The mechanical system of wearable walking assist robot needs to be optimized for adapting with human body structure and the planned control algorithm should have a secure procedure when a incongruity situation which can cause musculoskeletal injury occurs because a wearable robot is attached to a body. The understanding of walking or musculoskeletal motions characteristics must be preceeded and analyzed for developing novel wearable walking assist robot. In this study we tried to find out the capacities of powers and torques of joint actuators to design optimized performances of system and to obtain the analysis data to figure out the characteristics of joint movements during some types of walk. The major types of walk and motion are stair climbing and descending, sit-to-stand motion, and slope walking. In this study all these motions were analyzed experimentally except slope walking.

The purpose of this study is to confirm the general characteristics of 119 paramedics who are treating early emergency patients and to confirm the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction and to examine the effect of stress on satisfaction, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 365 paramedics in four Chungcheong provinces. The reliability of the job stress tool was Cronbach α = .87. The job satisfaction tool was Cronbach α = .84. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS WIN 18.0 program. There were differences among the sub - variables of general characteristics, but the general characteristics excluding academic ability were less correlated with job stress, and job satisfaction was higher when the subjects' age, number of dispatches and field hours were smaller. Job stress was found to be low when stress was high on first aid, dispatch, transport, medical guidance, conflicts and emergencies excluding partners. To reduce job stress of 119 paramedics, it is recommended to provide institutional support and education to improve the ability to recruit new emergency personnel and to provide emergency medical care and guidance because of diversification of dispatch methods and appropriate stress management.

With recent advancement of high-speed, multi-gigabit data transmission capabilities, transmitters usually send data without clock signals for reduction of hardware complexity, power consumption, and cost. Therefore clock and data recovery circuits(CDR) become important to recover the clock and data signals and have been widely studied. This paper presents the design of 10Gbps CDR in 0.18$\mu$m CMOS process. A quarter-rate bang-bang phase detector is designed to reduce the power and circuit complexity, and a 4-stage LC-type VCO is used to improve the jitter characteristics. Simulation results show that the designed CDR consumes 80mW from a 1.8V supply, and exhibits a peak-to-peak jitter of 2.2ps in the recovered clock. The chip layout area excluding pads is 1.26mm$\times$1.05mm.

According to national regulations and its commentary, such as Rivers Design Criteria & Commentary (KWRA, 2009), Foundation Structure Guideline and its Commentary(MLTM, 2014 and KGS, 2009), the integrity evaluation of river levee includes slope stability evaluation of both riverside/protected low-land and piping stability evaluation with respect to foundation and levee body along with water level conditions. In this case the design hydro-graph can be the most important input factor for the integrity evaluation, however it is fact that the national regulations do not provide any proper determination methods regarding hydro-graph. The authors thus executed an integrity evaluation of sluice gate in levee by changing each hydro-graph factor, including rising ordinary water level, lasting flood water level, falling water level, and flood frequency, in order to suggest a determination method of reasonable hydro-graph. As a result, the authors suggested that at least over 57 hours of rising ordinary water level and over 53 hours of lasting flood water level should be considered for the design hydro-graph of sluice gate in levee at Mun-san-jae.

Some of the feature vectors for speech recognition are rare and unusual. These patterns lead to overfitting for the parameters of the speech recognition system and, as a result, cause structural risks in the system that hinder the good performance in recognition. In this paper, as a method of removing these unusual patterns, we try to exclude vectors whose norms are larger than a specified cutoff value and then train the speech recognition system. The objective of this study is to exclude as many unusual feature vectors under the condition of no significant degradation in the speech recognition error rate. For this purpose, we introduce a cutoff parameter and investigate the resultant effect on the speaker-independent speech recognition of isolated words by using FVQ(Fuzzy Vector Quantization)/HMM(Hidden Markov Model). Experimental results showed that roughly 3%~6% of the feature vectors might be considered as unusual, and therefore be excluded without deteriorating the speech recognition accuracy.

This paper proposes a wavelet transform- based image compression method using the energy distribution. The proposed method Involves two steps. First, we use a wavelet transform for the subband decomposition. The original image Is decomposed into one low resolution subimage and three high frequency subimages. Each high frequency subimages have horizontal, vertical, and diagonal directional edges. The wavelet transform is luther applied to these high frequency subimages. Resultant transformed subimages have different energy distributions corresponding to different orientation of the high pass filter. Second, for higer compression ratio and computational effciency, we discard some subimages with small energy. The remaining subimages are encoded using either DPCM or quantization followed by entropy coding. Experimental results show that the proposed coding scheme has better performance in the peak signal to noise ratio(PSNR) and higher compression ratio than conventional image coding method using the wavelet transform followed by the straightforward vector quantization.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the status and the competitiveness improvement of character industry comparing to relative LQ index of the no. of character company, the no. of employee and the amount of revenue of 2007, 2009, and 2010 between including Metro area and regional blocks(kangwon, chungchung, daekung, honam, dongnam and jeju region). The results of this research are as follows. In case whole regional analysis, no. of employee and no. of character company suggested jeju, dongnam and Metro have high competitiveness during the 3 years and amount of revenue suggested consistent high competitiveness 6 block except Metro. But in case of except of Metro, no. of character company and the no. of employee indicated dongnam and jeju showed competitiveness during 3 years. Chungchung area indicated high competitiveness at no. of employee(2009) and no. of character company(2011). The amount of revenue indicated jeju area have high competitiveness during 3 years.

This Research Attempted to Clarify the Eeffect of Privacy Concern and Institutional Trust on Privacy Decision based on Privacy Calculus Perspective. We Developed a Research Model Suggesting that the Influence of Privacy Benefit and Privacy risk on the Information Disclosure Behavior and the Influence of Privacy Concern and Institutional Trust on the Privacy Calculus. In this Regard, in Order to Examine the Difference According to the Target whose Personal Information was Collected, an Empirical Analysis was Conducted to Compare the E-commerce Field and LBS(Location Based Service) Field. The Results of Empirical Analysis are as follows. First, it is Founded that other Relations were All Statistically Significant Except the Relation between Privacy Risk and Information Disclosure Behavior in the LBS group. Next, as a Results of Comparison of Constructs in the E-commerce and Institutional trust than the LBS group, Identifying that the Consumers are more Sensitive to the Personal Information Collected in the E-commerce site.

Measuring tray as a component in irrigation control system using drainage electrodes was designed and applied for tomato perlite bed culture, and the effectiveness of the irrigation control system was investigated in terms of cultural development and cultivation costs. Five different types of measuring trays equipped with drainage electrodes were tested and the traditional tray was used as the control equipped with time clock. After the first experiment, "Tube-2" was removed because of instability of water content in the substrate. After second experiment, "Tube-1" was removed because of instability of water content in the substrate and low plant yields. In third experiment, "Up-Board" exhibited the best stability in water contents and yields as well as efficiencies in water and fertilizer utilization. The "Up-Board" was the most economical and the easiest system among the tested trays. Therefore, the "Up-Board" system was concluded as the excellent design to apply for the control method using drainage electrodes for tomato perlite bed culture.

This study derived from 5 variables(information, product diversity, communication possibility, responsiveness, price) of service quality on social commerce from literature studies and set up the research model and hypotheses. The 167 questionnaires are used in this analysis. The results were as follows: first, all the variables had positive influences upon satisfaction except responsiveness. Second, all the variables had positive influences upon repurchase intention except price. Third, the satisfaction of social commerce had a positive influence upon repurchase intention. This study suggested the strategic implications to induce customers satisfaction and repurchase intention after analyzing critical factors about service quality of social commerce.
