed point results without using any commutativity condition for this new class of mappings in orthogonal b-metric spaces. Moreover, we illustrate and support these common fixed point results with example. The results obtained in this work generalize and extend some recent and classical related results in the existing literature.

We establish a common n-tupled fixed point theorem for hybrid pair of mappings under new contractive condition. It is to be noted that to find n-tupled coincidence point, we do not use the condition of continuity of any mapping involved. An example supporting to our result has also been cited. We improve, extend and generalize several known results.

In this paper we prove certain coupled coincidence point and coupled common fixed point results in partially ordered metric spaces for a pair of compatible mappings which satisfy certain rational inequality. The results are supported with two examples.

The purpose of this paper is establish the existence of proximity point for the cyclic B-contraction mapping on metric spaces and uniformly convex Banach spaces. Also, we prove the common proximity point for the S-weakly cyclic B-contraction mapping. In addition, a few examples are provided to demonstrate our findings.

The object of this paper is to emphasize the role of 'common limit range property' and utilize the same with variants of R-weakly commuting mappings for the existence of common fixed point under strict contractive conditions in metric spaces. We also furnish some interesting examples to validate our main result. Our results improve a host of previously known results including the ones contained in Pant [Contractive conditions and common fixed points, Acta Math. Acad. Paedagog. Nyhàzi. (N.S.) 24(2) (2008), 257-266 MR2461637 (2009h:54061)]. In the process, we also derive a fixed point result satisfying $\phi$-contractive condition.

In this paper, the concepts of compatible mappings of types (A) and (P) are introduced in an induced metric space, two common xed point theorems for two pairs of compatible mappings of types (A) and (P) in an induced complete metric space are established. As their applications, the existence and uniqueness results of common solution for a system of functional equations arising in dynamic programming are discussed.

인지 무선 환경에서의 부 사용자들은 주 사용자가 일시적으로 사용하지 않는 채널을 기회적으로 이용하여 통신을 수행한다. 이러한 통신은 부 사용자 상호간에 접근이 가능한 공통 채널을 통해 이루어지는데, 부 사용자들의 통신을 위한 공통 채널은 주 사용자의 채널 사용 현황을 바탕으로 동적으로 변경될 수 있다. 최근 인지무선통신을 위한 연구가 많이 진행 되고 있으나, 공통 채널을 구성하기 위한 세부적인 절차에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 인지무선 네트워크 환경에서 군사용 무전기의 점대점 통신을 위한 신속하고 신뢰성 있는 동적 공통 채널 설정 및 복원 방법에 대한 방법과 절차를 제안하고, 공통 채널 설정과 복원 과정을 위한 패킷 교환 시간, 채널 요청 대기 시간, 랑데부 시간과 같은 시간 파라미터들을 고려하여, 각각의 세부적인 절차들을 기술하였다. 또한, 수치 해석을 통해서 채널 설정 및 복원 지연 시간과 처리량 등을 도출하여 제안된 방법의 성능을 평가하였다.

Let X be a uniformly convex Banach space, and S, T be pair of mean nonexpansive mappings. Some necessary and sufficient conditions are given for Ishikawa iterative sequence converge to common fixed points, and we prove that the sequence of Ishikawa iterations associated with S and T converges to the common fixed point of S and T. This generalizes former results proved by Z. Gu and Y. Li [4].

In this paper, we introduce an iterative method for finding a common element of the set of solutions of an equilibrium problem, the set of common fixed points of an asymptotically strictly pseudocontractive mapping in a Hilbert space. We show that the iterative sequence converges strongly to a common element of the two sets.

In this paper, we present some common fixed point theorems for two pairs of weakly compatible self-mappings on multiplicative metric spaces satisfying a generalized Meir-Keeler type contractive condition. The results obtained in this paper extend, improve and generalize some well known comparable results in literature.
