The purpose of this study was to analyze various factors that influence the academic life of students through a theoretical review. As a result of the analysis, sub-factors were derived to diagnose the factors. From the study's findings, principles and models for developing learning status diagnosis tools were designed. The study first, based upon the competencies of university students, university life, students' low academic achievement, and academic probation studies, confirmed what factors affect student learning and from them derived a set of sub-factors. The setting dimension was divided into psychology, learning, and career factors, while also including a factor of faith for Christian university students. Next, in the draft model, sub-factors were constructed for each factor: faith maturity and faith training in the faith factor, positive thinking, emotion regulation, and self-esteem in the psychology factor, self-directed learning ability, learning motivation, and learning strategies in the learning factor, and career reflection, career exploration, career management, and career barriers in the career factor. By using the Delphi method, the final model of learning status diagnosis was confirmed. As a result, we completed the model comprised of nine sub-factors in four parts. A follow-up study should be conducted that examines learning status diagnosis tools development research.
Career and academic Counseling is often viewed as the catalyst for frequent and consistent interaction with students, but it is more than simply advising students about which majors, universities or jobs to consider. Ongoing, personal contact of career and academic counselors with students is an essential component in long-term career-related efficacy. But statistics show that high schools in non-urban or rural areas face significant issues different from those schools in metropolitan or suburban contexts, failing to maintain the significant number of teachers enough for effective career and academic counseling. This article proposes an alternative model of career and academic counseling, provided by MBA(Master of Business Administration) alumni based social enterprise in Seoul. This service explores the skills, knowledge and capabilities which MBA alumni gained from their jobs and MBA programs within the context of a career-competency framework. This paper concludes with the social and educational aspect of this shared responsibility strategy that may enhance student motivation and persistence in non-urban high schools.

In addition, home economics teachers should provide continuous career education in home economics education at academic semesters.

Second, relevant literature was reviewed. Next, measurement indices were developed employing the Delphi method with a panel of 15 experts in developing instruments of accomplishment. Based upon the conclusion of this study, The measurement indices developed in this study focuses on the core measurement indices. This paper presents the core competencies diagnosis system which targeted our collegiate students in an attempt to induce the core competencies for reinforcing the learning and employment capabilities. Because these days data give rise to a high level of redundancy and dimensionality with time complexity, they are more likely to have spurious relationships, and even the weakest relationships will be highly significant by any statistical test. So as to address the measurement of uncertainties from the classification of categorical data and the implementation of its analytic system, an uncertainty measure of rough entropy and information entropy is defined so that similar behaviors analysis is carried out and the clustering ability is demonstrated in the comparison with the statistical approach. Because the acquired and necessary competencies of the collegiate is deduced by way of the results of the diagnosis, i.e. common core competencies and major core competencies, they facilitate not only the collegiate life and the employment capability reinforcement but also the revitalization of employment and the adjustment to college life.
